複合ターゲットを用いた反応性スパッタリング法を用いてCuAlO_2薄膜の作製と構造評価を行った。本研究での複合ターゲットはAl円板上に三角形のCu板を載せただけという簡易な構造をしている。Alのターゲット面積比率(Al/(Al+Cu))を大きくしていくと膜中のAlとCuの比を制御できることがわかり、また酸素流量を増加させることでCuターゲットのスパッタレートが減少し、相対的にAl元素の組成比が増加することがわかった。Alの面積比率95%、酸素流量3sccmの時、ストイキオメトリーに近い膜を得ることができた。また、この膜のXRD測定を行ったところアモルファスライクな膜であることがわかった。

Cuターゲット上にAl板を配置した複合ターゲットを用いたRFマグネトロンスパッタ法によって、p型透明酸化物半導体として期待されるCuAlO_2薄膜の作製を試みた。Alターゲット面積比Al/(Cu+Al)を変化させ成膜を行った結果、面積比を70%とAlリッチにすることでストイキオメトリに近い膜組成が得られることが分かった。しかしながらXRD測定の結果から、as-depositionではアモルファスライクな薄膜であることが明らかとなった。作製した膜に800℃以上のアニールを施した結果、配向性のあるCuAlO_2膜を形成することに成功した。また、Taucプロットにより見積もった光学的バンドギャップは、CuAlO_2の報告値である3.5eVに近い3.6eVであり、アニール後の膜構造がデラフォサイト構造のCuAlO_2であることを確認した。

This report examined the following two points When the globalization of the dairy products market of Japan greatly progresses by TPP agreement, the domestic dairy industry comes under what kind of influence, and what kind of problem do they face in the near future? What kind of measures should be prepared for to maintain stability of the dairy farming and dairy industry of Japan when assume them a precondition? The basic point at issue of that case is three items. 1) Reinforcement of the dairy farming infrastructure. 2) Stabilization of dairy farming management. 3) The correspondence to the change of the external factor over dairy farming and the dairy industry to show a stronger volatility. In addition, this report overlooked the present situation of the Japanese dairy farming and gave an outline that was the basic condition.

フィラリア症は, フィラリア性熱発作, リンパ管炎, 乳び尿, 陰嚢水腫, 象皮病等の多彩な症状を呈する疾患である。鹿児島県はバンクロフト糸状虫症の濃厚な流行地であり, 特に奄美大島地区は高度な浸淫がみられ, 1962年のフィラリア検診の結果でもMf陽性率は11.8%で, かつては多くの典型的な象皮病患者がかなりみられた。然しながら最近では典型的な象皮病をみる機会は減少しつつあり, 著者が行った鹿児島坊津町清原地区における, 1954年から1965年にいたる11年間のフィラリア有症者の追跡調査の結果をみると, 陰嚢水腫3例, 乳び尿7例の新発生をみているが, 象皮病の新発生は1例もなかった。すなわち乳び尿等は新発生があるが象皮病患者は半減していた。最近我々は, 巨大な陰茎, 陰嚢象皮病患者を経験したので報告する。症例は鹿児島県大島郡徳之島在住の44才の男性である。生来の白痴でIQは測定不能であった。生後13才迄は蚊の多い山間の家に住んでいた。14才の頃から月に1-2回熱発作があり, 30才位迄続いた。17才頃から陰茎が異常に大きくなりだして34才の時には膝位の長さになった。34才の時保健所の検診でミクロフィラリア陽性といわれ治療を受けた事がある。当科初診時, 陰茎長は恥骨上縁から58cm, 陰嚢周は76.8cm, 冠状溝周43.5cm, 亀願周50.5cmであった。陰嚢, 陰茎を合わせた重量は18.5kg (患者体重52.6kg) もあった。外尿道口は判然としなかったが, 亀頭先端に不規則にみられる溝から尿が滲みだしていた。各種の検査を行ったがEPT皮内反応が陽性であり%赤沈値中等度促進, 軽度の貧血, 尿蛋白 (+), CRP (+) の他には特に異常所見はみられなかった。

症例は56歳,男性。単独で登山中,富士山8合目(海抜3,100m)で突然昏倒した。居合わせた外国人医師が救助に当たるとともに同行者が8合目救護所に通報した。自動体外式除細動装置(automated external defibrillator; AED)を持って出発し,昏倒から30分後胸骨圧迫を受けている傷病者と接触した。AEDを装着したところ適応があり,除細動を施行した。まもなく呼吸開始,脈を触知した。呼吸循環が安定したところでキャタピラ付搬送車(クローラー)で下山を開始。5合目で救急車とドッキングし,約2時間後山梨赤十字病院に到着した。第1病日に施行した心臓カテーテル検査で前下行枝の完全閉塞,右冠動脈からの側副血行路による灌流を認めた。低体温療法を施行せずに第1病日に意識レベルJCS I-1まで回復し,とくに神経学的後遺症なく4日後に退院となった。富士山吉田口登山道では7合目,8合目に救護所があるが,2007年から全山小屋にAEDを装備し,山小屋従業員に対してBLS講習会を施行している。今回の事例はこれらの取り組みの成果であり,healthcare providerに対するBLS・AED教育の重要性が再確認された。

A new computerized system for making of drug envelope has been developed in Miyazaki Medical College Hospital Department of Pharmacy.Although such system has been already developed, most of system were not sufficient for labor-saving.This developed system has no need to put label on drug envelope, and to separate drug envelope.And the time to produce prescription and drug envelope was half as much as that of writing by hand.Hence We can use free time that we got by our system for other work.At all points, our system make a great contribution to labor-saving at hospital pharmacy.

