We carried out questionnaires to make clear actual situations how the office workers took for a change (to refresh themselves). 95.4% of office workers regarded a refreshment as a requirement, and 83.7% had actually refreshed themselves in the office. Especially people thought that refreshing gave a clue to the solution. Many workers took a break for a refreshment at their desks or in washrooms, with drinking, chattering and looking out of the windows for 10 minutes or less. They thought that a window was important in the room for a refreshment. A lot of valuable information to design rooms for a refreshment was obtained.

授乳中にスマートフォンを操作する母親がいるが,授乳中のスマートフォン操作により乳児がぐずりだしたという声もある.しかし,実際に授乳中のスマートフォン操作が乳児のぐずりを引き起こしているのかは現在調査されていない.授乳中のスマートフォン操作が乳児のぐずりを引き起こしていた場合,原因を明らかにし,その原因を取り払うことで,乳児のぐずりを引き起こすことなくスマートフォンを操作できる可能性がある.また,原因がスマートフォン操作でない場合,母親は罪悪感を感じることなく授乳中にスマートフォン操作をすることが可能となる.本論文では,実際に授乳中のスマートフォン操作により乳児のぐずりが引き起こされているのか,またその場合,乳児のぐずりの原因は何であるのかを明らかにすることを目的とし,ビデオカメラや加速度センサ等を用いて授乳のみ時とスマートフォン操作時の母親の体勢や授乳中の乳児の視線や動作の変化を比較した.

複数人物による対面会話を対象とし,会話参加者の視線パターン,頭部方向,および,発話の有無に基づき会話の構造の推論を行うための確率的枠組みを 提案する.本研究では,まず,会話の構造として,話し手,受け手,傍参与者と 呼ばれる参与役割と会話参加者との組合せに着目する.次に,会話中の各人物の 行動は,会話の構造によって規定されるという仮説を立て,マルコフ 切替えモデルと呼ばれる一種の動的ベイジアンネットを用いた会話 モデルを提案する.このモデルは,会話レジームと呼ばれる会話の構造に対応 した上位プロセスの状態が,マルコフ過程に従い時間変化しつつ,その会話 レジームの状態に依存して,視線パターン,および,発話が確率的に生成され,さらに,各人の視線方向に依存して頭部方向が観測されるという 階層的な構造を持つ.このモデルにおいて,会話レジームは,会話中に頻出 する視線パターンの特徴的な構造に基づいて仮説的に設定される.また,ギブスサンプリングと呼ばれる一種のマルコフ連鎖モンテカルロ法を用いて,観測された頭部方向と発話の有無の時系列データより,会話レジーム,視線パターン,および,モデルパラメータのベイズ推定を行う方法を提案する.最後に,4人会話を対象とした実験により,視線方向と会話レジームの推定精度を評価し,提案した枠組みの有効性を確認する.

The objective of our study is to clarify the optimum irradiation conditions for the efficient cultivation of Euglena, in order to increase the yields. First, we measured the blinking light response curve of photosynthesis and investigated the effect of the blinking cycle on the photosynthesis, using red light emitting diodes (LEDs). Second, we determined the photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) value at which the photosynthetic efficiency was maximum. Here, we measured the difference in the photosynthetic rate of Euglena using red LEDs under blinking and continuous light conditions. In cases where the blinking cycle was 1.0 x 10-3 s, there was no difference in the photosynthetic rate of Euglena between the two conditions. On the other hand, at a PPFD value of 35 μmol·m-2·s-1, the photosynthetic efficiency was the highest. In cases where the PPFD value ranged from 0 to 200 μmol·m-2·s-1, the photosynthetic rate increased rapidly. Then, it increased slightly and reached a saturation point at a PPFD value of 400 μmol·m-2·s-1.

