これまで、乳幼児の権利は限定的なものであり、子どもの権利条約成立過程においても、乳幼児の権利への言及は、保護に関わる事項が主であり、意見表明権は乳幼児を対象にしたものではなかった。国連子どもの権利委貝会による「一般的注釈第7号」「乳幼児期における子どもの権利の実施」は、乳幼児が子どもの権利条約に規定された全ての権利の保有者であることを明記している。同委員会が強調しているのは、乳幼児の感情さえも尊重に値する意見である、ということである。コルチャックもまた、乳幼児の「涙と微笑みの言語」に耳を傾け、尊重することを強く要求している。コルチャックの乳児・幼児の権利観は、子どもの権利条約の理念への認乱と理解を深めるものであると考える。Historically the rights of young children were limited. Even in the process of the enactment of Convention on the Rights of the Child. Most of the mentions in young children were about protection and the right to express one's views was not applied to young children. The "General Comments 0.7": "Implementing Childs Rights in Early Childhood" by the Committee on the Rights of the Child describe clearly that young children are holders of all rights enshrined in the Convention. The Committee underlined even feelings of young child are "views" deserving of our respects. Korczak also urgeed to listen and respect young children's "the speech of tears and smiles". In this thesis. I propose that his ideas of young children and their rights can lead us to gain an appreciation and understanding of the philosophy of Convention on the Rights of the Child.

ピアエデュケーションの特徴は、同世代の仲間意識の共感・支持による教育効果が高い点と、知識提供だけではなく個人の自信や自己評価を高めることを目標としている点にある。本学では、2004 年度より、大学生ピアエデュケーターの養成とともに、大学生による小学生への性教育活動を展開している。小学5 年次から6 年次にかけた2 年間の継続的な授業展開を通して、子どもたちへの質問紙や感想をもとに授業評価を行い、小学生へのピアアプローチの効果について明らかにした。その結果、(1)小学生と年齢差のある大学生とのコミュニケーションを重視した活動展開によって、両者の関係性を構築することができた。(2)複数の大学生が体験談を語るという共感的アプローチによって、授業内容の理解が促進された。(3)自己肯定感の向上を目的とした授業展開により「自分を好きだ」といえる子どもが増加した。以上のことより、小学生とのコミュニケーションを重視したプログラムと、年齢差のある対象者に対しても、関係性を重視したピアアプローチによる効果的な性教育が可能であることが示された。

イギリスの小学校で,いじめ問題を無くそうとしてるめられたのが,仲間同士の支え合い,すなわちピア・サポート活動である。名称はピア・カウンセリングであったり,ピア・ヘルピングであったりと,未だ定まってはいないが,今や諸外国でこの活動が教育の中に取り入れられ,その効果も既に立証されている。日本においても数年前に,ある中学校に取り入れられ,現在盛んに教育者の間で学習され活用され始められている。筆者は大学生の健康問題に取り組むうちに,大学生同士が,正しい知識を持ち,お互いに支え合うことの大切さを実感した。カナダでの研修を元に,今年度より本学の学生に,ピア・サポーター養成プログラムの実践を開始した。開始後4ヶ月間の成果については,既に報告済みである。今回は,その後の実践の成果とそれに対する考察をまとめ,今後の活動の基礎とするものである。今回のプログラムの中心テーマは,「ピア・サポーターの自己効力アップトレーニング」と,「健康生活についての学習会下である。It was peer support activity that was initiated by a British primary school to solve a problem of bullying. The activity is also sometimes called peer councelling or peer helping. While the naming is not yet established, this activity is now incorporated into education in many countries and has proved its effectiveness. In Japan, the activity was started by a junior high school several years ago, and now many more teachers have been keen on taking it into practice. Facing health problems among university student, the auther realizes the importance that students themselves need to gain correct knowledge and to support each other. Based on studies in Canada, the author started the peer supporter training program for our students this year. A report of the purogram for a period of the four months since beginning was already reported. This report summarizes a result after the earlier report and consideration on the result, leading to further studies. The main themes of the program are "training to enhance self efficacy as a peer supporter" and "study meeting about health life".

A new simple model of porphyrin ring current effect was proposed based on a line current approximation. It can reproduce the porphyrin-induced shifts for several Sn(IV)(tpp) and Sn(IV)(oep) dicarboxylate complexes quite satisfactorily. Perpendicular arrangement of the aromatic rings in the diaromatic-carboxylate complexes of Sn(IV)(tpp) and Sn(IV)(oep) was clarified with this porphyrin ring current effect model. There are two structures, exo and endo, in solution in dinaphthalene-1- and 2- carboxylate complexes of Sn(IV)(tpp) and Sn(IV)(oep). The exo conformer is in dynamic equilibrium with the endo form in solution. Thermodynamic data of these conformational equilibria are given.

Terson's syndrome (TS) is a vitreous hemorrhage that develops in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) most frequently due to ruptured aneurysm. The reported incidence of TS has varied between 1.4 and 16.7%. Of 36 consecutive SAH patients that we treated, TS was diagnosed in 12 patients (33%). The reason that the incidence of TS in our patients series was much higher than previously reported was due to the use of a mydriatic agent to accurately diagnose TS and the examination of all 36 consecutive patients, including those with a high Hunt and Kosnik grade. In our study, the incidence of TS was significantly greater among patients with a higher grade of SAH according to a H & K classification, as noted in past reports (P-value=0.0047<0.05). Additionally, the incidence of TS was greater in patients with a higher SAH grade according to the classification proposed by Fisher (P-value=0.088>0.05). In this connection, we speculated that the mechanism of TS was the reflux of an abundance of blood drained into the orbital cavity via the Virchow-Robin space. Long-term retention of blood in the vitreous body may cause cell damage and delay the start of rehabilitation. Therefore, early treatment is preferable.

We introduce the equotip hardness tester and present the relations between the Equotip rebound value (L-value) and the unconfined compressive strength (UCS) for intact rock samples. Based on existing data and the results of our laboratory tests, an equation is derived connecting UCS (MPa) and L-value obtained from single impacts, L_s, and porosity, n (%), using multiple linear regression analysis: it is found that UCS = 0.079 e^<-0.039n> L_s^<1.15>

近年,計測技術の向上などを背景として,人と人がいつ,どのくらいの長さだけ相互作用するか,という「テンポラル・ネットワーク」のデータが急速に蓄積されつつある.また,類似のデータは人の社会行動以外の文脈でも記録されるようになってきている.しかしながら,その解析手法の開発はまだ十分でない.本発表では,テンポラル・ネットワークとそのいくつかの解析手法を紹介し,課題,今後の展望などについて述べる.

近年、ソーシャルネットワーキングサービス (SNS) の中でも、Twitter は特に注目を集めている。我々は、Twitter のリアルタイム性の高さに着目し、Twitter に投稿されたメッセージの中から、文化祭を楽しむ上で有効な情報のみを抽出し、ユーザに提供するサーバを構築した。2010年度秋に行われた文化祭においてつぶやきを抽出して、出店、イベント内容で分類し、人気の単語と統計情報などを提供した。本発表ではこの結果を受けて、リアルタイム情報の収集と文化祭に有効な情報の提供において Twitter を使用することの有効性を考察する。
