2007年本紀要第1巻にて標記の第1報を報告した(伊藤、2007)。2008年は、特養で生活する高齢者のエンパワメントには、ケアスタッフの意識・行動が大きく関わつていると考え、前年度調査対象とした高齢者を担当するケアスタッフにケア意識に関する半構成的面接を行い、この2年間の調査結果を合わせて再度検討を行った。その結果、 1)特養入居受け入れ支援 2)生活の継続性を重視する意志の尊重 3)視聴覚機能を補うケア 4)家族とのほどよい距離感を感じるケア 5)馴染みの人との関係維持と新たな人間関係づくり支援 6)日常生活の中での役割づくり 7)落ち着く居場所づくり 8)看護職による疾病の管理の8点が明らかとなった。

Pre-summer rainy season (April to mid-June) over South China (SC) is characterized by high intensity and frequent occurrence of heavy rainfall in the East Asian monsoon region. This review describes recent progress in the research related to such a phenomenon. The mechanisms responsible for pre-summer rainfall consist of multi-scale processes. Sea surface temperatures over tropical Pacific and Indian Ocean are shown to have a great influence on the interannual variations of pre-summer rainfall over SC. Synoptic disturbances associated with regional extreme rainfall over SC are mainly related to cyclone- and trough-type anomalies. Formation and intensification of such anomalies can be contributed by surface sensible heating and mechanical forcing from the Tibetan Plateau. On a sub-daily scale, double rain belts often co-exist over SC. The northern rain belt is closely linked to dynamic lifting by a subtropical low pressure and its associated front/shear line, while the westward extension of the western North Pacific high and the intensification of the southwesterly monsoonal flows play important roles in providing high-equivalent potential temperature air to the west- and east-inland regions, respectively. The southern rain belt with a smaller horizontal span is in the warm sector over either inland or coastal SC. The warm-sector rainfall over inland SC results from surface heating, local topographic lifting, and urban heat island effect interacting with the sea breeze. The warm-sector rainfall over coastal SC is closely associated with double low-level jets, land-sea-breeze fronts, and coastal mountains. A close relationship is found between convectively-generated quasi-stationary mesoscale outflow boundaries and continuous convective initiation in extreme rainfall events. Active warm-rain microphysical processes can play an important role in some extreme rainfall events, although the relative contributions by warm-rain, riming and ice-phase microphysical processes remain unclear. Moreover, to improve the rainfall prediction, efforts have been made in convection-permitting modeling studies.

生活の場が変化することでエンパワメントの維持が困難になりやすいと考えられている特別養護老人ホームで生活をする高齢者の施設入居前後の社会関連性の変化を把握した。そして、その変化の理由を本人へのインタビュー、家族への質問紙調査、施設内既存資料で得られた結果から事例検討により分析した。その結果、特養で生活する高齢者のエンパワメント支援として1.本人の施設入居受け入れ支援2.特養生活の中で役割を創る3.家族とのほどよい距離感を感じる支援4.本人の落ち着く居場所づくり5.視聴覚機能を補う支援の5点が明らかとなった。今後、事例別の結果を現在のケア内容と照らし合わせ、エンパワメントを支援するケアの改善が必要である。

PURPOSEWe have reported that there are scapulo-humeral rhythms in the horizontal planes with flexion and extention of the shoulder joint as well as with the elevation of arms and decrease in movements of scapulo-thoracic joint by ageing. Now we wish to propose that there also exists a scapulo-humeral rhythm in the rotation of the shoulder.SU BJECTS AND METHODSWe measured the scapular inclination in seven normal volunteers ranged from 23 to 37(mean: 31), using an X-CT and setting it at a neutral position with the shouldes in abduction 0 ° and flexion 0° and the elbow in flexion 90 ° . The scapular inclinations were measured:1)from neutral to 30° and the maximal rotatio nal position (internal and external)2)at neutral and 30 ° rotation (internal and external) when maximal rota tion isotonic motion were performed.

The bills of the spoonbills differ from the bills of most birds by being wider near the downward curved tip than in the middle, and having the mandibles dorso-ventrally extremely flattened. The mandibles have rounded lateral borders and lack cutting edges. The inward directed sides have a dense cover of thin parallel ridges on the distal parts and rows of teeth-like tubercles in the proximate parts. Their skeletons have numerous small pits in the distal parts especially along the edges and the insides. These pits are similar to the spaces for sensory corpuscles for touch in the bills of Scolopacidae (sandpipers, snipes) and are presumed to have the same function in spoonbills. The bill seems adapted for tactile feeding with lateral movements (sweeping) and for pecking, but not for probing into sediments. The wide gape with gular pouch allows the swallowing of rather large food items. The muscular layer of the gizzard is weakly developed and the gizzard is more a digestive pocket than a chewing organ such as occurs for grinding hard shells and grains in molluscivorous and granivorous birds. The long legs are laterally flattened, perhaps for minimising resistance and not-disturbing prey when walking in water during feeding; the partly webbed feet with long toes allow walking over soft mud bottoms.

