In a modern society, there are various kinds of diseases directly related to human life style due to unbalance of the autonomic nervous system, because some emotion of anxiety, sorrow and fear caused by uncomfortable stresses is increasing in human life. Generally, such life style-related disease are took place by domination of sympathetic nervous system in everyday life. Thus, it will be needed to induce or activate the parasympathetic nervous system to suppress the body condition under the domination of sympathetic nervous system leading to a worse function of alimentary canal such as constipation or diarrhea. This actually means the decline of our eating habit. From this viewpoint, I have long been involved in the study on seeking the significant methods to get a well-balanced life style including exercise, functional food or music. Particularly, since music therapy is well known to reduce unpleasant stresses and anxiety, I have focused on finding out the effective music to suppress the sympathetic nervous system or to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Here, I would like to mention the effectiveness of music therapy using a Mozart music in recovering from a lot of disorders (Mibyou) caused by the ascendancy of sympathetic nervous system over parasympathetic nervous system. Results clearly showed that Mozart music is greatly useful in improving the various diseases caused by unbalance in autonomic nervous system including the disorders of digestive organs. Accordingly, music therapy with a Mozart music can be introduced as an easy tool to overcome the diseases associated with our life style, leading to a better and satisfactory eating habit.

ジャガイモ (品種メイクイン薯) を用いて, 高い生存率と分裂活性をもつ葉肉プロトプラストを無菌茎葉培養より単離・培養する方法を開発した。単離したプロトプラストは適当な培地で暗所25℃に培養すると, 48時間以内に細胞壁を再生し, 72~96時間後にDNA合成を開始した。その後, 細胞分裂を開始しカルスを形成した。細胞分裂の開始誘導には0.5mg/lのNAAと1.0mg/lのゼアチンが最も効果的であった。形成したカルスを0.1mg/lIAAと1.0mg/lのゼアチンを含む適当な培地に照度4,000lux, 20℃で培養すると茎葉分化が認められた。

機能未知の遺伝子C9orf72のイントロンへのリピートの挿入変異は、進行性神経変性疾患である筋萎縮性側索硬化症ALSと前頭側頭型認知症FTDの最大の原因である。この変異は異常mRNAを発現させ、mRNAが核内で凝集し(RNA foci)細胞毒性を示す。それゆえRNA fociの除去を目的とした治療法が求められるが、オートファジーは細胞質に存在する基質を分解するため、核内の凝集体は分解できない。そこで申請者は、ALS/FTDの治療法の開発を目的として、核内のRNA fociをオートファジーにより分解させる方法の樹立をめざす。

Approximately a million Koreans reside in the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Yanbian, China. Based primarily on the observation made in the capital city Yanji (of Yanbian), I attempt to describe the local Korean accent system synchronically, and clarify the following points at issue in this paper. 1. Yanbian Korean is a pitch-accent language. The total number of phonological accent patterns for any noun of n syllables is equal to n+1, but the number of phonetic pitch patterns for any noun of n syllables is equal to n, for phonologically unaccented pattern ○ ...○○ and rightmost accented pattern ○...○○ are realized as the same phonetic pitch pattern as L...LH. 2. The rightmost accented pattern ○...○○ is the default one in Yanbian Korean. 3. The accent of the compound noun is predominated by the rightmost elements. That is to say, only the accent of rightmost element is maintained, while those of all the others are deleted. 4. What is possible to say is that the accents of simple word and compound noun are predominated by the same accent law.

This paper describes some of the typical pitch accent systems found in Korean dialects and discusses various tonal or accentual phenomena that are important for a deeper understanding of each of the pitch systems. Typological comparisons with the pitch accent systems of Japanese are also made. The author also gives a provisional classification of all the Korean pitch accent systems so far reported, including non-distinctive ones, based on several synchronic criteria.

本論は、2020年東京オリンピック・パラリンピック開催を契機として新自由主義的な国策と都市形成が結びつきヘゲモニーを構築するあり方を、東京大会招致から決定後の諸言説・表象を素材として分析し批判するものである。本論はまず、「今、ニッポンにはこの夢の力が必要だ。」という招致スローガン及びポスターを記号論的に分析する。そこでは領土的な意味合いを視覚的に連想させる「日本」ではなく音声化された「ニッポン」という記号が用いられることによって情緒的なナショナリズムが喚起されると同時に、東京という個別的な都市が「ニッポン」に置き換えられることによって、個別の利益が全体の利益を代表=表象するというヘゲモニー構造が自然化される。本論は次に、東京大会開催決定後のエコノミストや都市政策専門家の新自由主義的言説の中で2020年東京大会がグローバル・シティとしての東京の都市開発戦略にどのように奪用されているかを分析する。そこではオリンピック開催を契機とした都市開発をめぐるユーフォリアがたきつけられながら、アベノミクスの経済政策と東京一極集中化が肯定されていく。だがそうした都市開発や経済政策の受益者は階級的に選択されたものとなる。本論は最後に、そこで語られるオリンピック・パラリンピック開催の「夢の力」が、現実にはどのような結果を導きうるのかを2012年ロンドン大会の事例を参照しながら批判的に捉えていく。レガシー公約とは反対に、ロンドン大会が生み出した都市のジェントリフィケーションは貧困層を圧迫し、またスポーツ普及は全体として進まず、参加者の階級的格差が広がっている。「夢の力」を当然のように期待し、それが良きものだと前提することは、オリンピック・パラリンピックというスポーツ文化を奪用しようとする限られた一部の特権的な受益者を批判する視点を失うことになる。

