近年,Drive-by Download 攻撃の被害が増えている.Drive-by Download 攻撃は特定のサイトに訪れたユーザにマルウェアをダウンロード,実行させる攻撃である.Drive-by Download 攻撃においてエクスプロイトキットが利用される攻撃が見られる.そこで URL のパス・クエリ部のパターンや特徴を基に,エクスプロイトキットで利用される悪性 URL の検出手法を提案する.

「音を聴くと,色が見える」という現象は 色聴と呼ばれており,共感覚の1つである.こうした現象は 感覚モダリティ間の関係を明らかにする上で重要な手がかりとなることが期待される.本研究は 色聴保持者において音楽聴取時に実際に色知覚に関与している脳内領野で活動が生じているかをfMRIを用いて計測した.実験はブロックデザインで行われ 課題刺激は音楽,レストはbeep音の呈示が行われた.分析はSPM99を用いて行われた.色聴保持者固有の賦活領域として紡錘状回および上前頭回が抽出され,紡錘状回において色知覚に関わるV4/V8付近で有意な活動がみられた.このことは,色聴が聴覚系と視覚系の直接的な相互作用により生じていることを示唆している.また左紡錘状回が右に比べて広く賦活していることより,色聴は左紡錘状回が相対的に重要な役割を担っていると考えられる.

カブトエビは水田の代かき後数日で出現するが, その生態学的特徴には一年生水田雑草と類似のものが多い.これらの雑草の種子の中には光の刺激によって発芽するものがあるので, このような現象がアジアカブトエビ卵の孵化についてもみられるか否かを検討したところ, 光の効果を受けることがわかった.20℃で, いろいろな日長および全明, 全暗の条件下で, 茨木市内の水田土壌に含まれている卵および土壌を除去した飼育貯蔵卵に注水し, 孵化の状況を観察したところ, 8~24hrLの日長下では短期間に高い孵化率がみられたが, 4hrL以下の日長下では孵化が遅れ, とくに全暗条件下ではその遅れが著しかった.

【目的】わが国では,多数の体細胞クローン牛が生産されており,これらの牛を対象とした一連の飼養・繁殖試験を通じ,雌雄のクローン牛の成長や繁殖に関する健全性のデータが収集されている。しかしながら,クローン牛由来乳のリスク評価に重要といわれる乳中アレルゲンに関するデータ収集は不十分である。本研究では体細胞クローン牛およびその後代牛が生産した乳中のβ-ラクトグロブリン(BLG)の遺伝的変異体(多型)のタイプ(ホルスタイン種では、通常、A型,B型およびAB型の3種類)を調査した。【方法】泌乳中の体細胞クローン牛:11頭(ホルスタイン種:9頭,黒毛和種:2頭),体細胞クローン後代牛:6頭(ホルスタイン種),5頭の体細胞クローン牛(ホルスタイン種)に共通のドナー牛:1頭および対照牛:17頭(ホルスタイン種:15頭、黒毛和種:2頭)より乳を採取し,その中に含まれるBLGのタイプをBLG特異的抗体(森永生化学研究所製)を用いたウエスタンブロット法で解析した。【結果と考察】調査したホルスタイン種におけるBLGタイプは,体細胞クローン牛で,A型:2頭,B型:1頭,AB型:6頭,後代牛で,A型:0頭,B型:2頭,AB型:4頭,また,対照牛で,A型:4頭,B型:4頭,AB型:7頭であった。ドナー牛とこの牛の体細胞より生産されたクローン牛(5頭)に由来する乳のBLGタイプは全て同一(AB型)であった。一方,調査した黒毛和種におけるBLGタイプは,体細胞クローン牛2頭 (同じ体細胞由来) で,ともにB型,対照牛で,A型:0頭,B型:1頭,AB型:1頭であった。以上の結果は,体細胞クローン操作が,生産されたクローン牛やその後代牛の乳中BLGにおける遺伝的変異体のタイプに影響を及ぼしていないことを示唆している。

大学でのキャリア教育において自己分析と業界・企業分析を深めさせることは新卒の離職率を抑える上で重要である.一方で,キャリアに対する前向きな態度も離職率を抑える上で寄与すると考えられる.本稿ではそれらが就職後の就職先への満足度にどの程度相関があるかの調査を行った.調査の結果,自己分析や業界・企業分析やキャリアに対する前向きな態度と就職先への満足度に相関が認められた.一方で,キャリアに対する前向きな態度があっても,自己分析や業界・企業分析ほど満足度には結び付かないことも分かった.また,そもそもキャリアに対して前向きな態度を持つものほど自己分析と業界・企業分析をしていることが明らかになった.

日本ではアタマジラミ症に対する治療薬として,ピレスロイド系薬剤のフェノトリン0.4%配合の市販薬のみが認可されている.欧米ではこのピレスロイド系薬剤の無効なアタマジラミが蔓延し,沖縄県でも蔓延していることがわかった.本稿では抵抗性の機序や海外のアタマジラミ治療薬,沖縄県内の取り組みや実際的な駆除法を解説する.ノーベル賞受賞者の大野智博士が開発したイベルメクチンは,抵抗性アタマジラミにも有効であるが,日本では保険適応がなく使用出来ない.