平成17年12月から平成18年2月にかけて,富山・石川・福井の北陸3県において発生した豪雪による被害について調査し,その要因と背景となった高齢者問題を検討した.この地域では,人的被害は死者24人・重傷91人・軽傷197人,住家被害は全壊2棟・半壊4棟・一部破損65棟・床上浸水1棟・床下浸水14棟,非住家被害は公共施設2棟・その他98棟であった.被害を受けた建物はすべて木造であり,この地方の木造建物の耐雪性が検討された.死者の内に占める高齢者の割合は67%に達し,その多くは屋根雪下ろしなどの除雪作業中に死亡したものであった.この背景には多雪地における社会の急速な高齢化があり,高齢者のみの世帯の屋根雪下ろし等に対する支援が今後の課題である.

This study was conducted to investigate the principal factors involved in the discoloration of 12 Wt% Au-Ag-Pt alloy. Luminance of cast clasps, oral conditions, the presence cariogenic microbes such as Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus in saliva, Candida on the tongue and the amount of volatile sulfur compounds (VSC: H2S and CH3SH) produced by the tongue coating were evaluated in 70 subjects (VSC: 45 subjects). The surfaces of cast clasps were observed using an electron probe X-ray microanalyzer and changes in the surface were evaluated in relation to the degree of discoloration.The results were as follows:1. The Mann-Whitney U-test revealed statistically significant differences (p<0.05) between the production of CH3SH and VSC (CH3SH+H2S) and luminance.2. Examinations of the cross section of markedly discolored casts revealed a very rough surface. A distinct peak of S was also indicated by linear analysis.The results demonstrated that among the many different factors such as oral conditions and oral flora, the production of CH3SH was the most significantly related to the discoloration of 12 Wt% Au-Ag-Pt alloy. The potential for discoloration tended to be higher in subjects who had a high production of CH3SH.

平成15年の地方自治法の改正によって公の施設に関して「指定管理者制度」が導入されることとなり、地方公共団体の所有する各種の施設と並んで都市公園もその対象となった。導入時のいきさつから招かれざるものとして公園管理者に受け止められた制度であるが、施行から2年を経過した現在比較的好印象で迎えられているように感じられる。そこで、都市公園管理史の観点から「指定管理者制度」の導入が都市公園の管理行政にどのような意味を持つかを検証した。考察の結果、「指定管理者制度」の導入は太政官布達第16号以来の都市公園管理史における転換期の特徴である外圧性と偶然性を持ち、近年の都市公園管理行政の閉塞感を打破する可能性、むしろ将来的に市民利用本位の公園管理のあり方を示唆する主要方策のひとつであることがわかった。具体的には(1)公園管理を再点検(2)正確な数量把握による予算確保(3)評価のための利用者意向把握等の動きが見られ、財政悪化時代を迎え危機的状況にあった公園管理行政の転換点となった。

The forces applied to the starting blocks are an important aspect of a sprint start. For achieving the most effective start, however, the relationship between these forces and block clearance has not been clarified. In this study, an experiment was conducted with collegiate sprinters in order to elucidate this relationship. The 19 male participants performed a start dash from the blocks as in a typical sprint race, and the forces applied to the front and rear starting blocks, as well as to the ground during the first step, were measured with force plates. The following results were obtained. Based on the impulses applied to the starting blocks, the horizontal impulse component had a greater effect than the vertical impulse component at block clearance. Furthermore, at block clearance, the horizontal component of the impulse applied to the front block accounted for a large proportion of the total horizontal impulse applied to the starting blocks. However, there was a significant correlation between the horizontal component of the impulse applied to the rear block and the total horizontal impulse applied to the starting blocks. The horizontal component of the impulse was affected by the duration of force application to the blocks. Moreover, the horizontal component of the impulse applied to the starting blocks was unrelated to block placement. This indicates that the component was affected by the position of the sprinter relative to the front and rear blocks. Lastly, the horizontal impulse component at block clearance affected the sprint start until grounding of the first step, after which this relationship differed according to the starting strategy and grounding skill of individual participants.

静岡大学工学部システム工学科で開講している授業科目「プログラムコンテスト」において,敢闘賞の決定を最短距離DEAによって行った.プログラムコンテストはグループで協調して自発的に学習に取り組むProblem Based Learningの1つであり,コンテスト形式は各グループが互いに競争して研鑽する仕掛けの1つである.競争の前提として,グループの能力が均一であることが望まれるが,グループ編成の実務上では実現困難である.どのグループも質の高いグループ活動を最後まで持続しコンテストに意欲的に参加することを期待し,2011年度から「敢闘賞」を新設した.新設の経緯と「敢闘賞」決定に用いたDEA,そしてその評価結果を報告する.

We have developed a rehabilitation tool used for treatment of patients suffering from hemiplegia and evaluation of the paralysis-stage. The tool consists of a PC and button switches for a computer game so that it is not expensive, available in anywhere, and possible to get a change of air in the patients. In this study, we have evaluated behavior indices such as an operation time to play with the games both in healthy young students and patients with paralysis. From experimental results, it was shown that the recorded behavioral indices showed the strong dependence on the motion control function of a subject. Preceding evaluation of effectiveness in rehabilitation of the developed tool, possible application of the tool in evaluation of the motion control function of the patients with hemiplegia was discussed in this paper.
