本研究課題は日本のアフリカ研究者による初めての高齢者研究であり、かつ、人類学と公衆衛生学・保健学を組み合わせた方法論を採用したため、期間を通じてそのアプローチのあり方について模索を続けた。成果として書籍(編著)を公刊したほか、日本アフリカ学会におけるフォーラムの開催、日本アフリカ学会の学術誌『アフリカ研究』に特集を組んだことがあげられる。検討を通じて、都市部貧困層高齢者の課題、アフリカにおける高齢者イメージの解体、生業基盤によるケアのあり方の違いといった探求課題を整理できたことも成果である。

This paper is a translation of the 3rd chapter of the fist section of Histoire et Doctrines de la comptabilite by J.H.Vlaemminck, published in 1956.In Ancient Greek, the fist banks were temples. We can discover traces of Hellenic accounting in them. However Athenian banks were established as private enterprises, and as such shared many of the features of modern Financial institutions.

曲げ木車いすは、秋田県産のブナ材を用い、主な地場産業である秋田木工(株)の曲げ木技術を活用して開発された。これからの高齢社会において、生活者のための日常生活用具に求められる要素としては、安全性や使いやすさとともに、安心感や愛着感といった情緒面への配慮が欠かせない。車椅子というと、歩行補助器具としての機能性が先行しがちであるが、本作品のコンセプトは、むくのブナ材による温もりを大切にした屋内空間における動く家具の具現化である。本研究開発では、二度にわたる試作品の製作を通して、車椅子使用者による既存車椅子との比較評価および座圧分布測定の結果からいくつかの改良を経て商品化に至った。

視覚障害者が単独歩行するためには,白杖または盲導犬の助けが必要である.盲導犬は実働数が少ないため,簡易に利用できる白杖による歩行が現状では主となっている.しかし,白杖を用いた歩行には十分な訓練が必要であり,また,安全性の問題もある.そこで,本研究では,盲導犬のように視覚障害者を安全に誘導できる自律移動型歩行補助システムの開発を目指した.その結果として,ユーザとシステムの相対速度を検出する機構の提案とシステム速度を調節することで使用者に危険の有無を呈示する手法の提案を行った.

As is well known, in the Respublica III Plato remarks many kinds of harmoniai, among which he selects the Dorian and the Phrygian as fitting subject matter for education of the young The aim of this paper is firstly to find out the real nature of Dorian and other harmoniai The detailed structures are shown in the additional paragraph of Aristides Quintihanus (Arq)' De Musica I ch 9 as old-fashioned harmoniai, according to which we can guess that Plato's Dorian is akin to the form of disjunction of two tetrachords, the standard style of a scale of an octave On the other hand the rationalized styles of harmoniai as the species of an octave are also described in Arq (I ch 8) These structures correspond to the modes of Western Medieval and Renaissance music Historically speaking the standard schema of an octave has developed through Terpander's improvement Terpander's schema has been guessed to be conjunction of tetrachords added the tonos uppermost But this schema shows the Mixolydian octave instead of the Dorian To be Dorian the schema must be the form of disjunction As an evidence of the disjunct octave we can take up Nicomachus' description of Philolaus' scale in the Enchilidion ch 9 This passage is opposed to the description of Pythagoras' scale (Ench ch 5), which is an improvement of the old-fashioned conjunct scale Compared to Nicomachus' passages we can conclude that Terpander's schema must have been the disjunct schema devoid of the trite Terpander arranged the old-fashioned Dorian which had appeared much earlier into the rationalized schema of the disjunct octave Contrary to the Dorian the other old-fashioned harmoniai are supposed to come into existence respectively These traces could be seen in Plutarch's description (mainly on the Mixolydian) So the rationalized style of harmoniai which form the species of an octave should have come into existence somewhat later They might have been constructed artificially about BC430 when Eratocles (an inventor of the circularity of a scale) and Damon were both in their akme Plato's so called Dorianism is supposed to be a reaction against the overflowing of ethos of his age But Plato was not a theorist of harmonics, so he was unable to make an actual reformation It was Aristoxenus (Arx ) who reformed the musical situation by replacing the species with tonoi (pitch) Each tonos is also the same fragment as the species of an octave, but there is a central note, the mese, around which all of the other notes move As the mese works as a central note, many kinds of ethos in the species of an octave disappear, and the scale is reduced to the Dorian The system of tonos presupposes the Great Perfect System (GPS), two octaves system which has the mese as a central note Usually GPS wasconjectured to be arranged about at the middle of the 4^<th> century BC and succeeded by Arx , but I assert as a conclusion that it was invented by Arx constructing the system of tonos

