筆者は高校の情報科の授業で用いるために,大学入試センター「情報関係基礎」で用いられている プログラミング言語 DNCL の構文表記を Python 風にして,Web ブラウザ上で動作するプログラミング 学習環境 PyPEN を開発した.本稿では,これまでにいただいた意見を元に行った改良について報告を行 うとともに,今後の開発方針についての考えを述べる.

本研究では、生活困窮者自立支援事業に照準を合わせ、本事業が、その創設に込められた理念である「貧困と社会的排除の問題解決」や「制度の狭間の解消」に資する生活・就労支援制度となるために必要な条件を探究する。大阪府内の各自治体や委託事業者という「サービス提供側」だけでなく、相談窓口への来談者という「サービス受給者」に焦点を当てた調査研究を行い、地域レベルでのアクティベーション・サービス配給体制の実態を自治体内のガバナンス構造に注目して分析し、生活困難層の支援ニーズに合致したより実効性のある支援制度について考察する。

18歳から77歳までの72名の健常女性(平均年齢±1SD:33.5±18.5歳)を対象にして,血液検査と心理検査(Y-G性格検査及びPOMS)を行い,血液成分(ACTH,コルチゾール,IL-1β,TNF-α)と心理検査各因子との関連を検討した.抑うつと関係が深いとされる血漿中IL-1β濃度は,重回帰分析の結果,Y-G性格検査の抑うつ因子得点で有意に説明され,末梢でのIL-1β濃度と性格的な抑うつとの関連性が支持された.このIL-1β濃度とY-G抑うつ性得点が双方とも平均値よりも1SD以上高かったものをgroup H(n=4),その他をgroup L(n=68)として比較すると,group Hはgroup Lに比して有意にコルチゾールとTNF-α濃度が高かった.年齢,身長,体重,肥満度には有意差はみられなかった.他方,対象者全員でのIL-1βとTNR-αには有意な正の相関傾向があったが,TNF-αと心理検査各項目の得点やコルチゾールとの間には有意な相関は見られなかった.上記の結果から,抑うつ傾向の高い者ではこれまで言われてきたようにHPA-axisの亢進が起こっており,併行して血漿中のIL-1β濃度も上昇することが知られた.他方,今回の結果からは,TNR-αと心理検査各項目やコルチゾールとの間には有意な関係性が認められなかったので,抑うつが即TNF-αを上昇させるのではなく,抑うつによって生じたIL-1βの上昇が付随的にTNF-αを上昇させる,ないしは,高コルチゾール血症下での全般的な細胞性免疫や液性免疫の低下が貧食細胞系を活性化させることにより高サイトカイン状態が生じる,ないしは高コルチゾール血症によって生じた糖新生の結果としてのフリーラジカルの上昇がサイトカイン系を駆動することで結果的にTNF-αを上昇させる結果を生み出すのではないかと推測した.いずれにせよ,IL-1βとTNF-αは連動し,TNF-αは血管炎症を促進させることから,抑うつ状態を有する人は動脈硬化などの血管障害に至る危険性が高いことが示唆された.

膠原病の中でも,全身性エリテマトーデス(systemic lupus erythematosus:SLE)の神経精神症状はneuropsychiatric SLE(NPSLE)と総称され,その病態も多岐にわたる.NPSLEのうち,中枢神経系症状は局所徴候とびまん性徴候に大別されるが,診断基準は確立しておらず,諸検査で総合判断するしかなく,ステロイドによる精神症状との鑑別が非常に難しい場合がある.また,neuromyelitis optica(NMO)や進行性多巣性白質脳症(progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy:PML),薬剤性脳症等も鑑別に挙がり,診断は困難を極める.治療は病態に応じて免疫抑制療法と対症療法を組み合わせて行う.

