本稿では,企業組織のドメインをめぐる議論の概念的体系化を試みる.ここにドメインとは,組織体の活動の範囲ないしは領域のことであり,組織の存在領域を意味する.分析の結論として,ドメインの広がりを空間,時間,意味の広がりの三つの次元でとらえる,まったく新しい分析枠組みが提唱される.

極東ロシアから日本列島に至る地域は被害地震が多発する地域である。近年これらの地震は北米・ユーラシア両プレート間の収束運動もしくはその他のいくつかのマイクロプレートが関与したプレート境界でのもの、ととらえられるようになった。相次ぐ被害地震にもかかわらず、ネオテクトニクスに関する研究はこれまで政治的・地理的・気候的制約があって進んでいない。そこで新年度に続き、極東ロシア、特にサハリン島北部地域の総合的なネオテクトニクス調査研究を実施した。具体的に以下の研究を行った。1. 航空写真による変動地形、活断層解析。特にサハリン島、中〜南部に分布、発達する活断層について変位のセンス及び変位置について解析した。2. 変動地形活断層の現地調査。特に中部及び南部サハリン。3. 地質学的調査。航空写真によって明らかになった活断層の累積変位、変位速度を明らかにするために現地で活断層露頭や、樹木成長の記録を調査した。サハリン変動帯最北部のシュミット半島にて、中生代来のオフィオライト、及び変形した堆積岩及びスレート帯について、構造解析を実施した。その結果、第三紀後期に北東南西方向の圧縮を受けて、地質体は激しく変形していることが明らかとなった。この変形様式は現在進行中の地殻変動と調和的である。従って、サハリン北部の地殻変動は第三紀以降、右横ずれの同じセンスのもが累積していることが明らかとなった。

高リン血症は血管石灰化や生命予後に関連した病態であり、保存期慢性腎臓病(CKD)から血清リン値の管理が重要である。一方、保存期CKDに使用可能なリン吸着薬である沈降炭酸カルシウム(炭酸Ca)は胃酸分泌抑制薬の併用による効果減弱と、カルシウム含有による血管石灰化が懸念される。そこで当院薬剤部は内科医師に対し、これらの情報提供を行い、処方状況の変化に関する調査と、薬剤師による情報提供が医師の処方意識にどのような影響を与えたかについてのアンケート調査を行なった。対象は2014年1月の時点でリン吸着薬の処方を受けている保存期CKD患者のうち、1)炭酸Caと胃酸分泌抑制薬を併用している、2)血清リン値>4.5 mg/dL、を満たす患者の主治医とした。リン吸着薬の処方を受けている保存期CKD患者16名全てが炭酸Caを服用しており、12名が胃酸分泌抑制薬を併用していた。併用患者のうち血清リン値>4.5 mg/dLである患者は7名であった。情報提供により7名中5名においてリン吸着薬の変更や胃酸分泌抑制薬の中止がなされた。処方変更された5名中2名は血清リン値が低下し、2名は上昇し、1名は血液検査実施前に透析導入となった。情報提供対象患者以外においても処方の見直しがなされ、両薬剤の併用率は75%から21%と有意に減少した。アンケート調査の結果、薬物相互作用について6名中4名の医師が「知らなかった」と回答、意識変化では6名全員が「変化あった」と回答した。「今後は血管石灰化の危険性を回避するため可能な限りカルシウム非含有リン吸着薬を使用する」などの意見も得られた。これらのことから、薬剤師による積極的な情報提供は医師の処方意識に影響を与え、処方を見直すきっかけになることが示唆された。今後は他の薬物相互作用についても介入を検討し、有効性と安全性の高い薬物療法の提供により医療の質の向上に寄与していきたい。

声帯瘢痕は, 手術や外傷による損傷, 炎症の反復などにより本来柔軟な声帯粘膜が硬い瘢痕組織に置換され, 声帯振動の異常から音声障害が生じる疾患である. 瘢痕性病変の部位や程度を正確に評価するには通常の喉頭内視鏡検査では困難であり, 喉頭ストロボスコピーや高速度デジタル撮影が必要である. 患側の声帯振動, 粘膜波動の減弱や消失, 両側声帯間の位相差や声門閉鎖不全などの所見が観測される. 画像解析法として, 声帯振動の時系列的な変化を追うキモグラフや部位ごとの声帯振動の差異を表示可能な喉頭トポグラフなどが活用されはじめ, さらなる発展が期待されている. 症状と喉頭内視鏡検査所見が一致しない場合は, 声帯瘢痕の可能性も念頭におき, 積極的に精査を進めることが重要である.

