The transmission loss of silencers composed of Helmeholtz type resonators are computed on the basis of the one-dimensional linearized theory. The theoretical transmission loss characteristics in the middle frequency range are verified experimentally. The performance of these multiple resonators improves with increasing of the number of resonators, and it is unaffected by the flow which has the central velocity below 20 m/s.

ロボカップ@ホームはHuman-Robot Interaction (HRI) 研究の発展のために,今後重要な位置づけを持ったコンペティションである.HRIにおける研究開発では,膨大な量の対話実験による経験データベースが必要となる場合が多いが,実機のロボットでは実験実施のコストが高く,また,シミュレーションでは人間とロボットとの身体的インタラクションに制約が生じる.そこで,没入型のユーザインタフェースと,複数のクライアントが同時に同一の仮想世界にログイン可能な機能の双方をロボットシミュレータに搭載し,HRI研究を促進させることの可能なロボカップ@ホームシミュレーションの枠組みを提案する.また具体的なシステム実装に必要となる基盤技術の設計指針を示す.

<b>【はじめに】</b>理学療法士・作業療法士に必要な動作分析は,三次元動作解析装置の登場により,定量的な評価が可能になったが,導入コストや計測場所,稼働の手間など,臨床のセラピスト及び症例が容易に使用することが困難なのが現状である。臨床のセラピストが手軽に介入前後の動作分析が行えるシステムに焦点を置き,市販のスマートフォンに実装されている加速度センサーモジュールを使用した解析システムを開発し,既存の動作解析機器と比較し精度検証を行ったのでここに報告する。<b>【方法】</b>1)検証機器計測機器は我々が開発した簡易動作解析システム(市販スマートフォン端末を中心に計測・解析アプリケーション,同期信号ユニット,端末固定ベルトにて構成。現在,特許出願中)を用いた。端末は市販Android OS搭載 スマートフォン端末(SAMSUNG社製SC-06D)を使用し,加速度記録・解析アプリケーションである「トリガー版 シンプル加速度ロガー」を用いた。アプリケーションの機能は加速度の表示・計測,高速フーリエ変換による周波数パワースペクトル解析,同期信号の表示・記録,振動パワーの計測,それらを表計算ソフトにて解析できるよう,CSVファイルにて記録できる。サンプリング周波数は機種に依存するが,最新機種では最大200Hzで動作を確認している。比較検討機器はVICON社製 三次元動作解析装置VICON MX,解析ソフトはVICON NEXUS 1.8.1を用いた。2)対象・方法対象は既往の疾患を認めない成人男性6名(平均年齢27.0歳(±SD5.37)。動作課題は10mの歩行路を設け,直線自由歩行とした。簡易動作解析システムでは,左右(X)・前後(Y)・垂直(Z)の3軸加速度と周波数パワースペクトルを測定した。歩行周期を確実に同定するために,感圧センサーを使用した同期信号ユニットを用い,歩行のタイミングを計測した。センサーは踵接地(以下,IC)場所(踵外側)とつま先離地場所(母趾先端)へ設置した。端末の固定は端末固定ベルトを用い,先行文献より第3腰椎突起部とした。端末は通信出来ないよう,SIMカードは抜去した。三次元動作解析装置は,計測点である赤外線反射マーカーをスマートフォンの加速度センサーモジュールの推定位置の表面に設置し,左右(X)・前後(Y)・垂直(Z)の変位座標を測定し,その後加速度へ変換した。歩行のタイミングはAMTI社製フォースプレートを用いて測定し同定した。サンプリング周波数はそれぞれ100Hzに統一し,機器で得られた歩行同定信号をもとに,右下肢の踵接地より,次右下肢の踵接地までを1周期として加速度数値を切り出し,時間正規化を行った上で加算平均値を算出した。周波数パワースペクトル解析により,動作計測に関連のない振動周波数(12Hz)を判断し,加速度へバタワースフィルタにてフィルタリング処理を行った。3)統計解析統計解析にはFreeJSTATを用い,Spearmanの順位相関検定を行い,有意水準は1%未満とした。【倫理的配慮,説明と同意】本研究は,筆者所属機関の倫理委員会の承認を得た上で,対象者には研究内容について十分な説明を行い,同意を得て行った。【結果】左右(X軸):r=0.833(P<0.01),前後(Y軸):r=0.969(P<0.01),垂直(Z軸):r=0.936(P<0.01)3軸すべてにおいて強い相関関係を認めた。【考察】結果から,本システムにおける計測データはヒトの歩行動作において,三次元動作解析装置と高い相関を認めた。よって,手のひらサイズのスマートフォンにて,既存の機器の機能の一部を担うことができる可能性が示唆された。このシステムのメリットは,使用場所を選ばない可搬性と設置しやすさ,何より普及したスマートフォンを用い手軽に使用し,動作分析が可能なことである。セラピストは知識とセンスを元に,目視で動作分析を行うのが主であり,具体的な評価が困難である。従って,身体部位の加速度を計測することによって,特に治療介入前後の動作の変化や効果判定をこれまで以上に簡便に正確に行うことが可能と考える。しかしながら,端末の振動などによる計測数値のドリフト対策や,操作性の向上など課題は残されており,今後も継続して開発を進める必要がある。【理学療法研究としての意義】スマートフォン内蔵の加速度センサーモジュールを用いた加速度計測についてはいくつかの先行研究を認めるが,本システムは特許出願中であり,アプリケーションと同期信号ユニット,端末固定ベルト等を開発し,歩行などの動作の基点から加速度数値と動作を同定できることは新規性があると考える。さらなる精度の保証がなされれば,臨床のセラピストが手軽に場所を選ばずに理学療法の効果判定が出来ると考える。また,理学療法士として他職種と協業し,モノづくりが出来たことも意義があると考える。

