Le but de cet article est de mettre en lumière l'importance de la lecture du livre d'Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, La terre des hommes, dans le développement de la pensée sartrienne. Sartre le lit pendant la mobilisation de la Seconde Guerre mondiale et le rapproche de la notion d'« être-dans-le-monde » heideggerienne. Nous essayons de montrer que cette « saint-exupérisation » de la pensée heideggerienne lui fait préparer non seulement la nouvelle orientation de sa pensée mais aussi la lecture anthropologique de Heidegger. Pour commencer, nous analyserons en quoi on peut justifier une telle identification de la pensée de Saint-Exupéry avec celle de Heidegger en recourant à la notion d'être-dans-le-monde. En effet, celle-ci est ce qui sépare Saint-Exupéry des auteurs exotiques en ce qu'elle rompt avec le touriste abstrait, modèle de protagoniste de ces derniers. L'aviateur saint-exupérien dévoile, en tant qu'être-dans-le-monde, le secret du monde à travers son métier. En ce sens, il paraît pour Sartre, qui tentait d'ailleurs de saisir l'enjeu de la pensée de Heidegger, comme un exemple idéal qu'il doit suivre. Ensuite, nous arguerons que ce même exotisme exerce une influence sur la pensée philosophique de Sartre. Sa pensée d'avant-guerre se caractérise comme la pensée de survol, terme que Merleau-Ponty utilisera pour critiquer Sartre. Mais en lisant Saint-Exupéry, il commence à prendre conscience de sa propre corporéité et de sa vision fonctionnaire du monde détachée de tout lien avec la terre. C'est pourquoi il essaie de refaire de sa philosophie une philosophie enracinée dans la terre. Enfin, nous verrons que l'introduction de cette nouvelle perspective pourrait, selon lui, faire courir le risque des fascismes. En critiquant l'ancien humanisme fondé sur la notion abstraite d'espèce, Sartre décèle en même temps, dans la notion d'être-dans-le-monde, une nostalgie vague des fascismes. Pour éviter ce piège dont Sartre lui-même faillit être victime, il lui faudra un long et fastidieux effort pour anthropologiser la pensée heideggerienne, ce qui aboutira enfin sur l'établissement du nouvel humanisme.

そもそも運動部と文化部は何が違うのか、違うのであれば、何が違うのかを明らかにすることが必要であろう。運動部が外郭団体(中体連、高体連、高野連など)と紐帯を形成してきたように、文化部も外郭団体(高文連など)と深い関係性にある。つまりは、運動部が外郭団体の主催事業(競技大会)へ参加しているように、文化部も外郭団体の主催事業(コンクール)へ参加している。そうした背景から、運動部活動における諸問題(顧問教師の過重負担、勝利至上主義など)は、運動部だけに特化した問題ではなく、おそらくは文化部活動にも存在する問題であると考えられる。そこで本研究は、部活動を運動部と文化部に分類することへの疑問を出発点とし、文化部の中でも部員数が多く、最も活発な活動をしているといわれる吹奏楽部に着目しつつ、これまでの部活動のダイトコトミーを批判的に検討してみたい。

Unpasteurized draft sake has a potential market value, since it shows fresh flavor and fruity taste, compared with conventional thermal pasteurized sake. However, the actualization of the market value of draft sake is restricted by its short shelf life due to deterioration of flavors and taste by the over-fermentation by sake-yeast, as well as by remaining enzymes produced by koji-mold. Recently, we have developed a new sake brewing process with high hydrostatic pressure (HHP) treatment as a non-thermal pasteurization. Using this process, a prototype HHP-treated sparkling type draft cloudy sake, namely AWANAMA, was brewed. This prototype sake remains the sensory properties like draft sake, but avoiding deterioration by over-fermentation. In this report, we described the development of the new sake brewing process, results of marketing research by domestic and international exhibitions, and the still-remaining research objectives undergoing.

