Development of the stereocontrolled carbon-carbon bond formation is one of the most important tasks in synthetic organic chemistry. We have reported that a zincated hydrazone, which is a synthetic equivalent and an isoelectronic compound of a metal enolate, reacts with various vinyl metal compounds such as vinyl silane, vinyl stannane, and vinylmagnesium halide to form a new functionalized organometallics bearing two metals at the same carbon. We recently found that a vinyl boronate can also serve as the carbometalation acceptor and shows high reactivity toward organozinc reagents. Here we report an alkenyl boronate, which possesses a variety of substituent at the &beta;-carbon to boron, undergoes the addition of a zincated hydrazone in high yields with high diastereoselectivity. The zincated hydrazone derived from 2-methyl-3-pentanone hydrazone, thus, reacted with <I>trans-</i>hexenyl boronate to give a product in 92% yield with high diastereoselectivity (d.r. > 99:1). On the other hand, the reaction to the corresponding <I>cis-</i>isomer gave another diastereomer with a diastereoselectivity of 16:84, showing high stereospecificity of the carbozincation process.

農村移住者を対象に聞き取り調査を行い,移住者属性と余暇活動の関係を調べた。その結果,移住者の属性は定年退職タイプ,子育てタイプ,自然環境タイプ,その他のタイプに分類された。また,余暇活動は農村的余暇活動,準農村的余暇活動,都市的余暇活動に分類された。定年退職タイプの男性は主に農村的余暇活動を行っていたが,女性には準農村的余暇活動を通じて農村に溶け込む者がいた。子育てタイプは充分な余暇時間を持っているものは少なかった。自然環境タイプは多様な余暇活動を行っており,また,準農村的余暇活動によって農村住民と交流していた。その他のタイプには農村に魅力を感じていない移住者もおり,主に村外で余暇をすごしていた。

本研究の目的は,文献から沖縄県離島・へき地の共同店が果たしてきた機能について明らかにし,共同店の機能を活かした未来の地域包括ケアシステム構築への応用可能性を考察することであった。 "共同店"などをキーワードに文献検索を実施。研究論文はCiNii,医中誌web版等,新聞・雑誌は沖縄タイムス・琉球新報のデータベース,MAGAZIN PLUS,沖縄県の市町村・字区誌,沖縄関連本は沖縄県立図書館データベースから検索した。文献から共同店が果たしてきた機能が記述されている内容を原文として抜き出し,カテゴリー化を図った。地域の中心に存在する共同店は,高齢者や住民同士・多世代間の「互助」を基盤に,小規模を活かした【多様な交流】が図りやすく,【柔軟な資金運用】や【地域資源の循環】の多機能を発揮しやすい環境にあった。また,日常・非日常の暮らしに必要な【生活情報の交換と発信】や【文化継承】の地域密着の機能を備えていた。さらに,【日常生活支援】に加えて,高齢者の生きがいづくりなどの【高齢者の介護予防】にまで広げ,「自助」を活性化させる可能性を秘めている。したがって,離島・へき地においては,共同店が果たしてきた小規模多機能地域密着型と自助・互助を基盤と捉え,これらの機能を活性化させることにより,地域包括ケアシステム構築への応用可能性はあると考える。

<p>There are three types of offshore drilling rigs: Drillship, Semi-submersible, Jack-up rig.</p><p>As the generation of rig progressed, the operating water depth had deepened and consequently the ability of drilling equipment, redundancy and on-board capacity, had been enhanced.</p><p>The technological evolution of drilling rig made the hull and drilling equipment greater in size, which enabled deeper operation and that also led to considerable improvement in performance of major drilling equipment.</p><p>Looking back the progress of element technology in the past, we'll look into the latest specifications as of now and predict the rig of the future.</p>

The efficacy of epidermal growth factor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) in lung squamous cell carcinoma is said to be low. Thus far, only four cases of osimertinib in lung squamous cell carcinoma have been published. We experienced a case of EGFR mutant lung squamous cell carcinoma in which fifth-line treatment with osimertinib was effective after T790M EGFR mutation turned positive. Osimertinib was resumed after sixth-line chemotherapy was ineffective, showing efficacy again. Osimertinib may be a promising treatment option for EGFR mutant lung squamous cell carcinoma. This is the first report to show its effect in a case of rechallenge after intervening chemotherapy. It may therefore be important to evaluate EGFR in never-smoker lung squamous cell carcinoma patients.

最近,自動車の自動運転に関する関心が急速に高まってきている.まずは自動運転に対する世の中の期待を紹介する.現在の道路交通条約および自動運転システムのレベル定義を説明した後,自動運転技術の実用化に向けた国際基準調和活動を概説する.その後,自動運転を実現するための主要な技術への取り組みを紹介し,最後に,自動運転実用化に向けた今後の展望を述べる.

