みなとみらい線は, 横浜駅(神奈川県横浜市)からみなとみらい21地区を通り, 元町・中華街までの全長4.1kmの地下鉄として平成16年2月1日に開通した.それぞれの駅は, 「21世紀型の駅」というコンセプトでデザインされている.新高島駅は「海」をモチーフに活気ある街の将来を, 予感させるデザインとし, 建設された5駅の中で最も深く, 地上1階地下5階, 延床面積14701.89m^2という規模である.プラットホーム階(地下5階)はスピード感ある水の流れを表現し, コンコース階(地下2階)は曲線的な水の流れを表現している.また, 道路横断施設階(地下1階)は水の中から見た水面を, 地上上屋は周囲をガラスとして水面を表現している(図1).

This study quantitatively examines the behavior of pedestrians moving close to a person with a trolley bag or baby stroller. The data will prove useful in estimating how much extra space needs to be allowed for those with such gear, for example in a railroad station or other transport facility. The experiment was conducted on a crowded street in a Tokyo business district during the morning commute. A male assistant hired for the experiment was asked to walk in three directions with respect to pedestrian flow in four conditions for a total of 12 experimental situations. The study revealed how large evasive space is required in each situation.

その主な周波数領域が1/3オクターブバンド400Hzから4kHzの胎内音を152名の新生児に聴かせ, その鎮静効果を観察した. そのうちの69名にABRを実施し胎内音の反応と比較した.その結果, 胎内音の鎮静効果とABRの反応とはよく一致した. 胎内音に反応の認められない高度難聴児2名が発見された.これらのことから, 本法は, 新生児聴覚スクリーニング検査として有用であるという確信を深めた.

HPLCによる食品中のコウジ酸の定量法を検討した. 食品中から50%メタノール溶液を用いてコウジ酸を抽出し, 遠心分離後, 上清液を0.45μmのメンブランフィルターでろ過し, ろ液をHPLC用試験溶液とした. カラムにはRP-18を用い, 移動相は0.1mol/Lリン酸二水素ナトリウム-メタノール (97:3) を用いて測定した. 試料からの添加回収率は73~96%であり, 定量下限は, 0.005g/kgであった. 本法を用いて各種食品92検体を分析したところ, カニ1検体から0.03g/kg, 清涼飲料水2検体から0.20及び0.03g/kgが検出された. コウジ酸の確認にはフォトダイオードアレイ検出器を用いて行った.

The accurate prediction of a ligand–protein complex structure is important for computer-assisted drug development. Although many docking methods have been developed over the last three decades, the success of binding structure prediction remains greatly limited. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the usefulness of molecular dynamics (MD) simulation in assessing a docking pose predicted using a docking program. If the predicted pose is not unstable in an aqueous environment, MD simulation equilibrates the system and removes the ligand from the predicted position. Here we investigated two proteins that are important potential therapeutic targets: β2 adrenergic receptor (β2AR) and PR-Set7. While β2AR is rigid and its ligands are very similar to the template ligand (carazolol), PR-Set7 is very flexible and its ligands vary greatly from the template ligand (histone H4 tail peptide). On an empirical basis, we usually expect that the docking prediction is accurate when the protein is rigid and its ligands are similar to the template ligand. The MD analyses in this study clearly suggested such a tendency. Furthermore, we discuss the possibility that the MD simulation can predict the binding pose of a ligand.

新生児期, 乳児期早期から経過観察しえた31例の脳性麻痺症例について, 筋緊張, 姿勢反応, 原始反射の月齢による推移について検討した.原始反射については正常小児から得られた結果と比較した.筋緊張は乳児期早期から半数以上の症例で異常を示した.Vojtaの提唱する7つの姿勢反応では多くの症例で乳児期早期から6つ以上の異常を示したが, 生後4~5カ月の時点で4~5の異常にとどまる症例もみられた.原始反射では, 痙直型脳性麻痺において, 交叉性伸展反射, 恥骨上伸展反射, 踵骨反射の各反射で長期残存の傾向, 足把握反射で早期消失の傾向がみられた.しかし, 一方では上述のいずれの評価法においても正常児と区別しえない反応が脳性麻痺児の少数例においてみられ, 脳性麻痺の早期診断のためには, 総合的評価と定期的フォローアップが不可欠と考えられた.

Static longitudinal stability of tailless airplane is evaluated theoretically with two methods. One is quasi (or modified)-strip method and the other is a lifting surface theory—DLM. Computation is made on the basis of available data of Northrop XB-35. The both methods agree each other only qualitatively; of course results of DLM should be much more reliable. Allowable limit of longitudinal CG position may be almost comparable with that of conventional airplanes. The airplane efficiency factor, e concerning with induced drag, is computed which is also satisfactory at least for cruising configuration.

