JR内房線の竹岡変電所は山間部に設置されており、東京電力の特高回線が付近に存在していない。この為隣接する佐貫町変電所にて東京電力受電した交流60kVを33kVに降圧し「き電補助線」を通じて電源供給を行っている。き電補助線は鳥害や樹木によるトリップが多く設備の老朽化も進み対策に苦慮している。当該変電所付近は単線で列車負荷も大きくない事から電力貯蔵装置を設置した場合に列車運転可能かを調査し、き電補助線と変電設備スリム化に繋がるか検証を行った。取り組み内容としては変電所にて負荷データ採取を行いシミュレーションを行ったところ2000kWの貯蔵装置を設置することで列車運転が可能であるとの結論に達した。

(1)創作の自由が保証され,政治による干渉が最大限に緩和された中で出現した長篇小説『無冕皇帝』は,初めて文学界自身を批判の対象とし,拝金主義,道徳観念,法観念の欠如など文学界内部に現実に存在する問題を指摘した文学作品として意義を持つ.(2)作者蕭立軍に対し,中国作家協会は,極めて短期間のうちに,停職検査処分という「文学作品について政治的責任を問わない」との原則に反した,極めて異例の厳しい政治的処分を下した.そこには,中国作家協会の組織としての意図が働いていた.(3)この作品の出現,及びそれによって引き起こされた紛争は,現在の中国の文学が抱えている次のような二つの問題の存在を明らかにした.a.創作の自由,政治による干渉の排除ということが,そのまま直ちに文学の繁栄にはつながっていないこと.b.現在の中国の作家は,作家という「個人」としての立場と,作家協会会員という「組織の一員」としての立場との矛盾という問題を抱えており,これが創作活動に制約を加える要因ともなり得ること.

1. 柿渋の原料である天王柿より, それぞれ性質の異る酵母を8株分離し, その特性を調らべた結果レモン型の両極性出芽酵母でCellobioseを良く発酵するKloeckera javanicaと思われる4株と, 胞子を良く形成し柿果汁, 合成培地においても比較的芳香を出す酵母4株を分離し, これらをSaccharomyces bayanusであると同定した。2. 分離した酵母の多くはアルコール耐性があり, またpH2.0の酸性下でも良く生育するタンニン酸耐性の強い酵母であった。3. 原料渋柿搾汁液を熱処理し, 分離酵母F菌を添加して発酵させた柿渋液はアルコールやエステル様の芳香が幾分あり, 柿渋特有の腐敗臭などの異臭が少なく清澄効果も従来の柿渋と変らず, 所期の目的にそった柿渋液を製造することができた。

本研究では無限次元システムに対するH∞制御問題の解をJ-スペクトル分解によって導出する.J-スペクトル分解は有限次元H∞制御問題の解法の1つであり,補償器の構造を安定な極零点消去を用いて記述できるという特徴を持つ.ことに入出力むだ時間系の場合,問題を有限次元のJ-スペクトル分解に帰着することで解が得られていたが,本研究ではそれを拡張し,高々有限個の不安定極を持つシステムに対しても同様の解法が適用可能であることを示す.

On the night of 26 April 1970, the small purse seiner Fuji-Maru unexpectedly fished about 43 tons of ribbon fish Trichiurus lepturus LINNE at Tachibana Bay, but next night the catch was very poor probably because they dispersed widely throughout the bay. The records of fish-finder are displayed in Figs. 1-5. Special attention may be drawn to the concentrated gathering of ribbon fish in the middle layer of water under the light of fish lamp. The author also mentioned the topographical features of the bottom of the bay, and considered that they are related to fish migration.1970年4月26日夜,橘湾内で巾着網でタチウオの思わぬ大量漁獲があった。魚探像では集魚灯下の中層に濃く集っていた。この群は一夜限りで,翌日からはまとまった漁獲はなかった。 橘湾の漁場の特質を把握するために,適当な定点を定めて海洋観測を行なえば,タチウオのみならず多くの出入魚群の移動状況を知ることができるであろう。

