Manufacturing technology for stainless steel double skin panels using laser spot welding was developed and some static strength properties were carried out. And this panel has been examined for the feasibility of practical utilization. The results obtained are summarized as follows;(1) Manufacturing technology was established on which there are invisible welding marks and the corrosion resistance and appearance are equivalent to original metal surface.(2) Calculate method of the moment of inertia of area of this panel is established.(3) This panel is approximately 75% lighter than the bulk material in equivalent flexural rigidity.(4) Any laser spot welded site is not broken in region of below maximum load as well as localized buckling in mechanical tests.(5) In application of this panel to vessels and vehicles, simulation model of stiffness and strength of this structures life prediction of this panel based on fatigue strength analysis for panel reliability prediction technology is required.

中学1年生351名(男子173名,女子178名)を対象に,教師作成テストと知能検査から得られるいくつかの知的指数の関連性を調べたところ,以下の結果を見いだした。(1)教師作成テストはB式知能偏差値よりA式知能偏差値との相関が高い。教科間で各偏差値との関連性を検討した結果,男子群で,B式知能偏差値と高い相関を示す教科として理科・数学が得られた。(2)知能検査から得られる知的指標の内,創造的思考を表す指標である[流暢性]と[柔軟性]について教師作成テストとの相関を検討した結果,これらの2指標と教師作成テストとの相関は著しく低かった。教科ごとに各知的指標との相関を検討した結果,女子群では[認知]との相関が高かった。(3)教師作成テストから教科の構造を見るためにクラスター分析を行った結果,男子群では中学校1年段階で理系教科と文系教科に分類することができるが,女子群では未分化であった。

近年、経済のグローバル化の進展に伴い注目されるようになった、多文化コミュニティに対する生活課題の解決への対応が求められている。本研究では、「多文化コミュニティワーク」という実践の重要性と、それにかかわる現状と課題を示すところに主眼をおきながら実施したもので、主な研究の成果は、以下の通りである。(1)東日本大震災当時の外国籍住民の現状と生活課題を明らかにしたもの。(2)大阪府下の多文化コミュニティでの生活実態を踏まえた地域資源の調査を実施し、多文化コミュニティワークとしての地域再生の実践を提案したもの。(3)台湾の例として、都市原住民コミュニティの生活実態を調べ、多文化共生の課題を探ったもの。

In the current era where information equipment is widespread, research was conducted regarding the extent to which beginner Kanji learners -whose native language does not include Kanji characters in their writing system- are seeking recognition, reading, meaning, usage, and reproduction of the shape of Kanji characters. As a result, it was found that all of them seeked to learn to read Kanji words and to convert Kanji through typing. It was also revealed that many students sought the ability to handwrite Kanji, demonstrating their desire to be able to use Kanji through both handwriting and typing.

An 87-year-old woman on oral prednisolone was diagnosed with a cholecystoduodenal fistula (CDF) caused by a cytomegalovirus-associated duodenal ulcer (DU) and was managed conservatively. A CDF caused by a DU is extremely rare. Although surgical repair is recommended for the treatment of a CDF caused by cholecystolithiasis, appropriate treatment for CDF caused by a DU remains controversial. This case report of a CDF caused by a DU suggests that conservative treatment is feasible in the absence of DU-associated complications, such as an untreatable hemorrhage or obstruction; this finding is compatible with previously reported cases that were conservatively treated.

概要. ペアトレーディングは異なる2 銘柄から生成される価格差が平均回帰性を有する場合に機能する投資戦略として知られている.我々は平均回帰性を有した複数の価格差に対して,初到達時間を用いた新たな分散投資の定式化を提示するとともに,効率的フロンティアの観点から定式化が妥当であることを確認した.また単独でペアトレーディングを講じるより本稿で得られるポートフォリオで投資した方が実務的な観点から好ましい示唆を得た.

気管内挿管時には,歯牙の状態によって喉頭鏡の操作により歯牙や補綴物(継続歯,架工義歯)が脱臼,破損,脱離する可能性がある.これを防止するために,現在,われわれはモデリングコンパウンドを使用しているが,今回,このモデリングコンパウンドと既製のマウスプロテクター,マウスコレクター(成人の平均値的模型上で成型試作したもの),および,プレス式カスタムマウスガード(各症例ごとに歯型をとり,模型上にプレスをして作製)を比較した.モデリングコンパウンドは,気管内挿管操作直前に作製し,各症例の歯牙に合った成型ができたことより,その効果も満足すべきものであった.しかし,装着する際に,ある程度手技の熟練さが必要であり,モデリングコンパウンドの厚さが喉頭鏡による喉頭展開操作に制限を感じさせることがあった.これに反し既製のマウスプロテクター,マウスコレクターは,装着に熟練度は必要でなかったが,すべての症例に適合させることは困難で,歯牙損傷の目的を完全に達成できるとは考えられなかった.プレス式カスタムマウスガードは,作製時間と,実費で600円程度の費用を要するが,各歯牙に確実に適合し,モデリングコンパウンド以上に健全隣在歯との連結による固定効果があるため,特に動揺歯のある場合に安心して挿管できるものと考えられた.

1. 奈良公園平坦域の森林植生においてニホンジカの樹皮剥ぎに関する調査を行い,シカの樹皮剥ぎを樹種選択,樹木のサイズ選択および空間的環境傾度との関係から検討した.  2. 奈良公園において樹高1.3m以上の樹木39種1041本について樹皮剥ぎの有無などを調査した結果,31種352本で樹皮剥ぎが確認された(樹皮剥ぎの個体数比率33.8%,種数比率79.5%).  3. シカの樹皮剥ぎ樹木に対する嗜好性の指標としてIvlevの選択性指数Eを算出した結果,サルスベリ,サンゴジュ,イヌマキ,アセビなどが正の選択性を,クロマツ,ケヤキ,ナンキンハゼ,シラカシ,イチョウ,イヌシデ,ウメなどが負の選択性を示した.  4. 全調査樹木(樹高1.3m以上)において,シカによる樹皮剥ぎは小径木で行われる傾向が認められたが,樹種別にみた場合,樹皮剥ぎのサイズ依存性は認められなかった.  5. 春日山原始林あるいは若草山からの距離と不嗜好性種群(E≤-0.3)の個体数比率との間には有意な正の相関が,逆に,市街地からの距離と不嗜好性種群の個体数比率との間には有意な負の相関が認められ,シカの樹皮剥ぎと空間的環境傾度との関係が示唆された.

Heterosigma akashiwo virus (HaV) is a dsDNA virus that infects the bloom-forming raphidoflagellate Heterosigma akashiwo. Both the host and its virus are phenotypically diverse in terms of infection specificity. Their relationships have been examined based on the occurrence or absence of algal lysis following virus inoculation; however, variations in the strain-level host-virus relationship regarding infectivity and lysis rates remain unclear. Therefore, we performed a series of cross-infectivity tests using 60 H. akashiwo and 22 HaV strains isolated from the coastal waters of western Japan. The host strains were divided into 5 different groups and viruses into 4 groups. Using a representative strain from each group, algal lysis was observed in 14 of the (5×4=) 20 host-virus combinations; the concentration of infectious units in each HaV suspension was then assessed using the most probable number (MPN) assay on the five host strains. Virus titers ranged between 1.1×101 and 2.1×107 infectious units mL–1; the titer of each viral lysate was differently estimated using distinct H. akashiwo strains as hosts. These results suggest that (1) a clonal viral lysate comprises virions with different intraspecific infection specificities and/or (2) the efficiency and error rates of each intracellular replication process vary in each host-virus combination.
