11月7日、北京国際音楽祭の会場となったコンサートホール「保利劇場」。自らが会長兼理事長を務める東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団を指揮するため、小型機を自ら操縦して現地入りした大賀典雄は、チャイコフスキーの交響曲第5番第2楽章を指揮中に突然、倒れた。

コーヒー,紅茶および緑茶の各種試料に,Bacillus属細菌(B. cereus,B. subtilis,B. coagulans)芽胞を接種し,85℃30分間(食品衛生法におけるpH4.6以上の清涼飲料水の殺菌基準)加熱処理した後,その試料の保存中における生育挙動を調べた。コーヒー,紅茶試料では,牛乳を添加した場合,B. cereusとB. subtilisの菌数の増加がみられたが,牛乳を添加していないコーヒー,紅茶および緑茶の各種試料(pH調整の有無;コーヒーの焙煎度;紅茶の抽出温度;コーヒー,紅茶への砂糖添加)では,Bacillus属3菌種の菌数の減少がみられた。これらのことより,85℃30分間の加熱殺菌条件で製造した牛乳無添加の各種飲料中にBacillus属3菌種が生残していたとしても,コーヒー,紅茶および緑茶の抗菌性により商業的な無菌性が保証される可能性が示唆された。

黒色の液状マルチ資材が地温ならびにコマツナの生育,収量に及ぼす影響を明らかにするため,処理量を1,0.5,0.25 L・m−2区および無処理区の4水準3反復,播種日を2007年9月21日,10月5日,10月20日および2008年1月22日の4水準として組み合わせ,栽培試験を行った.その結果,液状マルチ資材は,散布量に関わらず無処理に比較して増収することが明らかになった.地下5 cmの温度を解析したところ,液状マルチ散布により最高地温は上昇するが,9月21日播種を除き最低地温は低下した.この現象はコマツナの生育初期に顕著であったが,生育に伴って,その差は小さくなった.播種後10日間の毎正時積算地温に有意な差は認められなかった.地温の日較差の増大はコマツナの増収に寄与した可能性が考えられた.

当科において1974年より1981年までの7年4ヵ月,富山県立中央病院泌尿器科において1961年より1981年までの20年11ヵ時間と経験した尿路結石のうち,赤外線分光分析が行なわれた1514結石についてマイクロコンピューターを用いて臨床的分析を試みた.男子930例,女子344例,年齢は1歳より90歳に及び平均は男子44.7歳,女子41.6歳であった.結石成分分析には日立赤外線分光光度計EPI-G3型を,マイクロコンピューターとしてはSHARP MZ-80Cを用い,年齢,性別,発生部位,内層成分,外層成分,血清電解質,尿中電解質などを入力し,color display, green display, printer, X-Y plotterに出力,表示させた.4年前に報告した300個の結石における成績と比較すると,若干の変化が見られ,年齢分布において腎結石,膀胱結石含有患者の老齢化の傾向が認められたIn our laboratories, more than 1,500 urinary calculi have been analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. These data were statistically analyzed by microcomputer. The most frequent type was calcium oxalate combined with calcium phosphate, followed by pure calcium oxalate and magnesium ammonium phosphate combined with calcium phosphate. In particular, the composition of magnesium ammonium phosphate combined with calcium phosphate increased as compared with that four years earlier. Four years ago, we spent one month to statistically analyze 300 urinary calculi. But in this study, only sixteen days was required to analyze 1,500 urinary calculi by using a microcomputer.

