本症例は母体を保護するため在胎25週, 帝王切開にて体重800gの超未熟児で出生した.両親は死産もしくは脳損傷の合併を予告されたため「脳損傷」にこだわり子供の発達に希望が持てず, 親子関係 (母子関係) が育たなかった.その結果本児の心身の発達は遅れ, 難聴による言語発達の遅れも加わりコミュニケーション障害と情緒障害をおこした.母親は本児の育児に自信をなくし, 施設での養育を希望した.児童相談所の措置で施設に入所させ親子を分離した結果, 母親は落ち着き本児は補聴器を装用し言語訓練により言語を獲得した.就学は聾学校に寄宿生として入学したが, 聾学校寄宿生の規則である週末の帰宅をめぐり親子関係が悪化し不登校となった.現在は児童施設に入所し聾学校に通学している.本児は両親, 医療関係者や教育関係から, 適切な処遇を受けなかったため心身の発達の遅れに加え, 重い情緒障害とコミュニケーション障害を残した.この発達経過は, 周産期医療のあり方と未熟児を育てる家族の支援の必要性, さらに親子関係の発達に及ぼす影響の重大さを指摘している.

In order to obtain the collapse strength data on the spherical shells suitable to the pressure capsule of DSSV, collapsing tests were conducted using spherical shell models by means of MHI 1,200kg/cm^2 hydrostatic tank. These models were made from several kinds of materials including ultra-high yield strength steels such as 18% Ni maraging steel, 10% Ni dual-strengthened steels etc., and machined into near-perfect spherical shape or spheres with initial imperfection of various thicknesses. From these experiments the following conclusions are obtained : (1) Collapse pressure of relatively thick shells (h_a/R_<10>≧0.03) agrees to the theoretical inelastic buckling pressure by Gerard et al. (2) The effect of initial imperfections are evaluated by local radius in case of relatively thick shells. But for thinner shells, this method is not sufficient and nonlinear elasto-plastic analysis will be required. (3) Present results will not always agree with Krenzke's data, especially in thinner shells with flat spot. (4) Fracture appearance of collapsed shells are closely related to the fracture toughness of materials.

Images, figures, metaphores ou analogies - l'imagerie de Bergson est d'une richesse remarquable. Pour la duree : <<si je veux me preparer un verre d'eau sucree, j'ai beau faire, je dois attendre que le sucre fonde>> ; ou bien, la memoire se represente par la figure du cone inverse. Et pourtant, on sait aussi que l'attaque de Bergson contre tous les signes est sans merci : <<notre initiation a la vraie methode philosophique date du jour ou nous rejetames les solutions verbales, ayant trouve dans la vie interieure un premier champ d'experience>>. A cette apparente contradiction, nous cherchons a reppondre en formulant une hypothese de travail. D'un cote, notre esprit <<se sent chez lui>> lorsqu'il traite la matiere, tandis qu'il se sent <<a l'etranger>> dans son for interieur (premier renversement : le chez soi et l'etranger). Mais, si <<l'intuition nous donne la chose dont l'intelligence ne saisit que la transposition spatiale, la traduction metaphorique>>, qu'est-ce que le trope? Qu'est-ce que la metaphore? <<Ne soyons pas dupes des apparences : il y a des cas ou c'est le langage image qui parle sciemment au propre, et lelangage abstrait qui parle inconsciemment au figure>> (second renversement : le propre et le figure). De l'autre cote, le langage peut aussi servir, lorsque le philosophe entrevoit une dimension plus intense de la vie, pour elargir et approfondir la vie humaine. Il doit etre alors detourne de l'usage ordinaire ; il est inflechi et force : <<il faudra violenter les mots>> (DS, III, 1191/270). Bref, quand on parle de <<la force du langage>>, il y en a deux, ce a quoi force le langage en vertu de l'utilite, et ce qui force le langage a (re)decouvrir et meme inventer l'efficacite de la realite vitale. Et n'est-ce pas ce double mouvement qui constituera, comme les <<transports amoureux>>, l'essence du trope?