59歳,女性。非定型精神病のためカルバマゼピンが処方され,約1か月後に発熱と皮疹が出現した。当科初診時,38°C台の発熱,全身性に浮腫性の播種性紅斑丘疹型の皮疹がみられ,紅皮症状態を呈し,頸部リンパ節が腫脹し,肝機能障害もみられた。初診の3日目には急性汎発性発疹性膿疱症様状態となった。プレドニゾロン50mg/日の全身投与を開始し,徐々に改善傾向を示した。経過中,軽度の膵炎を発症したが治療の必要はなかった。ヒトヘルペスウイルス6型DNAが,全血中より2期間にわたって検出され,この期間は,血清中のアミラーゼ値とリパーゼ値の上昇期間と一致していた。以上より本例を,経過中に急性汎発性発疹性膿疱症を呈し,膵炎を発症したカルバマゼピンによる薬剤性過敏症症候群と診断した。

咬合に起因する微小動揺がオッセオインテグレーションに与える影響を明らかにすることを目的に、ラット上顎臼歯を抜歯後、チタンスクリューを即時埋入し、1週間後に咬合接触を付与し、咬合接触を与えないラットを対照群とし、組織化学的検索を行うとともに、マイクロアレイを用いて遺伝子発現の比較を行った。咬合接触を付与したラットにおいてはスクリュースレッド間の骨梁幅は有意に太くなり、スクレロスチン陽性骨細胞率は低下していた。遺伝子発現については、骨形成やBMP調整に関与する遺伝子が発現していた。これらの結果から、抜歯後即時埋入早期に与える適度の咬合負荷は、オッセオインテグレーションを早めることが示唆された。

本研究の遂行により得られた結果を以下にまとめる.・船体構造解析ビデオ講座の構築造船設計技術者育成のための構造解析学のビデオ講座を作成し,インターネット配信した.これは,実際の授業風景をデジタルビデオで撮影し,インターネット配信できるフォーマット(Windows Media Player)に変換し,ホームページに掲載したものである.これにより,造船設計技術者はインターネット上に公開されたビデオ講座を,「いつでも」,「どこでも」受講できるシステムを構築した.調査の結果,時間制約が多い社会人にとって,「いつでも」,「どこでも」,また「何回でも」受講できるビデオ講座は,非常に利便性が高いことが判明した.・オンライン教材の作成方法の確立ディスプレイ上に写したPDFファイルなどをポインターで示しながら,説明する音声を加えることにより,非常に鮮明であり,かつ,理解しやすいオンライン教材を作成した.ポインターにはペン・タブレットを用い,外部マイクロフォアンを接続する.その状況下で,ビデオ出力することにより,オンライン教材を効率よく作成方法を確立した.受講者の目の前で行われている講義と同じ(またはそれ以上の)レベルの理解度を得ることができる.・WebCTによるオンラインクイズによる理解度チェクの効果WebCTと呼ばれるe-learningシステムを用いて,オンラインクイズを実施した.クイズは自動採点機能を有しているため,受講者は答案提出後すぐに各自の点数を知ることができる.クイズにより受講者は授業内容をより深く理解することが可能になる.また,教育者側も受講者の理解度を測定できる.アンケート調査の結果,オンラインクイズは受講者の理解を高めることに対して非常に高い効果を有することが分かった.

本取組では、日本の体育系大学における「学生選手におけるスポーツ医科学的健康管理」と「スポーツ医科学サポートを担う人材(以下トレーナー)育成」を結合した新たな学生教育システムの遂行を試みた。このシステムを通じて、学生は専門知識の習得だけではなく、様々な実地訓練から運営・実行に必要な実践的な経験を積むことができた。つまり、この体育系大学での実習経験は、スポーツ界および広く国民の健康づくりのサポートができる人材育成に寄与すると期待される。

