In seinem Essay “Wie entsteht ein Gedicht” hat Walter Höllerer offensichtlich einen Punkt erreicht, wie er sonst nur im Gedicht vorkommt. Dies geschah, als er gegen Schluß des Vortrages eine ganz bescheidene Bemerkung machte.Im Grund habe ich alle Gedichte aus Anlaß von Ungelegenheiten geschrieben.An einem Beispiel-Gedicht erklärt er eine solche “Ungelegenheit”; 1943 beobachtete er von einem LKW aus die Erschießung von ungefähr 20 griechischen Geiseln und mußte trotzdem vorüberfahren. Das Gefühl der Hilflosigkeit führt zum Zweifel und zur Verstörung. Alles verändert sich. Überall sieht er Veränderung.Diese Erfahrung wird in dem Gedicht berichtet, das mit der Strophe anfängt: Ich sah ich hörte Reih'n, gebückt, Gesichter, Und Pfiffe, Rufe-laß vorübergehn, Und flog vorbei.Im Vortrag wird aber auch berichtet, daß es sehr lange dauerte, bis das Gedicht zustande kam. Um die grausame Wirklichkeit zum Ausdruck zu bringen, muß er so nah wie möglich bei der Wahrheit bleiben und die Zeit abwarten.Zwischen der “Ungelegenheit” in der vergangenen Wirklichkeit und der Gelegenheit zum Dichten liegt für ihn ein enormer Zeitraum, wo er Strophen mehr als 20mal umschreiben und letzten Endes aufgeben muß, um das wahre Gedicht zu schreiben.Walter Höllerer, dem Namen nach Teufel in der Hölle, scheint aber doch ein großer Erlkönig zu sein, da er doch die Gelegenheit sowie die Ungelegenheit beim Schwanz packt. Eine Gelegenheit wie die Meldung von Gagarins-um-die-Erde-Herumrasen gibt ihm den Anlaß, das Gedicht nach 18 Jahren zu Ende zu führen.Interessant ist es zugleich, wie er Sinn dafür hat, solche “Ungelegenheiten” auch in der Nachkriegszeit überall zu spüren. In diezem Sinne ist er auch “le maudit”, oder der “poete maudit”. Nicht nur auf dem Schlachtfelde, sondern auch in der friedlichen Alltagswelt nach dem Kriege findet er überall derartige Schimären. Wenn er von “Grauen/Und Idyllenbilder wechseln ab in Germany” spricht, ist dies Germany ohne Zweifel ein Land mit zugespitzter Rationalität. In seinem 3. Gedichtband “Systeme” kreischen die Maschinen der technokratischen Systeme, und wie im bewußtlosen Gedränge weiß man nicht, ob darunter auch ein wirkliches Kreischen, d. h. ein menschlicher Schrei, zu hören ist.Man könnte die Gedichte W. Höllerers als trocken und stockend abtun. Sachlich und lakonisch, sind sie aber eine strikte Poesie, die in dem Maße wahrheitsgetreu sein will, wie sie sich mit der Wirklichkeit messen kann. Der Stoff seiner Gedichte, nämlich die Sprache, ist so haltbar wie gegenständliches (wirkliches) Material, daß man von poetischem Materialismus sprechen könnte. In dieser Hinsicht könnte man ihn als Nachfolger Büchners in unserer Zeit bezeichnen, der die Hilflosigkeit und Ratlosigkeit, kurzum die Einsamkeit eines jeden bis zur tiefsten Konzequenz herausstellen und sie somit irgendwie überwinden will.

The dual frequency radio signals of the Global Positioning System (GPS) allow measurements of the total number of electrons, called total electron content (TEC), along a ray path from GPS satellite to receiver. We have developed a new technique to construct two-dimensional maps of absolute TEC over Japan by using GPS data from more than 1000 GPS receivers. A least squares fitting procedure is used to remove instrumental biases inherent in the GPS satellite and receiver. Two-dimensional maps of absolute vertical TEC are derived with time resolution of 30 seconds and spatial resolution of 0.15° × 0.15° in latitude and longitude. Our method is validated in two ways. First, TECs along ray paths from the GPS satellites are simulated using a model for electron contents based on the IRI-95 model. It is found that TEC from our method is underestimated by less than 3 TECU. Then, estimated vertical GPS TEC is compared with ionospheric TEC that is calculated from simultaneous electron density profile obtained with the MU radar. Diurnal and day-to-day variation of the GPS TEC follows the TEC behavior derived from MU radar observation but the GPS TEC is 2 TECU larger than the MU radar TEC on average. This difference can be attributed to the plasmaspheric electron content along the GPS ray path. This method is also applied to GPS data during a magnetic storm of September 25, 1998. An intense TEC enhancement, probably caused by a northward expansion of the equatorial anomaly, was observed in the southern part of Japan in the evening during the main phase of the storm.

