文化財保護法や景観法に基づく文化的景観の保全事業実施にあたり、保全対象となる文化的景観の選定にあたっては、文化的景観のAuthenticityを学術的・客観的に評価する必要がある。本研究では、「一関本寺の農村景観」と「遊子水荷浦の段畑」を主たる事例として、景観の価値評価を試行し、次のような5つのステップから成る基礎調査が有効であると判断した。(1)明治初期地籍図などに記録された伝統的景観の特質の解明、(2)伝統的景観(地籍図)と現景観との精密な比較、(3)近代以降の景観変化の過程とメカニズムの解明(土地利用パターンや作物、地割など)、(4)伝統的な景観要素残存の背景を地域の社会・経済・文化的側面から考察、(5)現景観の活用可能性の考察と保全の方向性の提示。なお、上記の作業をヴィジュアルに活用するため、GISの導入と時系列統合マップの構築が有効であることも確認した

We examine that how many names of color children can answer when they see ten color papers. The results show that the rate of exact answer of this examination is 30%-100% lager than that of twenty years ago. The color that girls like and boys like is the same for 3 or 4 years children but is different for 5 years children. Boys like red and blue and girls like red and pink.We think that it is useful to know how children recognize colors, as a teacher leads children about natural phenomenon, natural enveronment, Science and so on.

今回,我々は新しく発売されたミュータンス菌測定キット,オーラルテスターミュータンスのS. mutans検出能力を臨床評価する目的で研究を行った。被検児は岡山県内にあるN保育園児(4,5歳児)52名。オーラルテスターミュータンスとカリオスタットはマニュアルに従い処理,判定した。PCR法は,QIAGENのマニュアルに従いDNAを調製してPCR後,電気泳動にてバンドを確認した。対象をS. mutansとした場合,オーラルテスターミュータンスの値をHigh,Low二群に分けた分析で,High-Low間ではP<0.001,カリオスタット値の同様な分析では,High-Low間においてP<0,01でBand検出の有無との問に関連性を認めた。対象をS. sobrinusとした場合,オーラルテスターミュータンスの値をHigh,Low二群に分けた分析で,High-Low間においてはBand検出の有無との間に関連性を認めなかった。カリオスタット値の同様な分析においても,High-Low間でBand検出の有無との問に関連性を認めなかった。今回の研究で,S. mutansに特異的といわれている領域を増幅したPCR法によるバンド検出率と関連することが確認された。オーラルテスターミュータンスは,齲蝕原因菌のうち特にS. mutansの検査として有用と考えられる。

Intramedullary lipomas of the cervical spinal cord without dysraphism are rare lesions, accounting for only 1% of spinal cord tumors. We experienced a 60-year-old male with cervicothoracic (C6 to T2) lipoma who complained of dysesthesia in his lower extremities. Magnetic resonance imaging identified a tumor which was dorsolateral to the cord in the intramedullary legion. In these cases, a fat suppression sequence is useful for diagnosis. He underwent surgery for partial removal of the tumor and expansive laminoplasty. Postoperative course of the patient was uneventful and follow-up showed an improvement in sensory disturbance.

高齢人口割合の高い地域にある脳神経外科救急対応病院における,高齢者脳卒中診療の現状をまとめ,高齢者脳卒中患者の予後とその予測因子を検討する.脳神経外科に脳卒中の診断で入院した超高齢(80歳以上)脳卒中患者97名を対象とした.対象患者データのうち,年齢,性別,退院時modified Rankin Scale(mRS),退院時経鼻管または経胃ろう栄養,入院中肺炎などの評価項目と生命予後との関連をCox hazard modelあるいはlogrank testを用いて解析した.超高齢脳卒中患者97名の1年生存率は約75%であり,85歳未満および,mRS0–3群において有意に生存率が高いことが示された.また,生存退院例についての解析では,退院時のmRS3–5,入院中肺炎,胃ろう造設/退院時経管栄養が退院後の死亡に関する予測因子であり,入院中肺炎罹患が,統計学的に有意差をもった退院後の死亡に関する独立した予後予測因子であった.超高齢者脳卒中患者において,年齢や退院時mRSの他に,入院中の肺炎発症の有無が予測因子になる可能性が示唆された.我々は,超高齢者脳卒中患者の治療やケアを計画する際にこれらの因子を熟慮する必要がある.

背景:抗真菌薬には種々の副作用が報告されている.抗真菌薬使用後QT延長に基づくtorsade de pointes(TdP),無脈性心室頻拍(VT),心室細動(VF)に対し静注用アミオダロンの効果が認められた小児例を報告する.症例:15歳,男児.再発急性リンパ性白血病(ALL)の化学療法後の骨髄抑制期間に深在性真菌感染をきたし,抗真菌薬であるアムホテリシンBリポソーム製剤(L-AMB)を投与した.L-AMBの副作用と考えられる低カリウム血症を認め,補正を行ったが低カリウム血症が続いた.その後,真菌感染の増悪を認めたため,アゾール系抗真菌薬であるボリコナゾール(VRCZ)の追加投与を行った.VRCZ投与6日後から副作用と考えられるQT延長を認め,7日後からTdP,無脈性VT,VFをきたした.抗真菌薬の副作用と診断し,薬剤を変更して,さらなる低カリウムの補正を行い,メキシレチン,プロプラノロール,ニフェカラント,リドカインを投与したがVT,VFのコントロールは非常に困難であった.その後,アミオダロン1.6mg/kgの単回静注したところ,TdP,VTは停止し,アミオダロンの持続静注を開始したところVT,VFはコントロールされた.VT,VFは消失したが,抗真菌薬の変更を余儀なくされ,真菌感染の増悪を招き死亡した.結語:低カリウム血症を認めた場合に,ボリコナゾール(VRCZ)などQT延長を認める可能性のある薬剤の使用には注意が必要である.このような場合,アミオダロンの使用には注意が必要であるが,一部の症例では有効と考えられた.

