The self-injection of insulin or GLP-1 receptor agonists causes mental distress to patients, and pen-type injectors and their needles are being continually developed and improved to alleviate such distress. In Saiseikai Fukuoka General Hospital, Nanopass® 34G Needle II 4 mm (T34) , the thinnest needle available on the market, has been used. To examine usability for patients after changing the injector needle from BD Micro-Fine PlusTM 31G 5 mm (BD31) or Nanopass® 33G Needle 5 mm (T33) to T34, a questionnaire survey was conducted. Sensitive patients perceived differences when changing their injector needles not only from BD31 to T34, with a difference of 3G, but also from T33 to T34, with a smaller difference of 1G. In both cases, patients' perceptions improved as a result of improvements in factors markedly influencing them: frequency of subcutaneous bleeding, pain when puncturing of the needle, and liquid leakage when removing the needle. The results of this study confirmed the usefulness of thinner and shorter injector needles to alleviate patients' distress, suggesting the necessity of considering their usability of needles during guidance on selfinjection.

食品中のβ-カロテン及びトウガラシ色素の逆相TLC/スキャニグデンシトメトリーによる分析法を検討した. 食品から抽出後,β-カロテンはそのまま, トウガラシ色素はけん化して, C18カートリッジを用いて精製し, TLC (プレートは逆相C18, 展開溶媒はアセトニトリル-アセトン-<i>n</i>-ヘキサン=11:7:2) を実施した. 両色素ともに良好な分離と安定した<i>Rf</i>値が得られた. TLC上のスポットにスキャニングデンシトメータを用いたところ, 良好な可視部吸収スペクトルが得られ, 本法はβ-カロテン及びトウガラシ色素の分析に有効であることが明らかとなった.

紫外光のうち280~315 nmの波長域であるUV-Bは,様々な病害に対し抵抗性を誘導するとされている.そこで,本研究では,キュウリおよびトマトの育苗期におけるうどんこ病抑制に効果的なUV-B照射条件を検討した.キュウリおよびトマト苗に対し,1日2時間連日の50 mW・m–2ならびに100 mW・m–2の放射照度では,化学農薬による慣行防除と同等のうどんこ病抑制効果が得られた.しかし,100 mW・m–2の放射照度では,葉の萎縮症状を発生させた.UV-B照射時間は,1時間では十分な病害抑制効果は得られなかったものの,2時間と3時間では慣行防除と同等の効果が認められた.以上の結果より,キュウリおよびトマト苗に対する50 mW・m–2かつ2時間連日のUV-B照射により,うどんこ病に対して化学合成殺菌剤に代わる防除手法として活用できると考えられた.

本研究では,2014年12月の北海道東岸に高潮をもたらした爆弾低気圧を対象として,力学的気象モデルと高潮モデルによる擬似温暖化実験を実施することで高潮の将来変化を評価し,また,それらに基づき高潮の進路アンサンブル実験を実施することで過去・現在・将来における可能最大高潮を評価した.擬似温暖化実験の結果,将来気候下(RCP8.5の2080~2099年を想定)の爆弾低気圧はより強化される傾向にあり,特に,気温と海水面温度の両者の上昇により台風のような発達特性を示すことが明らかとなった.また,高潮の進路アンサンブル実験の結果,将来気候下の爆弾低気圧に伴い,根室港における可能最大高潮は,2014年12月の爆弾低気圧による高潮(潮位偏差1.42m)に比べて約1m近く上昇することが明らかとなった.

The theory of Big Five is an effective model, in which the personality structure is described in terms of extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, intellect. Big Five was originally developed as a tool for the personality description of adults, but has proved effective also for developmental research. From childhood through adolescence and adulthood, many questionaaire studies revealed the 5 factor personality structure. On the other hand A individual difference in infancy and early childhood is studied in terms of ""temperament."" The relation between Big Five and temperament in not clear. Hogekull(1994) presented a hypothetical relation between Big Five and temperament, and assumed that Big Five develops from the temperament dimensions of Emotionality, Activitity, Sociability, Impulsivity, Shyness of EASI, which appear to be related with Intensity/Activity, Approach-Withdrawal, Attentiveness, Manageability of TBQ.

