この論文の目的は、地方都市・農村部の地域空間生産の現状を分析し、今後のあり方を構想するための論点整理を行うことである。地域空間は、資本主義的空間生産と地域再生戦略の二つの立場が対抗しつつ生産される。この論文では、両者の対抗関係を認識の前提としつつ、現在の空間生産のあり方を空間の「縮小戦略」と「維持戦略」に分類していく。縮小戦略では、スプロール現象への批判や商店街振興の問題点などを取り上げる。維持戦略では、自然環境や限界集落への対応や人びとの生活感覚にまつわる問題などを取り上げる。その後、今後空間生産を考える際の留意点として、①移動性を前提とすること、②地域という形而上学にとらわれないこと、③資本主義的空間生産と地域再生運動のバランスをとること、の三点を取り上げる。

We developed a method for determining nationwide 1 km-grid square values of daily mean, maximum and minimum air temperature, and daily precipitation in Japan. The data were obtained using the JMA's nationwide observations, numerical forecasts, and climatic normal values. RMSE values for these elements in the past were 0.66 °C, 0.98 °C, 1.10 °C, and 5.9 mm/day, while those for one-day future were 1.18 °C, 1.65 °C, 2.00 °C, and 11.0 mm/day, respectively. The improvement in accuracy by introducing the forecasts was recognized even for values six-day future, though errors tended to increase with forecast range. The data are intended for use in the management of currently growing crops with a combination of crop models.

Abstract During the last decade, Europe has experienced consecutive crises, beginning with the Great Recession, followed by the Euro crisis, the refugee crisis, and the rise of populism, the latter of which has successfully combined Euroscepticism and xenophobia. Before answering whether the pessimistic scenario that liberal democratic Europe will backslide or the optimistic scenario whereby more integration can be achieved through crisis is accurate, we should examine how the phases of politicization and the democratic deficit in Europe have been transformed. Peter Mair indicates that the emergence of a non-political polity in Europe (a sedated giant) has hollowed out opposition, both at the national and the European level. This article focuses on the de-politicization of Europeanization as the background of the present crisis in accordance with the work of Mair. However, the dynamic changes in politicization and de-politicization are also central to the discussion. As studies of politicization (Gary Marks and Liesbet Hooghe; Swen Hutter, Edgar Grande, and Hanspeter Kriesi) have observed, conflicts over European integration exist and are growing. Quantitative studies have also shown to what extent economic crises can lead to the politicization of integration and Euroscepticism. Based on such studies, this article distinguishes three stages of politicization/democratic deficit within the development of European integration. The first stage, politicization/democratic deficit 1.0, was shaped by technocratic governance, which, as per the intentions of national political elites, insulated European integration from public politics. The second, politicization/democratic deficit 2.0, made room for public debate on European integration and introduced national referenda, while the political mainstream contained or marginalized any opposition. The third stage, politicization/democratic deficit 3.0, is characterized by higher electoral volatility that undermines the dominance of mainstream parties. There are furious debates regarding Europe in present member states. These centrifugal effects have led to a renewed democratic deficit in the sense that the present state of politicization is losing sight of any stable solution, as is also suggested by the data analyses given in the last section of the article. The conclusions of this article support neither the scenario of backsliding nor that of integration by crisis but identify a new phase in politicization/democratic deficit that is spinning out standoffs in a multilevel politics across Europe.

<p>Ordinary neural networks represent objects in a dimensionally compressed latent (Z) space. In this latent space, a grammatical structure emerges if the input is a language, or a finite state automaton that makes predictions if the input is a time series. But the living system perceives and experiences the object without contracting it. The philosopher Meillassoux said, "A discontinuous ring consisting of multiple interruptions." While discussing the interpretation of this idea, I will analyze and report on an experiment using the android Alter3, which mimics human poses. What is important to make a robot anti-contractive is one's interaction with a human being, and the other is the autonomous rewriting of memories that is created because of its inability to learn.</p>

衣裳雛形本。浅井了意編。寛文7年(1667)刊。中本(16.8×12cm)。上巻50丁、下巻50丁に、丁の表と裏に各一図、計200の衣裳の図案を描き、それぞれに模様の名称と染色の簡単な注記を付したもので、その内、上巻18図、下巻23図、全体の五分の一は薄青・薄朱・薄黄緑の色刷りが施される。(2色以上の板を重ねた多色刷りではなく、本来墨摺りであるところを単色の色刷りにしただけのものである。)本書の初版は寛文6年(1666)山田市郎兵衛版で、この初版は色刷りではない。序に「その往昔の模様を加えず」とあり、寛文期の衣裳模様を描いたもので、その水準の高さを示す資料である。名古屋の貸本屋大野屋惣八の印を捺す。(岡雅彦)(2018.2)