We have investigated the sedimentation phenomenon in a colloidal dispersion composed of spherical ferromagnetic particles using Brownian dynamics simulations. We have attempted to clarify the conditions under which all particles settle down and a thin film is formed, by varying the applied magnetic field, magnetic force between particles, mass density, and temperature of the solution. The particle concentration was set so that the average inter-particle distance was 2.5 times the particle diameter. The main results obtained are summarized as follows. When the mass density is increased, the sedimentation rate increases due to the influence of gravity. The sediment is deposited at the bottom layer immediately after being dropped, and the particles display a stronger tendency to settle down at the bottom layer. However, as the magnetic force between the particles increases, the bonding between the particles becomes strong and clusters are formed, which makes it difficult to obtain the desired thin film in which all particles precipitate at the bottom layer and exist separately. Even in such a situation where the influence of the applied magnetic field is dominant, a thin film can be obtained if the magnetic moment of the particle is strongly restrained in the direction of the magnetic field, thus preventing the formation of clusters. In addition, when the density ratio is as large as 30 as is in this case, a planar cluster may be formed in the lowermost layer even when all the particles have settled down. On the other hand, if the temperature of the liquid is too low, the clusters remain intact without collapsing because of the low random force. As a result, the desired thin film cannot be obtained. However, there is a limitation where in the number of conditions under which the thin film formation occurs does not increase when the random force value exceeds a certain level.

チェーンソー用防護服を使用している300超名の林業労働者に対してアンケート調査を行った。その結果、防護服の日常管理が必ずしも正しい方法行われていない現状が明らかになった。メーカーからの使用上の注意事項への認識が十分でなく、誤った使用、管理が行われているため防護性の低下している防護服を使っている作業者が多い可能性が示された。特に洗濯方法を誤っている場合や、破損を自分で修理している場合にその可能性が高い。防護服が破損する理由は様々であるが、チェーンソーで切った、汚れがひどくなった、破れたといった理由が多い。作業者の身体に合っていないサイズの防護服を使用しているために破損している場合も少なからずあると考えられる。防護服の更新期間は約2年と推測されたが、正しい使い方とメンテナンスができれば更新期間の延長が可能なばかりか、更新経費の抑制も可能と考えられる。

素材構成の異なる衣服の日射反射率Pd,日射透過率Tcl,日射吸収率りを実測し,素材により表色値と日射熱特性の関係が異なる力り証した。色彩色差計により衣服の表色値を測定し,アルベドメーターと全天日射計より日射反射率,日射透過率を測定した。衣服はA(綿100%),B(ポリエステル74%・綿26%),C (ポリエステル100%)のTシャツである。素材に関わらず太陽高度の上昇に伴い日射透過率は上昇し,日射反射率は低下した。視感反射率と日射反射率,日射透過率,日射吸収率の関係を比較したところ,日射反射率は殆ど差が見られなかったが,日射透過率はTシャツBがやや高い結果となった。同ルでTclとαclを変化させ日射作用温度へ及ぼす影響を計算した結果,衣服の日射透過を低減させると日射作用温は低下することを示した。