症例は68歳,男性.平成24年12月に骨盤内を占める大きな腫瘍(φ90mm×140mm×100mm)に対し,腫瘍摘出術を施行.病理組織学的にperivascular epithelioid cell tumor (以下PEComa)でS状結腸に癒着があったため,一部S状結腸も合併切除した.粘膜面は正常であり,病理学的にS状結腸間膜から発生したものと診断した.核分裂像は1/10HPF以下であったが,腫瘍径は5cm以上で,腫瘍の中心部は広汎な壊死に陥っていたことより,悪性のポテンシャルを持った腫瘍の可能性を否定できないと考え,定期的に当院外来にて経過観察を行っていた.平成25年10月に約1年ぶりのfollow upの腹部CTで,下腹部に約55mm大の腫瘤を認めた.また,骨盤腔内右前部の腫瘍に一致してFDGの集積を認めた.(SUVmax 5.828)以上より,PEComaの腹膜再発と考え,摘出術を施行した.病理学的にも基本的に前回と同様の所見を認めた.術後の経過は良好であり,第7病日に軽快退院した.再々発の危険性があるため,今後,3~4カ月ごとの腹部PET-CT検査を予定している.

農業産業における統計は状況の把握、政策の策定、作業の最適化などにおいて重要な判断指標となる。しかし、農業現場の普及されたITシステムはそれぞれ独自のデータ項目に基づいて運用されているため異なるデータの連携が困難である。そこで、本研究は農作業基本オントロジーをデータの標準項目として定義を行う。これに基づいて異なる農業ITシステムから発生したデータ間連携を行い、データの統計を行う。

Im Jahre 7v. Chr. fuhrte Augustus Reformen durch, die die Verwaltung Roms und den dortigen Compitalkult betrafen. Durch diese Reformen wurde die Stadt in 14 regiones und in 265 vici eingeteilt, und jedem vicus ein Kollegium von vier vicomagistri vorangestellt. Die Tatigkeiten der vicomagistri, die jahrlich aus den Bewohnern jedes vicus erwahlt wurden, sind uns hauptsachlich durch archaologische Funde und Inschriften uberliefert. Die erst genannte Quellengattung, die vor allem aus Altaren besteht, steht uns dank der kurzlich veroffentlichten Untersuchung von M. Hano zur Verfugung. Auch die epigraphischen Quellen sind schon in Lexika und Handbuchern gesammelt, wobei aber nicht auf Vollstandigkeit gezielt wurde. AuBerdem haben wir jetzt einige neue Inschriften, die dort noch nicht bearbeitet Werden konnten. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird zuerst versucht, eine moglichst vollstandige Liste der einschlagigen inschriftlichen Quellen aufzustellen, dann werden die Inschriften nach den Gattungen sortiert und schlieBlich werden sie auf die Fragen nach dem Wesen des Vicomagistrats und dem sozialen Stand der vicomagistri wie der ex-vicomagistri hin verarbeitet. Auch wenn viele Argumente schon allgemein bekannt sind, kann diese Arbeit dennoch einige neue Hinweise geben.

The 7th Congress of the Vietnamese Communist Party held in June 1991 declared that Vietnam would steadily maintain “the road to socialism” in the ongoing crisis of the socialist countries. The Congress emphasized that the Vietnamese should follow this road because this is the road already chosen in the recent history of Vietnam.In the modern history of international poltics, Vietnam has been always left out in the cold. This history of alienation urged the Vietnamese to choose socialism as the “dream” of a better tomorrow. In the era of the cold war, they fought as actual war for this choice. Therefore there is good reason for the Vietnamese not to accept any other road than that of socialism so long as this “memory of history” has not faded away.This view of socialism, however, had become a foundation of the “socialism of sharing poverty”, which broadly equated socialism with people's perseverance in today's poverty for the “dream” of a better tomorrow. Social crises in Vietnam after the Vietnam war resulted in the Vietnamese Communists clear depature from this type of sccialism, which manifested itself in the 6th congress of the Party in 1986 under the slogan of “doi moi”.After the 6th Congress the Vietnamese Communists seemed to sidetrack the problem of the yet-to-be “dream” for the time being and began to concentrate their efforts on reform in the real lives of the people. But this situation did not last long, because the collapse of the socialist regimes, in Eastern Europe has irritated the problem of “dream” among the Vietnamese and has revitalized their “memory of history”.The Vietnamese insistence on the road to socialism, however, seems to be based on much more realistic calculation. The most important task for the Vietnamese is to boost the economy through promoting foreign investment and this task requires political stability. Some of the Vietnamese reformists argue that there is no way other than maintaining the “leading role” of the Communist Party to keep political stability so that the Vietnamese should follow the road to socialism. According to them, maintaining the road to socialism is the most realistic way for the Vietnamese to participate in the capitalist world economy.Other radical reformists are afraid that this opinion equated socialism with the domination of the Communist Party. They advocate the introduction of a pluralistic political system and a much more humanistic type of socialism.
