数学教育をウェブ上で行う場合,数式表示が課題となる。 「数式表示可能なウェブ上でのコミュニケーションシステムの構築」 と題して発表したが,今回は数式表示可能なブログを用いた教材開発の一端について報告する。ブログによる教材の提供は,通常のウェブと同様の操作性で利用することができ,コミュニケーション機能も備えているので,学習者・指導者の双方にとって有効な e-Learning システムとして活用することができる。また,ブログは無料提供されている場合が多く,システム構築の作業が軽減される。本研究では,ブログなどのコミュニケーションシステムを用いたインストラクショナル・デザインについて述べる。When we carry out math education on the Web, it is necessary to display math equations on Web pages.Formerly, we had a report whise title is "Constructioning communication system that can display math equation on the web". We have developed math-communication system, such as Bulletin Board System, Wiki and Blog. We are going to discuss about instructional design for math with blog sytem that can display math equation on the Web.

本報告では,二つの治療(薬剤)を二つの期で試験する2治療2期のクロスオーバ試験に限定し,臨床試験におけるクロスオーバ・デザインの適用の是非を再検討する.とくに,文献にみられるクロスオーバ・デザインの肯定論と否定論の系譜を提示する.そして,クロスオーバ・デザインのアキレス腱ともいうべき持ち越し効果の問題を配慮して,試験の「計画」段階における,第1治療期と第2治療期の間の洗い流し(wash-out)期間の設定,治療の被験者心理への侵襲性(治療の盲検化),応答(評価指標)水準の経時的な変化,被験者の治療順序群への割付けでのバランス,への注意を喚起する. クロスオーバ試験成績の「解析」段階で持ち越し効果が検出された場合に,事後的に対処できる一つの手段として,応答観測値の変換を考えた.実際に,ベキ変換と交替条件付き期待値(ACE)に基づいて5種の文献例を再解析した結果,持ち越し効果は変換によっても救済されにくいことが示唆された,したがって,クロスオーバ・デザインの適用では,計画段階での事前の検討がとりわけ重要となる.最後に,クロスオーバ試験が比較的に多用されている臨床分野について触れる.

Serreは非特異代数多様体上の二つの閉部分多様体に対して交点数を代数的に定義した。それを非特異ではない代数多様体上に拡張しようという試みは1970年代から考えられてきた。しかし、それは、1980年代にDutta-Hochster-MacLaughlinにより発見された例によって、そのままではうまくゆかないことがわかった。長い間、前述の例は、非常に悪い例であると認識されてきた。しかし、代数的K-理論の発展に伴い、Levin, Roberts, Srinivasは、そのようなことは、非常に自然に起こりうることであることを発見した。本研究により、そのような現象のおこる度合いと、代数サイクルの理論の中での最も重要な予想であるスタンダート予想と関連があることがわかった。もう少し詳しく述べると、体上非特異な射影多様体上ではサイクルの交点数が定義でき、それによってChow環上に数値的同値という同関係が定義できる。ここでは、そのような議論をネーター局所環のChow群やGrothendieck群上で行い、数値的同値をその上で定義して、それて割ることによりラティスが出てくることを示して、基本的な性質を調べた。正規射影多様体の因子類群と、その(正規な)斉次座標環の因子類群の関係を一般化した公式を証明した。これにより因子類群が有限生成自由アーベル群であるような正規射影多様体の全座標環は素元分解環であることが証明できた。正規局所環のフロベニウスのdeterminant射の像と標準加群のdeterminant射の像の関係式を発見した。これによって、ヒルベルト・クンツ関数の第二係数に関する消滅定理か証明できた。