近年,チャットやTwitterなどの短いテキストを即時交換できるメディアを対面口頭での発表・質疑と並行させる試みが増えてきている.こうした試みは対面口頭対話のような制限がないチャットというメディアを聴衆に提供することで,より広い視点からの意見をより多く議論に取り込む目的で行われている.しかし,発表者が発表中や質疑応答中にもチャットに注意を払い続けることは困難であり,発表者が重要だと思うようなチャット発言を議論に取り上げることが難しいという問題があった.本論文では,チャットから対面口頭対話上での話題に対して返信することのできるクロスチャネル返信という概念を提案し,クロスチャネル返信を分析することによって,発表者が重要だと思うチャット発言を自動的に学習・推定することを試みた.クロスチャネル返信を実装したChatplexerシステムを使用して実験したところ,チャット上の発言の過半数はクロスチャネル返信に対する返信とその子孫ノードであり,発表者が重要だと思う発言もそれらのチャット発言であることが多いことが分かった.また,クロスチャネル返信の情報を用いると,発表者が重要だと思う発言をJ4.8で学習・推定させた場合に適合率が大きく改善されることが分かった.

It has been widely documented that egalitarianism motivates people to avoid stereotype use, which in turn facilitates intergroup interactions. However, in addition to perceptions of how the outgroup is perceived by the ingroup (stereotypes), perceptions of how the ingroup is perceived by the outgroup (meta-stereotypes) may also play an important role in intergroup interactions. We hypothesized that when negative meta-stereotypes are perceived, egalitarianism may increase vigilance toward stereotype use by the outgroup, thus exacerbating feelings of anxiety in intergroup interactions. Japanese participants were asked to report how they felt during an intergroup interaction with a Korean confederate, after being exposed to an article documenting positive or negative views Koreans might have of Japanese. The results were consistent with the notion that when negative meta-stereotypes are perceived, participants with high (versus low) egalitarianism experienced more anxiety in the intergroup interaction.

基礎看護学領域において、学生がより主体的に自己学修にとりくむことや、臨地実習に対する自己効力感を高めることを目的として実施している「基礎看護技術自己学修会」への参加が、学生の臨地実習自己効力感にどのような影響を与えているのか検証した。結果から、基礎看護技術自己学修会に参加した学生の臨地実習自己効力感は、参加していない学生の臨地実習自己効力感より高い傾向にあることが示唆された。基礎看護技術自己学修会に参加することで、既修の基礎看護技術の習得状況に対する学生の自己評価を促し、技術練習することによって、臨地実習で基礎看護技術を実践することに対する学生の自信につながる可能性がある。

台風1610号は,2016年8月30日午後6時頃に北西進することで統計開始(1951年)以降初めて東北地方太平洋側に上陸した.本研究では,このような特異な進路をとった台風1610号の進路形成メカニズムを解明することを目的として,渦位部分的逆変換法に基づいて,台風周辺の擾乱が励起する指向流ベクトルを渦位偏差毎に分解することで推定した.台風1610号が岩手県大船渡市付近に上陸した時間帯には,台風の西側に位置した上層の寒冷渦が作り出す南東風に加えて,それに伴う積乱雲活動(非断熱加熱)により発達した下層低気圧(湿った正渦位偏差)が作る南風や上層高気圧(湿った負渦位偏差)が作り出す東風が同時に作用することで,約20 m/sの南東風の指向流ベクトルにより北西進したことが明らかとなった.

This study investigated what dimensions young children's trait concepts have for real peers at their nursery school. Teachers of nursery school rated children's personality characteristics in terms of each dimension of the Big Five, and children were selected who showed different behavioral characteristics in those the five dimensions. Five- and six-year-old children (26 participants: 14 boys and 12 girls) evaluated those selected peers' personality. It was found that young children made different evaluations between extroversion and the other four traits (agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and intellect), and between agreeableness and intellect. The results suggested that young children's trait concepts have a dimension of extroversion, in addition to a general dimension of goodness-badness.

