1974年に設立されたスペインを代表するブランド,ザラ(ZARA) は親企業Inditex 社の中で最も人気の高いブランドであり,現在の中・低価格ファストファッション(SPA) 企業の代表格である。ザラは現在世界82ヵ国1900余の売場で年間2万5000点の製品を発売している。親企業であるInditex 社は2011年20兆8000億ウォンの売上を記録した世界ファッション小売業1 位の企業で,時価総額基準でスペイン第一の企業である。ザラ韓国は,2008年進出という短い期間にもかかわらず,現在27の売場を営業しており,国内売上800億ウォン(2010年),当期純利益36億ウォンと成功のうちに著しい成長を遂げている。2011年全世界の売上は12兆9976億ウォンである。この成功したザラの戦略は,強力なグローバルブランドの認知度を見ても明らかで,最近44位(2011年) に上昇した。本研究では,4Ps 戦略,競合社ユニクロとの比較,ポジショニング分析を通じて,ザラのグローバルマーケティング戦略を分析する。ザラのグローバルマーケティングが成功した秘訣は,実用的なデザインと素早い流行の反映高級イメージの構築,ブランド戦略,スピード第一主義,生産時間を最小化する秘訣,多品種少量生産方式の採用,大規模自社工場の運営,趣の異なる売場雰囲気の演出等様々なマーケティング促進技法を効率的に用いる点にある。このような戦略はSPA 競合社ユニクロ社のsimple, basic, no brand,少品種大量生産,外注依存,派遣品質管理などの戦略的な相違点を示している。ザラはこのように消費者の欲求を満たすために従来のファッションビジネスモデルを革新,つまり内部業務ルートの革新によって消費者の欲求を満たすシステムを構築して今日の成功を収めた。この点の研究に関心が高まっている。

It has been commonly known that the feeding habits of decapods are affected by inevitablemoltings for their developments. In this report, the quantitative methods were applied tofeeding experiments of individual crayfish, Procambarus clarkii, for the purpose to clarify therelation of feeds to the molting cycle. Some kinds of pellets were prepared, especially suchpellets as containing much cellulose (90%) or oil (14.1%) were used for the examinations of nutritional consideration. Such item as the body weights at different stages on the moltingcycle, the diurnal amount of consumed pellets, and in some cases the amount of feces were weighed. After that, the feed conversion factor of each molting cycle, the amount of consumed pellets during one cycle/ (the body wt. of postmolt-the body wt. of intermolt), wascalculated. Further, the values of the molting power were introduced here as the indicativesof the degrees of water absorption at the molting time, which were calculated as (the body wt. ofpostmolt-the body wt. of premolt)×100/ the body wt. of premolt.As results, the diurnal amount of consumed pellets showed a distinct variation following thelapse of molting stages. Its pattern had the 1st maximum, which is also the greatest value,at the short postmolt period and the 2nd maxima were recognized in some cases before thenext molting. Such greatest values correspond to the 2-3% of their body weights, and thesummed feeds of the diurnal amounts during one molting cycle occupy about 23% of the bodyweight of intermolt. Considering with the experimental results of cellulose feeding, it suggestedthat the internal factor(s) of a feed-control mechanism if existed in the crayfish might participateprimarily with the hemolymph concentration(s)of absorbed nutritive(s) rather than the physical factor as the capacity of the digestive tract, that is the stomach and intestinal volume. Inaddition, as the pellets of much contained oil gave comparatively a high efficiency to the molting power and the feed conversion factor, it seems that lipid may propose a physiological interestfor the nutritional approach to the molting development.1. 個別飼育法でペレット飼料を給餌し,アメリカザリガニの日間摂餌量を求め摂食と脱皮成長との関係を調べた。2. 日間摂餌量は脱皮周期上の位置により著しい変動を示した。そのパターンは脱皮後期に最大値をもつ極大点を示すこと,第2極大期を次回脱皮の前に経る場合もあること,等が明らかにされた。3. 最大日間摂餌量はその体重の2-3%程に当たること,脱皮の1周期上の積算摂餌量は個体の大きさに関らず脱皮間期体重の約23%を占めることが算出された。4. セルロース給餌との比較実験の結果,摂食の制御機序には胃の容積と云った機械的要因よりも血リンパの栄養分が第一義的に関与する可能性の高いことが示唆された。5. 脂質高含有飼料の栄養試験により当該飼料は脱皮周期へは促進的効果を示さないが,脱皮時の吸水作用を高め且つ飼料係数を小さくする働きを窺わせ,脱皮成長に対して効率の良い飼料になり得る可能性を示した。

