〔目的〕2010年4月に理学療法士免許を取得した理学療法士(新人理学療法士)を対象にリスクマネジメントに関する不安について,その現状把握と問題点の整理をおこなった.〔対象〕新人理学療法士47名(平均年齢23.9±3.8歳)とした.〔方法〕自記式アンケート調査により,回収した回答を分析した.〔結果〕新人理学療法士の診療を行ううえでの不安の第1位は「自分の評価や治療に自信がないこと」(31人)であった.職場の規則やシステムなどにおける不安の第1位は,「緊急時に組織の一員としての動きに自信がないこと」(19人)であった.〔結語〕新人理学療法士のリスクマネジメントに関する不安は,個人の能力に帰属する卒前教育の要素と入職直後に取り組む施設内教育システムの要素があることがわかった.

This paper considers an application of a C/GMRES-based model predictive control (MPC) method to a diesel engine air path system. The plant model is derived based on the physical first principle to explicitly take account of plant nonlinearities. Since the plant has unmeasurable states, we employ an extended Kalman filter to estimate them. Then we design a C/GMRES-MPC algorithm and apply it to a real engine. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the present method by showing experimental results using a real vehicle.

本研究では、痴呆性高齢者のための施設環境評価や指標を検討していくための基礎的な理解を行うために、アメリカにおける痴呆性高齢者に及ぼす施設環境の効果に関する実証研究の動向について、Dayら(2000)やWeisman in press)Kovachら(1997)をはじめとする既存研究のレビューをもとに整理、分類していくことを目的としたがその結果、研究論文は、1980年代から徐々に増えており、痴呆性高齢者のための効果のある環境のあり方に関する実証的知見は蓄積されつつあるものの、調査対象者のサンプル数の問題などの問題の影響もあり、現在の研究の状況は、十分に一般化できる調査結果であるとはいいがたい状況であった。しかしながら、SCUなどの小規模でhome likeを提供可能な環境が、痴呆性高齢者の情緒的安定や、見当識機能を含む身体機能の維持(あるいは向上)をもたらしていることが確認することができた。

希少魚の保護は生物多様性維持の観点から重要な課題であるが,生息環境が十分に明らかにはされておらず,経験的な知識をもとに保護されている場合も多い.無線センサネットワークを用いて希少魚の生育環境をモニタリングすることで,生息環境や繁殖の条件を明らかにできれば,生物多様性の保護に貢献できる.そこで本研究では,ニッポンバラタナゴ (絶滅危惧 IA 類) の保護池に無線センサネットワークを構築し,溶存酸素量,水温,温度,湿度,照度のモニタリングを行っている.本稿では,2013 年 3 月から開始したニッポンバラタナゴ生息環境モニタリングの実験について報告する.Conservation of biodiversity is important issue. However conservation of endangered fish is difficult problem, since some of their habitat environments are not clear. We are investigating habitat monitoring of endangered fish (Japanese rosy bitterling) with a wireless sensor network. We are measuring dissolved oxygen (DO), water temperature, air temperature, humidity, and illuminance. In this paper, we describe habitant monitoring experiment which was started in March 2013.

2画像の点対応から計算した基礎行列をそれぞれの画像の焦点距離とカメラの運動パラメータとに代数的に閉じた形に分解するアルゴリズムを示す。これはスカラ不変量で表された基本行列の分解可能条件に基づくものである。また解が不定となる退化の条件をすべて解析する。さらに退化が生じた場合に2画像の焦点距離は等しいと仮定して解を求める方法を示し、その場合の退化の条件を調べる。最後にエピ極点を用いるBougnouxの公式を本論文の理論的枠組みから再導出する。We describe an algorithm for decomposing a fundamental matrix computed from point correspondences over two images into the focal lengths of the two images and the camera motion parameters in a closed-form expression in the fundamental matrix. Our algorithm is based on the decomposability condition of the essential matrix expressed in terms of its scalar invariants. We give a complete analysis for degenerate camera configurations. We also describe an algorithm for computing a single focal length in the degenerate case and analyze the indeterminacy condition. Finally, we recapitulate Bougnoux's formula, which describes the focal lengths using the epipoles, in our theoretical framework.