We have investigated the inland seismic activity induced by the 2011 Off the Pacific coast of Tohoku (Tohoku-oki) Earthquake in the northern part of Tohoku district, using JMA catalog and newly determined focal mechanism solutions. The seismicity is quite high in the Akita prefecture, forming newly activated clusters. The cluster locations are complementary for the periods before and after the Tohoku-oki Earthquake. A stress tensor inversion using focal mechanism data indicates that the stress field has changed from reverse-faulting regime to strike-slip regime, with a counter-clockwise rotation of the maximum principal stress axis and the replacement of the other two principal axes. This change is qualitatively explained by the weakened E-W compressional stress due to megathrust faulting of the Tohoku-oki Earthquake. Thus the new stress field in the investigated area is unfavorable to the preexisting fault planes of reverse faulting, which brought the complementary seismic activity. Among the three active clusters in the Akita prefecture, the one to the north of Moriyoshi volcano is interesting, because the swarm-like activity forms a volumetric source with a dimension of about 3 km. Considering a possible existence of crustal fluid suggested by a reflected phase, delayed beginning of seismic activity about 2 month from the Tohoku-oki Earthquake, and the migration of seismic activity, the induced seismic activity in the area may be related to a response of crustal fluid to the coseismic stress change. Detailed investigation of the result of stress tensor inversion reveals the existence of local stress field superposed on the regional field represented by the average stress tensor. Inferred local stress field exists in the Tsugaru Strait area, southern part of Akita prefecture, and Kitakami Mountains.

Oreorchis coreana Finet, discovered in Nasushiobara-shi, Tochigi Prefecture, Honshu, is a new addition to the flora of Japan. Until now, Oreorchis coreana was thought to be endemic to Jeju Island, Korea. This finding is a remarkable case of disjunct distribution.

In Japan, a pharmacy or drug store license is required for selling pharmaceutical products. However, civilians without a pharmacy or drug store license are displaying pharmaceutical products for sale on a flea market application, which is illegal dealing. This study discussed the modality for implementing countermeasures for the illicit selling of pharmaceutical products. We extracted pharmaceutical products displayed for sale on three flea market applications (Mercari, Rakuma, Fril) on one day. One hundred and eighty-one pharmaceutical products were displayed (49 on Mercari, 86 on Rakuma, and 46 on Fril). There were 6.1% (11/181) domestically prescribed drugs, 69.1% (125/181) domestic over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, 23.8% (43/181) foreign-made prescribed drugs, and 1.1% (2/181) foreign-made OTC drugs. The seller could display the product for sale without confirming whether it is prohibited. We alerted the service providers of this illicit selling at flea markets at three different instances. The pharmaceutical product displays were deleted by the service providers at a rate of 55.1% (27/49) for Mercari and 51.2% (44/86) for Rakuma. The average number of drugs that were displayed for sale by each seller was 1.4 and the average number of total products that were displayed for sale by each seller was 100. The seller could have unintentionally displayed the pharmaceutical products for sale, without the knowledge that it is illegal. The service providers of flea market applications should create mechanisms to alert the sellers that displaying pharmaceutical products for sale is an illicit act and regulate these violations.

Nematode infection of plant roots is a paradigm of host–parasite interactions. Although nematodes can be labeled with fluorescent dyes, migration of the worms into the deep regions of host roots makes them difficult to track. Here we report the use of two fluorescent dyes, FM4-64 and SYBR green I, to intensely label the soybean cyst nematode (SCN) Heterodera glycines for one week in host plants. Continuous monitoring of the labeled SCN juveniles was achieved with two-photon microscopy. Additionally, we developed a transient transformation system consisting of the non-model leguminous plant (fabaceous) roots, Astragalus sinicus and Agrobacterium rhizogenes to observe the cellular structures of the plant during SCN infection. By the combined use of fluorescent dyes and two-photon microscopy, clear images of infecting SCNs were obtained even in deep regions of A. sinicus roots. The fluorescent labeling described herein can also be used in detailed monitoring of the infection processes of other non-model nematodes, as well as the associated morphological changes in the host plant roots.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality and employment and job satisfaction as an airline cabin attendant (CA) or customer service agent (CSA). Study 1 focused on the initial employment of CAs and CSAs. Study 2 dealt with subjects who succeeded in finding work as CAs and CSAs. Study 3 considered the factors leading to job satisfaction as CAs and CSAs. The subjects of studies 1 and 2 were 154 female students in a vocational school. The subjects of study 3 were 61 female CAs and CSAs. The results of study 1 demonstrated that a greater ability to modify self-presentation was significantly correlated with being employed in these positions. In study 2, lower sensitivity to expressive behavior in others and lower social anxiety were positively correlated with being employed later on. Public self-consciousness and duplicity were found in study 3 to have significant negative correlations with job satisfaction. Consequently, these results suggest that self-monitoring is a significant situational personality that is positively related to employment as a CA or CSA.