近年、気候変動による海洋生態系への影響が懸念されている。だが、その動態を広範囲かつ連続的に観測することは難しい。そこで、本研究では海洋生態系の高次捕食者である海鳥・オオミズナギドリにデータロガーを装着・回収することで、様々な海域(亜熱帯~亜寒帯)において彼らの採餌行動から生物資源ホットスポットを特定し、その形成の特徴を明らかにした。また、採餌域と海洋環境の相関からハビタットモデルを構築し、今後予測される水温上昇シナリオに対する彼らの応答を明らかにした。本研究の結果から、オオミズナギドリの採餌行動を指標とすることで、日本周辺海域における海洋生態系動態のモニタリングが可能であることが示唆された。

昨年度行った基礎的検討として液クロによる金属パタン分析法を用い、尿中のNa・K・Ca等の陽イオンの分析を、同じくF・SO4、SO2、C1、N03等の陰イオンの分析をして金属栄養の指標とした。無機質代謝のうち、従来公衆栄養的見地からはカルシウム不足がいわれているので。今回は日本人の日常生活の中での真の吸収率を求めようとして、カルシウムについての吸収率を求めた。厳密な二回の実験を用い、実験は男子8名、女子8名の厳重な管理のもとに血液成分、カルシウム、ホルモンについてデータを得て分析した。その結果牛乳食、野菜食、小魚食、炭酸カルシウム食のうち、牛乳群の便Ca吸収率が最も高く、牛乳群、小魚食の尿中にカルシウム排泄が多かった。介入疫学の手始めとして神奈川県、津久井郡の城山町を始め保健所管内の4町における健診時において住民検診時に血液性状や食習慣調査データを用いて、地域別集計と比較を行った。一部は歯科健診も行い健康状態との関連を分析した。食習慣調査を行い、また健康に役立つ心構えの調査で、腹八分や塩分控え目等の食行動調査20項目間の関連分析を行った。過去の栄養調査し食習慣の結果を総合して、多変量解析を用い、そのうち主成分分析では、身体的測定項目は相互に強く関連し、アンケートでもビタミンの摂取を除く他の項目について互いに強く関連したことが分ったので今後は数項目の調査で他の項目が推定できることが分った。中国東北部吉林省において都市・農村部の約1000名の健康と栄養状態の日中比較では健康状態は都市部ではあまり違いが無かったが農村部では日本よりカルシウム、ビタミン栄養状態も含め悪く地域差が大きかった。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the influence from timing of utterance and body motion in dialogue between human and robot. We controlled pause duration and nod response timing in robot-side, and analyzed impression of communication in human-side by using Scheffe's Paired Comparison method. The results revealed that the impression of communication significantly modified by changing the pause duration and nod response timing. And, timing pattern of the impression altered diversely in elderly people than in younger, indicating that elderly generation uses various timing control mechanisms. From these results, it was suggested that timing control and impression of communication are mutually influenced, and this mechanism is thought to be useful to realize human-robot communication system for elderly generation.

日本語係り受け解析の手法は大きく分けて,1. 決定的な解析方法と,2. 係り先候補の確信度に基づく解析方法がある.前者は係り先候補間の比較が行えないことから,特に長距離依存の係り先を同定するときに誤りを生じやすいという傾向がある.また,後者は係り先候補集合のすべての要素を探索するため,計算時間の点で問題がある.提案手法では,係り先候補の確信度に基づく解析方法での解析時間を減らすために,決定的な解析が容易な文節について先に係り先を定めた後に,相対的な比較による係り先の同定する方法を示す.京都テキストコーパス 4.0 を用いて提案手法を評価したところ,係り先候補の確信度に基づく解析方法の 1 つである相対モデルと比較してほぼ同等の解析性能を持ち,かつ,実行時間が 2.4 倍程度高速であることが確認された.Japanese dependency parsers fall into two main methods, 1) deterministic parsing and 2) parsing based on dependency certainties among modifee candidates. The former methods tend to make errors especially for identifying long-distance dependencies because these methods do not opt the candidate by comparing candidates. On the other hand, the latter methods have difficulty with their parsing speed due to searching the most preferable candidate from all modifee candidates. The proposed method identifies easily-analyzable dependencies by deterministic parsing and identifies the rest dependencies by parsing based on dependency certainties among modifee candidates later. Experiments using the Kyoto Text Corpus show that the proposed method runs 2.4 times faster than the relative-model parser while the dependency accuracy of the proposed method is nearly comparable with the relative-model's.
