2002~2013年に日本の学協会誌に掲載された論文120万9,674本を対象に,どの程度オンラインで入手できるのかを調査した。調査にあたっては1)CiNii Articlesを用いた調査,2)J-STAGE・メディカルオンラインへの収録状況調査,3)サーチエンジンを用いたサンプリング調査,という3つの方法を採用した。結果から,日本の学協会誌掲載論文のうち,7割以上は何らかの形でオンラインで入手可能であると見積もられた。特に英語論文や自然科学分野の論文は,オンラインで入手可能なものが多い。一方で,人文学分野ではオンラインで入手できる論文が43.7%,社会科学分野でも51.5%にとどまっていた。

本稿では将棋の解説文中に現れる自然言語による指し手表現と実際の将棋の局面との対応付け手法を提案する.手法の説明に先立ち解説木と候補木の概念を導入する.最初にルールベースの手法により,解説文中に現れる合法手から構成される候補木を列挙する.列挙された候補木の中から,コンピュータ将棋プログラムの評価値を用いて解説木を選択する.本稿では提案手法を用いて解説木を生成し,その誤りについて解析した.また得られた解説木を解説文生成手法に適用し,解説文生成を行った.実験の結果,多くの局面において指し手表現と局面状態を対応付けた解説木の獲得に成功し,またそのうち約8割は正しい解説木の獲得に成功していた.また得られた解説木を解説文生成に適用し,複数の有益な解説文の生成に成功した.

The wage increase is the inevitable issues to expanding domestic demand for Japan which is faced with the challenge of overcoming deflation. In this situation, since the 2000s, the measuring standard/minimum cost of living has attracted attention for wage increase policy. National trade union centers and researchers measured them. This paper compares four standard/minimum cost of living. Our findings are as follows. The difference in level is large to say the standard/minimum cost of living. Then, to enhance the effectiveness of measuring standard/minimum cost of living for the wage increase policy, the more research on the standard of living and wages being guaranteed to the workers is required.

In recent years, hospitals have routinely implemented antimicrobial stewardship (AS) programs, and it is important that these programs are effective. Consequently, we utilized a customized computer system to support infection management and implemented a pharmacist-driven AS program in our hospital. Using this computer system, a pharmacist monitored the daily usage of carbapenems and agents against anti-methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and generated a patient database. With the use of this computer system, we found that the patient database entry time significantly decreased from 24 to 12 min (p<0.01). Subsequently, we were also able to monitor tazobactam/piperacillin usage owing to the increased efficiency of our AS program. As a result, the average number of monitored patients significantly increased from 51 to 72 per month (p<0.01) and the number of proposed prescriptions increased from 189 to 238 per year. Additionally, the usage of carbapenems and tazobactam/piperacillin significantly decreased (p<0.01) after implementation of this computer support system. In summary, we recommend that pharmacists utilize computer systems to implement AS programs because they increase the efficiency of interventions and monitoring of patients and promote appropriate antibiotic use.

症例は68歳,男性.数週間前より腹部膨満感を自覚しており,外来での上部内視鏡検査で胃石を認めた.当院入院後,コーラによる溶解療法に引き続いて,内視鏡的にスネアで砕石,除去し得た.胃石の治療としてはコーラ溶解療法,内視鏡的治療が知られているが,それぞれの単独治療でのデメリットを補う意味でも,併用療法が単独治療より有用かつ安全であると思われる.

Professor Takeshi Kobayashi was a leading and representative figure in interpretation of Japan. He passed awaysuddenly on March 13th in 2013 at the age of 55. This paper describes a brief history of interpretation in Japan, following thesteps that Professor Kobayashi had taken in the field of interpretation and environmental education. Professor Kobayashistarted his interpretation career at the Takao Visitor Center as a ranger of the Nature Conservation Society of Japan in 1983.He established the Center for Environmental Studies in order to focus on nature interpretation in 1988. He had also coordinatedthe Japan-U.S. Interpreter Training Seminar, which was jointly supported by the U.S. National Park Services, since 1995 anddeveloped a number of other interpreter training programs in Japan. He played a central role in those training courses in 1990s and 2000s of Japan, during which the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports,Science and Technology were active in offering training for interpreters and outdoor educators. He became a professor at theGifu Academy of Forest Science and Culture in 2005 and a professor at the Department of Animal Sciences, the Faculty ofLife and Environmental Sciences, Teikyo University of Science in 2010. He developed courses for instructors and trainers ofenvironmental education and interpretation. Professor Kobayashi helped offering opportunities for domestic and internationalinterpreters to meet and to develop network. He had been engaged in developing interpretation through projects and events,human resource development, and networking, and greatly contributed to the enhancement of interpretation in Japan till thelast day.

The generation and migration of geofluids in subduction zones are discussed for the subducting slab and the overlying mantle wedge and crust in terms of theoretical models and observations. Theoretical models include several mechanisms of fluid migration, e.g., Rayleigh-Taylor instability, Stokes ascent, channel flow, and porous flow, whose characteristic lengths and velocities differ significantly. As a result, these mechanisms may occur in different settings within subduction zones. We compare seismic and geochemical observations with the model of fluid migrations, based on which a typical fluid fraction within the mantle wedge is estimated to be 0.1 to 1 vol.%. Accordingly, it is suggested that fluid migration within the mantle wedge is driven by the buoyancy of the fluid, rather than being dragged by the flow of solid matrix. This suggests the fluid rises vertically. In the shallow part of the mantle wedge and within the arc crust, in particular the upper crust, the channel flow seems to be dominant. However, the relationship between these channels and the surface exits observed as volcanoes and hot spring systems is unclear. To better understand fluid distribution and migration, we need to incorporate more observations (e.g., electrical conductivity structure) and models (e.g., models of petrological and thermal structures).
