It was known that sports coach, instructor, teacher has a particular belief and ideas to teach sports performance, lead athlete to better physical and mental condition, facilitate organic training programs. In this study, it was focused to reveal sports coach’s beliefs and tactics in local pole vault club through in-depth interviews include viewpoints life history research. The dates were taken from seven times interviews account for five hours and forty minutes. Outcomes said as below: This coach’s life experience as bread sales person. The effects to this belief making remarkable results as coach leads to other’s trusts. Thinking practice longer and harder lead to good record for all athlete not having much talents. The Mental facilitation is important to enhance self-trust through sports carrier not only to be good athlete but also to be tough person can make decision in their own futures.

論文2003年に制定された「性同一性障害特例法」をめぐってこれまでさまざまな議論がなされてきた。議論の中心となっていたのは「性同一性障害特例法」が阻害するトランスジェンダー当事者の人権と社会的なありようの問題であった。対して本論では、強制的な身体変容や強制不妊を要求する「性同一性障害特例法」の「セクシュアリティ」に焦点をあてる。「セクシュアリティ」をめぐってなされてきた批判的議論を通して「性同一性障害特例法」がどのようなセクシュアリティを取り込み、また阻害しているのかを見てゆく、そして最後にこの法に抗するようなトランスジェンダーの「セクシュアリティ」のあり方について考えることを試みる。

古典文学には多くの変身が描かれている。異類が人間の姿に化けたり、人が本来の性とは異なる姿になることで、「種」や「性」の境界を越えて、新たな共同体へ加わろうとする。とりわけ狐は作中で美女の姿をとることが多く、人の社会と積極的に関わろうとしてきた動物だろう。人と狐の異類婚姻譚は日本や中国の古典文学に数多く描かれ、現代まで親しまれている。本研究では中世から近世前期にわたって作られた絵巻・絵入り本から、狐の異類物を中心に採りあげる。御伽草子『玉水物語』は、異類から人へ、男から女へという、二重の越境を果たしている点に注目できる。本研究では『玉水物語』を題材に、種と性の越境について検討したい。

Since January 2017 continuous multi-axis differential optical absorption spectroscopy (MAX-DOAS) observations have been performed for the first time at Pantnagar (29.03°N, 79.47°E), a semi-urban site located in the Indo-Gangetic Plain region in India. Here we report the formaldehyde (HCHO), glyoxal (CHOCHO), and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) concentrations for the lowest layer (0-1 km) of the retrieved vertical profiles. The ratio of CHOCHO to HCHO concentrations (RGF), an important tracer indicative of changes in volatile organic compound emissions was estimated. During spring and autumn enhanced concentrations of HCHO and CHOCHO were observed under the influence of biomass burning. The mean RGF for the whole observation period (January–November) in Pantnagar was estimated to be 0.029 ± 0.006. Comparing with similar MAX-DOAS observations in central Thailand and reported literature values, we found that the RGF tends to be < ∼0.04 under the influence of biomass burning and/or anthropogenic emissions.

There has been a rapid increase of interest to unconventional methods of fracturing rocks.Particularly, mechanics of thermal fracture, either by the application of direct heat or electrothermal conversion, are most favourable for practice.In this paper, the authors reported their experiments to measure the strength changes of rocks heated to high temperatures and the thermal fracture.From the experiments, several fracturing mechanisms of rocks heated to high temperatures were found. Which are;a) Thermal elastic stresses induced in rock.b) Transformation of crystal form of the constituting minerals of rock.c) Decomposition of the constituting minerals.d) Melting.e) Thermal expansion of the constituting minerals.f) Others.Neverthless these mechanisms are all affecting to thermal fracturing of rock, one of them is a dominant factor to fracture a particular kind of rock by heat, for example b) to granite and c) to limestone.

教師は学問を教え広める頭脳労働者であると同時に、生徒の人格の成長過程にさまざま直接関わり合う、大変やりがいはあるが、その分ソフト面でも感性や専門能力を厳しく問われる仕事である。また生徒たちの保護者や地域住民、他機関との関わり合いや、校内でも同僚や管理職、事務職などとの人間関係も、職務を円滑に推進するうえで大切な要件となることも多く、さまさまで重層的な対人関係にもうまく対処しなければならない職場環境にある。そういう意味では、かつてILO(国際労働機関)が、教師は戦場に戦う兵士並みのストレスを負っている、と警告したように、教師は職務上、さまさまな対人関係を調整しつつ、精神的に高いストレスを抱えて生きさるを得ない宿命にあるといえる。
