Le présent article a pour objectif de tirer au clair la logique de cet argument: cogito, ergo sum, présenté par Descartes comme le premier principe de sa philosophie. On se demande souvent si le cogito est une inférence ou une intuition. Mais, en premier lieu, une analyse des textes cartésiens nous fera voir que le cogito a, en définitive, le caractére à la fois inférentiel et intuitif. D'où la nécessité d'une interprétation logique qui satisfasse à ce caractère ambigu. (section 1) L'examen du doute cartésien décèlera, ensuite, la raison pour laquelle le cogito doit être ainsi ambigu. Les deux caractères, universel et rationnel, du doute cartésien déterminent la démarche du cogito, et la rendent à la fois intuitive et inférentielle. (section 2) L'interprétation pragmatique (au sens linguistique du mot) étant écartée, nous montrerons, à la fin, que le cogito suit une logique qui est tout à fait équivalente à la "déduction naturelle", systématisée par G. Gentzen en 1934. Nous suggérerons, avec cela, que cette "déduction naturelle" puisse correspondre à "l'analyse" que Descartes a considérée comme essentielle à sa méthode. (section 3)

これまでの伝統的工芸品産業が、デザインを取り入れることができなかったことについては、産地が形成されてきた経緯のなかで、高度な社会分業体制が構築され、新たな業務に対する柔軟性を失ったことが原因として考えられる。また、明治以来、製造業の社会的地位が低く見られるようになり、職人が手作業労働者に位置づけされたために、職入のなかからデザイナーを養成する余裕もなかったことも要因にあげられる。デザインを取り入れるためには、現在の製造システムを大幅に変革し、合理化する必要性があるが、その効果は大きいことが示唆された。それは、製品の価値を拡大するだけでなく、製造従事者の社会的地位や労働の魅力を向上し、伝統的工芸品産業自体を再生するものである。また、デザインを産地内に定着させるためには、産地の特性に適したカリキュラムを有する教育の場が必要であり、地方公設試験研究機関や大学などがその役割を担うことが期待される。

Environmental pollution caused by antimicrobial resistance is a global public health concern. To investigate the contribution of nutrias (Myocastor coypus) to the presence of extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL)–producing Enterobacterales in the Ijira River, prevalence of ESBL–producing Enterobacterales in their feces was examined using deoxycholate-hydrogen sulfide-lactose agar containing cefotaxime. Additionally, the composition of the fecal microbiota of nutria was examined using DNA metabarcoding analysis of the 16S ribosomal RNA gene and compared with that of Amami rabbit, deer, fox, and raccoon dog. The absence of ESBL–producing Enterobacterales and substantially lower abundance of Enterobacterales was observed in the feces of nutrias than in those of other wild mammals. Our results suggest the low potential of antimicrobial-resistant Enterobacterales persistence and dissemination by nutria.

This paper is intended to provide the Japanese readers with some idea of the organization and the argument of Roger Williams' The Blovdy Tenent of Persecution for Cause of Conscience published unanimously in London in the summer of 1644. This book is considered as the most important of Williams' writings, and has most often been referred to in the academic discussion of the protracted argument between Willimas and John Cotton over religious liberty and the church/state relationship. Essential points of Williams' argument are presented succinctly and straightforwardly in the three prefaces of the book rather than its main body ; which, in the form of dialogue between two imaginary sisters, Peace and Truth, and full of Scriptural and historical references, consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to Williams' confutation of Cotton's reply to the plea for religious liberty which was allegedly written by an Anabaptist imprisoned in Newgate. The second part is Williams' examination and criticism of A Model of Church and Civil Power composed by New England ministers to defend the cooperation of the church and the civil government. That part will be dealt with in another paper. In the present paper, I intend to focus on an accurate philological interpretation of main points of Williams' argument in the prefaces and first half of his book and also to trace his Separatist principles to a fifteenth-century French theologian Sebastien Castellion.

Clostridium butyricum is an important probiotic for chickens and exerts various biological activities, including altering the composition of the intestinal microbiota, competing with other microorganisms for nutrients, improving the integrity of the intestinal mucosal system, changing the intestinal barrier, and improving overall host health. Intestinal microbes also play vital roles in maintaining the intestinal barrier, regulating intestinal health, and promoting chicken growth. During chicken production, chickens are vulnerable to various stressors that have detrimental effects on the intestinal barrier with significant economic consequences. C. butyricum is a known probiotic that promotes intestinal health and produces the short-chain fatty acid butyric acid, which is beneficial for the growth performance of chickens. This review elucidates the development and utilization of C. butyricum to improve intestinal barrier function and growth performance in chickens through its probiotic properties and interactions with intestinal microbes.

被介護高齢者と主介護者間における共依存関係に着目した高齢者虐待の研究は、海外や国内においても十分に研究がなされている状況にない。そこで本研究は、不適切な介護を行う介護者の行動に着目し、介護者の特徴と被介護高齢者と共依存関係にある介護者への看護介入について検討を行うことを目的に訪問看護師2名から1事例の問題状況・看護介入・介護者の反応について面接を行い、逐語録を作成し分析を行った。結果、不適切な介護をする介護者の特徴には(1)訪問看護過程で被介護高齢者と信頼関係を形成するのは困難、(2)被介護高齢者との思いが一緒であり、意思決定権は自分にある、(3)被介護高齢者、専門職をコントロールしようとする、(4)専門職がコントロールできないと不平不満を述べる、(5)過去の「母親像」と現在の「母親像」のギャップがある、(6)疲労が増強すると、一時的に外部に目を向ける。介護者に対する看護介入に(1)家族全体の力動をみる、(2)過去の「母親像」と現在の「母親像」について話し合う、(3)被介護高齢者の身体状態によっては、一時的に施設入所を図る、(4)専門職間の連携を図ることが示唆された。

高齢化に伴い心房細動(atrial fibrillation: AF)患者は増加し,2050年にはAF有病率が1.1%(103万人)を超えるとされている.AF患者の心原性脳塞栓発症率は年間約5%と高く,90%以上が左心耳由来である.心原性脳塞栓はアテローム血栓性脳梗塞に比べ,梗塞巣が広く重篤化しやすく死亡率や介護度も高くなる.したがってAF患者の治療に際しては抗凝固療法の適応の有無を評価することが推奨される.一方,脳卒中のリスクが高く長期的に抗凝固療法が推奨される患者のうち,出血リスクの高い患者への対応に苦慮することも少なくない.このような患者に対する長期的抗凝固療法の代替として,WATCHMAN左心耳閉鎖デバイス(left atrial appendage closure: LAAC)が2019年9月に日本でも保険適用となった.本稿ではLAACの適応,術前後の流れや併用薬,さらには今後の期待と課題について概説する.

During the 20th Century, most part of Japanese paddy fields were transformed to productive efficient allotments by the “Agricultural Land Improvement Projects”. However, the rich biodiversity, which was maintained in traditional paddy field forms with nature-near water supply systems, has led to a loss. In this research, the methodology of sustainable paddy field management which is aimed at balancing “efficient paddy field management” and “ecosystem conservation” was proposed by conducting the following three points. The focused site was Asami district in Matsuzaka city. First, the paddy fields were classified into 3 types according to the introduction of the agricultural land improvement project. Secondly, the differences of biodiversity and labor productivity by farmers among the three types were clarified. Thirdly, the future paddy field management scenarios were proposed and examined by considering a compromise point in this trade-off relationship between biodiversity and labor productivity.
