中世東寺を統括していた長者・凡僧別当・執行などに関する史料を系統的に調査した結果、「東寺長者補任」の諸本、「東寺凡僧別当引付」、京都国立博物館所蔵「阿刀家伝世資料」、天理大学附属天理図書館所蔵「東寺執行日記」、「東寺過去帳」などの写真や情報を収集することができた。その上で、これまで行われてこなかったこれらの史料学的検討を行った。1.「東寺長者補任」諸本の調査とそれらの史料学的考察の結果、従来認識されていなかった長者補任の類型を抽出することができた。さらに、諸本それぞれの特徴を提示するとともに、いくつかの補任については作成者を確定することもできた。2.「東寺執行日記」については、これまで研究の素材として主に利用されてきたのは内閣文庫所蔵の二種類の写本であったが、今回の調査によって天理図書館所蔵のより良い写本を発見することができた。今後は、こちらが研究の基礎史料になると考える。3.「東寺文書」「東寺百合文書」「教王護国寺文書」など、これまで利用されてきた東寺関係史料に「阿刀家伝世資料」を加えて分析することによって、平安時代から近世初期に至る東寺執行職の歴代を確定し、その根拠となる史料を翻刻提示した。また執行の職務内容についても検討し、新たな知見をえた。4.東寺に伝来してきた複数の「過去帳」について、それぞれの性格を確定した。また、東寺と関係の深い醍醐寺の過去帳分析も行った。今後も収集史料の史料学的研究を継続するとともに、「東寺執行日記」のテキスト化を行う予定である。

当科で経験した小児・若年者甲状腺癌14例について検討した.男女比1:2.5, 年齢6~19歳だった.主訴は頸部腫瘤が13例と最も多く,術前診断は血中サイログロブリン値測定と穿刺吸引細胞診が比較的診断率が高かった.手術方法は全摘6例,亜全摘7例,葉切除1例で,リンパ節郭清は12例に行った.全例乳頭癌でリンパ節転移陽性は10例(71%)だった.肺転移は3例(21%)に認めたが現在全例生存中である.小児・若年者は早期からリンパ節転移や肺転移をきたしやすいため,正確な術前評価,手術方法の決定,厳重な術後経過観察が必要だと考えた.

分子モーターキネシンやダイニンによるオルガネラ輸送は医療や美容と関連が深い。例えばアルツハイマー病などの神経疾患では軸索輸送障害が問題となるし日焼けの原因となるメラニン色素の顆粒輸送もキネシンやダイニンが担う。非平衡統計力学は輸送を扱う学問であるが、非平衡統計力学の恒等式をこのような輸送に応用した。これらの輸送は非平衡確率過程とみなせるからである。具体的にはシナプス小胞前駆体輸送とメラニン色素顆粒輸送を調べた。前者では恒等式の利用でシナプス形成位置に異常がでる変異体において物理的要因を突き止めた。後者ではダイニン阻害剤シリオブレビンの効果を輸送に関連する力や分子モーターの数から評価した。

"IPA Font" series(Ver.003 and upper), "IPAex Font" series (Ver.001 and upper) and "IPAmjMincho Font" (Ver.001 and upper) is able to use with the agreement to "IPA Font License", which is consistent with international business practice and endorsed by Open Source Initiative (OSI) as confirmed license with Open Source Definition (OSD). The recipient may create, use, reproduce and/or redistribute a derived font program under the terms for the licensed font program provided, that the recipient shall follow "IPA Font License" when redistributing the derived font program. In this paper, we investigate the situation that how the derived font program that modified Japanese open font is distributed with. As a result, we revealed that "IPA Font License" did some contribution for software industrial development. In addition, it was suggested that some derivation fonts might violate the license.

兵庫県神戸市などに位置する六甲山地の花崗岩体において自然放射線量率(地表γ線)の測定を行った。測定地点は、六甲山の花崗岩分布地域で124点である。測定結果の平均値は80.3±22.8nGy/h、となり、これらの値は日本の花崗岩の平均値(73±24)と比べると少し高い。Γ線量率の強度分布は岩体の北西部に向かって次第に高くなる傾向がみられた。また、六甲山体中に領家帯と山陽帯の花崗岩の境界線が存在しγ線量率に顕著な差が生じた。領家帯に属する花崗岩の平均γ線量率は54.6nGy/h、山陽帯に属する花崗岩の平均γ線量率は85.1nGy/hとなった。この傾向は大阪府においても同様な傾向が報告されている。

Nous allons montrer, dans cette etude, comment un criminologue celebre pour son epoque, Gabriel Tarde, a traite de la criminalite en s'appuyant sur sa theorie de limitation. Cette problematique est souvent jugee trop banale, quand on dit que Tarde l'a appliquee a tous les phenomenes. Mais l'application theorique ne semble pas aller de soi: dans ses etudes approfondies sur l'histoire de la sociologie, Laurent Mucchielli affirme que la theorie de l'imitation n'apparaissait <<dans son oeuvre criminologique que de maniere presqu'incidente, comme surajoutee>> (Mucchielli, 1994b: 296). Peut-on admettre, avec lui, que la theorie de l'imitation n'est pas tres importante dans la criminologie tardienne? Nous devons bien verifier la Write puisque c'est une idee principale chez Tarde. Nous commencerons par comparer la criminologie de Tarde avec les autres pensees penales de son epoque: ecole classique et ecole positiviste (paragraphe I). Puis nous verrons comment Tarde a trouve que les facteurs physiques et physiologiques jouent le role moins important que les facteurs sociaux dans la regularite de la criminalite (paragraphe II). Nous montrerons aussi que Tarde a etabli sa theorie criminologique sur la base de la notion d'imitation. Nous envisagerons ses idees sous les quatre aspects de l'imitation: l'hypnotisme, la socialisation, la coutume et la mode (paragraphe III), la conclusion etant que, dans l'etablissement de la sociologie criminelle, Tarde a joue un role plus important que Mucchielli ne le pense.