ダイオキシン受容体(AhR)は、様々な化学物質を認識することが知られている。外因性のリガンドとしてはダイオキシン、PCB、多環芳香族類などが知られている。また、内因性のリガンドとしては研究代表者の研究で明らかになったインディルビンをはじめ、ICZ、FICZ、DIMなどのインドール化合物が知られている。HPLCとバイオアッセイを組み合わせることにより、環境中には、多種類の外因性リガンドが存在することを明らかにした。染色工場の排水や、下水処理水中はAhRリガンド活性を示した。水環境中のAhRリガンドの単離精製をすすめたところ、いくつかの染料を同定した。この中には、赤ボールペンに使われるローダミンB、黄色染料のHydroxybenzo[b]quinophtaloneなどがあった。また、様々な染料の標準品のAhR活性を調べたところ、アントラキノン系の染料にリガンド活性があることを見出した。さらに、様々な食品中のAhRリガンド活性を調査したところ、コーヒー中に数種類のAhRリガンドがあることをつきとめた。内因性または食品由来のインドール系リガンド、インディルビン、ICZ、FICZ、DIMのAhRリガンド活性を比較した結果、インディルビン、ICZ、FICZのいずれにも極めて強い活性が観察された。また、これらのリガンドは自らが誘導するCYP1A1やCYP1A2によって極めて容易に分解されてしまうことも明らかにした。これらの強いAhRリガンドと、ダイオキシンの毒性の違いは、この代謝のされやすさにあると考えられる。さらに、AhRがリガンド依存的にp21の発現を誘導し、細胞周期に影響を与えるメカニズムの一端を明らかにした。

平成24年、日本の複合マイノリティである在日韓国・朝鮮人女性との出会いを通して、キリスト教会での活動や問題などインフォーマルな情報収集を行い、ジェンダー、エスニシティ、キリスト教というカテゴリーだけでは括れない経験の多様性を確認した。平成25年3月に「エスニシティ・ジェンダー・キリスト教と宗教」研究会をたちあげ、研究者による研究と社会変革のための実践の両者を視野に入れ、11回の発表を行った。その結果、新たな問題として経済格差があげられる。これら研究成果の一部は、京都学園大学出版助成を得て平成27年12月に出版予定。また研究会ではミクロネシアとアメリカから日系人研究者を招いて講演を行なった。

This study was carried out to determine the prevalence, genotypes/assemblages and possible risk factors associated with Giardia duodenalis infection in dogs in central Vietnam. A total of 209 dog fecal samples, randomly collected from private owned dogs (n=105) and dogs from stores (n=104), were examined for Giardia cysts by microscopy. Positive samples were genotyped by PCR-sequence analysis of β-giardin and triosephosphate isomerase genes markers. Risk factors were studied using a structured questionnaire and collected data were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses. Results indicated that the overall infection rate was 8.6% (18/209) with the detected parasites were belonging to the non-zoonotic assemblages C and D. Age, gender and origin of animals were the main risk factors associated with G. duodenalis infection in dogs under study. Occurrence of infection was more likely in young animals compared to old ones and in females compared to males. Dogs originated from stores were more prone to Giardia infection compared to private owned counterparts.

近年の分子シミュレーションの発達は目覚しいものがあるが、液晶などの異方性の強いソフトマターを扱うにはまだ問題点も多い。それは、異方性に伴って時間スケールが混在することにより、系に容易にストレスが生じやすく、かつ大きいゆらぎに伴い統計量がとりにくいからである。登壇者らは、最近、そうした点を考慮し、液晶に適合した新しいシミュレーション法をいくつか開発してきた。これらの方法は、直接実験結果との比較を念頭に開発されている。本講演では、なぜそうした液晶の本質に適合するシミュレーション法が必要なのかを中心に、シンプレティック積分法などの周辺技術に関する情報もあわせて報告する。