キチンやキトサンと同じ2-アミノ糖を基本単位とする食物繊維糖鎖の一つである(1→4)-α-ポリガラクトサミンの化学修飾による新規機能分子化を検討した。(1→4)-α-ポリガラクトサミン2位のアミノ基を、穏和な水系緩衝溶液条件でボラン・ピリジン錯体を還元剤とする還元アミノ化反応により置換させた。置換基としては、マルトースやラクトースをはじめとするオリゴ糖を用い、種々の条件を検討した。還元アミノ化反応では、ポリガラクトサミン中のガラクトサミン残基に対するオリゴ糖のモル比に応じて、置換度が異なる生成物を得た。これらのオリゴ糖鎖導入ポリガラクトサミンを、三酸化イオウ・ピリジン錯体を硫酸化剤として、乾燥ピリジン中で硫酸化した。硫酸化生成物は極めて高い水溶性を示した。さらに、オリゴ糖鎖導入ポリガラクトサミンの分子構造を、コンピュータを用いた分子軌道計算、分子力場計算により推定した。計算結果から、オリゴ糖鎖が導入された場合、主鎖構造は僅かに湾曲した直鎖状となり、側鎖はほぼ完全に交互に位置する構造を取ることが予測された。らせん状の構造を取らなかったのは、主鎖構造の糖鎖間の結合様式によるものと考えられた。

本稿では,入力された単調なコード進行をジャズらしいコード進行にリハーモナイズするシステム「ハービー君」の設計方針,内部構成,実装について報告する.本研究では,演繹オブジェクト指向(O)の枠組と音楽知識処理との袈和性が高いことを実証し,DOOに基づく音楽応用システム構築法を確立するために,DOOに基づくジャズピアノ知識ベースシステムを応用してハービー君を構築する.リハーモナイズ前後のコード進行の関係をDOOにおけるオブジェクト間の包摂関係で合理的かつ自然に表現することで,ハービー君はリハーモナイズ後のコード進行を推論できる.我々は,拡張性の高い汎用的なシステムであることを考慮しながら,ネットワーク上の分散システムとしてハービー君を実現した.This paper presents the design principles, the system structure and the implementation of a reharmonization system, Herbie-kun, which accepts a simple chord progression and generates a jazzy chord progression. The purpose of this research is to exhibit high affinity of a deductive object-oriented (DOO) framework with music knowledge processing, and to establish an implementation methodology of music application systems in the D00 framework. We hence develop Herbie-kun as an application system of a jazz piano knowledge base system employing the D00 framework. Herbie-kun can infer a reharmonized chord with using a subsumption relation of the DOO framework that rationally and naturally associates original and reharmonized chord progressions. We have implemented Herbie-kun as a distributed system on a LAN, keeping high expandability and availability.

It has been acknowledged that William Gamble sucessfully developed modern letterpress printing using Chinese characters during his 11 year stay in China from 1858 to 1869. Gamble's work still forms a key part of contemporary Japanese & Chinese typography and printing. Through research of the Gamble Collection at the Library of Congress in U.S.A., it is possible to evaluate the development and standardization of Japanese type sizes, names and classifications.The latter sizes, names and classifications have been employed in the Japanese design and printing industries for over a century. Therefore the many ambiguous problems relevant to the early era of modern letterpress printing in Japan are addressed through this study.

This research has clarified the characteristic of the lighting environment that composes the night cityscape which is an another face of the city. The commercial district (Kabukicho in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), the typical place that various lightings are consolidated, was selected to analyze the lighting environment as sum of public lightings and shop lightings. Analyze was advanced by using the evaluation axis of the intensity of illumination and the color temperature. As a result, the intensity of illumination fairly filled the standard in a large-scaled, high density commercial district like the Kabukicho, and the need of new evaluation axis like the color temperature were clarified. It also became clear that in the commercial district, the shop lightings do influenced the intensity of illumination of the street, while public lightings effects the color temperature of the street. At the end, it became clear that the light that leaked from the entrance of the building increases both the intensity of illumination and the color temperature of the shop lightings.