本論文では,平成18年徳島市中心市街地活性化基本計画が,なぜ効果のない計画であるかを,総務省(2004)「中心市街地の活性化に関する行政評価・監視結果に基づく報告書」と経済産業省産業構造審議会中心市街地活性化部会(2013)の「中心市街地の再活性化に向けて(提言)」により評価・検討する。その検討結果や足立(2011)の中心市街地の衰退や商店街などのシャッター通り化の再生に必要な六つの要素を基に,徳島市の計画を評価・検討した結果や街の現状・ニーズの把握を基に,徳島市や地域住民はどうすべきかを,徳島市の特性を活かした中心市街地活性化政策を提言した。特に,徳島市中心市街地活性化基本計画が効果のない計画であるのは,現状や地域住民等のニーズの把握が不十分であるために,目標の設定や事業の選定の不適切が原因であると主張する。

Archaeological excavations show the importance of iron swords: During the tumulus period, the power of the great king (later emperor) expanded. Myths and archaeological findings attest to the introduction of metallurgy from the continent and subsequent production of iron weapons which resulted in 1) the unification of the country by a great king, 2) the construction of huge tumuli by the ruling class to show their prestige, and 3) the worship of the iron sword and related myths about its power. Such worship of iron swords is told about the Scythians by Herodotus. In the Arthurian legends, the sword Excalibur is the source of the power and prestige of King Arthur. The worship of the ironsword as a divinity might have spread from the Scythians to both ends of the Eurasian continent, west to the Celts and east to the Japanese.

井筒俊彦(1914〜1993)は、自らを「東洋哲学に関心を持つ一言語哲学者(1)」と称し、真言密教については「要するに一個のアウトサイダーであり、よそ者である」にすぎず、「外側からその一部をのぞき見ただけ(2)」との立場を表明しているが、碩学の比較思想観点からの、真言密教解釈は、伝統教学とは異なる角度からの視座を提示している。 井筒の数多くの著作の中で、空海の思想に言及しているものに、『意識と本質(3)』、「意味分節理論と空海ー真言密教の言語哲学的可能性を探る(4)ー」(以下副題略)がある。その他に、密教のマンダラに言及しているものとして、「人間存在の現代的状況と東洋哲学(5)」、『イスラーム哲学の原像(6)』等がある。 これらの内、主題として空海の思想を取り上げているのが、「意味分節理論と空海」であり、1984年の日本密教学会大会における特別講演を論文体に書き移したものである。 この論文は、真言密教を言語哲学的に理論展開することを意図したもので、「コトバに関する真言密教の思想の中核」を、「存在はコトバである(7)」という「根源命題に還元」して論究し、この命題が真言密教において真理性を有すると結論している(8)。 この井筒の論は、真言密教における「言語」や「存在」という数学上重要な哲学的テーマに、注目すべき解釈を示したものといえる。しかしながら、その後長年を経るも、管見によれば、この井筒の真言密教解釈に対する、密教研究界からの反応としては、論文の部分的な引用乃至論評は幾つか見られるものの、井筒の輪の中心をなす「存在はコトバである」という真言密教解釈に対して、真正面から取り組んだ論考は未だ見当たらない。 そこで、筆者は、空海の思想研究に携わる者の一人として、本稿において、空海の教義の中核をなす、六大四曼三密の三大論に立脚して、井筒の解釈に検討を加え見解を示すものである。

Reading is human intellectual activity itself. Therefore, there have been many discussions to clarify this principle for a long time. In recent years, with the advent of electronic books (e-books), which are highly functional books, reading has become more enriching. However, it is less clear what affect this new way of reading is having on the reader. In this regard, we aim to clarify the effects of social reading, the reading of sharing with others using features specific to e-books. We focused on the sharing of reviews, which is common in social reading, and used an experimental system to analyze latent factors and satisfaction. As a result, we found two factors and three clusters constituting potential factors, and four quadrants and three clusters constituting satisfaction.

Sound has a profound impact not only on acoustic sense but also cognitive processes such as mental imagery and associative memory. The concept of "soundscape" proposed by R. Mary Schaffer is to utilize the feature of sound as a stimulus for realizing the world around us. In this study, we employ a soundscape methodology to provide local residents living in Juso area the opportunity to raise people's consciousness. Experimental results show the availability of soundscape methodology on consciousness reformation.

The progress of urbanization has drawn renewed attention to the importance of contact with nature. This study investigated the effects of contact with nature on five dimensions of subjective well-being. Participants were residents in a suburb of Yokohama. They responded to a questionnaire with items regarding the extent of their contact with nature, activity in the community, sense of community, place attachment, and five dimensions of subjective well-being. Both contact with nature and positive recognition of community were significantly correlated with all five dimensions of subjective well-being. A simple linear regression analysis with contact with nature as the independent variable indicated significant partial regression coefficients for all five dimensions of subjective well-being. A multiple linear regression analysis with contact with nature and positive recognition of the community as independent variables indicated significant partial regression coefficients of contact with nature on one dimension, and positive recognition on four dimensions of subjective well-being respectively. It is concluded that contact with nature contributes to subjective well-being among residents, mainly through the enhanced positive recognition of the community.