Pravastatin sodium tablets are widely used for the treatment of hyperlipidemia,and 22 generic products of this compound have been approved in Japan.A few studies have compared the clinical efficacy of the original and generic forms,and 1 study has questioned the reliability of biological equivalency tests.We therefore retrospectively examined the effect of substituting a generic product (Mevan TM ; Nichi-iko Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.) for the original product (Mevalotin TM ; Daiichi Sankyo Co.,Ltd.) on clinical efficacy and safety.We targeted patients who were initially treated with the original product and then the generic product,and from electronic medical records,obtained their prescription data for 3 months before and after generic substitution.Next,we investigated clinical equivalence with regard to changes in total cholesterol (TC),HDL cholesterol (HDL),LDL cholesterol (LDL),and triglyceride (TG) levels as indices of clinical efficacy,as well as in ALT,AST,γ-GTP,and CPK levels as indices of safety.We examined the changes in each of these laboratory parameters between 3 months before substitution and 3 months after substitution.In 293 patients,no significant differences were observed in the indices of efficacy between before and after substitution.We also examined records for presence of diabetes mellitus and familial hypercholesterolemia and their influence on TC levels before and after substitution but no significant differences were observed in this regard.Accordingly,we concluded that the generic product investigated in this study was clinically as effective as the original product.

(Z)-11-[3-(Dimethlamino)propylidene]-2-(methoxycarbonyl)methyl-6, 11-dihydrodibenz[b, e]oxepin-9-acrylic acid (5) was prepared for application to the radiommunoassay of KW-4679 (1, (Z)-11-[3-(dimethylamino)propylidene]-6, 11-dihydrodibenz[b, e]oxepin-2-acetic acid hydrochloride). The acrylic acid moiety in the 9-position of 5 was employed for coupling with an amino group of bovine serum albumin (BSA) to provide 17. Subsequently, the conjugate 17 was treated with aquenus NaOH to hydrolyze the terminal methoxycarbonyl group in the 2-position of the BSA conjugated 5. Antiserum raised against the antigenic BSA-conjugate 4 finally obtained was specific for 1.

イヌに 14C-KW-4679 を 1mg/kg 経口投与後の吸収および排泄について検討し,以下の結果を得た.1.血漿中放射能は投与後 1.13時間に最高濃度(723.2ng eq,/ml)を示した後,おおむね一相性に消失し,t1/2 は4.53時間であった.2.14C-KW-4679 の血球移行率は投与後2時間から12時間まで31.7-35.5% とおおむね一定値を示した.3.in vivo における血清蛋白結合率は投与後 0.5時間から12時間まで 53.1-56.8%とおおむね一定であった.4.投与後168時間までに尿中に 73.4%,糞中に 22.9% が排泄され,総累積排泄率は 96.3% であった.大部分は投与後48時間までに排泄された.

<p>近年,基質特異性拡張型βラクタマーゼ(Extended-spectrum β-lactamases; ESBLs)産生菌の検出頻度は増加傾向であり,それに伴って迅速検出法が多く考案されている。Nordmannによって報告されたESBL NDP(Nordmann/Dortet/Poirel)testは,迅速かつ正確にESBLs産生菌の検出が可能である。しかし,蛋白抽出試薬として20 mmol/L-トリス-塩酸緩衝液(BPERII Bacterial Protein Extraction Reagent, Thermo Scientific)を用いるため酵素抽出の過程に30分間の時間を要する。そこで,我々はガラスビーズを用いて菌体から酵素を粉砕抽出することでESBLs産生菌を簡便で,迅速かつ安価に検出できるガラスビーズ試験(Glass beads test; GB test)について考案した。今回,GB testの基本性能をNDP testと比較することでESBLs産生菌のスクリーニング検査としての有用性について評価を行った。対象にはESBLsの表現型試験陽性となり,遺伝子型が決定した111株と第3世代セファロスポリン系薬に感受性を示しESBL非産生菌と判定した109株を用いた。GB testとNDP testの判定一致率は100%であった。両検査法の感度,特異度は94.6%,100%であった。さらに,GB testでは酵素抽出時間を30秒に短縮できたことでNDP testと比較して陽性までの検査所要時間が有意に短縮した(<i>p</i> < 0.01)。GB testはESBLs産生菌のスクリーニング法としてNDP testよりも安価でさらに迅速性,簡便性に優れていた。</p>