はじめに レビー小体病(Lewy body disease;LBD)はパーキンソン病(Parkinson's disease;PD),レビー小体型認知症(dementia with Lewy body disease;DLB),パーキンソン病認知症(dementia with PD;PDD),レビー小体嚥下障害(Lewy body dysphagia)を総括した臨床概念で,剖検によって偶然にレビー小体関連病理が発見されたものは偶発レビー小体病(incidental Lewy body disease;iLBD)と呼ばれる。これに加え,運動症状や認知症のない精神症状群,すなわちisolated psychosis(孤立性精神病)は1998年にLennox13)によってpure psychiatric presentation(純粋精神症状:PPP)と呼ばれた。つまりPPPは機能性精神病のように経過するLBDと考えられる。 このPPPは新しく定義された臨床事実でも臨床概念でもない。うつ病で経過した患者にパーキンソン症状が加わり,PDのうつ病であったと分かることは珍しいことではない。LBDでは幻視,意識変動,うつ病,せん妄,レム睡眠行動異常,妄想性誤認,幻聴など精神症状または非運動症状が多く,これらの症状と運動症状が下位疾患ごとに重なり合っているために21),精神症状からLBD下位疾患を診断することは難しい。このためにLBDでPPPの疾患概念が使われることはなかった。PDと認知症については1年ルールがあるが,認知症以外の症状についてはこのような取り決めはない。LBDは精神症状が多様で豊富な神経疾患であり精神症状からの診断が難しいが,心筋meta-iodobenzylguanidine(MIBG)検査やドパミントランスポーターのスキャンなど診断マーカーが近年進歩を遂げ,運動症状や認知症のないLBD,すなわちPPP,を診断できるようになったので,自験例を集めて検討した。

京都御所周辺は, 明治維新のころまでは多くの公家の住む屋敷町であったが, 明治2年の東京遷都ののちは, 公家は東京に移りあるいは他に転出して, 一部の建物は取りこわされて空地となり, やがて土地建物の所有も一般民間人の手に移っていった. 一方その邸宅跡には学校や裁判所が設けられ, 御所で博覧会が開かれるなど御所周辺は変貌した.明治10年 (1877) 2月, その対策として, 明治天皇の御沙汰書が出され, 大内保存事業が始まった. これは, 御所をながく保存するための前提として, 周辺の民有地を買収するとともに建物を撤去し, 御所への火災延焼のおそれをなくしようとするものであって, そのために明治10年から21年まで毎年4000円を支出すること, またその事業を京都府に委任するというものであった.京都府は大内保存掛を置いて鋭意事業を推進し, 幾多の曲折を経て, 明治13年 (1880) に当初予定された構想にさらに追加工事を加えたもののほとんどすべてを実現した. このようにして初期の御苑は成立したのである. すなわち, 民有地を買収し, 建物を撤去し, 周囲に石積土塁を設けて境界とし, 奥まったところにあった門を土塁の線に移設し, 道路を設け, 御所周囲, 主要道路, 石積土塁上等の植樹その他雑工事を行なったのである. 予定では21年までとなっていたが, 保存費の繰上げ交付によって促進され, 期間は短縮された. またそれに要した経費は少くも45000円であった.御所そのものの維持管理は, この事業とは別に宮内省において京都府が協力して行なわれていたので, 大内保存事業はもっぱら間接に御所を保存するために行なわれたものである. これを今日的に言えば, 御所を文化財としてながく守るための環境整傭事業であった.この事業の着想が正しかったということは, その後, 100年の御苑の歴史が実証している. この大内保存事業すなわち御苑造成事業は, 明治初期において, 御所を文化財として保存するために行なわれ, しかも成功した大規模な造園事業として評価されるべきものと考える.

This report presented a database of shear properties of nail and screw while they are driven on sheets to timber frames. Based on our experiments varying with the thickness of sheathing materials and type of nail and screw classified as 86 types, the database table has shown stiffness, equivalent shear strength and ultimate displacement which are evaluated with method of allowable stress design for conventional post and beam structures by Japan Housing & Wood Technology Center.
