Wikipediaは誰もが編集に参加できる世界最大の百科事典である.本研究では,大学教育の授業実践において,日本語版Wikipediaの編集を目指す活動を取り入れた授業をデザインした.授業ではWikipediaの編集方針でもある「中立的」「検証可能」な項目の検討を含め,研究活動で必要なスキルの育成を目指した.量的・質的分析の結果,学生の約半数が実際にWikipediaに投稿したこと,文献による根拠づけなど研究活動でも必要なスキルの習得につながったこと,投稿にあたって授業内BBSでのメンターや教員からのコメントや,学生間のやりとりが有用だったことなどを示した.一方,既存記事の削除を伴う編集の少なさなど課題も明らかになった.

Young people nowadays often feel anxious as they cannot ensure the basis of their existence. Thinking of the reasons, it is necessary to focus on qualitative changes in family, community, and personal relationship of Japanese society. The author analyzed the issue through the movie My Neighbor Totoro directed by Hayao Miyazaki, which portrays what life was like in the past. The movie has a detailed description of the interaction with nature and supernatural force, which was characteristic in traditional Japanese society, and the various protective power for children to underpin human existence. However, its theme is not just for tired people to feel comfort. After we confirm the basis of our existence through this movie, we ourselves need to make every effort for mutual commitment in real−world society and relationship, going beyond the fantasy.

目的 : 高次医療機関へのアクセスが制限された地域においてプライマリ・ケア国際分類第2版 (ICPC-2) を用いて受診理由, 新規健康問題, 慢性健康問題の内訳を明らかにすることでフリーアクセスの制度下では明らかにしづらい「受診理由, 健康問題の実像」を推測する.方法 : 沖縄県の離島において後ろ向きオープンコホート研究を行った. 全ての患者の受診理由及び健康問題についてICPC-2を用い集計した.結果 : 1年間で5682件の受診があり, うち0~14歳が862件, 15~64歳が2205件, 65歳以上が2615件であった. 臓器別の集計ではR呼吸器, S皮膚, L筋骨格の順に多かった. 高齢者の慢性健康問題でP70認知症が8位, 小児の新規健康問題はA98健康診断/予防医学が3位であった.結論 : 本研究では従来の報告と比較し主要な受診理由・健康問題に大きな違いは見られなかったが, 高齢者の慢性健康問題では認知症, 小児の新規健康問題は健康診断/予防医学の頻度が高いことが示唆された.

Purpose: Our aim was to examine the outcome of an elbow check-up system for youth baseball players. In particular, we investigated the nature of elbow injuries in youth baseball players with elbow pain and ultrasonographic findings of the capitellum. Materials and Methods: A total of 1605 players participating in the regional summer championship in July 2013 underwent a questionnaire survey, physical examination, ultrasound imaging, and radiographic examination. Results: A total of 499 (31.1%) players reported episodes of elbow pain, of whom 320 (64.1%) had abnormal findings on physical examination, and 115 (35.9%) agreed to undergo radiography. Among them, 98 (85.2%) exhibited radiographic abnormalities. On the initial ultrasonography screening, 60 (3.7%) players had an abnormal finding and 55 (91.7%) agreed to undergo radiography. Among them, 26 (47.3%) were found to have osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of the capitellum on radiographs. Conclusions: About 30% of youth baseball players had episodes of elbow pain, and 64.1% of players with elbow pain had abnormal findings on physical examination. Furthermore, 85.2% of subjects who underwent radiographic examination exhibited radiographic abnormalities. About 4% of young baseball players had an abnormal finding on initial ultrasonography screening, and nearly 50% of them had OCD of the capitellum on radiographs. J. Med. 重度の妊娠中毒症のため約2ヵ月間にわたってラテックス製尿道バルーンを留置された後,ゴム製品やバナナ,栗などとの接触で蕁麻疹や喘息症状,さらには1ヵ月に1度の割合でアナフィラキシー様症状をおこすようになった30歳女性の症例を報告する.検索の結果,ラテックス,バナナ,栗に対する即時型アレルギーがこれらのエピソードの原因と判明した.ラテックスは様々な果物と交叉反応を起こすことが報告されており,自験例の栗やバナナによる即時型反応もラテックスとの交叉反応によるものと考えられる.栗とラテックスの交叉反応の報告はまだ少ないが,栗による即時型アレルギーはアナフィラキシーなど重篤な症状を示す頻度が高い.最近ゴム製品使用者を中心にラテックスアレルギーの増加が注目されているが,そのような患者においては様々な果物,特に栗に対する即時型アレルギー合併の有無を検索する必要がある.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in the functional connectivity of the default mode network (DMN) in normal aging and in children with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) by using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rsfMRI) and independent component analysis. Methods: Thirty-one healthy controls (HC) in four age groups (1-3, 4-8, 20-29, and 50-59 years) and 14 childhood ASD cases (1-8 years of age) were examined by rsfMRI echo-planar imaging on a clinical 3-T MRI scanner. Imaging of all children (1-8 years) was conducted under sedation, while adults were scanned in the awake state with eyes closed. Results: The regions of DMN functional connectivity in the bilateral inferior parietal lobule and posterior cingulate cortex were smaller in HC children than in HC adults, and smaller in the ASD group than in the HC children. Conclusion: It is possible to observe developmental and pathological changes in the DMN by rsfMRI. Reduced DMN functional connectivity in children may be a useful biomarker for ASD diagnosis. J. Med. 立命館大学アート・リサーチセンターにおけるデジタル・アーカイブ事業では,デジタル化技術やデータベース開発を独自に行って来た。徹底した公開ポリシーを掲げて所蔵品を公開する一方,国内の自治体や大学,個人の所蔵品のデジタル・アーカイブを実施してきた。その後,海外に展開し,欧米の博物館所蔵の日本美術品・文化財を対象として,急速に進んでいる。現在は,古典籍に重点が移っているが,これはバンジーシステムの開発により,高速化が実現されたからである。また,現地の若手研究者とのコラボレーションと教育的効果を組込んだARC国際モデルが定着し,小さな組織ながらグローバルな展開が可能となっている。

