介護労働安定センターによる平成 21年度の実態調査では,平成 20-21 年の 1 年間における訪問介護員,介護職員の離職者の内,8 割前後は勤務年数が 3 年未満の者となっている。その上位理由は,低賃金が取りざたされているが,それ以上に事業所への不満や人間関係が挙げられている。しかし,このような状況に対する事業所及び介護福祉士養成教育における対応や教育は不十分である。そこで,これらの負担軽減を考える教育の方向性について検討することを目的とし,介護労働安定センターの平成 21 年度介護労働実態調査,厚生労働省平成 21 年度介護従事者処遇状況等調査結果,介護福祉士養成教育新カリキュラムの分析及び,現在介護福祉施,設で勤務するA大学及びB短期大学の卒業生への質問紙調査を実施した。その結果,バーンアウトの要因及び精神的負担軽減に関する教育の方向性が明らかになった。

Japanese rural society has rapidly changed in many aspects since World War Ⅱ. Technological change of agriculture is one of the main factors in this social change.<br> In Japan, agricultural machinery manufacturers have had a significant impact on mechanization in rice cropping. Agricultural machinery salesmen promote the diffusion of agricultural machinery and they are focused on in this study. Intentions and behaviors of salesmen in their sales activities are described and analyzed from the perspective of "promoters of the diffusion of agricultural mechanization technology", "manufacturer employee", and "farmers in the local society". Fieldwork and interviews with farmers and agricultural machinery salesmen about the diffusion process of agricultural machinery took place in Tsuyama city, Okayama Prefecture.<br> Salesmen provided farmers with a huge variety of skills and knowledge about agricultural machinery and crop cultivation in the diffusion process of agricultural machinery. They promoted and supported changing the processes of rice cropping, especially rice transplanting.<br> Agricultural machinery manufacturers sell agricultural machinery and go after profits. Salesmen desperately work for a living under the manufacturer's sales strategies. Sales of agricultural machinery are inextricably linked to technical guidance of agriculture, frequent repair and maintenance. Salesmen make use of their experience as farmers in sales activities. Consequently, with effectiveness of communication in rural society, "logic of capital" serves as great incentive for salesmen and their activities promote the diffusion of agricultural mechanization technology. Salesmen's activities complement the public agricultural extension service.

The time-dependent theory of scattering is reformulated. In §1, it is developed on the basis of a new limiting process which is self-consistent, and the equivalence is shown of Heisenberg's S-matrix and Dyson's one, when the total Hamiltonian permits the existence of bound states. In §2, a theory of scattering of wave packet is proposed in conformity with the physical picture. The damping factor e^<-ε│t│> is derived from the amplitude of the wave packet. In §3, the rearrangement scattering is treated on the basis of the wave packet formalism.

本研究では、保健学・公衆衛生学領域の予防概念をもとに、地域を基盤としたソーシャルワークにおける予防活動の理論的枠組みを検討し、実施上の課題を探った。理論的枠組みは、目的・成果と方法を軸とし、それらの要素の相互作用を捉えるものである。その枠組みにおいてソーシャルワーク理論アプローチの位置づけを考察し、予防活動への適用性を検討した。その結果、地域を基盤としたソーシャルワークにおける予防活動実施上の課題として、総合的な評価枠組み構築の必要性が示された。またソーシャルワーク理論アプローチのアセスメント視点は、第三次、第一次予防レベルにおいても適用性が高い。それらをクライエントの状態変化の把握や予測に活用するための方法論教育、また対象予備群、徴候などを明確にしていく研究が必要である。Based on the preventive concept of the public health, I examined a theoretical framework of preventive practice in the community based social work and investigated issues on the implementation in this study. The theoretical framework assumes "purpose and result" and "method" as axis and takes the interaction of those factors. And then, considered positioning of the social work theory approaches in the framework and examined the applicability to preventive practices. As a result, the necessity of the comprehensive framework for evaluation was provided as the issues on the implementation of preventive practices in the community based social work. In addition, the assessment of the social work theory approaches are applicable to the tertiary, the primary prevention. Education to apply approaches to grasp and predict for the state of clients changing, study to clarify target incipient group and indicators are necessary.

During a recent inventory of cephalopod collection in the University Museum, the University of Tokyo, considerable number of specimens came to light that were collected in the early days of the Institute of Zoology, Tokyo Imperial University, and duning the establishment Misaki Marine Biological Laboratory in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Names recorded on the labels include those of famous scholars such as Isao Iijima, Kakichi Mitsukuri, Madoka Sasaki, along with that of the master collector Kumakichi Aoki. The collection was confirmed to containe the holotypes and syntypes of 19 taxa described by Sasaki and the holotype of Opisthoteuthis depressa Iijima & Ikeda.

本研究の目的は、児童館職員及び民間児童クラブ職員を対象とした質問紙調査から、放課後児童クラブに おいて高学年児童を受け入れることについての認識を検討することであった。高学年児童の受け入れに不安を 感じるか否かの理由づけと受け入れにあたりどのような対応・準備がなされているかについての自由記述を求め、 日本語テキスト型データ分析システムKH Coderを用いて分析を行った。操作の詳細を明示・公開した上で多変 量解析による自由記述データの要約・提示を行うことで、児童館職員及び民間児童クラブ職員の認識について、 客観性を確保しつつ全体的な特徴をとらえることを試みた。

リズムゲームの多くは, 予め決められたリズムパターンとユーザのボタン拍打のズレを評価対象として利用している.本研究では, 正確な動作と自由な表現の評価を合わせ持ったリズムゲームの評価モデルの開発を目的とする.具体的には, 量的な情報を入力としてキレを含めた動きそのものを評価する機構と, リズム感を保ちながらも自由な表現を評価しうるモデルを構築した上で, ビジュアルプログラミング環境PureData上で実装を行う.作成したシステムでは, リズムに同期したダンスの評価がより直接的に行うことができるようになった.

江戸時代末期の盛岡藩三本木原(現青森県十和田市)は,冷涼な風が吹き渡る不毛な所だった。この地が多くの人々が生きる豊かな大地と変わったのは,江戸時代末期~明治時代初期,盛岡藩士新渡戸傳が,奥入瀬川を水源に新田開発を行ったことによるものである。三本木原の用水開削事業が,その進展とともにどのような課題に出会い,またそれをどのように解決してきたかを検討した。

In the pre-production process of filmmaking, PreViz, previsualizing the desired scene by CGI, is used as a new technique. In an alternative approach, mixed reality (MR) merges the real and virtual worlds to achieve real-time interaction between users and MR space. We propose MR-PreViz that utilized MR technology in PreViz. MR-PreViz makes it possible to merge the real background and the human and creature by CGI in open set and outdoor location. The user can consider the camera-work and camera blocking efficiently by using MR-PreViz. This paper introduces the basic concept of MR-PreViz, the design of main system, the software architecture, an authoring tool supporting selection of camera-work, and CWML (Camera-Work Markup Language) to describe camera-work.

本稿は建築史研究者で文化景観学,子どもの空間,図書館建築などに関心を持つアビゲイル・ヴァンスリックの図書館史研究を研究史的に取り上げたものである。本稿では代表作『すべての人に無料の図書館』を含めて,ヴァンスリックの研究の特徴を2つの側面から明らかにした。従来の図書館建築史研究やカーネギー図書館の研究史の中での斬新さと特徴,および図書館というスペースに注目しての女性や利用者からの視点による図書館の捉え返し。そうした特徴を指摘しつつ,いっそう盛んになってきている「場としての図書館」への歴史的研究の貢献の可能性と,この視点の重要性を指摘した。