肺動静脈瘻は先天性の中胚葉性血管形成不全を原因とする疾患である.症例は26歳,男性.Hugh-Jones II度の労作時呼吸困難あり,健康診断にて胸部X線上結節状陰影を指摘され当院紹介受診.3次元CT等で右上下肺,左下肺に肺動静脈瘻を認め,肺血流シンチグラムではシャント率16.5%であった.経カテーテルコイル塞栓術を施行し,術後血液ガス所見および臨床症状の著明な改善を認めた.

要旨●当院で胃型腺腫(幽門腺腺腫)と診断された25例25病変を検討した.H. pylori未感染胃に発生した症例(癌化例含む)は2例(8.0%)のみであり,23例(92.0%)はH. pylori現感染胃,もしくは既感染胃に発生した症例であった.全症例U領域もしくはM領域に位置しており,L領域の症例は認めなかった.色調は白色調,褪色調,発赤調,同色調までさまざまであり,特徴的な所見は認めなかった.肉眼型は隆起型,もしくは表面隆起型に鑑別できるものが大部分であった.全25例中12例(48.0%)に癌合併を認めており,胃型腺腫に対して内視鏡治療を行うことを検討すべきと考えられた.

In recent years, self-loosening detail mechanisms of bolted joints had been revealed using three dimensional FE analysis in which the bolts and the nuts have almost perfect configurations geometrically. However the configurations of actual bolts and nuts have certainly errors. Wear on contact surfaces also occurs in the actual bolted joint. Hence it is not easy to accurately simulate the actual bolted joint by only FEM. In this study, an influence of lubricants on self-loosening characteristics have been investigated in order to understand actual phenomena in self-loosening process. The self-loosening tests for a hexagon head cap screw M10 due to transverse vibration were performed under lubricated conditions by Machine oil ISO VG46, Molybdenum disulfide grease and Polyisobuthylene which is used as a special lubricant for bolt tightening. A bearing surface configuration of the bolt was controlled in this study. The results showed that the bolted joints lubricated by Polyisobuthylene had a higher resistance for self-loosening than the bolted joints lubricated by Molybdenum disulfide grease and Machine oil ISO VG46. The number of cycle until loosening depended on bearing surface configurations.

本研究の対象である松江には,城下町の街路構造や城濠などの歴史的な都市構造が残存しているが,近代化以降,交通インフラの変化や近世から繰り返し経験している大火や洪水といった外的圧抑を受容してきた.そこで本研究は,(1)社会基盤,(2)社会構造(人口・地価),(3)地割,の3つの視点により近代以降の松江の都市形成過程を分析し,近代化と災害を受けてどのように都市構造を変化させ,あるいは松江の歴史的基盤を継承してきたのか,その過程と要因を明らかにすることを目的とする.都市計画・基盤整備の歴史と地区ごとの人口・地価動態の分析により,大火と洪水という災害が中心市街地内部の地区改良と大橋近傍の拠点性と城濠の温存,中心部からフリンジ部,郊外部へという人口の流動に影響を与えたことが明らかとなった.こうした近代化と災害を契機としたマクロな都市構造の変化はミクロな地割形態の変容過程にも影響を与え,現在の地区ごとの特徴や歴史的資源の残存の程度に違いをもたらしていることを,字図を用いた地割分析により示した.

はじめに VC(verrucous carcinoma)は細胞異形成をほとんど示さないで増殖する扁平上皮の増殖病変であり,1948年にAckerman1)により提唱された.悪性であるのかどうかは長年議論があったが,現在では扁平上皮癌の一亜型と位置付けられている. 生検標本のみでは診断が不可能であり,よく良性疾患と誤診されることがある.間質浸潤は極めてまれとされ,臨床予後は摘出さえできれば極めて良好である.

近年の周回探査機による高解像度リモートセンシングデータや,着陸機による鉱物・化学組成のその場分析により,火星には1000を超える水に関連した堆積物層の露頭が存在することが分かってきた.これら露頭の鉱物・化学組成の解析により,火星の古環境変遷の概要が明らかになりつつある.約43−40億年前の火星では,地下もしくは表層での中性−塩基性の水と玄武岩との化学反応により,粘土鉱物や炭酸塩岩が形成していた.その後,約40−32億年前には,強酸性の表層水が蒸発する際に沈殿する硫酸塩岩やシリカ水和物の存在で特徴付けられる,酸化的かつ乾燥した表層環境に変化してきた.また,これ以降の時代では,液体の水は火星上の堆積物の形成において主要なプロセスではなくなった.本稿では,火星上に見つかった堆積物層の特徴やそれらの起源,環境変動を引き起こした原因,新たに浮かび上がった環境進化に関する謎や課題について議論する.