In recent years, some works of Prof. N. Niida (仁井田陞) and Prof. W. Eberhard have added considerably to the study of the caste system (身分制度) of old China. Their studies of intra-caste marriage (Ebenbürtigkite) in hundreds noble families between the period of the Six Dynasties and the beginning of the T'ang Dynasty especially valuable in the study of the caste system of China, notwithstanding the former regards it as ancient aristocracy, the latter regards it as medieval gentry. The basic data for research on this question is the lists of county nobles found at Tun-huang. However, the qualification of this document as data has been in doubt, with Hsiang Ta (向達) and K. Utsunomiya (字都宮清吉) etc. taking the viewpoint that it is the Chên-kuan-Shih-tsu-chih compiled at the order of the Emperor T'ai-tsung and with Mou Jun-sun (牟潤孫) taking the viewpoint that it was forged by poverty-stricken member of famous nobles with the intention of raising the marriage price.After an inclusive study of materials concerning to this subject the author reached the following conclusions: 1) The following items discovered at Tun-huang are tables of county nobles which may be called Chün-wang-piao 郡望表 (lists of county nobles) and have no connection with the Chên-kuan-Shih-tsu-chih (貞観氏族志). A) 位字79號 (incomplete roll copied by a bhiksu Wu-chên in 836 A. D.). B) S.5861 (4 fragments) & P.3191 (incomplete). C) S. 2052. D) P.3421 (incomplete). 2) The records of distinguished family-names in many counties contained in the T'ai-p'ing-huan-yü-chi (太平寰宇記), Kuang-yün (廣韻) and Ku-chin-hsing-shih-shu-pien-chêng (古今姓氏書辯證), are also reckoned to have their sources in the lists of same category. 3) On careful comparison with the descriptions of several Sung (宋) bibliographies, we may identify A with the Chou-shih-tsu-p'u (諸氏族譜), and B and the list in T'ai-p'ing-huan-yü-chi with the T'ien-hsia-chün-wang-shih-tsu-p'u (天下郡望氏族譜). 4) These lists of county nobles have neither official nor authentic character, but are the products of popularity, and differentiating into some variations they spread over to wide people. 5) The intra-caste marriage system found in these lists has some reflection of the real circumstances in the former period, but on the other hand we can not deny it include the element of fiction. 6) The origin of these lists perhaps had any connection with the Clan-adjustment policy of Emperor Hsiao-wen of Northern Wei dynasty, and afterwards their diffusion has been continued in the decline period of nobilities.

The tungsten-copper-tin deposit of the Takatori mine is of plutonic vein type and developed in alternating beds of sandstone and shale which constitute Yamizo Group of Triassic age. Detailed examination on the mode of occurrence of the deposit both in the underground and in the field has provided some important informations and suggestions for future exploration. Our observations and conclusions in this study may be sum-marized as follows:(1) Vein fractures in the deposit are classified into two groups, i.e., "Tatehi" group and "Yokohi" group. Fractures of the former in general trend NWW-SEE and steeply dip southward, while those of the latter are almost horizontal but in general gently dip northward. The two groups of fractures constitute a set of conjugate shears under the same stress field, principal stress axes of which being as follows; maximum compressional stress axis (σ1): S25°W30°, intermediate compressional stress axis (σ2): trending NWW-SEE and nearly horizontal, and minimum compressional stress axis (σ3): N30°E60° with angle of shear planes (2θ) of 80°.(2) Three mineralization stages are identified, i.e., wolframite-quartz stage, sulfide-quartz and cassiterite-quartz stage, and barren quartz stage with only pyrite, in chronological order.(3) At Nanabanhi Vein, the champion vein of the deposit, a vertical metal zoning is clearly observed, i.e., wolframite-rich zone, chalcopyrite-rich zone and cassiterite-rich zone in ascending order.(4) The localization of ore shoot appears to be structurally controled by some faults named as No.7 fault, No. 15 fault and W28 fault at-7 level, among which No.15 fault, being located in the central part of the deposit, is assumed to have acted as a channel feeder of ore fluid. All the faults were formed prior to the mineralizations and were probably in active during a certain period after the mineralizations as well.(5) It is suggested that the vein fracture systems were related in origin to the intrusion of a granitic magma. Namely, the uplifting of the southern geologic block with northwestward tilting at the stress field given by the granitic intrusion is considered to have been responsible for the reverse S-shaped regional structure of the area to have resulted the vein fracture systems observed.

初唐の宮廷写経25点の漢字字体を検討し,開成石経の顕著な規範性に 比して,相当の揺れがあることを報告し,開成石経の漢字字体と他の時代・ 地域の標準文献の漢字字体とを同列に扱うべきでないことを述べる。唐代字 様は,初唐標準から開成標準への移行を促したと見るべきであり,日本の古 辞書である『新撰字鏡』と『類聚名義抄』における唐代字様の受容状況を観 察し,漢字字体の年代性の相違が両者の字体記述の相違として反映している ことを指摘する。