ポッドキャストの音声認識における言語モデルの適応手法を提案する.ポッドキャストは,幅広い話題,タスクの音声データが日々増え続けるという特徴を持っているため,言語モデルをいかにして学習,構築するかが認識性能を左右する大きなポイントとなる.本稿では,言語モデリングにおいて,あらかじめポッドキャストが持つメタ情報と「語彙情報サービス」を活用することで,ポッドキャスト音声認識の性能向上をはかる.具体的には,あらかじめ用意された言語モデリング用学習テキストを各テキスト毎に特徴語を抽出し,ポッドキャストのタイトルや概要などに記載された語との共起を基準にテキストの選択を行い,ポッドキャスト毎に特化された言語モデルの学習を行う.加えて,学習テキストやポッドキャストのメタ情報上の語の不足から生じる,テキスト選択の精度低下の問題を解決するため,語彙情報サービスのタグ情報を活用する.本手法で適応された言語モデルを実際に用いて,その性能を単語パープレキシティと未知語率で評価した結果,単語パープレキシティがベースラインの86%,未知語率もベースラインの80%となり,言語モデルの性能が改善されたことが確認された.This paper presents a language model adaptation method for automatic transcription of podcasts. Since podcasts include speech data that contains a variety of topics and many newly created words, well designed language models are indispensable to achieve sufficient speech recognition rate. In this paper, we propose a new topic dependent language modeling method by using meta information of podcasts and vocabulary information service. In this method, a large amount of training data are collected from the Internet such as web news and blogs on a daily basis. By using RSS texts of podcasts, topic dependent texts are selected from these training data, and proper language models are created for each podcast. In addition, we utilize the tag information of the vocabulary information service to solve the problem of the precision fall of the text choice that the lack of the word in a learning text and a meta information of Podcast cause. The assessment result showed that the performance of the language model using this method is improved because the word perplexity of the result using this method is 86% of that of the baseline and the out-of-vocabraly rate of the result using this method is 80% of that of the baseline.

本論文では, 代表的ないいよどみ現象である有声休止(音節の引き延ばしも含む)を自動的に検出する手法を提案する.有声休止は音声対話において発語権の保持等の大切な役割を果たしており, その検出は音声対話システムを実現する上で重要である.従来, サブワード単位に基づく連続音声認識やワードスポッティングの枠組みで有声休止に対処する研究事例はあったが, いいよどみ現象として個々に検出しておらず, その役割を把握して適切に扱うことはできなかった.本手法は, 有声休止中は調音器官の変化が小さいことに着目し, 音韻的に変化が少ない持続した有声音(有声休止音)を検出する.その際, ボトムアップな信号処理によって, 有声休止音がもつ二つの音響的特徴(基本周波数の変動が小さくスペクトル包絡の変形が小さい)を検出することで, トップダウン情報を使わない言語非依存な検出を可能とする.本手法をリアルタイムに実行するシステムを実装し, 有声休止箇所のマーク付け作業を施した日本語の音声対話コーパスを用意して, 評価実験を行った.その結果, 30名の話者の自然発話に対し, F値0.726の精度で有声休止を検出できることが確認された.

This study shows the life style and the spatial usage in the rural villages at the Angkor area from a field survey. It aims to present the vision for the village's future, by considering the influence that occurs to the villagers from tourism and the labors such as the conservation projects at the Angkor monumental area as a basis. Angkor Krau village, which is nearby the Angkor monuments has been chosen as a case study district. As a result, the following matters were clarified. Firstly, the actual life style and the economic condition. Secondly, the housing styles and its characteristics. Thirdly, the actual usage of the space in and around the housings. From this study, it can be said that, it is important to maintain the traditional usage method of the housings by creating an annex as an example, and the community development should be considered by viewing on the relationship among the Angkor monuments.

The development and study of Japanese Typography in Western countriesduring the 19th century profoundly influenced the subsequent development of Typography in Japan during the 19th and 20th centuries. In particular the Americal Presbyterian Mission Press (APMP) in China had a substantial influence and has left us an enormous amount of research material. About three years we visited the APMP and obtained photocopies of invaluable 19th century documents. 人間は常にいつ生じるかわからない「変動」に直面しながら生きている.本研究においては突然起こる外生的な変動を「カタストロフ」と定義する.本研究においてはそれらの変動が利他行動に与える影響を検討する.そのために,パートナーマッチング繰り返し公共財ゲームと独裁者ゲームを組み合わせた新たなゲームである「公共財カタストロフ独裁者ゲーム」を考案し,クラウドソーシングを用いた大規模オンライン実験による実験的な検証を行った.その結果,①分配率は損失者が分配者,もしくは受益者であると大きくなること,②損失者による分配額に比べて,非損失者による分配額の方が大きいこと,③損失者に対する分配の頻度が多い,また非損失者による分配の頻度が多いことなどが明らかとなった.これらの結果は災害等の事象が生じた際の協力行動は利他的動機に支えられている可能性を示唆している.今後の課題として,外集団に対する行動傾向の解明,およびクラウドソーシングを用いた実験の妥当性の検討があげられる.