トラメチニブは抗がん剤として世界で初めて承認されたMEK阻害薬である。しかし,我々は始めからMEK阻害薬の開発を目指したわけではない。細胞周期抑制因子p15INK4bの発現を上昇させる化合物探索のために開発したフェノタイプスクリーニングによってリード化合物を見出し,がん細胞増阻害活性を指標に医薬品として構造最適化することによってトラメチニブ創製に至った。後に,その標的分子はMEKであることを明らかにした。本稿では,first-in-classの分子標的薬トラメチニブの創薬研究とがん治療における臨床的意義について紹介する。

小林一三は電鉄会社を軸に沿線開発を始め百貨店経営やレジャー産業を展開した斬新で独創的な経営を実践した人物である。後に小林の経営手法を数多くの経営者が取り入れた。そのうちの一人にダイエーの創業者である中内功がいる。彼は、小売業を軸に多角化を展開する。しかし、両者の経営の手法を比較すると、中内は堅実性に欠け、非合理的側面が見られたこともあり第二の小林になりきれなかった。 (英文) Ichizo KOBAYASHI established Hankyu Rail Way Co.,Ltd, and diversified , land development, selling the land in lots, running a department store, leisure industory, and so on. Many managers adopted his manegemnet method. Isao NAKAUCHI, the fouder of The Daiei inc., is one of them. He imitated the bisuness style of KOBAYASHI, started a super market ,and run a lot of businesses. But NAKAUCHI didn't succeed ,because he lacked solidity and rationality.

Taxonomy and mycorrhizal status of Japanese entlomatoid fungi associated with rosaceous and ulmaceous plants were studied. Entoloma saepium and E. clypeatum f. hybridum were newly recorded from Japan. Entolomatoid fungi were not ectomycorrhizal. Transmission electron microscopy of the mycorrhizas suggested destructive infection of the fungal hyphae to the root cells and their collapse near the tip of the stele.

This paper is to find the various factors that promoted the reform in the process of changing the ALT (foreign language guidance assistant) system, which had been independently implemented by the Ministry of Education, to the system of joint operation of the Ministry of Foreign Affair, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.Not just simply reviewing the process until the reform of the system, it revealed the factors that influenced the change in the 'policy idea' that penetrated the system, by analyzing the reports of various actors( individuals and organizations) involved in the policy process on the system, along with the social and political situations of the time. In addition to the social situation (environmental factors), the official and unofficial policy network( institutional factors) consisting of these actors, as well as individuals and groups( actors) that wereinfluencing the policy process, focusing on the point of 'historical institutional theory', the methodology of political science, identified the current ALT system as a 'historical system' and discussed its irrationality.

性的マイノリティの権利獲得運動では、「不可視であること」を解決すべき問題と見なし「存在や困難の可視化」を目標として共有してきた。そのため、運動を牽引する者らは、性的マイノリティの当事者として自己開示することで、一般社会と対話を重ねることを要請されてきた。しかし、たとえ活動のリーダーであっても、カミングアウトは簡単なことではない。本稿は、東北地方で性的マイノリティのための活動に取り組む団体主催者へのインタビューから、かれらが「可視化」の要請をどのように経験してきたのか、また「可視化」の要請にどのように取り組み、対処してきたのかを明らかにする。インタビュー協力者らの経験や実践を通して、市民活動の担い手の多様なあり方を示すとともに、可視化を強調する運動を「地方」の視点から批判的にとらえ直すことを試みる。本稿の問題意識は、「可視性の政治」を強調することが「地方」の性的マイノリティの生活や活動、可視化以外の運動手法を周縁化する効果をあわせもつ、という点にある。まさに周縁化の対象となってきた「東北」のアクティヴィストたちは、自らの「露出」を管理したり、「露出」を前提にしない手法を模索してきた。その実践の合理性と、その実践がもつ「周縁化」への抵抗の契機を考察する。

随意的な咳嗽力の指標には,咳のピークフロー(CPF)がある.CPFは,肺気量,呼吸筋力に影響を受け,臥位で低値を示す.一方,症状悪化により長期的に背臥位を強いられると,褥瘡予防目的でエアマットレス導入が推奨される.よって,背臥位におけるエアマットレスの硬さがCPFに与える影響を検討することは重要である.以上のことから,健常若年男性を対象として検討した結果,硬さが「ソフト」の場合,CPF,努力性肺活量(FVC),最大吸気口腔内圧(PImax),最大呼気口腔内圧(PEmax)が有意に低下した.さらに,嚥下障害を有する高齢者を対象として検討した結果,硬さが「ソフト」の場合,CPF,FVC,PImaxが有意に低下した.姿勢に関しては上前腸骨棘の沈み込みが大きく,骨盤が後傾し,腰部接触面積が増加した.本研究の結果は,骨盤後傾を伴う腰部の沈み込み,脊柱の弯曲による姿勢の変化が,嚥下障害を有する高齢者のCPFなど咳に関連した因子に影響することを示唆している.