アタマジラミは,市販されているピレスロイド製剤を用いて家庭内で駆虫してきたため,これまで皮膚科医が介入する機会はほとんどなかった.しかし近年,ピレスロイド製剤で駆虫できない難治性アタマジラミ症が世界中で広がり,日本でも遭遇する機会が増えている.アタマジラミの特徴,治療法,感染対策について解説するとともに,ピレスロイド抵抗性アタマジラミの耐性化機序や日本の現状と,今後期待される薬剤について紹介する.

Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology carried out seismic surveys using ocean bottom seismographs (OBSs) and a multi-channel reflection survey system from 2004 to understand the structural characteristics and the continuity of the Izu–Ogasawara Arc crust. The Izu–Ogasawara Arc developed from the oceanic crust and produced andesitic middle crusts. The velocity is similar to that identified in the continental crust, and the initial continental crust might have been produced during development of the arc crust. To investigate the process of the Izu–Ogasawara Arc crust, many 2-D velocity structures are compared using unified specifications of data acquisition and analysis, and structural commonalities and differences are evaluated. The specification was confirmed previously through simulation studies using the structure obtained. These arc crustal structures have common characteristics, which are an upper crust with a Vp of 4.5–6.0 km/s, a middle crust with a Vp of 6.0–6.5 km/s, and a lower crust with a Vp of 6.5–7.5 km/s. The lower crust is composed of two layers; the upper part has a Vp of 6.5–6.8 km/s and the lower part has a Vp of 6.8–7.5 km/s. The uppermost mantle has a Vp of less than 8.0 km/s. Development of the arc crust results in crustal thickening accompanied by rifting. Back arc opening after rifting plays the role of crustal thinning. The Shikoku Basin, which is the older backarc basin, has a relatively thin crust with a thickness of approximately 10 km, and the eastern part has a high velocity lower crust with a Vp of over 7 km/s. In addition, the upper crust of the eastern part of the Shikoku Basin has some intrusive materials and strike slip faults with few vertical displacements. Such a high-velocity lower crust is not distributed in the Parece Vela basin. The Ogasawara Ridge has different characteristics from the above arc crust, which are a crustal thickness of approximately 20 km but a complicated structure including a narrow and thin crust in the N–S direction. Here, we introduce the structural characteristics of the entire Izu–Ogasawara Arc crusts based on unified seismic surveys and data analysis methods.

This paper presents a method of correcting distortion in 3D laser-scan data from in-vehicle multilayer laser scanner. A robot identifies its own 3D pose (position and attitude) in a laser-scan period using the normal-distributions transform (NDT) scan-matching method. Based on the pose information, the robot's pose in a period shorter than scan period under the assumption that the robot moves at almost constant linear and turning velocities. The estimated pose of the robot is applied to map laserscan data onto a world coordinate frame. Subsequently, the robot again identifies its own 3D pose from the mapped scan data using NDT scan matching. This iterative process enables the robot to correct the distortion of laser-scan date and accurately map the laser-scan data onto the world coordinate frame. Two methods for correcting the laser-scan data are presented: linear-interpolation based and Kalman-filter based methods. The former applies the extrapolation and interpolation to estimate the vehicle pose, while the latter applies the prediction, estimation, and smoothing. Experimental results of mapping a signal light in a road environment show the performance of the proposed two methods.

I report a case of scalp hair loss and nail destruction as possible side effects of anabolic androgenic steroid (AAS) doping in a Japanese athlete. The patiet, a 27-year-old man, was an amateur bodybuilder who won the championship in a bodybuilding contest. However, he tested positive in a doping test for drostanolone and stanozolol, and was deprived of his championship.In Japan, positive results in doping tests are very rare. The patient suffered from loss of scalp hair and destruction of the nails before the contest. In addition, he presented with hoarseness and soft tumors of the lower extremities. Laboratory data showed hypotestos-onemia caused by AAS doping. However, a hCG test revealed that he still had positive of sex function capacity. Therefore the patients natural course was observed without medical treatment, and the symptoms were resolved within four months after the contest. This is considered to be the first case of nail destruction caused by AAS doping reported in the world.

<p>29 歳,男性。2009 年 12 月,マラソン大会の出走直前に膨疹,悪心,嘔吐が出現し,近医にてアナフィラキシーと診断された。以後,2 カ月間で5 回,腹痛,膨疹,悪心,嘔吐,時に血圧低下などの,蕁麻疹,アナフィラキシー症状を繰り返した。4 回目と 5 回目の症状の出現前日,夕食に納豆を摂取していたため,納豆による遅発性アナフィラキシーを疑った。皮膚プリック-プリックテストでは納豆が陽性であった。納豆摂取誘発試験では摂取 6 時間後に血圧低下を伴う咽頭違和感,膨疹が出現し,納豆によるアナフィラキシーと診断した。納豆摂取を避けてから,現在まで症状はみられていない。</p>

CO2 was absorbed into C60-C70 binary solids at room temperature using a commercially available autoclave. The solids were then immersed in liquid CO2 for 24 h at a gas pressure of 5 to 6 MPa, and the degree of CO2 storage was evaluated by infrared (IR) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). CO2 was detected in pure C60 by IR measurement, and the stoichiometry was estimated to be C60(CO2)0.34 based on the increase in the lattice parameter. Although no trace of CO2 storage was detected for pure C70, the addition of C70 to C60 at a mole fraction of up to 0.16 did not appreciably degrade the storage capacity of CO2 from that in pure C60. The stability of CO2 trapped in solid fullerenes is explained in terms of geometrical considerations based on hard-sphere packing at octahedral sites.
