我々は,大学ネットワーク管理者が利用者のネットワーク機器の状態を把握するため,小型コンピュータと Web カメラを利用して監視装置を開発し,監視した情報を移動ロボットの遠隔操作によって収集する手法を提案している.しかし,移動ロボットの遠隔操作にはあらかじめ監視装置のある部屋の周辺環境についての前提知識が必要である.また,移動ロボットと操作端末間のネットワーク遅延を考慮することや,移動ロボットの操作経験などが要求され,操作を修得するまでに一定の時間を要する.そこで本稿では,移動ロボットに深度センサーやレーザ測距センサーを搭載し,あらかじめ環境地図を作成することによって,管理者が移動ロボットを直接操作せずに監視情報を半自動的に収集する手法を提案する.本手法を実装し,大学内にて遠隔操作による手法との比較実験により提案手法の有効性を確認した.

We reported a case of successful pregnancy after laparoscopic tubal anastomosis for reversal of sterilization. The operating procedure consisted of 3 main steps. Firstly, adhesiolysis surrounding the fallopian tube was performed. Secondly, normal mucosa of the tube was identified due to discharge of Methylene Blue, and the occluded portion was removed with scissors. Finally, end to end anastomosis of the mucosa was performed by 4 stitch suturing with 5-0 vicryl, placed at the 6, 9, 12 and 3 O'clock sites. The patient became pregnant 6 months after the laparoscopic operation, but was diagnosed with a left tubal pregnancy.

The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of metreurynter with laminaria tents as a pre-induction priming method for unripe cervix. Fifty-six nulliparous women with a Bishop score of ≦ 4 were enrolled and received either metod in the evening before elective induction. All cases were singleton and vertex pressentation. The cervical ripening effect was more prominent in the metreurynter group. And also the incidence of induction of delivery time of > 12h and the Cesarean section rate were significantly lower in the metreurynter group than in the laminaria group.

今回著者らは,愛知学院大学歯学部附属病院小児歯科初診患者の全容および経年的推移を把握する目的で,小児歯科初診申込用紙をもとに,1993年度および2003年度に当科を受診した初診患者の動向について実態調査を行い,以下の結論を得た。<BR>1.総初診患者数:1993年度412人,2003年度562人であり,増加率は36.4%であった。両年度ともに初診時平均年齢は,6歳4か月であった。<BR>2.月別初診患者数:1993年度では学童期の長期休暇にあたる月で多く,それ以外の月では少ないのに対して,2003年度では年間を通しての変化は少なかった。<BR>3.曜日別初診患者数:1993年度では,木曜日を除き,各曜日ともほぼ同数を示していたのに対し,2003年度では月曜日と土曜日が多かった。<BR>4.主訴内訳:両年度ともに「齲蝕」と「口腔管理」が全体の50%以上を占めており,その他の主訴においても,この10年での顕著な差はみられなかった。<BR>5.初診患者の居住地域分布:両年度ともに市内が高い割合を示し,名古屋市近郊からの初診患者は,調査年度間において増加を示した。

Effects of maltitol and mannitol on the gastrointestinal absorption of acetaminophen, sulfisoxazole and riboflavine in mice were investigated. When drugs were orally administered with maltitol or mannitol, and 2 hr after maltitol or mannitol was orally given in mice (in diarrhea), the blood levels of drugs became lower than that in the control, and drug absorption was inhibited. It was suggested that these results were not caused by molecular interaction between drugs and sugar alcohols, but by the action of maltitol and mannitol which accelerated small intestinal motility, secretion and vascular permeability in the intestinal membrane. These changes may be mediated by biogenic amine, serotonin, histamine and polyamines in the small intestine.