双方向CATV (Cable Television)技術をベースに、データ、音声、画像など多様な情報(メディア)を伝送できるマルチメディア・ブロードバンドLAN技術を開発した。このとき開発した技術の1つとして、テレビ1チャネル分の帯域(6MHz)を使って2Mbpsのディジタルデータを伝送でき、CSMA/CDでパケット交換できるサブネットワークがある。このサブネットワークをWS(Work Station)のLANに適用するに際し、下記の技術課題を解決した。(1)低コストを実現するため、コンパクトなLAN通信制御プロセッサを開発した。このプロセッサには、OSIのトランスポート層まで実装した。(2)高周波帯域での信号の衝突をより確実にするため、レベル調整器法及びケーブルキット方式を開発した。本方式により、任意のWSは、他のどのWSからの信号もほぼ同一のレベルで受信することができる。To meet the increasing needs of multi-media communication in local area, CATV (Cable Television) network has enhanced to transmit variable forms of information, including data, voice and image. One of the TV channel bandwidth (6MHz) is made available to provide the packet switched high speed (2Mbps) data subnetwork, in which access method CSMA/CD is used. The subnetwork is applied to the work station communication and has the following technical characteristics. (1) Low cost : compact board-type network communication access processor (NCA) has been developed to insert into the slot of the work station. Protocol up to OSI transport layer has been implemented in the processor. (2) Confirmed collision detection : high frequence signal level adjusting equipment and standardized set (cable-kit) of work station connector cables have been developed to meet this objective.

足関節外側靭帯損傷は足関節の外傷中最多であり、捻挫をして治療を受けないまま放置し、繰り返し再発を来たして足関節に不安定性を呈し、習慣性捻挫や変形性関節症(以下OA)を来たす事が知られている。今回、陳旧性前距腓靭帯損傷に対し、薄筋での靭帯再建術を施行し、日常生活において装具除去は術後3ヶ月、レクリエーションレベルの運動は装具装着にて2.5_から_3ヶ月、競技レベルの運動は術後半年より開始とした。膝屈伸筋トルクの健側との比較も行い術後3ヶ月の時点で膝屈曲:64.0%(60°/sec)、67.3%(180°/sec)、伸展80.3%、96.4%へと改善見られた為、ジョギング開始。3.5ヶ月よりサイドステップを開始。6ヶ月で底屈筋力5/5となり安定性も良好な為、クラブレベルのスポーツ復帰した2症例を経験したので報告する。今回の術式は強固な安定性が得られる為、膝屈曲筋力と荷重時期に重きをおいた。膝の筋トルクを比較し、スポーツ復帰の1つの指標とした。1症例については足関節安定性が得られても、遊離軟骨や、OAを伴う症例は後療法が長期化し、不安定性が長期化した場合、軟骨損傷は避けられずOAへ移行する事が予想される。

全人的医療実現のためには、人間の心理や行動、対人関係などを科学的・実証的 に探求する学問である心理学の知識や素養が医師・医学研究者には求められる。本論文では医学教育における心理学の役割を①教養教育、人間性教育、②専門基礎教育、③卒後教育、生涯学習という 3 つの観点から整理するとともに、一例として特色ある授業など、本医学部の心理学教育の実践を報告した。また、今後チャレンジすべき課題として、医学生のメンタルヘルス支援や教育研究環境整備などについて論じた。

今日の水稲栽培において、農薬(除草剤、殺虫剤、殺菌剤)の施用は慣行化しており、農薬の予防的、対処的施用による雑草・病害虫の防除は水稲収量の安定性を支えている。農薬の施用は、水田生態系をより単純化、均一化することを通じて、水稲の生産力を高く維持していると考えられるが、農薬の散布が日常化している現在では、農薬が水稲の生育、収量、そして水田生態系におよぼす影響を量的、質的に評価することが難しくなっている。そこで、この素朴な疑問に答えるため、隣接する2枚の水田(各24a)を用いて、慣行に従って農薬を施用した区、農薬を全く使用しなかった区(それぞれ+P、-P区と呼ぶ)を設けて1990年に水稲を栽培し、水稲の生育、収量ならびに雑草、病害虫の発生状況を調査した。
