ウンシュウミカン、カボス、などの両親が明らかとなり、多くの日本在来カンキツは、キシュウミカン、ユズ、タチバナに起源していることが明らかとなった。キシュウミカンは中国江西省の「南豊蜜橘」に由来することが示された。タチバナは台湾に起源し、沖縄を経て本土に伝播したと考えられ、タチバナの沖縄系統はシークワーサーとの交雑によって生じたことが示唆された。田中長三郎のカンキツ標本を整理してデジタル入力を行い、検索機能も付加してアーカイブ化を行った。田中長三郎の自筆スケッチなどの資料を蒐集・整理してデジタル化を行うとともに、和歌山県橘本神社のカンキツ博物館「常世館」に展示し、広く一般に公開した。

【目的】自律神経機能については様々な測定方法があるが,近年簡易で無侵襲な電子瞳孔計での検査が自律神経機能検査として用いられつつある.我々が日常的に行う重い荷物を持ち続けたり,ひっぱる動作は息をこらえて行うことが多く,バルサルバ効果を伴い血圧上昇が懸念される.また,心を落ち着かせるためによく行われる深い呼吸は,迷走神経を経由して呼吸中枢に伝えられ,自律神経の影響を受けることが知られている.今回,電子瞳孔計を用いて息こらえ時および深い呼吸を継続した時の血圧,脈拍,瞳孔機能の状態を測定し,それぞれ安静時の状態と比較検討した.【対象】健常成人14名(男性7名,女性7名)で平均年齢は23~49歳(平均31.2歳±5.8).全員高血圧と診断されたことがなく,降圧薬の服用経験もない.【方法】測定は椅座位で十分に安静をとった後,机上で血圧と脈拍を測定した.瞳孔機能については電子瞳孔計(イリスコーダーデュアルC10641; 浜松ホトニクス)を用いて瞳孔径と縮瞳速度,散瞳速度を測定した.息こらえについては5分間の安静椅座位の後,1分以上出来るだけ長く息をこらえ,自己申告で限界10秒前を知らせ,各項目を測定した.深い呼吸については5分間の安静椅座位の後,過換気とならないようにゆっくり深く溜息をつくように閉眼で2分間呼吸するよう指示した.測定は1分を経過した時点で行った.統計学的検定方法についてはstudent-t-testを用いて,p<0.05を有意差ありと判定した.【説明と同意】対象者には事前に十分に説明し同意を得た.尚,本検討は和歌山県立医科大学倫理審査会により承認されている研究の一環として行った.【結果】収縮期血圧の平均値は安静時105±4.62mmHg,息こらえ時129±7.45 mmHg,深い呼吸時105±3.63 mmHgであった。安静時との比較ではそれぞれに差はみられなかった.拡張期血圧は安静時70.2±4.68mmHg,息こらえ時83.1±8.73 mmHg,深い呼吸時64.7±3.73 mmHgで,安静時と比較し息こらえ時は有意に上昇し深い呼吸時は有意に低下を認めた.脈拍は安静時73.4±4.17bpmだった.息こらえ時は73.4±7.45bpm,深い呼吸時は68.7±3.07bpmで安静時と比較し差はみられなかった.初期瞳孔径は安静時6.16±0.64mmであった.息こらえ時は6.41±1.01mm,深い呼吸時は6.30±0.66mmであり、安静時と比較し息こらえ時で有意に拡大していた.最小瞳孔径は安静時3.82±0.83mmであった.息こらえ時は4.19±0.81mm,深い呼吸時は3.71±0.92で安静時と比較し息こらえ時で有意に拡大していた.縮瞳速度は安静時4.68±0.57mm/sであった.息こらえ時は4.96±1.51mm/s,深い呼吸時は6.1±3.11mm/sで安静時と比較し差はみられなかった.散瞳速度は安静時2.26±0.56mm/sであった.息こらえ時は2.94±1.92mm/s,深い呼吸時は3.1±0.91mm/sで,安静時と比較し深い呼吸時は有意に早くなっていた.【考察】息む動作では血圧上昇を伴うことが多く,高血圧患者や未破裂動脈瘤保持者において禁忌とされる.今回,電子瞳孔計を用いた検査で息こらえは安静時に比較し,拡張期血圧上昇や初期瞳孔径および最小瞳孔径の増大を認めた.これらはバルサルバ効果による交感神経の刺激により血圧上昇と,瞳孔径が増大したためと考える.また,今回行った深い呼吸では安静時と比較し拡張期血圧は低下し,散瞳速度は有意に亢進した.深呼吸などの深い呼吸では,肺が拡張し伸展受容器が刺激され,迷走神経を介して吸気中枢に伝わりその働きが抑制される.今回の検査では迷走神経の影響を受けて血圧低下が起こり,その間縮瞳していた瞳孔が光刺激により散瞳したためと考える.【理学療法学研究としての意義】電子瞳孔計を用いた瞳孔機能測定は、急激な血圧上昇が禁忌とされる疾患を持つ患者へのADL指導や運動療法発展に有用であると考える.<BR><BR>

In July 10, 1751 or the fourth year of the Kan’en Period Kawai-Kageyuzaemon, the chief retainer of the Sakai family in the Himeji Domain, committed suicide after killing Inuzuka-Yūnai and Honda-Minbuzaemon at his home. This incident was recorded in Kiyō-ingo. There were originally three variants of the regional document which were further supplemented and revised into other editions. Chūshin-Kawai-jikki is another record of the incident made independently of Kiyō-ingo. This document must have been written by a local writer because of its rich references to the domain’s places, persons, and traditions. It represented Kawai as a person who cared for the local people so much that he came into collision with Inuzuka and Honda and couldn’t help solving it in such a tragic way. Both Kiyō-ingo and Chūshin-Kawai-jikki provide a glimpse into the way regional events were recorded and revised in early modern times.