分化隕石の多くは始源的希ガス成分含有量が少ないため、宇宙線照射起源や核分裂起源希ガス成分を研究するのに適している。講演者がこれまでに多数分析を行ったユークライトやオーブライト隕石(いずれも分化隕石の一種)について、(i) 測定値から宇宙線照射起源や核分裂起源希ガス成分を算出する手法、(ii) 得られた各成分の同位体組成、(iii) 宇宙線照射起源希ガスの生成率(81Kr-Kr法に必要なP81/P83の見積もり法を含む)、(iv) 地球大気起源希ガスの影響、等について検討を行った。これらについて報告する。

This study is aim to consider the factor of forming pedestrian network and of establishing sustainable maintenance and management around Osaki Station. Osaki area has had traffic connection problems around Osaki Station and not had enough area of open space, before the redevelopment project in 1980s. The large-scale pedestrian network formed by pedestrian walkways to overcome the area’s geographic problems. Along with the redevelopment project the varieties of management forms in the pedestrian walkway around Osaki Station were formed.

県営かんがい排水事業夜間瀬地区で建設した剣沢ダムは, 上信越高原国立公園や水源酒養保安林に指定されている貴重な自然環境の中に位置する均一型アースフィルダムである。こうした環境下における工事 (とくにダム周辺整備) の内容を報告するとともに, 表土・岩石などの天然材料を有効に使用することで, 自然環境を可能なかぎり保全する手法を提案する。

The copper deposits, consisting of chalcopyrite, pyrite, sphalerite, galena, quartz, calcite, sericite and others, in the main area of the Kishu Mine occur in the Okochi 'the Itaya and the Taketo formations of the Miocene Miyai Group. They are mainly composed of sandstone, and sandstone and shale.The Miyai Group surrounding the main ore-bearing area has a general strike of N20-40°E and a dip of 10-30°E. The main ore-bearing area is situated in a dome of a large basin of the Miyai. Group. The long axis of the dome is parallel to the general strike of the Miyai Group.Vein fissures of the main mining district are grouped in the following three sets according to the strike directions: i. e N-S, E-W and NW-SE. Intersections between two sets of fissures of the N-S group and the E-W or NW-SE group, can be regarded as the channelways of mineralizing solutions and mineralization centers. The most important intersection is situated in the vicinity of the dome where Josen No. 20 vein meets Josen 9-level North Cross-cut.Five mineralization stages can be recognized. i.e Py, Cu-Py, Pb-Zn, Au-Ag and calcite stages. There are two types of copper ores. The one is associated with chlorite formed during the Cu-Py stage and the other with sericite formed during the Pb-Zn stage. The latter's deposition centers are generally beneath the former's.Silicification, chloritization and sericitization are recongnized as wall-rock alterations.The Cl- content distribution in the deep seated ground-water in the mine well reflects in the geologic structure.Filling temperatures of the minerals mainly measured by decrepitation method are 172-318°C in chalcopyrite, and 160-330°C in pyrite.

We investigated the effects of changes in the density of rice skipper Parnara guttata guttata Bremer et Grey larvae in paddy fields on the damage caused during the cultivation of forage rice for whole-crop silage. Young instar larvae were released in mesh cages on late-transplanted rice plants. The larvae were reared in the cages until the pupal stage. After removal of the insects, rice plants at the yellow ripening stage were harvested and dried, and the number of panicles and dry weight of panicles and straw were measured. The total digestible nutrients content of the rice plants was also estimated. Dry matter weight decreased with increasing larval density on the rice plants, whereas total digestible nutrients content did not decrease significantly. Thus, P. guttata guttata may cause quantitative damage to forage rice, but the qualitative damage it causes is relatively small.

目的: 発症より1年以上経過した帯状疱疹後神経痛 (PHN) における局所麻酔薬による神経ブロックの効果を retrospective に検討した. 方法: 発症後平均31.5ヵ月を経過したPHNの6症例を対象とし, 痛みの推移を pain relief score (PRS) を指標として評価した. これら症例においてはアミトリプチリンを併用し, 1%リドカインを用いた星状神経節ブロックまたは硬膜外ブロックを初診より1~2ヵ月間は週1~2回の頻度で行った. 結果: 6症例はすべて女性, 平均年齢64歳, 平均観察期間は19ヵ月, 罹患部位は三叉神経第1枝3症例, 頸, 胸神経各々1, 2症例であった. 初診より約4週間において痛みの程度の低下は顕著であり, その後疼痛が軽減した症例は1症例のみであった. 5症例については神経ブロックにより段階的に痛みが軽減した. 初診時の痛みの程度を10とするPRSでみた場合, 最終的に3症例でPRS 5, 2症例で3, 1症例で1となった. 結論: 発症後1年以上を経過したPHN症例においても, アミトリプチリン併用下に局所麻酔薬を用いた神経ブロックにより痛みの軽減を期待できる.

Organocatalyst realizes high yield and high selectivity by using non-covalent bond interactions. In these interactions, anion-π interaction which works between π-acidic surfaces and anions has been conducted to organocatalyst recently since a first report by Matile in 2013. Here, the recent development of anion-π catalysis is introduced from the viewpoints of stabilization mechanism of anionic transition states.