勝馬投票券(以下,本稿では「馬券」という)の払戻金に関する所得区分については,最高裁平成27年3月10日第三小法廷判決(以下,同判決で争われた事案のことを本稿では「大阪事件」という)において,「一応の基準」が示されたはずである。その基準を概略すると,「所得税法上,営利を目的とする継続的行為から生じた所得であるか否かは,文理に照らし,行為の期間,回数,頻度その他の態様,利益発生の規模,期間その他の状況等の事情を総合考慮して判断するのが相当であり,一連の馬券の購入が一体の経済活動の実態を有する本件事実関係の下では,払戻金は営利を目的とする継続的行為から生じた所得として所得税法上の一時所得ではなく,雑所得に当たる」。「外れ馬券を含む一連の馬券の購入が一体の経済活動の実態を有する場合,当たり馬券の購入代金の費用だけでなく,外れ馬券を含む全ての馬券の購入代金の費用が,当たり馬券の払戻金という収入に対応するということができ,本件外れ馬券の購入代金は,所得税法37条1項の必要経費にあたる」というものである。その後,同判決を受け,所得税基本通達の改正が行われ,税務当局としては,最高裁の判決の射程が当該事案と「ほぼ類似のもの」のみに及ぶようにと,インターネット,コンピュータの予想ソフト等を利用し,反復・継続的に大量かつ長期にわたって馬券を買い続けて多額の払戻金を得ていた事案に馬券の収入が雑所得とされる範囲を限定しようとした。そのため,その後,紛争が収拾する方向に向かうよりは,類似の判決において判断が分かれる状況になっている。その代表例として,東京地裁平成27年5月14日判決(以下,同判決で争われた事案のことを「札幌事件」という)が挙げられる。その事案は,6年間の馬券の購入代金が約72億円,払戻金が約78億円(約6億円のプラス)というものであり,上記大阪事件最高裁判決の判断枠組み自体は使いながら,馬券の払戻金を一時所得と判断し,外れ馬券を(必要)経費ではないと判示した。このように判決における一種の「ゆらぎ」,すなわち判断枠組みの不明確さ,不安定な状況に関して,札幌事件の控訴審である東京高裁平成28年4月21日判決を検討することで,あるべき方向性を示そうというのが本稿である。その際に馬券の収支が年間でマイナス(「馬券の払戻金額」―「馬券購入代金額」が赤字)であった東京地裁平成28年3月4日判決(以下,同判決で争われた事案のことを「麻布事件」という)も外れ馬券の購入代金の経費性の有無を論じるところで取り上げることにしたい。

A transdermal sustained release formulation. of isosorbide dinitrate (Frandol Tape) has been developed for the purpose of prolonging the preventive effect of isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) against attacks of angina pectoris.The plasma levels of ISDN and the two metabolites, isosorbide 2-mononitrate and isosorbide 5-mononitrate, were measured after the application of Frandol Tape (ISDN 40mg) in ten healthy male volunteers. After a single application of the tape to the breast for 24 or 48 hrs, the mean plasma levels of ISDN increased slowly to reach their peaks of 2.6 or 2.7 ng/ml at 6 hrs and declined very slowly to 1.9 ng/ml at 24 hrs or to 1.4 ng/ml at 48 hrs after the application. After removal of the tape, the mean plasma levels of ISDN declined with a half-life of 2.3 hrs.The area under the plasma level versus time curve (AUC) for ISDN per the amount of ISDN absorbed percutaneously after a transdermal administration was larger than after an oral administration. Probably because ISDN was not susceptible to“first-pass effect” in the cutaneous route. On the other hand, it was suggested that urinary excretion behavior after a transdermal administration was similar to that after an oral administration.These results demonstrated that Frandol Tape might be an useful transdermal sustained release formulation of ISDN for the prevention of angina pectoris, since the plasma level of ISDN is maintained constantly during the period of application.