本研究は,東京大都市圏における若者のアニメに関連した観光・レジャーの実態と空間的な特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした。Web上で実施したアンケートからは,単にアニメに関連した観光・レジャーといっても,その活動の種類によって参加頻度が大きくことなることや,日常的に顔を合わせる友人だけでなく,オンライン上で知り合った友人とも一緒に観光・レジャーを行う層が一定数いることが明らかになった。さらに,アンケートの結果をもとに,来訪されやすいアニメショップや印象に残りやすいアニメの聖地の空間的特徴を概観した。秋葉原や池袋などのアニメショップが集積する場所として有名な場所だけでなく,新宿にもその集積がみられた。また,都心部にもアニメの聖地が数多くみられ,多くの若者が訪れていることが明らかとなった。

The experience-oriented learning was heavily criticized as causing learners to 'crawl-about' for trivial facts. But this criticism not only failed to take account of the potential of proliferation of codes formed through experience-oriented learning, but also disturbed the study of their proliferation. A similar mistake was made also by those who defended the experience-oriented learning. Both, the accuser and the defender of the experience-oriented learning, were equally restricted within the frame of the dichotomy of 'experience' and 'knowledge' distorted by a deductive theory of knowledge.Contrary to this dichotomy, it is necessary to construct the theory of learning on the basis of the logic of abduction. The author tries to prove that learning should be regarded as a proliferation of codes; hence the learner first of all must try to transform codes temporarily by abduction. The codes activate the inherent selfproliferating tendency when they fulfil the required conditions to cause abduction.It is through the very 'crawling-about' that these conditions are fulfilled, so it is absurd to maintain that the 'crawling-about' prevents the learner from growing in knowledge. The 'crawling-about' is never fruitless, but should be accepted as the indispensable foundation for subsequent learning.

本研究では、光音響効果を用いた音源生成の理論を確立し、最終的にはそれを気体中に適用することで任意の音源を再生可能な空中音源の生成を目指している。本年度は、初年度の成果に基づき、物体表面を音源位置とする音響信号の再生を目指し、システム構築、実験を行なった。光学的音響計測器を構築し、音波生成の様子を確認した。具体的には、以下の課題について取り組んだ。(1)複数の周波数を再生可能なシステムの構築:初年度は光音響効果という物理現象の基礎的な特性を明らかにするため、正弦波などの単純な定常音の発生を対象としたが、レーザパルスの周波数を変えることにより複数の周波数の音を再生可能なシステムを構築した。レーザを金属、木材、炭化コルク等に照射して、音の発生を確認した。光を照射する物質との関係など、光音響効果に関わる様々な要因を実験により確認した。(2)音源のプロジェクションを目指した処理:可動式ミラーによりレーザ光照射位置を変えることができるシステムを構築し、光を照射した場所を音源とすることができることを確認した。このシステムにより移動音源を生成可能であることを実験により確認した。(3)光学的音響計測による音源近傍の計測:我々がこれまで開発してきた位相シフト干渉法と偏光計測技術を組み合わせた空気の屈折率変調を定量的かつ高速高空間分解能で計測可能な計測器を用いて、音波発生の様子を計測するために音源近傍の観測を行ない、音波発生の様子を可視化した。

Genetic diversity and population structure of the mudskipper, Periophthalmus modestus, were investigated using mitochondrial control region (D-loop) sequence analysis. Sixty-eight haplotypes were detected in 196 individuals collected at 19 localities [Seto Inland Sea (n=11), Pacific coast (n=4: Mie Prefecture, Ehime Prefecture, Kochi Prefecture and Chiba Prefecture), Japan Sea coast (n=1), Ariake Sea (n=1) and Okinawa Prefecture (n=2: Haneji flats and Sashiki flats)], and an average haplotype diversity of h=0.923 was obtained. Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) indicated that Edo R., Ibi R., Souzu R., Arita R., Kashima R., Haneji F., and Sashiki F. populations were isolated from Seto Inland Sea populations. No significant genetic differentiation was observed among Seto Inland Sea populations. These results suggest that the regional populations in Seto Inland Sea have a metapopulation structure.

Shin Kobe railway station on the Sanyo Shinkan Sen (New Sanyo Line) is situated at the south piedmont of the Mt. Rokko and underlied by active fault named Suwayama fault.Then the elevated railway structures are underlied three different beds such as granite rock, fault clay and alluvial sand and gravels.So, the special considerations were carried out for the design of the structures with regard to the effects of differential movements of the ground due to active faulting, uneven subgrade reaction under the basement structures, and heaving pressure due to swelling of the fault clay.

近年、高等教育機関・研究機関における機関リポジトリの普及に伴い、機関リポジトリが持つ可能性とその活用に向けた議論が盛んである。その議論の中心にある、オープンアクセスリポジトリ連合(COAR)の次世代リポジトリWG では、世界中に分散した機関リポジトリを地球規模の学術コミュニケーション・ネットワークとして位置付け、新たな付加価値サービスの展開を想定したユースケース及び技術の検討を行っている。我々の研究グループでは、こうした状況を鑑み、主要なオープンソースリポジトリソフトウェアの技術比較を行ってきた。本発表では、技術比較結果の考察および技術史的な視点から、次世代リポジトリソフトウェアに求められる技術的な機能像を明らかにする。
