アベノミクスの金融政策によりわが国はデフレを脱却しつつあり、物価は徐々に上昇し、円高と呼ばれる状況はなくなった。デフレの原因については様々な論争があるがインフレ目標を設定した大胆な金融緩和政策が物価の上昇と雇用情勢、企業利益等に効果があった点からはデフレは短期的にも基本的には貨幣的現象であるが、賃金が上がりにくく、インフレ目標が未達の点からは金融市場と労働市場等の制度的問題と言える。労働市場が流動性の高い市場に変化すれば賃金は上昇しやすくなるが、かつての日本的経営を支えた株式持合いの解消、株主の声の復活を踏まえて、新しい企業経営、雇用制度、公的保障等の総合的な見直しと再構築が求められている。

The following parameters were studied before and after acute occlusion of the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery in 17 dogs: bradykinin (BK) in the coronary sinus blood, heart rate (HR), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), left ventricular max dp/dt (LV max dp/dt), and an index of myocardial contractility (LV max dp/dt/IP).<br>BK levels increased, reaching a maximum of 30&plusmn;13ng/ml 2 min after coronary ligation, accompanied by a significant elevation of LVEDP, and lowering of the myocardial contractility index. HR and LV max dp/dt showed no significant changes. A positive correlation obtained between the level of BK and LVEDP, as well as a negative correlation be-tween the level of BK and of both LVSP and myocardial contractility in-dex. Pretreatment with aprotinine (Trasylol), an inhibitor of kinin forming enzyme, prevented the increase in both BK and LVEDP after coronary artery ligation and caused an elevation of myocardial contractility index. These results suggest that BK formed within ischemic myocardium exerts a negative inotropic action on the heart.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relations between conflicts with the hearing world and deaf identity in college students with hearing impairments. First, 48 college students with hearing impairments were asked to describe conflicts with the hearing world in order to collect questionnaire items. Second, a questionnaire regarding conflicts with the hearing world and deaf identity was administered to 141 college students with hearing impairments. Third, a scale of conflicts with the hearing world and deaf identity scale was constructed. Conflicts with the hearing world were divided into 5 factors: “Nonacceptance of disability”,“Lack of confidence”,“Feeling of alienation”,“Separation from the hearing”,“Conflicts with parents”; and the deaf identity was divided into 3 factors: “Deaf person identity”,“Hearing person identity”,“Integrated identity”. Fourth, relations between conflicts with the hearing world and deaf identity were examined. Multiple regression analyses showed that an integrated identity was the most desirable one.

それは子供の頃のことである.降りたての真白い雪を食べてみたくてしかたがなかった.一と握りの雪をみつめていると, あわてるように母が寄ってきて「雪の中には虫がいるから食べてはいけないよ」と云った.母は, かなり怖ろしい語気で虫のいる訳を話しつづけたようだったが, 話の内容はおぼいていない.真白い雪.こんなきれいの雪の中に虫なんかおるものか, 雪山へ登って水がほしいときなどには雪をすくって食べる.そのたび毎に「虫なんかいない」と心の中で, 母に言訳をしながら食べている.-これは大人になった今でもそうである.

The relation between the subjective evaluation of "iyashi" and the characteristic parameters of the stimulus portraits is analyzed using the approach of quality engineering.20 portraits taken from classical paintings are presented to 113 subjects,and each subject is requested to answer the degree of "iyashi" felt from each portrait by three-grade evaluation.17 facial expression parameters are extracted from each portrait.The model to estimate "iyashi" degree from the expression parameters is created for each subject using the two-sided Taguchi method of quality engineering.The unit space is considered as the weighted average of the 20 portraits,and the weight vector which maximizes the SN ratio of the comprehensive estimation is obtained for each subject.As a result,it is found that among the portraits which have the maximum unit space weight(basis portrait),there exist the pictures on which many subjects concentrate.Similarly,it is found that among the expression parameters which have large SN ratio in the model equation(major expression parameter),there exist the parameters on which many subjects concentrate.As the result of applying the quantification method I to estimate the basis portrait number from the 3 major expression parameters,the multiplecorrelation coefficient is 0.83 and it is shown that a certain relation exists between the basis portrait and the major expression parameters.

The 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake (M 9.0) is the greatest earthquake in Japan. Analysis of GPS network, such as GEONET by Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, has revealed the crustal deformation distribution due to the earthquake. On the other hand, the crustal deformation distribution can be estimated from the displacement waveform calculated by integrating the accelogram observed by strong motion seismometer. This method would be used complementary with GPS analysis. In this study, we calculated the crustal deformation distribution due to the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake from the accelograms recorded on strong motion observation network K-NET and KiK-net by National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Prevention. The crustal deformation distribution calculated from strong motion records is consistent with that by GPS observation. In addition, the displacement waveforms estimated from strong motion records are in good agreement with that from 1 Hz GPS analysis.

獣医療において人のESA製剤が腎性貧血の治療に応用されているが、異種タンパクに対する免疫反応を介する抗体産生再生不良性貧血の発生が問題である。近年、ESA耐性に対する鉄代謝障害の関与が注目されており、ヘプシジンと呼ばれる鉄代謝抑制ホルモンが炎症に伴う貧血の発生に関与する主要なメディエーターであると考えられている。猫の腎性貧血における鉄代謝機構の解明がESA耐性克服の重要なブレークスルーとなりうるため、本稿において詳述したい。

抄録 異常脳波を呈した離人症4例について,その症状と脳波所見の縦断的検索を行った。初診時の脳波所見は2例において,棘波,鋭波が見出され,1例はδ波を含む徐波の混入,1例は徐波の群発が認められた。 離人症以外に4例中3例は間脳症的症状を,別の3例は機会性けいれんを併発する。 4例とも離人症は生活史的にある程度了解されるが,疾病論的には神経症,てんかんいずれも属し難いと思われる。離人症消退時4例とも脳波は正常化した。この際1例を除き,脳波正常化におよぼす薬物(特に抗けいれん剤)の影響は否定される。 ここにあげられた離人症例は特殊な型であろうけれども,離人症の病態機序として間脳の機能異常,脳機能の未熟性などを推論した。また,脳波が,個体の転換期において,変化すること,いかなる精神症状も生体の機能変遷として捉えられることを論じた。
