リン酸カルシウム塩(メタ,ピロ,オルトおよびアパタイト)に炭素を混合し,塩素を作用させてオキシ塩化リンを生成する反応を400~1000℃の温度で行なった。リン酸カルシウム塩よりオキシ塩化リンの生成は比較的低い温度ではCaO/P2O5比の異なるメタ,ピロ,オルト塩でその収率が異なり,CaO/P2O5比の小さい塩ほど反応性は大きい。700℃ ではいずれの塩もほぼ同じ収率を示し,約85~93%である。またアパタイト類はオルト塩と同じ挙動を示す。800℃ 以上ではPCl5の生成が認められ,温度の上昇とともに生成量は増す一方,POCl3は減少する。この場合に考えられる反応について熱力学計算を行ない,その反応径路を論じた結果, 中和度の高いオルト, あるいはピロ塩はCaO/P2O5比のより小さいメタ塩に移行し, ついでP2O5を生じ, オキシ塩化リンを生成することを推定した。添加物としてSiO2を使用するとその触媒作用によってオキシ塩化リンの収率は向上する。

Patellar luxation is abnormal displacement of the patella from the femoral trochlear groove. It is seen primarily in small breed dogs and causes pain and limited mobility of the stifle joint. This study aimed to investigate the relationship among patellar luxation, skin extension, and skin collagen fibril diameter. Nine dogs with patellar luxation and five clinically normal dogs were enrolled in the study. We measured the skin extension and investigated the ultrastructure of the skin and patellofemoral ligament by histopathology and transmission electron microscopy. The mean skin extension in dogs with patellar luxation was 18.5 ± 5.5% which is greater than the reference value (14.5%). Mean skin extension in controls was 8.8 ± 1.7% and was within the normal range. In dogs with patellar luxation, histopathology of the skin and patellofemoral ligament showed sparse and unevenly distributed collagen fibers. Transmission electron microscopy identified poorly organized, irregularly shaped, thin collagen fibrils. Collagen fibril thickness in dogs with patellar luxation was significantly less than fibril thickness in controls (P<0.001). There was a significant negative correlation (ρ= −0.863; P<0.001) between skin collagen fibril diameter and skin extension. Skin extension was correlated with patellar luxation and disease severity. Dogs with patellar luxation, joint dysplasia, and hyperextensible skin appear to be pathologically related. This might represent a phenotype of the Ehlers–Danlos syndrome, a hereditary connective tissue disorder in humans.

学習障害の一つである読み書き障害の主な原因は音韻意識(音に対応する文字の記憶や音声からの意味の想起など)の育ちにくさであるが、視機能の問題を併せ持つこともある。視機能の問題があると読み書きはより困難になる。周囲が視機能の問題を理解し、支援するためには、学校でどのような困難さが現れるのかを明らかにする必要があった。そこで、視機能の問題を持つ学習障害児1症例の学校における困難さを明らかにし、支援について検討した。症例は視機能に問題があることに8歳で初めて気づいた。書字の特異な部分省略と文字が動くという訴えによって眼科受診し、斜視と診断された。フレネル膜付き眼鏡が処方されたことで文字のずれや省略が軽減した。また、照明や文字の拡大等の支援を学校で得ることで視覚的な困難さが減り、読み書きを伴う学習に取り組める様になった。

This paper is an attempt to cast light on an idea shared by F. H. Bradley and Bertrand Russell even after the latter revolted against the former's monistic idealism. I argue that both accepted, at least when the latter completed A Critical Exposition of the Philosophy of Leibniz, the idea that every judgment has a state of affairs as its content, where a state of affairs is understood as part of the universe that can be described by a declarative sentence. First, I attempt to show that Russell's tacit acceptance of the idea underlies his claim, developed in the commentary on Leibniz, that if every judgment comprises a subject and a predicate, there can be at most one substance. I then turn to Bradley's thought, arguing that the idea is an immediate consequence of the central tenet of his theory of judgment: every judgment ascribes a universal to reality. Finally, to show that he was indeed aware of the consequence, I introduce what he called the 'problem of error'.ファイル公開日:2018年6月21日