The Japanese Adverse Drug Event Report (JADER) database of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) has been available to the public since 2012. The database includes reports on drug-related adverse events from pharmaceutical companies or medical institutions. It is expected to improve the proper use of pharmaceutical products through pharmacoepidemiological studies using the JADER. However, wrong results and interpretations would be derived unless the features of JADER are carefully considered before the study. However, no study has investigated JADER from the viewpoint of data cleaning.Herein, we summarized the features and precautions for use of JADER (downloaded on June 2015). For example, we found many misspellings and drug names input in various forms because of incorrect Japanese Kanji, voiced and semi-voiced dots, and half-width and full-width forms. We also found that the number of adverse events tends to increase throughout the year, with the highest number reported in the third quarter (October-December). Finally, emergency or rapid safety information (i.e., yellow letter and blue letter) and results of drug use surveys generally increase the number of adverse events reported in JADER.

数学における証明のを計算機を用いて一部自動化することを目指します.本申請課題は,この最終目標に対する探索研究として,自然数に関する命題の証明の一部自動化を目指します.本申請課題では,証明が二者ゲームとして定式化でき,したがってゲーム AI の学習手法を証明ゲームに適用することで有能な自動証明アルゴリズムを錬成できるのではないか,というアイデアに基づいて研究を進めます.自動証明は様々なシステムが意図通りに動作することを保証するための要素技術として用いられており,その点で将来的に産業的なインパクト・貢献の可能性が期待できると考えています.

目的:非接触型前十字靱帯(anterior cruciate ligament:ACL)損傷の骨解剖学的リスク因子を抽出することである. 対象と方法:初回非接触型ACL損傷患者33例33膝(ACL群)と健常者26例26膝(対照群)の下肢荷重位X線像から下肢前額面アライメントと骨形態を計測した. 結果:ACL群では対照群よりも静的下肢アライメントが外反しており,脛骨近位内側角と大腿骨遠位外側角が影響していた. まとめ:荷重位下肢アライメントが外反するほど膝関節への外反トルクが強くなるため,ACLに応力が集中して靱帯損傷に至る危険性が高くなると考えられる.

【目的】新潟県では,1965年代から脳血管疾患対策として様々な減塩運動を展開してきた。しかし,脳血管疾患年齢調整死亡率は全国平均より高く,食塩摂取量も全国平均を上回る結果だった。そこで2009年度から新たな減塩運動「にいがた減塩ルネサンス運動」に10年間取り組んだ。その取組をとおし栄養・食生活分野におけるPDCAサイクルに基づく成果の見える栄養施策の展開を試みた。【方法】実態把握から優先順位の高い健康課題の抽出と,その背景となる栄養・食生活の要因を分析し,その要因が改善されるよう施策を整理し目標達成を目指した。また,各々の施策の事業効果が目標達成にどう影響を及ぼしているかが見える化できるよう評価枠組を整理した。評価枠組は各施策の事業効果が質的,量的にどう影響を及ぼすかが明確になるよう結果評価,影響評価,経過評価に分け,目標達成に影響を及ぼす施策とその成果が分かるよう施策を展開した。【結果】経過評価に位置付けた,市町村や関係機関での取組が増加した。影響評価に位置づけた,県民の高食塩摂取量に関連する食行動が有意に改善した。結果評価に位置づけた食塩摂取量や収縮期血圧値や脳血管疾患死亡数及び虚血性心疾患死亡数が減少した。【結論】PDCAサイクルに基づく展開と,目標達成につながる評価枠組を整理し枠組順に客観的に評価したことで,施策が目標達成にどのように影響を及ぼしたのかその関連性を見える化することができた。
