電子レンジのグリル機能ではグリル皿に貼付したフェライトをマイクロ波により加熱することで食品を下面から焼くが,そのフェライトに生じる定在波による食品の焼成ムラが懸念される.本研究では,1/4波長共振器を用いてフェライト内部の磁界分布を均一化する手法について電磁界解析により検討した.

This paper intends to clarify block formation and house types of Fort Cochin, India, while highlighting their transformation process. The research project on which this paper is based was launched under the title 'Field Research on Origin, Transformation, Conversion and Conservation of Urban Space of Colonial Cities', the major targets of which are Dutch colonial cities. To compare colonial cities all over the world, in terms of spatial formation and transformation, is the ambitious objective of this project. In Cochin, Dutch developed the form of town houses, for high-density living. The purpose of this project is to elucidate the Dutch way of construction of houses in their colonial cities. Dutch occupied many strongholds, which once belonged to Portuguese at early colonial period. They remodeled them and established new forts and cities. Fort Cochin is a good example of these reconstructions. This paper clarifies the spatial organization of Fort Cochin, by analyzing distribution pattern of its facilities, based on field surveys. Consequently, this paper focuses on residential typology of Fort Cochin identified according to their physical features and planning parameters. Finally, the transformation of these residential types processes are highlighted.

公的介護制度における自己負担率については,わが国でも近年度々見直しの対象となる等,その政策的な重要性が増している一方,先行研究が限られており,自己負担の効果については未だ明らかになっているとは言い難い状況である。そこで本稿では,公的介護制度における自己負担率が,サービス利用や利用者の健康状態に与える効果について,先行研究のサーベイを行った。公的介護制度が整備されているフランス,オランダ,韓国,日本の先行研究の分析結果をまとめたところ,概ね自己負担の増加(減少)によってサービス利用が減少(増加)するという結果は一致しており,また,自己負担の変化が利用者の健康状態には有意な効果を与えていないことも,複数の研究で指摘されていることが分かった。他方,自己負担の変化に対する価格弾力性は,国・地域・制度・時期・サービス種別・利用者の属性等によって異なっていることも明らかになった。とりわけ,日本の介護保険において2015 年8 月に導入された2 割負担の効果は,諸外国の先行研究や,医療分野の先行研究と比べても極めて小さかったと考えられるが,今後の研究では,このように国によって,あるいは医療と介護の間で,自己負担の効果が異なるメカニズムについて,解明 していくことが重要な課題である。

本研究は、平安・鎌倉時代の訓点資料を中心とした、一次資料を利用することにより、日本語の音節構造の歴史を明らかにしようとするものである。研究代表者は、開拗音・合拗音、二重母音・長母音、撥音・促音、清音・濁音のそれぞれについて、従来の学説とはかなり異なる見解を提出してきたが、本研究においては、それらを補強あるいは修正するための具体的なデータを収集した。この成果は『日本語音節構造史の研究』として、2018年度中に刊行予定である。

【目的】両側人工股関節全置換術後(以下THA)より不良姿勢を呈した症例に対し,姿勢修正のために腰椎と骨盤の分離および連動運動の観点から2週間運動療法を実施するも著変みられなかったため,身体イメージを修正する介入を実施したところ,静的姿勢に変化を及ぼしたので報告する。【症例提示】80代女性。2014年5月左 THA施行,同年8月右THA施行し,当院に9月下旬より入院し運動療法を施した。現在,歩行器歩行監視レベル。ROMは股関節屈曲,伸展,内転,外旋に著明な制限あり。背臥位では骨盤前傾,腰椎前弯位(ベッド面より2横指),立位では過度な骨盤前傾,腰椎前弯位(壁より3横指)を認め,中間位への矯正を指示すると腰椎前弯を助長する結果を招いた。そこで,身体イメージに崩れが生じていると仮説し,症例が描いている身体イメージを明確にするため,紙面上に立位の絵を描写させた結果,腰椎を最凸部にした円背姿勢を描いた。次に,セラピストが描いた腰椎前弯と中間及び後弯位の立位との比較を行った結果,後弯位が自身の立位と答えた為,身体イメージを修正する介入を実施した。【経過と考察】介入開始時,「お尻が出て猫背です。」と実際の姿勢と差がみられたため,視覚と体性感覚情報を用いた介入を行い,視覚情報では,腰椎前弯と中間及び後弯位を図示して,その差を言語表象させた。さらに端座位で各肢位を実演し,矢状・前額面から腰椎と骨盤との位置関係を言語表象させた。体性感覚情報では,背臥位,立位にて腰椎部にスポンジで圧刺激を行い同部位へ体性感覚情報に対する注意を増大させた後に,再度自動運動にて各肢位を再現させた。その結果,背臥位で腰椎・骨盤中間位(ベッド面と接し),立位で骨盤前弯位が減少(壁より1横指)した。本人も,「腰が以前みたいに前に反っているのではなく,しっかり背中がついている。」と改善を表す言語表象がみられた。今回,高齢の両側THA患者の静的な不良姿勢を身体イメージの修正により改善できたことを確認した。

In viewing contents that do not require user’s active involvement, such as sports games and music concerts, the video and audio are often viewed from third-person view instead of a first-person view. However, this type of viewing experience explicitly divides the viewer and player into the viewer and the viewed. Therefore, the authors have developed a new type of experience that generates a different type of empathy: “Becoming-player sports viewing,” in which the player’s movements can be perceived as viewers’. This experience uses a third-person video, but also uses the viewer’s own movements and tactile vibrations presented to multiple bodily parts, allowing the viewer to feel a sense of becoming a player in the video. In this paper, we report on the actual implementation of “Becoming-player sports viewing,” and experiments that demonstrate the principle of it.

The author studied on the various basic methods to measure the difference of biaural pitches by using 35 healthy subjects. These methods were clinically applied to 1) 32 cases of Menieres disease 2) 10 cases of nerve deafness 3) 10 cases of conductive deafness, and following results were obtained.Of 32 cases of Menieres disease. 15 were fresh cases 17 were obsolete cases. 12 of 15 fresh cases and 2 of 17 obsolete cases revealed Pathological Diplacusis (Diplacusis index is over ±2%), In 15 cases of Pathological Diplacusis 12 cases showed higher pitch on diseased ear than on healthy side, and 3 cases showed the reverse. The former group has greater difference of the pitch of both ears.The audiogram of Pathological Diplacusis cases revealed reversible hearing loss of low frequency in most cases and closed relationship to Recruitment was seen. However, there noted no parallel relationship with Pitch Difference Limen.Therefore, above mentioned phenomenon is considered to be explained by disturbance of the sense of hearing due to Endolymphatic Hydrops. This phenomenon was not comfirmed at any other types of hard of hearing.