A tailless aircraft is known as an airplane with the merit of little air drag since the tail and the fuselage, which connects the main wing with the tail plane, do not exist. It also has the demerit of instability in maneuvering in the longitudinal direction. Our team at Ritsumeikan University has been daring to participate in the birdman-rally with the tailless aircraft, but a good result has not yet been obtained. The purpose of this paper is to study and to develop the tailless aircraft for the birdman-rally by computational fluid dynamics. The data of the flight at the last rally were analyzed, and the problems and solutions were obtained.

インターネットを活用してイベントを支援し,参加者により充実したものを提供する取り組みは試行として様々な形で行われている.近年のコスプレイベントでは,参加者の中での既存のコミュニティと統合的な情報不足により,交流に関して閉鎖的な空間となりつつある.初対面の相手同士で,当日に確認できる情報は実際の外見の情報のみであり,交流を支援するような情報共有環境は構築されていない.本研究では,コスプレイベント活動支援環境COSUEの実現と評価を行った.イベント開催前にCOSUEに参加者情報を登録し,イベント開催前と開催中に個々の携帯電話から情報共有を実現する相互支援環境を構築した.初期実験では,参加者の当日のコスプレ作品,キャラクター,コンテンツの嗜好,楽しみ方のタイプの情報を提供する.その上でタイプが合う者同士をマッチングし,その情報の共有を行う.実際のコスプレイベントを想定した実験場面において,参加者に本システムを使用させ,その結果から評価を行った.初期実験では参加者のタイプを明確にし,その情報を活用する事で情報共有環境を実現した.交流履歴と参加者のタイプの相関は見られなかった.またイベントの特徴上,イベント中に携帯を確認しにくいため,サイネージなどを活用した情報共有基盤の必要背景を確認した.今後タイプの定義と情報の提供方法について検討する必要がある.

Nel 1894 a Londra Eleonora Duse lesse il Trionfo della Morte: evento fatale da cui cinque anni dopo sarebbe nata un' opera autobiografica Il Fuoco. In questo romanzo portremmo riconoscere facilmente le figure di amanti sotto i nomi di Stelio Effrena e della Foscarina. Allora ebbe luogo naturalmente uno scandalo, perche l' autore presento senza misura il ritratto ignudo della sua amante diallora.(Essi si sarebbero separati quatro anni dopo.)Ma in ogni modo noi tratteremo del Fuoco come di una pura finzione letteraria. Puo darsi che Il Fuoco non sia la migliore delle opere romanzesche dannunziane, ma per conoscere la sua letteratura questo romanzo ci offre una chiave molto favorevole; in esso, D' Annunzio presenta largamente le sue idee artistiche. Per esempio portremmo intendere per bocca di Stelio Effrena l' archetipo delle tragedie sopratutto dalla Figlia di Iorio alla Nave. I tre temi del Fuoco che si sviluppano intorno all' arte sono citta, donna e stagione. Specialmente nella prima parte, Venezia assolve il ruolo piu importante fruendo d' una sorta di personalita. Venezia non solo e una semplice scena di romanzo, ma anche un personaggio voluttuoso per cosi dire. Dal discorso che Stelio fa in occasione della festa dell' Epifania del Fuoco, si staglia la figura gloriosa di Venezia. Pero a favore della perfezione della bellezza veneziana, ci vuole una corrispondenza psichica con la stagione e la donna. E questa stagione non e altro che l' autunno, perche l' autunno e l' unico tempo in cui la citta puo trovare il suo proprio destino. Come l' autunno, prima del declino Venezia attingera al colmo della bellezza. Nello stesso modo la donna e la Foscarina, attrice che soffre la perdita della gioventu. Tuttavia Stelio non conosce ancora la citta ne la donna. Troveremo in Stelio una figura di un uomo impaziente di conquistare Venezia e la Foscarina. ln piu c' e un' altra persona, cantatrice che si gode la puberta splendida. Nel corso di tutto il romanzo. l' immagine di questa figlia penetrera fra gli amanti intorbidendo i loro cuori. Nella seconda parte il romanzo si svolge diviso tra arte e amore. Vi troviamo la Foscarina turbata dalla passione verso il poeta posseduto dalla ricerca della bellezza che si costituira sotto forma del dramma lirico sotto l'influenza delle tragedie greche e dell'arte wagneriana. Noi cerchiamo i ritratti tragici che si lacerano fra l' arte e l' amore.