ビデオゲームのジャンルの1つとして音楽ゲームがある。1996年以降「リズムアクションゲーム」が音楽ゲームの代表的存在であったが,ここ1,2年の間で,作曲機能を持ったものや演奏時のアドリブを許容するものの発売が相次いでいる。その中で,簡単な操作で,テンポや音量の制御によって演奏表現を楽しむことを目指した拍打型演奏インタフェースが注目を集めている。拍打型演奏インタフェースにおいて制御の対象となる音楽信号は,MIDIベースのものと音響信号に大別される。音響信号を用いるものには,好きな任意の音源を用いて演奏表現を楽しむことができるというメリットがある一方で,テヌート時の音質の確保とアラインメントの実施という特有の課題がある。本稿では,音楽ゲームのサーベイランスを実施した上で,テヌート時の音質の確保とスケジューラに工夫を施した指揮演奏システムAiiMについて述べる。Music is one of the most significant targets of video games, and a genre called ``Rhythm action" has been a mainstream for this last decade. But in this couple of years, music games that enable users to compose or play music have been successfully released, and beat-oriented music performance interfaces have been drawing consumers' attention. Present beat-oriented music performance interfaces are divided into controllers of MIDI and acoustic signal. The latter has an advantage as it allows a user to play tunes that s/he often listens to. In this paper, we discuss ``entertainability'' of music video games and introduce our music conducting system for acoustic signal, called AiiM, to which we implemented an improvement regarding sound quality at the user's tenuto directions and a scheduler for ensuring naturalness to the user's tempo controls.

1.チクワの色を白く仕上げる目的で、チクワの表面をH2O2液で湿す処理を行う場合がある。このH2O2処理についてと、それがチクワに及ぼす影響とについて検討を行った。2.チクワ漂白の目的に使用されているH2O2の濃度は0.85~3.5%であった。3.漂白処理時にH2O2液の濃度の変化は僅かで、大体一定に保たれていた。これはH2O2液に入っていると考えられる安定剤の存在によるものであろう。4.H2O2処理によってチクワはその表面だけでなく、その内部も白くなるのが観察される。チクワ内部のH2O2の検出法を定めた。この方法を用いた結果、チクワ表面を湿したH2O2は次第にチクワ内部に滲透してゆくことを知った。5.漂白の目的で行われているH2O2処理は、チクワの保存性を増す効果があることを知った。6.H2O2処理によって、チクワの物理的触感がよくなるような感じをうける。物理的性状として、凹みの強度・破れの強度の測定を試みた。

Five distinctive tephra beds (A₁Pm-A₅Pm), carrying abundant biotite and quartz crystals, are widely distributed in central Japan. They are here collectively called Omachi APms or APms in short, and are petrographically identified by high refractive indices of hornblende (n₂=1.685-1.696) and orthopyroxene (γ=1.728-1.737). One bed of the APms is found as far as 239km from the presumed source, Momisawadake in the Hida Mountains, where it is 4cm thick and composed mainly of silt-sized glass. No proximal deposit made up of coarse pumice fragments is found owing to unfavorable preservation of the mountainous landscapes; however, the eruption style is supposed to be of plinian type based on analyses of grain size along the dispersal axis.<br>Assuming that the accumulation rate of loess soil has been constant at each locality, the age of APms is estimated 0.24-0.33 Ma by the overlying soil thickness. Moreover, in the south Kanto district, one of the APms is intercalated between two well-established marker-tephra: GoP (0.25-0.30Ma) and TE-5 (0.35-0.40Ma). It is very likely that the age of APms is 0.30-0.35Ma. The time interval between A₁Pm and A₅Pm eruptions is estimated to be less than 0.05Ma, because the thickness of the soil layer intercalatcd between APms does not exceed 106cm at any locality.<br>The Omachi APms are found on the flanks and slopes of many volcanoes in central Japan, such as Azumaya, Yatsugatake, Kusatsu Shirane, and Takahara. They are also found among deposits forming fluvial terraces in north Kanto. The significance of APms as Middle Pleistocene time-markers will be established hereafter.