鉄道の廃線敷は、土地利用の転換・活用が難しく、特に地方部で有効に活用されている事例は少ない。しかし、一部では観光施設として有効活用されている事例もある。本研究では、国内3事例、海外1事例について、誕生の背景や施設の保有・運営形態、採算性等をヒアリング調査した。その結果、鉄道時代を上回る集客力を有し、一定の収支を確保している事例が確認でき、廃線敷を活用した施設が新たな観光資源として都市と地域の交流を生む可能性を秘めていることが明らかとなった。

This paper transcribes a lecture by Mr. Tsuchiya Toshio. former television producer and CEO of LIFE VIDEO Co. Ltd. Tsuchiya has produced comedies by utilizing documentary techniques in various Television varietyshows. Mr. Tsuchiya has also launched LIFE VIDEO Co. Ltd. in recent years, wherein he captures the lives of ordinary people. Mr. Tsuchiya has been a pioneer in the new field of "documentary variety" and is currently working on an oral history of ordinary people. This paper aims to introduce Mr. Tsuchiya and to present his experiences of interviewing people for their oral histories. The findings will aid researchers of oral history and students who wish to conduct interviews in the future.

Influence of solvent and surface functional groups of adsorbents on the adsorption of dissolved aromatics onto activated carbons was examined using batch experiments at room temperature. Phenol and nitrobenzene were employed as aromatics adsorbates, water and hexane were used as solvents, and oxidized and out-gassed activated carbons were prepared as adsorbents. The oxidation of adsorbent was carried out by warming the carbon in nitric acid to introduce oxygen functional groups, and the out-gassed carbon was obtained by heating the oxidized carbon at 1273 K in helium flow to make oxygen free surface without altering the textural structure. Comparing the adsorption isotherms, the out-gassed activated carbon exhibited higher adsorption capacity than the oxidized counterpart in the aqueous solution, whereas the opposite results were obtained in case of the hexane solution. Though significant decrease in adsorption amount of nitrobenzene was observed switching from aqueous to hexane solution, it was not observed in the phenol adsorption. Based on the experimental results, not only adsorbate-adsorbent interaction but also adsorbent-solvent and adsorbate-solvent interactions were found to play important roles for the aromatics adsorption onto the activated carbons.

横浜公園造成案として, 明治5年, 6年, 7年の各年に神奈川県の手で作成された「費用調書」が現存する。このうち, 明治5年, 6年の二つには, 詳細な植栽案が付されている。これに従って公園の植栽が行なわれはしなかったが, 公園造成に対する明治初年当時の関係者の姿勢をうかがうことができる貴重な資料であると言うことができる。どのような知識をもった人びとが, 当時この植栽案作成にかかわったのか。その人びとのいだいた公園観は, どのようなものか。それらを考察するため, この植栽案を, 費用, 植物数, 植物名などから検討した。その結果, 植栽案は神奈川県名で作成されているが, 実際の植物の選釈には園芸・植木業にたずさわる者がかかわったことが推察できる。また, 最初日本側当事者の強くいだいた公園イメージは, 花木と草花が豊かに植えられた花壇と芝生で構成される庭であったと思われる。そこにみられるのは, 欧米に生まれた公園が, 独自の築庭術と高度な園芸を有する風土に移しうえられたようとした時の, 最初の公園理解であろう。資料として, 三つの「費用調書」および植栽案全文を掲げ, 特に植物名には, 現在の植物略称, 学名等を判明するかぎり書き添え, 注を付した。

顔面運動においてMotor Impersistence(MI)が認められる患者では,車椅子駆動のような複合的な動作に関して,健側上下肢いずれかの肢における連続動作や上下肢の同時動作においても障害が認められる。この病態をより要素的に分析する目的で,手足の等尺性運動の維持能力を検討した。MI陽性左片麻痺群(6例)と対照群であるMI陰性右・左片麻痺群(各7例)の3群について,指腹つまみ単一動作,踏みつけ単一動作,指腹つまみと踏みつけの同時動作,の3種類の動作を各20秒間行わせ,圧力とその変動および保持時間を調べ各群を比較検討した。その結果,顔面運動でみられるような動作の中断はみられなかったが,上肢ではMI陽性左片麻痺群の圧力が他の群に比べ,時間の経過とともに有意に減衰していた。このことは,顔面と上肢および下肢の運動制御の水準の段階的な差を反映しており,より意図的な努力を要する動作において,定常的な運動の維持が困難になるものと考えられる。
