Today, Work Style Reform is being promoted in Japan, and companies are proceeding with labor management in accordance with law amendments. It is mainly institutional efforts such as reducing working hours and remote work. On the other hand, it has been pointed out that the worth doing of work, such as the fun, satisfaction, happiness, and meaning of working, has been left behind, and companies are also under pressure to respond. Under such circumstances, companies seem to lose sight of the essence of human labor and the direction in which organizations should go. However, in the light of the roots of why humans work, it is considered that the standpoint on which companies should be based is fixed by nature. Therefore, this paper first reviewed the significance of labor to the human being. Then, the challenges facing the current Japanese economy and society were elucidated, and the blind spots hidden in the Work Style Reform as a solution of those problems were revealed. After that, what is really required for corporate organization reform was considered, and the normative policy of corporate organizations and labor were presented.

<p> 研究データの再利用を促進するためには,単純な公開だけではなく,条件付き公開(制限公開)に対するニーズを満たしたシステム基盤の整備が不可欠である.本研究では,制限公開データを提供している機関のワークフローを調査し,研究データを提供するフローの類型化を行った.さらに,汎用的なリポジトリシステムWEKO にその機能を実装し,JGSS 研究センターの制限公開ワークフローをシミュレートすることでその運用を検討した.</p>

昨春、新学習指導要領(いわゆるゆとり教育)による高校教育を受けた学生が大学に入学した。東京大学では、これに関連して以前から大学1,2年次における教育のあり方を検討するとともに、論理(モデルを立てる)と実証(実験によって確かめる)のサイクルを伴う自然科学導入プログラムの開発に取組んできた。<br>東京大学教養学部生物部会においては、従来の生命科学系(東京大学では理科2類、3類)学生対象の実習「基礎実験(生物)」の内容を吟味し、新たに「基礎生命科学実験」として新規3種目の開発を含む全11種目の全面的改訂を行った。また、今春から生命科学系の学生に加えて文系と理工系(理科1類)の学生にも実習選択の門戸が開かれるのにともない、教育背景が多様な学生にも効果的に実習内容を伝えられる教科書副教材(DVD教材)を作製した。<br>本大会では、「基礎生命科学実験」の植物関連種目である、(1)電気泳動による光合成関連タンパク質の分離、(2)植物の多様性と生殖(クラミドモナスの接合、シダ植物の世代交代、テッポウユリの花粉管伸長)、(3)被子植物の維管束構造の紹介も含めて、我々の取組みを発表する。

This study will consider the relationship between George Herbert’s pastoral manual, The Country Parson (CP) and his Anglican via media. The text will be analyzed historically in relation to religion, politics, culture and society in early seventeenth-century England. CP is not a flat textbook but a well-conceived work drawing on literary genres with various voices and attitudes for identification and differentiation. As to religion Herbert can be categorized as ‘a modest conformist’ who is following Laudian uniformity in ritual and seems to take a conservative stance on controversial issues. Though the idea of hierarchy relies on patriarchy and ‘passive obedience,’ the sociological arguments that CP is ideological and political and a governmental treatise will be critically reviewed. Compared to the Puritan preachers obsessed with an inner self, CP broadly deals with ‘the outward appearance’ of a pastor, though Herbert’s inner self is expressed in the prayers. CP is intended to teach pastors about the importance of appearances in order to establish trust with the local people. The text tries to be in the middle of extremes: between ‘Schismatic’ and ‘Papist,’ appearances and an inner self, authoritarian and egalitarian, and sacred and secular. Therefore, a pastor is required to be ‘always moving and eternally variable.’

本報告は, 地理教育の基礎である地図を初等・中等教育の教育課程においてどのように取り扱うかを検討する1試案である。地図は大きく, 中・小縮尺図(ほぼ都道府県レベル以上)と大縮尺図(身近な地域レベル)に分けて考えるととらえやすくなる。社会科・地理教育関連の教科書・副教材等における扱われ方をみると, 様々な場面で地図が使用されていること, そして中・小縮尺図が圧倒的に多く利用されていることに気付く。地図というものが児童・生徒にとって様々な機会で情報源・分析や発表手段等に使用されている状況下で, その効果を高めるためにどのような地図教育が行われたらよいのかを, 初等・中等教育を通したカリキュラムにおいて様々な角度から調べようとするものである。近年, 中等教育6年制或いは小中高一貫の観点が取り上げられ始めたところであり, 地図教育のカリキュラムに関する検討も少ない現状で, 今から求められる趨勢にあるといえよう。「地図が重要」, 「地図こそが地理(教育)の特徴」といいつつ, 地図の存在を自明のものとして使っている現状と判断し, まさにその現状が「地図が不得手」「地図に親しみを持たない」生徒を多くしている原因の一つと考える。こうした現状を鑑み, 小・中・高等学校の12年間における地図の理解及び活用を整理するマトリックスづくりは地理教育において極めて有益である。本報告は, その第一歩をしるす短報として, 中学校における地形図学習の一つのあり方を提示する実践報告である。

In this article, I propose a working hypothesis that the nervous system of pain sensation is a key component to shape robots’ (artificial systems’) conscious minds through the developmental process of empathy, morality, and ethics based on the MNS that promotes the emergence of concept of self (and others). First, the limitation of the current progress of AI focusing on deep learning is pointed out from a viewpoint of the emergence of consciousness. Next, the outline of ideological background on issues of mind in a broad sense is shown. Then, cognitive developmental robotics (CDR) is introduced with two important concepts; physical embodiment and social interaction both of which help to shape conscious minds. Following the working hypothesis, existing studies of CDR are briefly introduced and missing issues are indicated. Finally, an issue how robots (artificial systems) could be moral agents is shown.

Aerodynamic behavior of forkball and fastball are studied in a stand point of fluid dynamic research. The fastball rotates in backspin and aerodynamic lift force acts on it is toward upward by Magnus effects. This lift force is the same magnitude with gravity force for good fastball. As a result, the fastball trajectory is nearly straight toward homebase after detaching pitcher's finger. The other hand, good forkball spins around vertical axis. In this case, less lift force and only the gravity force act on the ball. The flight trajectory of the forkball results in vertically sinking line only by the gravity force and laterally sliding one by side spinning effects in its final stage near the homebase.

Gandaca harina simukensis Yamauchi et Yata,ssp.nov.インドネシアのメンタワイ諸島バツ群島のシムク島からGandaca harinaの一新亜種,simukensis ssp.nov.を記載した.本亜種は,雄の翅が淡いレモン色であること,雌の翅表が淡いクリーム色,裏が黄色みを帯びた淡いクリーム色であること,雌雄前翅表面の黒帯の巾が極めて狭く一様であることなどから,原名亜種と容易に区別できる.特に,本亜種の雌に見られる前翅表面の非常に狭い黒帯は他のいずれの亜種にも見られない.本亜種の雌雄交尾器の形態は,Gandaca harinaの種内変異の幅に含まれた.