〔目的〕積極的に映像を流す形式(映像授業)と従来授業における授業意識の比較と,学習意欲との関係を検討した。〔対象〕某A専門学校理学療法学科学生(91名)とした。〔方法〕映像授業と従来授業とを実施し,映像授業における授業意識アンケート結果について因子分析を行い,両授業の下位尺度得点を比較した。また,映像授業における下位尺度得点と学習意欲アンケート結果との相関を調べた。〔結果〕映像授業における因子分析結果のうち第1因子(授業や将来に対する意欲)は,従来授業よりも下位尺度得点が高かった。また,第1因子は学習意欲の中でも特に内発的動機づけと学院への適応度との相関が見られた。〔結語〕映像授業は,従来授業よりも内発的動機づけや学院への適応度を高めることのできる授業形式であると考えられた。

日本統治期から戦後の中華民国期の転換期における台湾社会の変容について、日本統治時代に日本語教育を受けた世代を中心に口述歴史の方法に基づいて研究した。この時期は、文献史料が大変限られており、研究が困難な時期であるが、それを補うことを意図した。調査の対象者には、植民地において医学部などの高等教育を受けた方、戦時中は上海に在住し戦後台湾に帰還した方、兵士として太平洋の孤島に赴いた方、台湾総督府の高官、あるいは戦後の政治的弾圧の被害者、マラリアなど伝染病対策の責任者などが含まれ、その結果、歴史研究に資する証言が多く得られた。

A highly cytotoxic polypeptide, polytheonamide B (1), has been isolated from the marine sponge Theonella swinhoei. The structure of polytheonamide B was determined, to be a linear 48-residues polypeptide with the N-terminus blocked by a carbamoyl group, by extensive 2D NMR experiments in DMSO-d_6. The absolute configuration of each amino acid residue was determined by chiral chromatographies of fragment peptides obtained by partial acid hydrolysis of polytheonamide B. Amino acid residues in polytheonamide B have alternating D- and L-configuration. The NMR spectra in CD_3OH/CDCl_3 (1:1) indicated that polytheonamide B adopted certain secondary structure. Conformation analysis was carried out by distance geometry calculations, by DADAS90 program, using NMR parameters obtained in CD_3OH/CDCl_3 (1:1), i.e., a total of 378 distance constraints (160 intra-residue, 96 sequential, 80 long-range NOEs, and 42 hydrogen bonds) and 48 dihedral angle constraints. The calculated structure fit a right-handed parallel β-helix structure, which was proposed for the structure of a pore-forming peptide, gramicidin A.

福島原子力発電所の損壊により大気中に放出された放射性核種は,地表面の広域汚染をもたらしている。地表面土壌に沈着した放射性核種の一部は河川に移行する。河川での放射性核種の移行は長期的である一方,降雨時の短期変化も重要であり,さまざまな時間スケールを伴っている。また,放射性核種ごとの挙動の相違も大きい。本稿では,チェルノブイリ事故・大気圏内核実験影響の関連研究を参照し,河川における放射性核種の移行の特徴をまとめた。

This paper focuses on the transformations of post-industrial cities in response to industrial hollowing-out and population decline by analyzing initiatives that combine social inclusion efforts and small business support to resolve regional divisions and disparities. We explore several initiatives that have aimed to overcome region-specific social issues related to the process of post-industrial urban transformation. As an example, we consider the case of Turin, Italy, a city that experienced significant population and regional decline related to changes in its industrial structure. The transformation of Turin, once the corporate base of Fiat Automobiles, provides hints for facing challenges that arise from industrial hollowing-out. In this paper, we consider the nature of regional revitalization by examining community-level job creation projects, support for venture businesses, and the shift from industrial cities to those focused on tourism and social inclusion.

In this interview, we asked Masaru Zenke and Ayako Takada about new tendencies on war reporting. Mr. Zenke has worked as a chief producer and Ms. Takada as a director on documentary production and investigative reporting at NHK. They have been working on investigative reporting about the repression of civilians by military in post-coup Myanmar. And in the process of reporting, they have used a digital research method called OSINT (Open Source Intelligence). OSINT became known with the work of "Internet detective" Bellingcat. Although both Mr. Zenke and Ms. Takada see OSINT’s impact on war reporting as positive, they position OSINT as a complement to traditional journalistic practices. In this interview, we also asked them about news coverage of the Russian military invasion of Ukraine. While citizens are practicing OSINT in this war, the spread of disinformation and fake news has become a serious problem. They pointed that the possibilities for new digital media practices are expanding, but also recognized the difficulties of traditional war reporting have not been resolved. Through this interview, the various possibilities and difficulties that digital technologies bring to war reporting were revealed.

Model based control system design has been developed in many fields based on the dynamics of the accurate plant model. However, the desired control performance is not achieved if the modeling error is not small. To overcome this problem, we have proposed a compensator to minimize the gap between an actual plant and its nominal model. The proposed compensator is composed of its plant model and an error feedback component. It is difficult to apply the compensator for non-minimum phase plants because of its control structure. In this paper, a parallel feedforward compensator is used to overcome the non-minimum phase characteristics. The effectiveness is shown by numerical examples.