出生順位と性格特性との関連について,1963年におこなった調査をもとに,その年代的変化を検討するために,再調査を実施した。2人きょうだいの小学校5年の児童と,その親187組を対象に,質問紙によって調査した。性格特性に関するデータは,51項目の日常生活における行動の記述が,きょうだいのどちらによりあてはまるかという,相対的判断を求めることによって得た。再調査の結果,次のようなことが見出された。(1)長子的性格・次子的性格の存在は,非常に明確に検証された。しかも,1963年調査時の結果と比較して,ほとんど変化がみられず,固定化したものと言える。男子的性格・女子的性格についても,ほぼ同様のことが言える。(2)きょうだいの年齢差が近いほど,長子・次子の性格特性の差異は,はっきりとあらわれない。(3)日常生活において,長子が次子から,きょうだい内の地位をあらわす普通名詞で呼ばれている場合の方が,固有名詞で呼ばれる場合よりも,性格特性の差異が明確にあらわれる。以上,再調査の結果は,ほとんど,20年前の1963年調査と一致している。この事実は,家族やきょうだいに関する文化は,表面的な社会的変動の影響をほとんど受けていないということを示唆している。また,長子と次子の生育環境も,この20年間に,大きな変化はみられないと言える。

As usage of Internet has been increasing, the problem how communications through Internet are related to the formation of public opinion arose with huge attention. At this time, such interests are argued with the keyword "Public Opinion on the Net". However, if "Public Opinion on the Net" separates from "Opinion", basically, "Public Opinion on the Net" may consist of "Public Opinion on the Net" as special theory. In this paper, I examined the assumption above, and discussed how to analyze "Public Opinion Formation" process, in line with the times, when it is expected that our media environment will be more complex and interact among different carriers.

問 名人位に復帰されたのは7期ぶり。やはり、ほかのタイトルとは違う重さを感じますか。 答 もともと将棋の世界は家元制度で、家元の名前は名人でしたから、棋士も関係者もファンの中にも、名人位は特別という意識を持つ人は結構多いようです。私自身は基本的にほかのタイトルと全く同じつもりでやっていますが、周りの人たちの思いはいろいろな形で出てきますね。

The first Japanese translation of "<I>On Liberty</I>" by Keiu Nakamura was published in Shizuoka in 1872, and the first Chinese translation of the same book by Yen Fu was published in Shanghai in 1903. This paper intends to examine reception of Mill's ideas in modern Japan and China by comparing the two translations of chapter III of "<I>On Liberty</I>" on individuality.<BR>Nakamura and Yen Fu had studied in Englan-the former from 1866 to 1868 and the latter from 1877 to 1879-, and both of them endeavoured to introduce Western ideas to their countries. They learnt from the Mill's book the great importance of liberty of thought and action, especially individuality of thought and mode of life. In chapter III of "<I>On Liberty</I>", Mill emphasized individuality of character, and variety of situations as the conditions of individual happiness and social progress and he preferred active and energetic character to passive and indolent one. Their translations of "<I>On Liberty</I>" clearly reflected their deep sympathy with Mill's ideas <I>On Liberty</I>.<BR>While Mill contemplated the liberty of thought, discussion and mode of life in mid-Victorian England, he was anxious about the approaching mass society which would oppress individuality and variety by enforcing conformity of thought and action. Though Nakamura and Yen Fu were living in quite a different atmosphere, they sincerely accepted Mill's principle of liberty.Nakamura who was an eminent thinker of enlightenment in early Meiji Japan and Yen Fu who was a passionate patriot in semi-colonized China, respectively accepted Mill's idea of individuality as a springboard to enlighten their own nations' energy and morality. Their translations of "<I>On Liberty</I>" were the grand monuments of the reception of Western ideas in Japan and China.