This paper proposes a tactile sensor capable of automatically adjusting its sensitivity, depending upon the contact information. Suppose a strain gauge based sensor, such as multi-axis force sensor and tactile sensor. One big issue for those sensors is the signal saturation due to large input for a particular direction. The proposed sensor system can automatically avoid such a situation with combination of Automatic Gain Control (AGC) . The sensor is composed of a controller and an analyzer. The analyzer provides with the contact force and the controller tunes up the amplitude of each frequency. We discuss the basic design relue where two theorems are introduced for guaranteeing the working principle of the sensor with AGC. Experimental results are also shown for validating the basic idea of the proposed sensor.

Minimum wage is used as a support for low-wage workers, but it is expected to increase unemployment and cause deterioration of the welfare of the unemployed. While earlier studies identify negative side effects of minimum wage, that may not be the case in the Philippines, where many workers migrate and send home large remittances. This study uses a computable general equilibrium model to examine the impacts of an increase in the domestic minimum wage on unemployment, migration, and output, as well as on welfare and inequality, in the Philippines. Our simulation results show that a minimum wage increase would indeed reduce domestic labor demand and prompt many unemployed workers to migrate out, leaving relatively few unemployed at home. While an increased volume of remittances would improve household welfare, it would also have some unintended effects, such as currency appreciation; decreased domestic production in labor-intensive and export-oriented industries; greater income disparity; and tax base erosion.

本稿では、市場でも政府でもない第三部門としての非営利組織(non-profit organization,NPO)を取り上げ、その組織的特徴、機能、機能支援要因であるソーシャル・キャピタル(社会関係資本)の働き、日本における課題、などを論じた。その結果得られた主張は、末尾の「結論」に箇条書きしたとおりである。

Judo, which has become popular in more than 200 countries and regions, has developed while merging with both national and ethnic sports. Among them, chidaoba practiced in Georgia is a remarkable example of anethnic martial art. However, no literature in Japan has yet described the technical form and historical background of chidaoba in detail. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to clarify the essence of chidaoba by considering its historical and cultural background. The author has mastered basic Russian language skills and performed a search for academic essays and websites using keywords such as chidaoba or Georgia and ethnic martial arts in Russian. To ensure accurate translation from Russian into Japanese, the text was checked by several Japanese with native-level Russian language skills. Chidaoba matches were held on Christian holidays such as Saint George’s Day and the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral Holiday. Thus, chidaoba took root in cities and rural areas as an irreplaceable festival event. Later, when the Christian church banned some forms of ethnic entertainment and physical exercise, only chidaoba was exempt. Before a match, competitors were obliged to perform the traditional dance, kartuli or palavnuri. In chidaoba, any type of grasping from the waist and upper body is allowed, while grasping below the waist is prohibited. There are a wide variety of techniques in chidaoba, such as throwing from close contact, foot throwing, foot sweeps, reaps, and hooks. Due to the diversity of Georgians, ethnic groups vary from region to region. Moreover, there are several different forms of martial arts in the mountainous areas of Georgia, which are very different from chidaoba. In 2018, chidaoba was registered as an Intangible Cultural Asset. The results of this research should serve as a basic material for clarifying the outline of the Georgian ethnic martia art chidaoba.

38歳男性.1998年(26歳)から意識消失発作,高血糖による入院歴がある.難聴や知能低下も認めたことから代謝性疾患が疑われ,乳酸値の高値とミトコンドリア遺伝子3243点変異からMELAS(Mitochondrial myopathy,Encephalopathy,Lactic Acidosis,Stroke-like episodes)の診断に至った.当初より心電図や心臓超音波検査では心肥大の所見を認め心筋症の合併が疑われていた.心肥大の精査のため施行された心内膜心筋生検で変性したミトコンドリアを認めたことからミトコンドリア心筋症と考えられた.明らかな心不全症状は認めなかったが,心臓MRI検査では前壁,側壁,下壁に遅延造影とT2強調画像で高信号を認めた.その後数年間にわたり画像検査でのMELASによるミトコンドリア心筋症の心肥大進行の経過を追うことができた.画像診断を用いた心不全を発症する前の早期からのミトコンドリア心筋症の報告は他に認めず報告する.