The city of Patan as all other towns of Kathmandu valley, is predominantly inhabited by Newars. The Jyapu community of Newars, who are farmers constituting the major population group of Kathmandu Valley towns is considered to have the earliest connection with the Kirata who ruled and inhabited Nepal during the prehistoric period prior to the 5th century. This paper analyses the physical structure of the settlement quarters of the Jyapu community based on the field study of Dupat role of Patan and shows the distinct features of the settlement with a neighbourhood square as the community centre which is different from the Buddhist monastery quarter analysed in our previous paper. It also posits that the form of the Jyapu community settlements might represent the earliest idea of the urban settlement in the history of Kathmandu Valley.

This paper presents actual performance of high-reflectivity panels by enviromental exposure test and cover performance of cloth. It was indicated that baking finishing and photocatalyst coating panels could maintain initial performance over a long period compared with conventional panels. On the other hand, spectral reflectivity and transmissivity of the clothes commercially available that influence on human thermal sensation of the exterior space. The spectral characteristic of solar shielding near infrared region is significant.

教育におけるICT 活用のためグループウェアやe-Learning などのWeb アプリケーションが導入されている。本報告では、視覚障害者のWeb アプリケーションへのログインなどにおいて、アクセシビリティ向上を目指し、学生証・職員証などのIC カードを用いたWeb アプリケーションへのログイン方法を検討し、IC カードによるログイン可能なWeb アプリケーションを実現するためのシステム設計、実装について述べる。保健科学部に設置されている共同学習室のPC や、ノートPC に付属しているFelicaリーダを用いて、容易にWeb アプリケーションへログインし利用することを目的として、Moodleの改良を実施したことを報告する。

死亡場所による終末期ケアの質を比較するため,遺族を対象としてTenoらの痛みへの対応,医師とのコミュニケーション,総合評価等の質問表を用いて郵送調査した。対象はK市の精神科病院を除く全5病院,及び全国から抽出した653の特別養護老人ホーム(特養)であり,前者は205名(回収率48.0%),後者は92施設より256名(同63.2%)の回答を得た。病院と特養の施設内死亡者を比べると,特養の方が質は高い傾向であった。アメリカと比べると,病院は分野により異なり,特養はナーシングホームよりもほとんどの分野で質は高かったが,総合評価はいずれも日本の方が低かった。次に,病院の1年以上介護を要した者,特養から病院に入院して死亡した者,特養の施設内で死亡した者を比べると,特養施設内死亡者の質が最も高く評価された。今後,死亡する場ではなく,終末期ケアの質に着目するべきである。

Although public opinion polls reported that over 40% of Japanese people want to donate their organs at death, the number of organs remains low (=< 1 donor/million population). This low donation rate is supposed to be due to the lack of an in-hospital system to confirm patient desires to donate organs to patients at hospitals. The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate the educational program to improve the quality of terminal care at acute care hospitals in the form of a QM (quality management) seminar at emergency departments, focusing on management methods and quality management to facilitate and establish an in-hospital system. From 2013 to 2015, there were 94 participants. Pre- and post-program test showed that the improvement rate was 15.9% for transplantation medical care, 6.9% for skills, and 10.5% for the management method. By the educational method, the improvement rate was 10.1% for lecture and 10.2% for group-work exercise (+ lecture). Compared with doctors, nurses had a lower improvement rate in the domain of management methods. A questionnaire survey showed that the participants evaluated that management method was difficult and their understanding level was low, but they highly recommended participation. To improve the quality terminal care, the role of nurses is important because they are the major players in patient care, and revision to improve the educational program is necessary to provide outcomes similar to those doctors produce. Other supporting methods, such as the provision of educational tools and sharing success cases, should be considered to facilitate in-hospital system development.

校舎の窓から六本木ヒルズがよく見えるが、平日からよくあんなに人がいるものだとびっくりする。この中学校も校舎が新しいので間違えて入ってくる人もいる。生徒は登下校にけやき坂を使っているが、新しい街ができたといっても、子供たちはクールな反応だ。
