通常の碁盤(十九路盤)よりも小さい碁盤(4×4以下)における、囲碁の必勝法を探索プログラムにより求めたので報告する。なお本プログラムは、日本ルールである日本囲碁規約に基づいて作成した。プログラム実行の結果、四路盤では持碁(引き分け)、三路盤では先番の勝ち、二路盤では持碁であった。

A large number of researches have tried to solve the mysteries of the Akasaka Imperial Villa, but the interior decoration of the Akasaka Imperial Villa still has a lot of mysteries. The furniture and the decoration reflect the times, so it is very important to have a lot of information about the interior decoration to understand the Akasaka Imperial Villa in those days. This study found out the procurement process of the interior decoration of the Akasaka Imperial Villa. It relied on many imports to complete the western classic style room, but some products made in Japan were found in the room.

A number of network monitoring sensors such as honeypot and web crawler have been launched to observe increasingly-sophisticated cyber attacks. Based on these technologies, there have been several large scale network monitoring projects launched to fight against cyber threats on the Internet. Meanwhile, these projects are facing some problems such as Difficulty of collecting wide range darknet, Burden of honeypot operation and Blacklisting problem of honeypot address. In order to address these problems, this paper proposes a novel proactive cyber attack monitoring platform called GHOST sensor, which enables effective utilization of physical and logical resources such as hardware of sensors and monitoring IP addresses as well as improves the efficiency of attack information collection. The GHOST sensor dynamically allocates targeted IP addresses to appropriate sensors so that the sensors can flexibly monitor attacks according to profiles of each attacker. Through an evaluation in a experiment environment, this paper presents the efficiency of attack observation and resource utilization.

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Populism is one of the most critical issues in Japanese urban politics. This case study examines urban populism through an urban regime analysis of the urban politics of Nagoya city, which has experienced populist politics since Mayor Kawamura took office in 2009.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The most crucial point of this case study is the disintegration of the urban regime of Nagoya in the late 1990s. During the 1980s, this regime restructured itself with developmental and distributive politics. Business leaders supported developmental policies such as the conducting of mega events and building of public facilities. City politicians practiced machine politics and influenced the mayors. Such an urban regime lasted from the early 1980s to mid-1990s.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;However, the regime disintegrated in the late 1990s due to the weakening of machine politics. Politicians lost their power to mobilize voters, making voter behavior unpredictable. This created a power vacuum and made it easy for political leaders to get popular support through populist mobilization. In 2009, Mayor Kawamura was elected with over 500,000 votes (58.57%), and since then, Nagoya has experienced a political confrontation between the mayor and city politicians. This disintegration of the urban regime produced urban populism in the city.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Populism is often considered to be a driver of political changes. However, in this case study, a rearrangement of the city regime brought about urban populism. This study indicates a potential for studies comparing the urban politics of Japan through urban regime analyses.</p>

GC/MSによる揮発成分の同定に保持指標Kovats Indexを補助手段として活用すると,同定はかなり容易になる.現在手持ちのデータ処理装置(市販のCR 3AそれぞれC-R 2A)の持つBASICプログラム機能を活用して,自動的かつ連続的にKI値を計算,出力させるプログラムを開発した.このプログラムを一部変更すれば, BASICプログラム機能をもつ他の機種にも応用できる.この方式によれば, KI値計算のためコンピュータやインターフェースなども不要であり,また,データ処理装置のほかの機能にも支障はない.

This paper presents analysis and design of a flapping robot with membrane wings. We develop an analysis method of aerodynamic forces for flapping movements for the robot. The optimal aspect ratio for a flapping robot with the membrane wings is designed through the numerical simulation that considers not only the analysis method of aerodynamic forces but also the load of a motor and the mechanical structure between the motor and the membrane wings. The simulation results show that the flapping efficiency for membrane wings is better than that for rigid wings. The experimental results agree well with the simulation results based on the proposed analysis method of aerodynamic forces.

失語症者における画像診断の目的は,基礎疾患を診断し,責任病巣や発現機序を明確にして病態の理解や予後の推定に役立てることにある。脳梗塞による失語症者を対象として,前頭葉損傷と失語症,伝導性失語の責任病巣,ならびに境界型梗塞と失語症について検討を加えた。左の前頭葉損傷では種々の失語症が出現する。純粋語唖の責任病巣は中心前回であり,ブローカ領野に限局した病巣では超皮質性感覚性失語を呈する。この両領域が障害され運動性失語となる。ブローカ領野の周辺領域や前頭葉内側部の障害では超皮質性運動性失語が出現する。伝導性失語症の典型例では左の縁上回を中心とする領域に病巣が存在した。なお,このタイプの失語症は中心後回の病巣でも出現しうる。表層型の境界域梗塞では超皮質性失語が出現しうる。また,主幹動脈の閉塞による深部型の境界域梗塞では重度の失語症を呈すことがあり,この場合大脳半球にも重度の脳血流代謝の障害をみる。

This study re-examines the depositional age, lithostratigraphy, and distribution of Mesozoic sedimentary formations in the section of the Kurosegawa Belt that outcrops in the Toba area, eastern Shima Peninsula, Mie Prefecture, Japan. In this area, Mesozoic successions are divided into the Jurassic Shiranezaki Formation and the Cretaceous Matsuo Group. We collected Bajocian and Callovian–Oxfordian age radiolarians from the Shiranezaki Formation and Valanginian–Barremian age radiolarians from the Matsuo Group. The lithology and age constraints provided by these collected radiolarians suggest that part of the previously defined Matsuo Group actually forms part of the Shiranezaki Formation, with this formation being stratigraphically overlain by the Matsuo Group across a disconformity.