The purpose of this study is to elucidate the view of gardens held by Ashikaga Takauji and his younger brother Tadayoshi, members of the Ashikaga shogun clan who played active roles in Kyoto Prefecture in the early Muromachi period. Takauji used his residential garden for mingling with Zen priests, but not for hosting poetry meetings, which was one of the Japanese dynastic customs. His younger brother Tadayoshi, however, started to hold such events as poetry meetings at the garden of his residence, known as Sanjobo-montei, offering a place to the aristocratic class called Kuge, the military nobility known as Buke, and Zen priests so that they could mingle with one another. This suggests that it is Ashikaga Tadayoshi who began the custom of using residential and other gardens for the Japanese dynastic culture. The Ashikaga brothers used the gardens of other places than their residences, such as Tenryu-ji Temple and Saiho-ji Temple, for communicating with various people, including the Emperor and Zen priests. The Ashikaga brothers organized events for the dynastic culture and Zen Buddhism at such gardens, making cross-cultural communication between the Kuge aristocratic class, the Buke military nobility, and Zen priests catch on with these three circles.

エビデンスに基づく医療(evidence-based medicine:EBM)が提唱され四半世紀.その言葉は浸透したが,誤解も多い.EBMはエビデンスを盲信するものではない.エビデンスを踏まえたうえで,患者の病状や周囲を取り巻く環境,患者の価値観,医療者の臨床経験を考慮し,一人ひとりの患者でベストな診療を行う,個別化医療のツールである.患者や家族がエビデンスを理解し,自ら診療上の決断が下せるような支援が必要である.

本論では茨城県稲敷市の天台宗寺院・不動院に残された「江戸崎不動院門徒分限帳」全三冊を基礎史料として、近世における同院の配下寺院について、その経営実態を分析した。特に天台宗教団内における寺格に注目し、寺格別に各寺院の檀家数や檀家から得られる収入、所持耕地などに関しての考察を進めている。そこからは、従来の研究史のうえで等閑視されてきた寺格によって、右記の分析項目に著しい差異が生じている実態を明らかにした。具体的には、寺請や葬祭を執行することができる住持によって営まれる「末寺」寺院では、一定の葬祭檀家と所持耕地を有しており、これによって寺院経営が維持されていたのに対し、寺請や葬祭の執行が原則として許されていない住持によって営まれる「門徒」寺院の場合には、檀家、所持耕地からの収入ともに充分ではない様子を数量的把握によって描出している。

近年,ビデオゲームのプレイ映像を個人がインターネット上で配信する「ゲーム実況」が流行している.本研究では放送者と視聴者が共に,よりゲームを楽しむための手法を検討する.多くのゲーム実況生放送において,放送者と視聴者のインタラクションは生放送サービスのコメント機能を用いたコミュニケーションに留まっている.今回我々は,視聴者のコメントから得られる感情がゲーム内容に反映されるゲームシステムを開発し,その効果を検証した.

Skin surface is covered with very thin lipid film called as skin surface lipids. Skin surface lipids are the mixture of sebum originated from sebaceous gland and epidermal lipids. Epidermal lipid is the minor component of skin surface lipids and occupies less than 5 % of skin surface lipids. However, the epidermal lipids, especially ceramide, play an important role in water barrier function of the skin.

本稿は,群馬県藤岡市高山地区(旧美九里村の一部)を事例として,交通の近代化の中で山村がどのように段階的に変容したかについて実証的に分析したものである.また,山村の形成主体で,かつ交通の利用主体としての住民をより具体的に取り上げるため,交通の近代化を交通体系の変化だけでなく,住民の交通利用形態の変化についても分析した.地形的障害の克服に着目した交通体系の変化では,住民は道路の建設や乗合バスの運行実現に主体的に関わるなど重要な役割を果たした.山村と都市との結合に着目した住民の交通利用形態の変化では,1960年代前半以降に住民の行動範囲は藤岡市の中心部へ次第に拡大したことにより,高山地区は近郊山村としての性格を強め始めたといえる.さらに,1960年代後半以降には住民の行動範囲が藤岡市の中心部を飛び越えて,高崎市や前橋市などの地方中心都市にも及んだ.これは通勤や買物での自家用車の利用,高等学校への通学での鉄道やバイクの利用が増加したためである.このような動きは都市からの影響に関係していることが指摘できる.

本稿は,19 世紀末から 20 世紀初頭にかけてモンゴルを訪問したさまざまな調査隊が撮影した写真について,研究上の重要な資料として利用されるように概要を紹介するものである。一次資料となる写真は各国のアーカイブなどで保管されているため,国別に扱う。具体的には,ロシア地理学協会などの地理学協会や,北欧諸国の博物館など,調査隊の派遣元や資料の所在地ごとに写真コレクションを紹介する。こうした総合的な紹介は,とりわけコレクションの横断的な比較分析研究に寄与するであろう。