The contact stiffness of joints has been evaluated experimentally and the method quantifying them has been proposed by authors. However it was found out that the range of application for this method was limited, since the method was based on the assumption that the relationship between force and real contact area of the joint is linear. Therefore, in this paper, we consider a widely applicable and more general identification method of the contact stiffness which can be applied to the joints in which the relationship between the force and the real contact area shows non-linear characteristics. As a consequence, following results are obtained. (1) The model of the joint interface with surface roughness can be made as a surface covered by springs with same length and spring constant along the profile of surface roughness. (2)The identification method of the contact stiffness of the joint based on the model can be applied to the joints, even if the relationship between the force and the real contact area of the joints is non-linear. (3) The contact stiffness per real contact area k shows constant regardless of the applied force in the joint where the relationship between the force and the real contact area is non-linear.

十勝産ナガイモの成分組成,アミラーゼ力価およびO2‾消去活性を検討し,基幹作物である十勝産ジャガイモの既報の分析結果と比較した.その結果,十勝産ナガイモは水分とカルシウムが多く,ビタミン類についてはα -トコフェロールは多かったものの,ビタミンB1,ビタミンB6およびアスコルビン酸は少なかったが,ビタミンEの供給源としては期待できることが示された.また,食物繊維量は少ないが,その中で水溶性食物繊維の占める割合が高かった.デンプンは少なく,アミロースの割合は25%であった.一方,RSは多く含まれていた.遊離の糖類としては,ブドウ糖と果糖が多く,ショ糖が同程度であった.主要な構成アミノ酸はグルタミン酸とアルギニンであった.アミラーゼ力価は低レベルであったことから,ナガイモが生食できることとナガイモ自体のアミラーゼ活性は関係していないと推測される.また,水抽出物のO2‾消去能は70単位/gと少し低かったが,抗酸化成分の供給源として十分に期待できる値であった.以上より,十勝産ナガイモは十勝産ジャガイモと同様に基幹作物としての利用が大いに期待できる.

近年,局地的集中豪雨,台風等による気象災害が問題となっており,その一例として河川増水による浸水被害が挙げられる.河川増水による浸水被害を抑制するためには,河川上流に位置するダムによる洪水調節の最適化が重要である.そこで本研究では,2013年台風第18号(MAN-YI)による一連の降雨時における桂川上流の日吉ダムの放流操作に動的計画法(DP),確率動的計画法(SDP)を用い,気象庁の週間アンサンブル数値予報GPVを導入することにより,事前放流を考慮したダムの放流操作の最適化の検討を行った.その結果, SDP,DPによるダムの放流操作は,週間アンサンブル予報の予報精度がある程度高ければ,実際の操作よりも洪水調節効果が高くなるが,予報精度が低ければ実際の操作よりも洪水調節効果が低くなる可能性があることがわかった.また,週間アンサンブル予報を用いて事前放流を行い,降雨が始まればダムの流入量,下流の流量を見ながら適宜ダムの放流操作を修正する提案手法においても十分に洪水調節効果を高めることができると示された.

ドローンによる空撮カメラ操作やVR機器の基幹部品の一つである格安なヘッドトラッカーを開発した。簡単に入手可能なセンサー等を使用し、全部品を5米ドル以下で調達可能な構成としたオープンソース(各種設定用GUIとファームウェア)・オープンハードウェア(使用コンポーネントを簡易に接続できる回路基板)のヘッドトラッカーとして開発実装及びGithubへ公開した取り組みを紹介する。今後の展開として、現在ヘッドトラッカーやカメラ操作用ジンバルの需要の高い空撮ドローンのコミュニティに向け公開することで、有志の開発者による改善や応用アプリケーション開発促進をめざすだけでなく、簡易に制作導入可能なヘッドトラッカーの激安化によって、必要としながらも従来導入を躊躇していた用途への導入促進もめざす。