The microbial contamination in the ventilation system and the indoor air quality were evaluated in the underground shopping mall, Sapporo. The energy consumption of the shopping mall was investigated for five years from 2010 to 2014. Airborne microbial contaminations in the shopping mall were measured during summer and winter on weekdays and weekend-days. Species of the airborne bacteria was identified by the 16S rDNA sequence analysis.

本研究では、渋味の分子機構解明に向け「味覚神経上ではTRPA1とTRPV1が緑茶カテキン(EGCG)を感じる渋味センサーであり、それらが活性化されることが渋味感覚を導いている。」という仮説を立て研究を進めた。結果、調製後時間経過し酸化したEGCGのみが、TRPA1、TRPV1、更に培養感覚神経を活性化すること、更に酸化EGCG溶液中のTheasinensin Aが、それらの活性化を引き起こす物質の一つであることを突き止めた。また、酸化EGCGへの各動物種のTRPチャネルの応答性の違いからキメラ解析を行い、両TRPチャネルとも6回膜貫通部位に酸化EGCG応答に重要な部位が存在することが判明した。

In this paper we propose a method to improve projection quality of projection robots that work in our daily environments. In previous work we have proposed a robot CAMPRO-RIS which can project from arbitrary place to a specified position and size without distortion. However, there is a problem that projection quality deteriorates as the distance from the robot to the position becomes larger or the angle becomes steeper. To overcome the problem we propose a planning method that considers the projection quality according to the specification of the projector and simultaneously avoids obstacles. By making use of the redundant degree of freedom of the CAMPRO-RIS, our method computes a potential function that navigates the robot to appropriate areas to project while keeping projection to the specified position. We have confirmed the validity of the proposed method based on the simulated experiments and real robot navigation and projection experiments.

[概要]1998年5月12日,西ジャカルタ市グロゴールにあるトゥリサクティ大学で,街頭での抗議運動から戻ってきた学生に向かって治安部隊が発砲し,4名の学生が死亡した。この事件は翌13日に発生したジャカルタ5月暴動や,21日のスハルト大統領の辞任につながったともいわれている。本資料は,トゥリサクティ大学の関係者によって事件の直後にまとめられた文献等を基に,この事件の詳細を紹介する。 [Abstract] On 12 May 1998, the anti-riot police and military shot live bullets at students who had just come back from the street rally to the campus of Trisakti University in Grogol, West Jakarta. The shooting resulted in the death of four undergraduate students. It is believed that this tragic incident caused both the May 1998 Riots in Jakarta between 13_14th May and the resignation of Soeharto on 21st. This material introduces the details of the Tragedy of Trisakti based mainly on literature compiled soon after the incident.

John Rawls' seminal work, <I>A Theory of Justice</I>, which was published in 1971 and has received widespread attention, brought a recovery of substantial moral philosophy to us. And subsequently began exciting debates over social and distributive justice. In my opinion, the three important issues brought about by this dispute are as below: 'Care vs. Justice', 'Plurality and Justice', and 'Evil and Justice'.<BR>My aim in this article is to examine Rawls' unique methodology, i.e. 'wide reflective equlibrium' and to investigate the first point ('Care vs. Justice').<BR>To this end, I confront firstly 'reflective equlibrium' with 'a new plan for post-war philosophy' (proposed by Shunsuke TSURUMI), secondly 'an ethic of care' (by Carol Gilligan)with 'self-motivated obligation' (by Satoru SAISHU), and lastly 'local justice' (by Jon Elster) with 'socializing nursing care within concrete relationships' and 'nursing care insurance system with a human face' (by Haruki MIYOSHI).<BR>In conclusion, I develop my motto, 'Don't make away and don't intrude' and argue for the integra-tion of care and justice again.

Confronting a host of difficult issues of widening disparities which emerge within domestic and international affairs, I attempt in this paper to flesh out the conception of a just and caring society by considering appropriate conditions for the taxation system thereof.<br>For this purpose I conjointly apply two methodologies: reflective equilibrium (Rawls) and &lsquo;dis-aggregation&rsquo; (attributed to Sen by Yoichi Mine). Firstly I examine three joint ideas bridging a gap between difference and equality in Rawlsian social justice; (1) fraternity, (2) reciprocity, and (3) democracy. Then I dig into Rawls' and Kant's theories of taxation in some detail and propose a way of reinterpreting the Rawlsian concerns with justice in terms of Sen's notion of capabilities. (In this regard Makoto Yuasa's Japanese translation of &lsquo;capability&rsquo; as &lsquo;tame&rsquo; is highly suggestive.) The classical ideal of fraternity proves in need of careful elaboration.

本研究では、赤ワインに含まれる様々なポリフェノール化合物のなかで、カテコールアミン神経系への作用を示すフラボノイド化合物について検討した。フラボノイド化合物であるシリマリン、ケンフェロール、ケルセチンは、ニコチン性アセチルコリン受容体、電位依存性Naチャネル、電位依存性Caチャネルのそれぞれ異なったイオンチャネルを阻害することによりカテコールアミン分泌を抑制することが示唆された。
