Based on the viewpoint of Oriental medicine, the essence of the human body is considered as a “function.” This function is related to both “body” and “emotion,” which is important for balance. In the clinical situation of acupuncture, acupuncturists directly approach their patients’ “body” by giving them physical stimuli of acupuncture. However, as shown in Chapter II describing a clinical case, they seem to indirectly work on their patients’ “emotion.” In addition, the communication between acupuncturists and their patients also has an influence on the therapeutic effects. Thus, it is important to properly approach both the patients’ “body” and “emotion” in clinical settings.

本研究の目的は,次の2点を解明することにある.男性への視点を加味した,親性の力=親力が育つための支援赤ちゃんの泣きへの対処法の支援を行う基礎資料のために,対児感情と,赤ちゃん泣き声の認知が,妊娠前期,後期の父親と母親初産と経産で違いがあるかまた,赤ちゃんの泣きの生起原因を妊娠期の父親母親がどう推察しているかを明らかにすることである.その結果,初産母親のほうが経産母親より対児感情が葛藤状態にあり,赤ちゃん泣き声イメージでも回避的で葛藤状態が高かった.初産父親は対児感情の葛藤が母親より高く,経産父親は対児感情の葛藤と,泣き声イメージの葛藤が母親より高く,接近感情は母親より低かった.初産父親と母親は,経産に比べ,赤ちゃんが泣く理由として「抱っこしてほしいとき」とした人が少なかった.母親だけでなく父親へも,乳児との接触機会の提供や,赤ちゃんの泣きへの対処法の支援が必要と考える.

In the previous study, the authors have already described the heat load simulation method considerling thermal effects of the external environment of a house. In this study, effect of housing density and housing direction in the housing area on the room temperatures and the heating and cooling loads is studied by the simulation method developed by the authors. While the heating load of the house in higher density area considerably increases in winter, the cooling load slightly decreases in summer. The simulation results showed that in case the housing density is less than 33%, the increase of the total heat load consisting of heating and cooling throughout an year is within 10% and in case the housing density is 53%, the total heat load increased by 30% comparing the house without adjacent buildings. It was found that the effects of adjacent buildings on the room thermal environment and heating and cooling loads are rather large in the housing area in the suburbs of large cities. The consideration of the adjacent buildings in the heat load simulation is necessary for the building model built in the housing area. When the effect of adjacent buildings is ignored, the space heating load may be underestimated.

<p>本研究では2013年の参議院議員選挙より解禁されたインターネット選挙を受け、 ツイッター上での選挙運動を分析し、実際の選挙結果との相関を考察する。さら に,特定の候補者に対する当選・落選を期待する言語表現から当選運動・落選運 動を予測する分類器を生成し、各候補者に関する運動の盛り上がりを分析する。</p>

Tombstones accounts for three-quarters of the corpus of Latin inscriptions (Corpus Inscriptionum Latinarum) and are estimated number about 250,000 or more. In one study,R.P. Saller and B.D. Shaw investigated Roman family relations based on the data about the commemorator's relationship with the deceased and concluded that the nuclear family was characteristic of many regions of Western Europe as early as the Roman Empire.Later, from the same point of view, P. Gallivan and P. Wilkins attempted to quantify some of the epigraphic evidence relating to the family in Roman Italy during the early empire and reported great regional variations in Italian commemorative practices. This was true of the North, where the slave (or ex-slave) population was represented far less than elsewhere. Building onto previous studies, I investigate the conclusions that can be drawn about family relations in the Western Roman Empire and Italy, especially:1. Did family members commemorated on tombstones live together in the same household?2. Why were illegitimate children (spurii filii) represented far more in Northern Italy?

公職選挙法により候補者,政党等が選挙運動期間中にインターネットを選挙運動目的で利用することは禁じられていたが,2013年に公職選挙法が改正され,インターネット(電子メール,ウェブページ等)を選挙運動に利用することが解禁された。しかし,誹謗中傷への対応,電子メールの定義とSNSのメッセージとの関係,電子メールの送信規制,落選運動の定義など,多くの問題点が残されている。本稿では,インターネット選挙運動を解禁した公職選挙法改正の法的問題点について考察し,今後の課題や再改正の方向性について検討する。

There exists a considerable literature on the early development of visual perception, but much less research on the development of eye movement per se has been reported. This paper reviews the basic research on the early development of the saccades and smooth pursuit movements of the eye. The following topics are discussed: the developmental changes in saccadic latency, the existence of slow saccades and multiple saccades during the early stages of development, and the problem of whether neonates can pursue moving targets smoothly or not. Research on the developmental changes in smooth pursuit eye movements during childhood are also reviewed, and it is pointed out that less quantitative research has been done with children than with infants. In research on the development of eye movements, attentional and arousal factors of the subjects play a very important role. Finally, it is pointed out that the improvement of measuring techniques is neccesary.

Molecular origin of friction is related to the dissipation of the molecular motion energy responses to the external field produced by the sliding motion. Molecular dynamics simulations are suitable method to describe the process. In this article we review a history of molecular dynamics simulation related to tribology and show the “tribo-molecular dynamics” established in 1990s. If the major energy dissipation mode is restricted to the molecular motion in the vicinity of the surface, it is boundary lubrication and fully described by the simulation. In usual case of hydrodynamic lubrication or solid lubrication, however, molecular simulation can not describe the full process due to the large correlation length or low frequency vibration of the system. The understanding of the restriction is important in practical use of the method.

<p>血液弾性粘稠度検査は,ベッドサイドでほぼリアルタイムに血液凝固機能を評価できる.血液弾性粘稠度検査を用いることで,心臓外科手術や肝移植手術において輸血量を減少させることが知られている.濃縮フィブリノゲン製剤は,本邦では後天的低フィブリノゲン血症には適応がないが,文献では濃縮フィブリノゲン製剤の使用で血液製剤の使用量低下,治療コスト削減,予後改善が報告されている.当院では倫理委員会の認可のもと,大量出血時の低フィブリノゲン血症に対し濃縮フィブリノゲン製剤を使用し,一定の成果を得ている.本稿では自験例を含め,周術期の凝固系管理を考える.</p>
