味覚障害の原因別の治療法を概説し, その実際, 効果について述べた.血清亜鉛値70μg/dl未満の場合は亜鉛欠乏性味覚障害と診断されるが, 潜在性亜鉛欠乏も多く, 亜鉛製剤が有効である.硫酸亜鉛, ポラプレジンク, およびサプリメントによる治療がなされ, 有効率は70%前後である.投与期間は, 数ヶ月は必要である.薬剤性味覚障害の頻度は高いが, 起因薬剤の同定や証明が困難なことが多い.自発性異常味覚, 異味症, 味覚乖離など病態の不明な場合には, 漢方薬も有力な治療手段になりうる.亜鉛のみではなく, 各種のビタミン, ミネラルの補給も重要であり, 患者の生活全般の在り方を考えた食事, 栄養指導が必要である.

We investigated the migration range of Calopteryx atrata Selys (Odonata: Calopterygidae) using the mark and recapture method in Akuwa River and Ooka River which run through the urban area of Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. 286 individuals were marked and released at four spots, and 64 marked individuals were recaptured after several days. Initial findings showed that the maximum total migrant distance was 1319 meters, and the average was 323 meters. The individuals that migrated upper stream were more than those in the lower stream, and the migration range to upper was significantly longer than to the lower. Secondly, we analyzed the factors that promote or stunt the migration of C.atrata by GLMM with random effect. Results showed that survival days from release, the area of lower riverbed and coverage of shade were positively correlated with total migration distance. Meanwhile, the coverage of three types of the aquatic plant commonly had a negative correlation with the total migration distance. Also, the coverage area ratio of forest around rivers partly promotes the migration distance of C.atrata, if values of factors were added up in a more wide range from the release spot. The study’s results showed that continuously establishing preferred riparian habitats with aquatic vegetation and a conservation of forests close to rivers enhance C.atrata’s large migration and expanded habitats.

Sōseki Natsumé (1867-1916) was a great novelist in the 20th century Japan, practically contemporaneous with Joseph Conrad (1857-1924). His views on Conrad’s early stories and sea novels are found in his essays, notebooks and marginal notes, and two of his novels show some evidences of the influences of Conrad. According to Soseki’s notebook, he read “Typhoon” presumably in spring or summer in 1906, and made a comment in it; “Literature of man’s will— cf. Typhoon”. And he wrote The 210th Day (i.e. the stormy day of typhoon), a story of will, in September of the same year. Its plot resembles that of “Typhoon”, the heroes facing a storm bravely, though not at sea but on the mountain. Also Soseki’s descriptions of the storm and scenes remind us strongly of Conrad’s. Soseki’s The Miner written in 1908 also resembles, in the theme and construction, Conrad’s “Heart of Darkness”. Between them, there are remarkable parallels in the pilgrimage of the narrator into the heart of darkness. Yet, what is really more significant may be that Soseki and Conrad had much in common in their personality, problem of ego, dualistic view of the world, and way how to live. Though in the later years, their ways as writers were different.

社会的相互作用において人が無意識に他者のしぐさや癖、振る舞いを模倣し、また模倣された人は模倣した人に対して良印象や好感を持つことをカメレオン効果と呼ぶ。先行研究において、相手の発話をそのまま繰り返し発話する模倣によって、被模倣者に好印象を与えるカメレオン効果が得られたと報告されている。しかし、このような言語模倣が常に好印象を与えるとは限らないと我々は考える。また、この常に好印象につながるとは限らない模倣要素について調査された研究はない。 そこで本研究は、常に好印象につながるとは限らないと予想される模倣要素を調査することを目的とする。本稿では口癖に着目して、話者の発話をそのまま繰り返して模倣するロボットを模倣条件、話者の発話をそのまま繰り返して模倣しながら話者の口癖を強調するロボットを強調模倣条件とし、この2つの条件間のロボットに対して話者が抱いた印象の違いを調査した。 結果として模倣条件と強調模倣条件に有意な差は見られなかったが、口癖の強調は好印象につながらない可能性が示唆された。