<p>映画監督の小野田吉之助が作中で撮る映画「人魚」の機能と、吉之助また女優グランドレンの動向の相関性に焦点を当てた。観客を没入させる一方で見る主体と対象との間に隔たりがある装置として水族館と映画館は類似する。「人魚」のプリンスと人魚がその隔絶を越えて結ばれたように、吉之助もグランドレンとの交情に惑溺、映画と現実を混同したうえブルー・フィルムを製作する。映像の視覚美に加え、フィルムへの触覚的な接し方も人魚の比喩を用いて表された。映画的な視覚性を持ちつつ肉体を持つ人魚が泳ぐ水族館は物語の象徴として機能した。「人魚」は本作のプロットを方向づけており、吉之助において映画と人魚への欲望は一体となっていた。本作は「見る」ことの誘惑から、触覚、嗅覚を刺激する〈肉塊〉の歓楽に達する動態を映画の存在論に沿って描いた作品であると論じた。</p>

本論文の目的は,批評対象に対する計量分析によって批評の科学的分析への基礎固めを行うことである.まず総合的芸術である映画と演劇に関する批評を対象として選択し,批評対象に関連した名詞を抽出した.抽出した名詞を30 のカテゴリに分類し,χ二乗検定によって映画と演劇で重要視する要素の相違を分析した.映画では特定の人物に中心的な言及がなされるのに対し,演劇では分散的な言及の特徴がみられた.次に,カテゴリ間の関係性を明らかにするために,因子分析を用いてカテゴリの共起を分析した.結果として「監督」と「演技」における映画と演劇でのニュアンスの相違が抽出された.最後にカテゴリのパターンを抽出するためN-gram 法を適用した.N-gram 法によって批評の論理展開の中心的要素が,映画の場合は「物語」であり,演劇の場合は「演技」であることが明らかとなった.

本稿は昭和40年以降、離婚率全国1位を続ける沖縄の離婚問題について沖縄の特殊な都市化過程からその社会的要因の析出を試みる。まず沖縄県のなかでもとりわけ米軍基地周辺地域の離婚率が高いことに目をつけ、「基地の町」効果として(1)人口流動化、(2)コミュニティ結合の弛緩、(3)被雇用社会の拡大、(4)分離志向の拡大を取り上げ、高離婚率との関連を考察する。各要因を代表すると思われる変数を取り出し、基地周辺地域とその他の地域を比較すると比較的一定の差異が確認されることから、われわれの前提が作業仮説として有効と言えるかも知れない。

The effects of perceived competence and self-determination on intrinsic motivation were investigated. Perceived competence was manipulated by positive or neative verbal feedback. Self-deterermination was manipulated by "cognitive priming questionnaires" (Porac & Meindl, 1982). The subjects were 54 university students. Each subject was randomly assigned to one condition of a two (perceived competence: positive or negative) × three (self-determination: high, control, or low) design. The results showed a significant correlation between perceived competence and intrinsic motivation, but no correlation when there was no self-determination. These results were discussed in cognitive evaluation theory and self-determination theory.
