[背景・目的]遺伝毒性影響とは、微細な染色体の障害を検出し、変異原性、がん原性を示す生物学的影響指標であり、簡便かつ鋭敏な試験として「小核試験」が広く使用される。口腔粘膜の小核試験を実施し、また口腔内金属や歯周疾患の状態などを詳細に把握し、歯科領域の要因が口腔粘膜の小核試験にどのような影響を与えるかを明確にし、精度の高い口腔粘膜を用いた小核試験を確立することを目的とした。[対象]仕事や趣味で化学物質に曝露していない男性の健常者97名。[解析方法]小核試験を従属変数、また歯科的要因(口腔内歯科用金属の数、アマルガムの数、レジンの数、ブラッシングの回数、4mm以上のポケットの数、歯科医院通院回数)、年齢、アルコール摂取量、喫煙の有無を独立変数として重回帰分析ステップワイズ法を行った。[結果]重回帰分析ステップワイズ法による多変量解析の結果、小核試験に有意に影響を及ぼす要因としては、年齢のみが採択された(標準回帰係数β=0.45自由度調整R^2=0.20)。歯科的要因についてはいずれも統計学的に有意でなかった。[考察]年齢は過去の報告でも有意な要因として報告されており、本研究でも同様の結果となった。またアルコールや喫煙、そして歯科的要因については、いずれも統計学的に有意な項目とはならなかった。今後は、視診による口腔内充填物・補綴物の把握にとどまらず、血中や毛髪中の金属濃度などを曝露指標にすることでより精度の高い調査を行い、口腔粘膜の遺伝毒性試験と歯科的要因との関連性を調査する必要があると考える。

喫煙習慣と歯周組織の健康状態との関連性について,大阪府にある事業所男子従業員167名(20〜58歳,平均年齢39.1歳)を対象として調査研究を行った。喫煙者97名と非喫煙者55名について,地域歯周治療必要度指数(CPITN)を指標とした歯周組織の健康状態の診査を行ったところ,喫煙習慣とCPITNによる有病者率との間に有意の関連性(P<0.05)が認められた。喫煙者ではコード0の部位数が少なく(P<0.001),コード3の有病部位数が増加していた(P<0.01)。また,コード3以上の有病部位数の増加が喫煙者では非喫煙者より若い年齢層に認められた。喫煙者と非喫煙者,両群の歯磨き回数と一人平均DMF歯数はほぼ同じであった。以上のことから,喫煙は歯周組織の健康状態に悪影響を及ぼす危険因子のひとつであることが示唆された。

This paper describes the land use and natural disaster with related to the topography and geology in Kozu island, Izu islands. There are three types of disasters based on the topography and geology except the damage from volcano eruption. Moreover, I summaries features of the damages from many volcanic earthquakes hit around the area of off shore near Kozu island on July, 2000. Finally, many investigations on the disaster protection and the way of living at various volcanic regions are expected.

Part 4. Rate of information transmission through a noisy channel and other related concepts are formulated as an extension of Shannonian information theory introduced in Part 3. Ergodicity of stochastic process and Gaussian probability distribution are also explained. Auto- and Cross-correlation functions and convolution integral are introduced with their Fourier transforms for elimination of effect of noise in system identification.

本論では、システム侵入の倫理的問題を考察する。主としてE.Spaffordの有名な論文「コンピュータハッカー侵入は倫理的か?」を取り上げ、彼の「システム侵入は明らかな害悪がなくとも非倫理的である」という主張の説得力のある部分は、彼の本来の意図に反して、望ましくない結果が生じるという帰結主義的なものであることを明らかにし、この立場からシステム侵入の問題を再考察する必要性を提唱する。

近年,計算幾何学の一部で 「計算折紙」 とよばれる分野が注目を集めている.その分野では,ある意味で折紙を計算のプラットフォームとみなしている.こうしたプラットフォーム上で,計算量理論的に手におえない困難な問題や,多項式時間で解ける問題がいくつか知られている.さてチューリング機械といった標準的な計算モデルにとって,決定不能な問題の存在は,その計算モデルの計算能力の高さを逆説的に示しているといえよう.それならば,計算折紙モデルでは決定不能な問題が存在するだろうか?本稿では,この疑問に対する解答を与える.具体的には,計算折紙モデルのごく自然な決定問題が決定不能であることを示す.