写真を豊かに活用していくためには、文書などと同様コンテクスト情報が重要である。特にこれまで意識されていなかった撮影の目的・動機や、写真撮影技術が写真師にほぼ独占されていた時代においては、撮影依頼者にも注目していく必要がある。しかし、歴史的な価値が高く地域史料として収集されている台紙付写真においては、これらの情報は伝存の過程で失われていることが多い。そこでその撮影年代を復元するために、写真台紙を史料学的に分析し、その特徴と撮影年代との関係を明らかにした。今後、このデータをより精緻にしていくためには、史料保存機関で写真台紙のデータを共有化していくことが必要である。そのための共通の基盤として写真史料学が今求められている。

This paper describes a teacher’s practice of online lessons influenced by COVID-19 and students’ evaluation of them. Online lessons are evaluated higher than face-to-face lessons especially in terms of visibility and implementation of small tests. However, we have to challenge the technological problems and the vagueness of students’ attitudes during class.

The present study investigated the inhibitory effect of cannabidiol (CBD), a major constituent of marijuana, on the catalytic activity of cytochrome P450 2C19 (CYP2C19). (S)-Mephenytoin 4′-hydroxylase activities of human liver microsomes (HLMs) and recombinant CYP2C19 were inhibited by CBD in a concentration-dependent manner (IC50 = 8.70 and 2.51 µM, respectively). Omeprazole 5-hydroxylase and 3-O-methylfluorescein O-demethylase activities in recombinant CYP2C19 were also strongly inhibited by CBD (IC50 = 1.55 and 1.79 µM, respectively). Kinetic analysis for inhibition revealed that CBD showed a mixed-type inhibition against (S)-mephenytoin 4′-hydroxylation by recombinant CYP2C19. To clarify the structural requirements for CBD-mediated CYP2C19 inhibition, the effects of CBD-related compounds on CYP2C19 activity were examined. Olivetol inhibited the (S)-mephenytoin 4′-hydroxylase activity of recombinant CYP2C19 with the IC50 value of 15.3 µM, whereas d-limonene slightly inhibited the activity (IC50 > 50 µM). The inhibitory effect of CBD-2′-monomethyl ether (IC50 = 1.88 µM) on CYP2C19 was comparable to that of CBD, although the inhibitory potency of CBD-2′,6′-dimethyl ether (IC50 = 14.8 µM) was lower than that of CBD. Cannabidivarin, possessing a propyl side chain, showed slightly less potent inhibition (IC50 = 3.45 µM) as compared with CBD, whereas orcinol and resorcinol did not inhibit CYP2C19 activity at all. These results indicate that CBD caused potent CYP2C19 inhibition, in which one free phenolic hydroxyl group and the pentyl side chain of CBD may play important roles.

本研究では,両利きの経営者の存在が企業パフォーマンスに与える影響について検証する.具体的には,農業法人の経営者を対象とした質問票調査データを用いて企業パフォーマンスに対する経営者の探索姿勢2変数(新商品開発及び新市場開拓)と活用姿勢の交互作用について検討した.分析の結果,企業パフォーマンスを向上させるためには,経営者は両利きであることが望ましいが,それは探索の内容に左右されることが示された.

自尊心の研究はさまざまな自尊心調節機制が相互に代替可能であることを示唆している。人はある領域で自尊心が脅かされてもその領域とは関連しない領域でその脅威に対処することができる。このことから,能力次元における自尊心への脅威は,集団成員性の活性化および所属集団の実体性を高く認知することによる所属感の強化を引き起こしうると考えた。この予測を検討するため,大学生を対象に,想起法(研究1)と課題フィードバック法(研究2)を用いて自尊心への脅威の水準を操作する2つの実験を行った。実験1では,能力次元における自己評価が脅威を受けると,脅威を受けない場合に比べて,個人がかかわるあらゆる集団の実体性評価を高めることが,高特性自尊心者についてのみ示された。一方,実験2ではそのような集団実体性評価の高揚が特性自尊心の水準にかかわらず示された。これらの結果から,自尊心維持機制における領域間補償の一般化可能性が論じられた。
