外傷性環椎後頭骨脱臼は致死的外傷に伴うことが多く,生存例であっても重傷頭部外傷の合併により看過されることがある.今回救命し得た1症例を経験したので報告する.症例は75歳,男性.軽自動車を運転中に大型トレーラーとオフセット衝突して受傷した.自発呼吸はあるが,意識昏睡状態であり,四肢完全麻痺,外転神経麻痺を認めた.急性硬膜下血腫,頭蓋頚椎移行部レベルのくも膜下出血,両側動揺性胸郭,血気胸,骨盤骨折を合併していた.basion-dens intervalは15.8mmと拡大し,condyle-C1 intervalはいずれも正常2.0mmを超える値であり,外傷性環椎後頭骨脱臼と診断した.全身状態が落ち着いた受傷後5週に後頭頚椎固定術を施行した.術後,ベッドアップの制限なく,瞬目で,はい,いいえの意思疎通を行い,離握手も可能となった.

The current study experimentally manipulated the process in which two types of products were provided: one had a characteristic design but its use was not readily apparent (the product requiring familiarization, or PRF) while the other had a general design and its use was readily apparent (the self-explanatory product, or SEP). The aim of this study was to investigate differences between the PRF and SEP in terms of the value of an emotional connection, the value of familiarization, and desire to buy. Results indicated that the PRF significantly induced both an emotional connection and familiarization more than the SEP did, but the desire to buy the two products did not differ significantly. The current results did not experimentally indicate whether an emotional connection or familiarization leads to a desire to buy. In addition, this study analyzed the association between formation of impressions of a PRF and the emotional connection or familiarization with that product. Results indicated that a more novel PRF resulted in a stronger emotional connection and increased familiarization. A bland impression diminished familiarization, but individual differences in a bland impression were not associated with an emotional connection. Impressions of the novelty of a PRF may be associated with encounters with that product overall while a bland impression may be specifically associated with certain encounters with that product.◆本研究では、デザインが特徴的で一見して使途がすぐにわからない商品(経験ブロバイダー商品)と、一般的なデザインで使途がすぐにわかる同じカテゴリの商品(対照商品)を呈示することで経験プロバイダーを実験的に操作し、これらの商品に対して、実験参加者の情緒的経験価値と関係的経験価値、および、購買意欲に違いが認められるのかを検証した。その結果、経験プロバイダー商品は対照商品よりも有意に情緒的経験価値と関係的経験価値を生じさせたが、それらの商品の購買意欲には違いが認められなかった。これらの結果から、経験価値が購買意欲の違いを生み出すかどうかを実験的に明らかにすることはできなかった。また、本研究で用いられた経験ブロバイダー商品の印象構造が情緒的経験価値と関係的経験価値とどのように関連するのかを検討した。その結果、これらの商品に対して斬新な印象を抱く人ほど、情緒的経験価値と関係的経験価値が高まり、柔和な印象を抱く人ほど関係的経験価値は低下するが、柔和な印象の個人差は情緒的経験価値と関連がないことが示された。これらの結果は、経験ブロバイダー商品に対する印象には、経験価値全般と関連するもの(斬新な印象)もある一方、経験価値と特異的に関連するもの(柔和な印象)もあることを示唆する。

スウェーデン救貧連盟は,1918年の救貧法改革の実現に貢献した有力な圧力団体として注目されてきた.また,その児童福祉に関わる活動も,スウェーデンの児童福祉の発展に重要な役割を果たしたことが知られている.しかし,このように活動の一部に関心が集中する一方で,そもそもこの団体が如何なる課題をもち,どのような活動を展開したのかを検討する作業は十分行われてこなかった.そこで,本稿では,担った課題や活動の展開を万遍なく把握することを通じて,この団体の全体像を明らかにし,それによりこの団体がスウェーデン福祉国家の形成に果たした歴史的役割を解明することを試みることとする.この第2部では,救貧連盟の設立過程を扱い,この団体が如何なる課題をもって設立されたのかを見ていく.Svenska fattigvårdsförbundet is known as the influential pressure group which had played an important role in establishment of new poor law of 1918. Its activities for child welfare has also attracted attention because of its remarkable contribution to the development of child welfare in Sweden. But man has not sufficiently scrutinized for which purposes this organization was established or how and what kind of activities this organization had developed. In this article we try to grasp whole aspect of this organization through examining the problems this organization took and the activities that unfolded. In that way we want to elucidate which role Svenska fattigvårdsförbundet had played in the formation of the Swedish welfare state. In this part of this article we discuss the establishing process in order to clarify aims of this organization when it was founded.論文/Article

本研究は、アジア太平洋戦争中の小笠原諸島(父島・母島および周辺の島々)および硫黄諸島(火山列島)において強制疎開の対象となり(ただし住民の一部は現地で軍務動員)、敗戦後も故郷喪失状態に置かれ続けた人びとが、自分たちの置かれたディアスポラ状況にどのように対応してきたのかを、文献資料調査とインタビュー調査に基づいて、歴史社会学的観点から検討した。

近代としての「帝国」を、その世界的な支配秩序の形成過程に巻き込まれてきた人びとの経験の場から実証的・理論的に捉え直すことを目的とした本研究では、それぞれの「植民地」における個々の歴史的実態を解明するためにフィールドワークを重視した。日本国内と韓国での複数回にわたる国際シンポジウムの開催と現地調査、およびそれらを踏まえた研究交流を通じて「帝国/植民地」の形成過程に関する比較分析を蓄積し、グローバル化時代における「国内植民地主義」の更なる理論化を準備した。