原子炉施設内には放射性物質を含む汚染水や汚染海水が大量に蓄積され,その中の Cs 回収にはフェロシアン化鉄(吸着剤)と無機凝集剤を用いた凝集沈殿法とフェロシアン化鉄のシリカ造粒体を用いた吸着法が適用できる。凝集沈殿法では真水・海水のいずれの条件であっても汚染水中の Cs をほぼ完全に(DF~104)回収できた。吸着法では,ゼオライトでは適用が難しい,極微量 Cs(10 ppb 以下)を含む海水から効率的に Cs を回収できた。更に,環境汚染物質の除染技術への応用として下水汚泥からの Cs 回収について検討した。福島市の実下水汚泥(105 Bq/kg)に対して亜臨界水による水熱分解と凝集沈殿を組み合わせた複合プロセスを適用することで,下水汚泥から 96% の Cs を沈殿回収することに成功した。

We made the investigation and the research on the composition of the shrines, the Noh stages and the galleries of existing 30 Noh stages in Nara Prefecture and northern part and southern part of Kyoto Prefecture. The composition of the shrines takes mostly general modern form and is classified in ten kinds of 5 types. The Noh stages were built mostly facing to the Honden (a place of god) in Niwa (an inner shrine garden). The Honden (a place of god) is built on the highest ground level, and the Haiden (a place for worship) on the lower next level, and the Noh stage at the lowest ground level. Most of the passages pass on the right side of the Noh stage. For the fundamental module of the Noh stage they have used the Kyo Ma (1969mm=1Ken), Chukyo Ma (1908mm=1Ken), Kanto Ma (1818mm=1Ken), 7 syaku Ma (2121mm=1Ken), and 8 syaku Ma (2424mm=1Ken).

2型糖尿病(DM)患者と健常人にグレリン(Ghr) 0.5 μg/kgを静注で単回投与し、食事負荷で糖代謝等に与える影響を検討した。経時的に血糖、インスリン(IRI)、成長ホルモン(GH)、Ghr、デスアシルGhr、食欲を評価した。健常人、2型DM患者いずれもGhr投与時と生食投与時で血糖、IRI、食欲に差はなかった。GH、Ghr、デスアシルGhrはGhr投与時、一過性に有意に高値を示し、投与後90分で前値に復した。DM性神経障害(DN)合併患者6名を対象にGhr 1.0μg/kgを1日1回、2週間連日投与した。DNの自覚症状と後脛骨神経伝導速度はほぼ全例で改善した。投与前に比し投与終了後の食事負荷試験ではIRIと血糖は改善傾向であった。Ghr 1.0μg/kg連日投与は重篤な有害事象なく、糖代謝に悪影響も与えずにDNを改善する可能性がある。

The use of computer-mediated communication (CMC) technology has increased in society, and CMC is useful in making interpersonal relationships. This study investigated the effect of social skills on loneliness, based on the social network mediation model and the cognitive bias model (Levin & Stokes, 1986). The social network mediation model suggests that social skills affect loneliness through mediation by social network variables of both face-to-face (FTF) communication and CMC. The cognitive bias model states that social skills directly affect loneliness through cognitive processes. Two-hundred eleven college students (study 1) and 164 participants recruited through the Internet (study 2) completed self-report measures of loneliness and social skills in addition to instruments assessing their social networks on FTF and CMC. The results were as follows : (a) the effect of social skills on loneliness was mediated by the social network variables of FTF ; (b) CMC variables were affected by social skills, but had only weak effects on loneliness ; c social skills directly affected loneliness. The lack of nonverbal cues in CMC was discussed as a possible explanation for the weak effects of social network variables of CMC on loneliness.