Twitter is a famous social networking service and has received attention recently. Twitter user have increased rapidly, and many users exchange information. When 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami happened, people were able to obtain information from social networking service. Though Twitter played the important role, one of the problem of Twitter, a false rumor diffusion, was pointed out. In this research, we focus on a false rumor diffusion. We propose a information diffusion model based on SIR model, and discuss how to prevent a false rumor diffusion.

当社は1989年よりドイツ,ビロマティック社と大判フルシンクロカッターでの技術提携をしている。またビロマティック社がヤーゲンベルグ社のカッター部門を買収し,ビロマティック―ヤーゲンベルグという新会社を立ち上げ,2005年5月に新たな技術提携を締結し,ビロマティック―ヤーゲンベルグ社デザインのシートカッターも国内に3基納入してきた。<BR>そのような状況の中,コストダウンが図られた小幅~幅広の大判カッターの要求が国内外より寄せられており,昨年4月,1945年創業の歴史あるカッターメーカーで,幅広く多数の納入実績があるイタリアのピザラト社の全商権を譲り受け,新たに"丸石―ピザラト高速フルシンクロ大判カッター"をラインアップに加えた。<BR>これまで高性能機を中心に展開してきた同事業において,設備の品質を維持しつつ汎用型の大判カッターを提供する体制も確立し,これにより紙パルプ産業はもちろん,断裁加工工場など幅広い客先のニーズに対応していく。<BR>今回はこのコストダウンが図られた小幅~幅広の大判カッター"丸石―ピザラト高速フルシンクロ大判カッター"の特徴を発表させていただく。

City gas, which is mainly made from natural gas, has been widely recognized as clean fuel, and its demand is getting higher year by year in Japan. The natural gas is imported in the form of LNG from varied countries. The calorific value of the imported natural gas is usually lower than the Japanese city gas, therefore, gas companies adjust the calorific value of send-out city gas to the regulated value by adding LPG to the natural gas during the process of city gas production. We have developed a new, state-of-the-art, calorific value adjusting system, which operates in wide flow-rate range, more than four (4) times wider than a conventional system does. We report the outline of the newly developed system and its performance confirmed through a pilot-scale test, along with a short description of a typical process of city gas production and conventional methods of calorific value adjustment.

When pharmacists provide drug guidance to in-patients,they are often asked about health foods such patients are regularly taking in expectation of anti-cancer effects.However,pharmacists cannot always answer these questions based on scientific evidence.<br>To further evaluate the efficacy of health foods for this purpose,we did a survey of the literature concerning 5 frequently used health foods said to have anticancer effects using the PubMed and Ichushi search services,obtaining 1,300 papers from the former and 1,142 papers from the latter.However among them,we could not find any providing data from randomized controlled trials and thus there was no clear scientific evidence,though some of the papers noted an improvement in the quality of life of patients.<br>In conclusion,when pharmacists provide guidance on health foods to patients and their families,it is important for them to collect detailed information and evaluate them on a scientific basis.

So far a single-stage neural network has been proposed to forecast insolation of next day. In the present paper, a multi-stage neural network is developed to reduce forecasting error further. A first-stage neural network forecasts average atmospheric pressure of next day from atmospheric pressure data of previous day. A second-stage neural network forecasts insolation level of next day from the average atmospheric pressure and weather data of previous day. A third-stage neural network forecasts insolation of next day form the insolation level and weather data of previous day. Meteorological data of Omaezaki, Shizuoka at April 1994 are chosen as input data. The insolation values forecasted by the multi-stage and the single-stage neural networks are compared with the measurement ones. The results show that the forecasting error is reduced to 24% (by the multi-stage) from 33% (by the single-stage).

A mathematical theory for social events is presented based on a former mathematical model for the hit phenomenon in entertainment as a stochastic process of interactions of human dynamics. The model uses only the time distribution of advertisement budget as an input, and word-of-mouth (WOM) represented by posts on social network systems is used as data to compare with the calculated results. The unit of time is a day. The calculations of intention of people in Japanese society for the scandal of cell of stimulus-triggered acquisition of pluripotency (also known as STAP) agree very well with the twitter posting distribution in time. We focused on users' interests to classify each tweet to clusters. We devide the tweets of the STAP cell scandal into several clusters due to the frequent communication to each other. We found that the time variation of the intentions are very different for each clusters. We present some calculation due to the model for the two typical culsters; ordinary people and academic people.
