信頼性受入れ試験に関して,試験時間ならびにサンプルアイテムの個数といった観点から,効率の良い検査方式として,ロットの合否判定領域を多段に設けるマルチステージ方式が考えられている.しかしながらこの方式は,たとえアイテムの寿命分布に指数分布を仮定したとしても,ロット合格確率の表現が複雑で,目標とする検査方式を得ることは一般には困難である.本論文では,マルチステージ検査方式において,判定保留となったときに,故障した試験サンプルをすべて取り替える方式を採用することにより,合格確率を陽な形式で与えた.その結果,マルチステージ検査方式の容易な設計を可能とした.

症例は73歳の男性で, 2000年9月に上行結腸癌にて右側結腸切除の既往あり.2003年10月胆嚢炎疑いにて当科紹介となり, CTで膵頭部に濃染不良の3.6cm大の腫瘤を認め, MRCPで下部胆管・膵管が閉塞し総胆管・主膵管の拡張を認めた.血管造影で下膵十二指腸動脈の強い屈曲・蛇行と濃染像を認め, FDG-PETで膵頭部の腫瘤に強いFDGの集積を認めた.以上より, 転移性膵頭部腫瘤の診断で膵頭十二指腸切除術を施行した.切除標本は十二指腸乳頭部, 膵頭部に5.5×4cm大, 2型の腫瘍を認め, 病理組織学的所見では中分化型腺癌で, 大腸・膵臓ともにCK7で陰性, CK20で陽性を示し, 大腸癌の膵頭部転移と診断した.術後経過は良好で, 術後26日目に退院した.大腸癌の膵転移切除例の本邦報告例は自験例を含め12例であったので報告する.

Since the end of the 1980s', researchers have focused on pupils' "Subjectivity" and started to dispute this issue in the educational research field in China. To understand the educational problems in China, it has become the most important point to understand how pupils' "Subjectivity" is discussed in the education research field at present. In this paper, to make development of disputes about pupils' "Subjectivity" from the end of the 1980s' clear, researchers' opinions on concepts and cultivation of pupils' "Subjectivity" from representative Chinese researchers were classified. Particularly the purposes and methods of pupils' "Subjectivity" cultivation were paid more attention in this study. By reviewing the dispute of pupils' "Subjectivity" firstly, we could find that researchers' researches emphasized on individual development in the past, but social adaptation and enhancing interaction among others are focused at present. Secondly, improving teachers' teaching methods was emphasized in the past, but improving pupils' learning methods is emphasized at present. Finally, there are some problems could be found. Firstly, pupils' independent consciousness is emphasized in the researchers' opinions, but the discussion in a concrete method of cultivating their independent abilities is not enough. Secondly, the discussion in the diversity of pupils' "Subjectivity" and the promotion method is not enough either.

In 1993, the Japan Epilepsy Association criticized Tsutsui Yasutaka's novel "Robot Police" as discriminatory to epileptics, and sought to have it from a textbook published by Kadokawa Publishing. In response to the criticism, he declared a "Writing Strike" and appealed for freedom of expression. This declaration drew public attention, and raised a storm of controversy. The aim of this paper is to explicate the divergence of problem setting in the controversy. First, I will show that the declaration was situated in the context of victim contest. Then, I will demonstrate that the context was prepared through the shift of roles in the early stages of the controversy. Finally, I will present a rhetorical analysis of how the shift of roles occurred in the responsive context of the controversy.

A numerical method is developed to simulate the unsteady axisymmetric flow with a free surface. The method is based on a finite-volume solution of the equations on an orthogonal curvilinear oordinate system. A new iteration technique is used for the boundary condition of the free surface to stabilize the solution. The method is applied to simulate an unsteady motion of a single deformed bubble rising through a quiescent liquid. The numerical results show quantitatively good agreement with those of experiments and calculations of others. In the present study, the transitional phenomena of the initially spherical bubble in reaching the steady state are investigated. It is known experimentally that the rising bubble begins to show an unsteady three-dimensional (spiral or zigzag) motion beyond certain critical Reynolds and Weber numbers. Our numerical results of the axisymmetric flow show unsteady shape oscillations in the parameter range of the three-dimensional motions.

近年、電気式システムに代わるものとして、光ファイバセンサを用いたセンシングシステムの研究開発が活発に進められている。本稿では、FBGを用いたセンシングシステムのOTDR高速・高精度計測方式の提案と実証試験の結果について報告する。本システムでは、光源には波長可変光源を、外部変調器に偏波の影響が少なく、光増幅機能を持つSOAを導入した。連続走査された送信光をSOAにてスイッチングしてプローブ光パルスを生成し、このパルスの波長を送信側で特定する送信波長連続走査・特定方式とFBGのスペクトル特性の傾き(微係数)から中心波長を特定するスペクトル微係数検出中心波長特定方式の考案による高速・高精度計測の実現に本研究の特徴がある。実証試験では、送信波長連続走査・特定方式を用いた場合のシステム基本動作確認とFBG中心波長特定評価を行い、従来方式の8倍の高速化と2倍の高精度化が可能である見通しを得た。

