The utility rate medical equipment is an essential parameter for deciding the number of clinical units required for central control. But some articles in the past have defined optimum utility rates as 70%, give or take, obviously lower than actual figures from the clinical sites. Therefore, those figures failed to represent the reality of clinical fields well known for shortages of medical equipment. The discrepancies are caused by an underestimated influence of low utility rates of medical equipment in off-season.This time, the authors have discovered that it is possible to quantify the shortages of equipment correctly by calculating hourly utility rates. In addition, the authors have succeeded in establishing the hourly utility rate as a parameter for deciding the optimum number of units with an observation of the way the hourly utility rates may shift over the passage of time.The authors hope that a new kind of medical equipment control software will become available sometime in the future so that the utility rate is displayed on an hourly basis in the form of a graph.

テレビショッピングで買物をする消費行動は,視聴者の間に広く行き渡り,当たり前になっている。民放のテレビショッピングの隆盛と,社会的関心の高まりを受け,2010年の改正放送法では,番組種別の放送時間をテレビショッピングの放送時間も含め,審議会へ報告し公表することが求められることになった。公共の電波を利潤追求に使うことに関して,批判される時期もあったが,大衆に受け入れられ,成長を続けてきた。日本初のテレビショッピングは,1970年関東ローカル番組で「テレビバーゲンセール」と題して,情報番組としてスタートした。本稿では,日本初のテレビショッピング番組を例にとり,番組の最初の理念を探求し,番組制作の面から今後のテレビショッピング番組のあり方を考察する。

ジェンダー・クオータの一種である法律型候補者クオータがラテンアメリカに導入されて久しいが、2000~10年代にみられた後発国による導入と以前からの導入国による改革の動き、また、2000年代終わり頃からみられ始めているパリティ(男女同数)をめざす動きは、実際の女性議員の比率にどのような影響を与えているのであろうか。この問いについて考察するため、本稿ではラテンアメリカにおける法律型候補者クオータと女性下院議員比率との関係、ならびに、女性閣僚比率と女性下院議員比率との関係を中心に検討した。そして、パリティをめざすべくクオータを引き上げた場合や候補者擁立・順位規定を厳格にしている場合には、従来は同規定の適用が難しいとされてきた非拘束名簿式比例代表制や小選挙区比例代表並立制・併用制を採用している国でも女性下院議員の比率が高まることと、国によっては議会で政治経験を積んだ女性政治家が閣僚に就任するという新たなパターンが生まれてきていることを指摘した。

申請者らは2003年より前向き研究として約500名(現在平均年齢:74.8歳、5年毎の追跡調査)のコホート集団を対象とした脳ドック検診を実施し、生活習慣・動脈硬化症・口腔内細菌と認知機能低下や大脳白質病変・微小脳出血との関連を明らかにしてきた。本研究は、これまでの申請者らの研究成果を基に、認知機能低下、脳の器質的変化、腸内細菌叢および口腔内状態と、唾液中の口腔内細菌叢(16Sメタゲノム解析)の関連を明らかに、解明を目指すことを目的とした。得られる研究成果は超高齢社会で増加する高齢者の認知症、脳血管疾患を口腔衛生の観点から予防するエビデンスとなり、ひいては口腔保健施策の発展に寄与する。

It is known that using an iron frying pan increases iron in the dish, although the bioavailability of iron is not obvious. In order to elucidate the bioavailability of dissolved iron, the effects of dissolved matter from an iron frying pan on anemia were studied by comparing with those of ferrous sulfate. Iron-deficient anemic rats were fed with a diet containing 4 or 2 mg of Fe/100 g of dissolved iron (dissolved in 10% vinegar) or equivalent concentrations of iron as ferrous sulfate for 4 weeks. During and after feeding, the Hb, Ht, RBC and serum iron concentrations, the total iron-binding capacity, and the liver and spleen iron concentrations were analyzed. With the 4 mg of Fe/100 g diets, both the dissolved matter and ferrous sulfate enhanced the Hb, Ht, RBC and serum iron concentrations, and the total iron-binbing capacity to the same level as those from the control diet after 4 weeks, and showed a significant effect on the anemia. However, both resulted in significantly lower liver and spleen iron concentrations when compared with those from the control diet. With the 2 mg of Fe/100 g diets, both the dissolved iron and ferrous sulfate resulted in lower Hb and serum iron concentrations when compared with those from the control diet, although the difference was not significant. These results suggest that the dissolved matter from an iron frying pan had a significant effect on anemia and comparably higher bioavailability than ferrous sulfate.

〔目的〕実習教育の現状を把握するために,臨床実習における不当待遇の有無を調査した.〔対象〕実習を経験した最終学年に在籍する全学科の学生159名.〔方法〕実習終了直後に,自記式の質問用紙を用いて調査を行った.内容は,「言葉による不当な待遇」,「身体へおよぶ不当な待遇」,「学業に関する不当な待遇」,「セクシャルハラスメント」,「性差別の経験」および「他科または他職種との関係」の領域である.〔結果〕全学科において不当待遇が認められ,その割合は理学療法学科59.7%,作業療法学科53.3%,言語聴覚学科61.5%,看護学科88.8%,視機能療法学科35.0%であった.〔結語〕本邦での,実習における医療系学生に対する不当待遇調査は殆どない.今後も実習教育方法の構築に向けた継続研究に努めていきたい.

This paper reviews the theoretical background and recent trends within ecosystem research. Although the concept of an ecosystem is attracting attention these days, its definition remains ambiguous. Thus, we aim to clarify what makes ecosystem so ambiguous, and what makes ecosystem different from other research streams — the real features. The results of our reviews highlights that is based on the fact that ecosystem has developed from two different perspective : “Organizational Approach (given the existence of a central actor (leader) responsible for the overall value proposition of the ecosystem, leaders can connect directly with complemental actor to control and coordinate them directly)” and “Structural Approaches (an agreedupon interorganizational relationship that does not assume the existence of a central actor (leader) which does not necessarily link actors directly)” and that “structural approach” has developed by incorporating various elements. We also derive that the ecosystem concept is characterized by “Multilateral, nongeneral, non-hierarchical complementarity”.

実験物理学者とサウンドアーティスト/デザイナーの協働によって、宇宙の音(エネルギーの振動)を人間が享受する体験を創造できるのではないか。そうした問いのもと、本研究の目的は、地球上に降り注ぐ宇宙線に含まれる素粒子の検出器を用いた楽器のプロトタイプを国際・学際協働して制作し、ユーザ体験と演奏を通じた検証を繰り返すことで、素粒子楽器の研究・実践を発展させる基盤をつくることである。また、本研究は素粒子物理と音楽をつなぐ方法をアートディレクションの視点から模索し、社会に展開するものである。

In this paper, case studies were conducted using the concept of narrow space to analyze the process and structure leading to the difficulty of living of people in middle-aged and aged Hikikomori. The case analysis data is a self-case example, and it is a reanalysis of a case where the author conducted the case study before. For the analysis of the case, we used eco map to visualize the narrow space where the client falls. As the living difficulties of middleaged and aged Hikikomori analyzed by the concept of narrow space, (1) The intervals interact with each other, causing a vicious circle, and various factors are complicatedly involved, and a narrow space is formed in a complex manner. (2) Narrow intervals are formed including the time axis from the past (3) The existence of disabled obstacles and social exclusion are shaped to approach. The above was suggested.