本科研では、社会においては、個人の利益に解消されないが、集団的な利益や集合的な利益があるのではないか、そして、そうした集団的利益・集合的利益を保護するためには、どのような法制度を設計することが考えられるのかといった問題に取り組み、消費者法、環境法、知的財産法などの分野における具体的な問題について成果を公表してきた。これらを踏まえると、私法と公法という枠組みを超えて、法の実現に関わる私人の役割を考える必要があることが明らかとなった。

プロジェクト型学習は,学生主体のテーマ設定による演習形式の授業である.本稿では,プロジェクト型学習であるプロジェクト演習および卒業プロジェクトにおける学生成果物のうち,地域をテーマとしたディジタルコンテンツ制作について報告する.大学周辺の湘南地域をテーマとしたプロジェクト成果物を対象とし,表現手法によって成果物を分類した結果,動画,CG,Webコンテンツ,インタラクティブコンテンツなどが挙げられた.地域取材に基づく映像作品として,市民による祭りやイベントを取材したものが挙げられる.3DCGなどを用いた地域コンテンツでは,景観シミュレーションやARを用いたキャラクターデザインが見られた.Webによる地域紹介サイトも多く見られ,ゲーム性を持つものや廃墟や心霊スポットを対象としたものなどがある.ゲーム等のインタラクティブ作品も多く,スタイルとして完成されたルールを持つゲームであっても,地域情報を持たせることでプレイヤーはコンテンツに親しみを持つと考えられる.また,対象となるテーマに応じた独自のルールを持たせることで,地域固有の新しいコンテンツの可能性が見られた.

Immobilization of invertase on cross-linked polymers consisting of cellulose and polyethyleneimine (Cell-PEI) and the enzymic activity of immobilized invertase were investigated. Invertase was coupled with Cell-PEI by glutalaldehyde. The amount of invertase coupled was independent of reaction temperature and increased with an increase in invertase concentration. Neutral or weak basic conditions were favorable for the coupling reaction.The optimum pH of invertase activity was shifted to acidic side by the immobilization. The activity at the optimum pH was 26% of that of native invertase. The optimum temperature of invertase activity was little affected by the immobilization. The immobilized invertase was repeatedly used without the activity loss.

本研究の目的は, 健常者を対象にして歩行中および立位保持中に膝窩筋筋電図を導出し, その機能を明らかにすることであった。対象は健常男性10名であり, 課題動作は自然歩行および膝関節0度, 30度, 60度および90度屈曲位での立位保持であった。筋電図の導出にはワイヤー電極を使用し, 電気刺激を行うことにより電極が膝窩筋内に入っていることを確認した。各動作時に得られた筋電図は全波整流したのち移動平均処理を行い平滑化し, 最大等尺性下腿内旋運動時に得られた筋電図をもとに正規化した。歩行中の膝窩筋筋活動は, 立脚初期, 立脚後期および遊脚後期に強い活動を示した。特に立脚期9.3%時点では膝窩筋の筋活動は最も強く, 下腿最大内旋運動時の72.2±14.8%を示した。また, 立位保持中における膝窩筋の筋活動は膝関節屈曲角度の増加に伴い増加した。これらの結果から, 膝窩筋は, 歩行時には遊脚後期から立脚初期にかけては膝関節過伸展を防御し, 立脚後期から遊脚初期にかけては膝関節の屈曲運動に関与することが推察された。また, 立位保持時には脛骨の前方移動を防ぐように活動していると考えられた。

現在のオーディオ開発には、未だコンポーネント型オーディオ的なデザイン価値が強く残る。そのことがオーディ装置としての発展を阻害し、生活環境の変化、PCや携帯端末を使った音楽再生の大衆化との不均衡を生じさせた可能性も否定出来ない。本研究では一体型オーディオシステムの有意性を活かして、回路全体の効率化を図り、USB-DAC以降の増幅率の最適化・増幅回路間の適合によって、ボリューム部の排除と安定性の高い回路の実用化を図る。また各電子部品の選別やスピーカーユニットの支持方法の改善によって音響特性の改善を実施する。市場の要求からスピーカーユニットの特性に合致する十分な容量を満たす非直方体形状のエンクロージャーの採用は難しいが、本制作では音響的特性を優先した容量の確保と造形上の工夫を優先した。特にユーザーのライフスタイルへの適合を考慮した場合には、設置や配線が簡易なアンサンブル型オーディオが支持される傾向が見られた。「非直方体エンクロージャー」や「ハイブリッド型バッフル板」採用の音響上の利点も確認出来た。