症例は78歳,男性.近医へ外来透析通院中の患者で,2006年6月中旬より頭痛が出現したため21日近医の救急外来を受診した.頭部CTを施行し,脳出血や梗塞巣などの異常所見は認められず鎮痛薬を処方され帰宅した.しかしその後も頭痛は消失せず,6月26日見当識障害にて当院へ入院.当初の頭部CTでは異常所見は認められず,意識障害,ごく軽度の項部硬直,髄液所見(単核球優位の細胞増加83/3mm<SUP>3</SUP>,蛋白増加295mg/dL)よりウイルス性髄膜脳炎と診断し,アシクロビルの投与を行った.しかし呼吸状態も悪化してきたため一時人工呼吸管理となり,さらにステロイドパルス療法も併用し治療を行った.2週間後には人工呼吸管理から離脱でき,意識状態も完全に回復しリハビリ病院への転院を考慮するほどになっていた.しかし9月より再び意識状態が悪化し,頭部CT上造影剤で増強される腫瘤様陰影を認めたため,単なる髄膜脳炎ではなく中枢神経原発悪性リンパ腫の可能性を考慮し,2回目のステロイドパルス療法を施行した.これらの治療にもかかわらず11月よりさらに意識レベルは低下し,CT上の陰影も増大傾向となった.血清IL-2レセプター919IU/mL,髄液中IL-2レセプター259IU/mLと高値を示し,髄液細胞診上classIIIb,クロマチン増加の高い異型リンパ球を認めたため,画像所見などから中枢神経原発悪性リンパ腫が最も疑われると判断した.その後の治療にも反応せず12月26日永眠された.本症例のように当初はウイルス性髄膜脳炎様症状のみであり,後に画像所見上造影剤にて増強される腫瘤陰影の変化が現れ,中枢神経原発悪性リンパ腫が強く疑われた症例を経験した.亜急性の意識障害を呈する患者の鑑別診断のひとつとして,一般的な髄膜脳炎のみならず,中枢神経原発悪性リンパ腫の可能性を考慮する必要があると考えられた.

2013 年度より実施される新学習指導要領の共通教科 「情報」 では情報モラル,知的財産の保護,情報安全等に対する実践的な態度をはぐくむ指導を行うことや,コミュニケーション能力や情報の創造力・発信力等を養うこと,情報通信ネットワークやメディアの特性・役割を十分に理解し,安全に配慮し,情報を適切に活用できる能力をはぐくむ指導をより一層重視している.With regard to "ICT Education," the new school curriculum (starting in 2013) emphasizes, a practical and morally correct attitude toward the protection of intellectual property rights. The security of information must be guaranteed. Also, the course should aim at developing communicative ability and creativity in the students. Moreover, the students should be enabled to comprehend the characteristics and roles of each network and medium and should also learn how to utilize them properly. Keeping all these points in mind, we have developed teaching materials which will enable students to learn about the "protection of intellectual property" spontaneously, and which will also enable the teacher to evaluate the effects.

The sociology of culture has been developing, and we have many works on the sociological analysis of culture. But, from a social theoretical viewpoint, there remain undeveloped areas between the sociology of culture and social theory. This paper aims to show some ways to solve basic problems in social theory of culture. First, we define culture as systems of meaning rules, and explain theoretically constructions of producing various aspects of culture. Every action is cultural praxis, and various aspects of culture are constructed based on cultural praxes. Second, by referring to seven analytical frameworks prepared in discussions of social structures, we make it clear that they are effective for analyzing structures of culture. Third, we propose three frameworks to analyze changes of culture through investigating relationships between culture and society, which are mainly formed from generation, transmission and problematization of culture in society.

作物の恒常的な発育を保つ上で外気に接する表皮系組織の果たす役割は大きい. 表面構造の変化と珪質化の面からこの組織の構造と機能を明らかにする目的で研究を行い, 機動細胞に形成される珪酸体を迅速, 簡便かつ広範囲に測定する方法を検討した. その結果, 非晶質ゲル(amorphous gel, SiO_2・nH_2O)の形をとる珪酸体が軟X線をよく吸収する性質を利用して, 葉内に分布する珪酸体の鮮明画像を得ることが可能になった. 本法は次の二つの過程から成る. すなわち, 1) 試料の調整から葉内の珪酸体画像を得る過程, 2) 得られた画像写真から珪酸体の葉内分布パターン, 面積などを計測する過程. 実験には土耕栽培による水稲品種短銀坊主の第5葉と, 同じく赤坊, 岩賀. 栄光の各止葉を供試した. 過程1: 採取した葉身をホルマリン・アルコール・酢酸混合液で5日間固定したのち水洗し, アイロンで乾燥する. この標本を黒色ビニール袋に密封したFG型フィルム上にのせ, 8KeV, 5mAに調整した軟X線照射装置(ソフテックス, M-1005 NA型)のミクロ照射部で1分間照射する. レンドールにより現像したネガフィルムを焼付けして珪酸体画像を得る. 過程2: 珪酸体の画像写真を対話式画像解析システム(Photem IBAS, Zeiss)にかけ, 調査項目を指定して必要とする図表を描かせる. この方法による利点は, 1) 植物組織の珪酸(体)同定のために開発された従来の灰像法, 組織化学などの方法に比べてはるかに簡便迅速に試料調整ができる. そのため多数の試料を比較的短時間に処理することができる. 2) 広範囲にわたる面積を撮影できるため葉身1枚の珪酸体分布を測定することができる. 3) あらかじめプログラミングをしておけば画像解析システムにより分布密度, 面積などの測定と統計処理を迅速に行うことができる. 4) 組織切片の軟X線画像から珪酸体及び類似性物質の組織内分布を調べることができる.