松平定信は致仕後,自らを楽翁と号し浴恩園の整備を進め,そこにハスの品種を多数集め,それを観賞し,蓮譜『清香譜』を完成させている。それまでは,ハスの品種観念も曖昧で,品種数も数種とり上げられているたすぎなかったが,『清香譜』では九十余種記載されていたといわれ,蓮譜史上,画期的な意義を有する。しかし,その『清香譜』は戦後,散逸し,その実像は明らかでない。また,翁のハスの観賞についても,その実態についてはほとんど知られていない。そこで,本稿では,楽翁のハスの観賞の態度・あり様について,また,その大きな事績である『清香譜』について考察するものである。

小論は明治期におけるロシア作家コロレンコの受容を整理し、小山内薫が雑誌『新小説』で発表した評論「露国の小説家ウラヂミール・カラレンコ」が魯迅の「摩羅詩力説」のもう一つ材源であることを明らかにするものである。小山内薫のこの文章は明治期におけるコロレンコを最も全面的に紹介した文章である。この文章の中で、コロレンコの小説「末光」についての紹介はちょうど魯迅の「摩羅詩力説」の結論部分が参照した内容である。この材源の発見は留日期の魯迅が明治期の刊行物の外国文学の評論や翻訳を通し、自らのテキストに引用したことを呈して、「魯迅とコロレンコの関係」という課題の研究、ひいては留日期の魯迅と外国文学、とりわけロシア文学の受容という研究に資するものであると考える。魯迅コロレンコ「摩羅詩力説」小山内薫明治日本

本論の目的は科学実践における存在者の「実在性(reality)」について、人類学的な考察を試みることである。科学が歴史主義的・実践論的に理解されるようになって以来、私たちの持つ科学のイメージは大きく変化してきた。本論は科学実践における実在性をめぐる議論について、近年の実践論的科学論が科学実践における実在性の概念を局所化・歴史化したことを評価しつつ、そのプロセスを「表現と物質性の接続」というスキームへと還元してきたことを批判する。本論では地球物理学の一分野である測地学における「観測」と「モデリング」の実践について記述することを通じて、「観測網」や「図」などの具体的な構成要素と密接に結びついた-「表現」や「物質性」に還元される手前に存在する-存在者のさまざまな実在化の様態を示す。考察では「実在化のモード」という概念の導入を通じてこれらの様態の関係を考察し、実践における存在者の実在形態の多様性を分析する方途を模索する。

The aim of this paper is to reexamine what kind of insight the Sociology of Scientific Knowledge (SSK) provides us concerning our understanding of science. SSK has definitely described some crucial dimensions of science which traditional sociology and philosophy of science had not taken notice of. However, it seems that SSK doesn't offer any clear implication for our understanding of scientific rationality. I consider this equivocalness a significant problem to be solved, since some claims raised by SSK provide the background assumptions for much of recent research in Science Studies, like the Science, Technology and Society (STS). To make clear what implications are to be brought out from the claims of SSK about the social dimensions of science, I incorporate some recent arguments of Social Epistemology. Recent studies in Social Epistemology show interesting facts concerning the relationship between the social dimensions of science and scientific rationality. Focusing on Philip Kitcher's discussion about the division of cognitive labor and Miriam Solomon's "Social Empiricism, " I argue that the social dimensions of science sometimes make scientific decision-making rational, and sometimes they do not: it is entirely contingent how the social dimensions of science affect the results of scientific activities. In conclusion, I argue that we should not use the claims of SSK about the social dimensions of science as theoretical bases for our evaluation of science, but just as a tool for identifying various factors underlying decision-making processes. I suggest that this interpretation of the claims of SSK offers a better way to utilize our knowledge of social dimensions of science in Science Studies.

Previous studies of phrase production process in English have indicated that conceptual level accessibility of a word affects a functional process when grammatical roles such as subject, object, and so on, are attached to each word. Consequently, the resulting the functional process concerns decisions regarding word order in a positional process. Studies have also indicated that lexical level accessibility directly affects the positional process, which is related to decisions regarding coordination word order. Studies of Japanese, however, have indicated that conceptual level accessibility affects both functional and positional processing,but it remains to be considered whether lexical level accessibility affects positional processing. In this study, the first three experiments investigated whether an adjective with higher lexical level accessibility in a noun phrase with two attributive adjectives tends to be preposed. Drawing on previous studies, experiment 1 asked participants to memorize noun phrases and to recall two adjectives with the head noun as a cue; experiment 2 asked participants to sort two adjectives to fit a head noun and to wrap up a noun phrase. The results show no difference in the order of adjectives related to accessibility because the production process for noun phrases in these tasks is affected by direct priming. Experiment 3 presented head nouns to participants and asked them to fill in two blanks with suitable adjectives. The results show that attributive adjectives with higher familiarity tend to be preposed. To investigate replication in other expressions, experiment 4 presented coordinate conjunctions to participants and asked them to fill in two blanks with suitable nouns. The results show that nouns with fewer characters tend to be preposed. These results indicate that, although weaker in effect, lexical level accessibility affects the positional process in Japanese phrase production.
