第1に補償問題に関する研究はかなり進捗した。そのうちの1つめとして主力を注いだのは、先住民族研究の中のアイヌ民族に関するもので、2016年4月発足の市民会議(代表者は、分担者丸山)を本年度も鋭意続行し(2017年3月、6月、10月)、その報告書も公表した。関連して、海外の研究者との関連も密にし、コロラド大学でのアメリカ原住民研究者との意見交換(2017年5月)、アラスカ大学でのアラスカ原住民研究会議報告及び意見交換(2017年4月)(ニューメキシコ大学には前年度訪問(2017円1月))、北欧での北極圏会議の参加,ウメオ大学での北大交流会では、特にサーミ民族との比較研究に留意して意見交換をし、講演も行った(2017年6月、2018年2月)(オーストラリアのアボリジニー問題の比較研究は、前年度末(2017年3月)にオーストラリア国立大学で講義)。近時のホットな問題である遺骨返還について、ベルリン自由大学のシーア教授とも意見交換した(2017年7月)。補償問題の2つめは、済州島の悲劇に即して,ノースキャロライナ大学でのシンポを主催し、アメリカの補償責任との関係で、連邦議員とも意見交換した(2017年5月)。済州大学との提携での学生も交えたシンポも例年通り行っている(2017年8月)。さらにこの関連では、奴隷制に関わる補償論調査のためにアラバマ大学を初訪問し(2017年10月)、さらにチュレーン大学での補償問題のシンポで報告した(2018年3月)。第2に、移民問題との関係では、北大のサマーインスティチュートの一環で、UCLAのモトムラ教授、マイアミ大学のエイブラハム教授、トルコの中近東大学のカレ教授を北大に招聘してのシンポ及び講義・討論を実施した。さらにこの問題群を深めるのは、今後の課題である。関連して、メキシコ国境の環境問題についても調査する機会も得た(2018年1月)。

症例1は76歳の男性で,突然の下腹部痛と嘔気を主訴に救急搬送された.CTで右下腹部に腸管壁の造影不良な拡張した小腸ループと右陰囊水腫を認め,絞扼性イレウス・右陰囊水腫と診断し,緊急手術を行った.ヘルニア囊は腹膜前腔に存在し右内鼠径輪で小腸が絞扼され鼠径ヘルニア偽還納と診断した.小腸部分切除とヘルニア門縫縮を行った.症例2は60歳の男性で,午前8時頃より腹痛,嘔吐があり,右鼠径部膨隆を自己還納したが症状軽快せず,午後4時救急搬送された.CTで右下腹部,鼠径部近傍に小腸ループを認め,右鼠径ヘルニア偽還納と診断し緊急手術を行った.右内鼠径輪で小腸が絞扼され,ヘルニア囊は腹膜前腔に存在し鼠径ヘルニア偽還納と診断した.小腸を腹腔内に引き出し腹膜前腔にメッシュを留置しヘルニア修復を行った.鼠径部ヘルニア偽還納本邦報告例19例に自験例を含め報告する.

今回われわれは,苛性ソーダによる腐食性食道炎後の食道狭窄の1例を経験した.症例は31歳,男性.泥酔後に苛性ソーダを誤飲し,近医に入院した.腐食性食道炎の急性期治療および瘢痕狭窄に対して拡張術などの保存的療法を施行されるも,嚥下困難症状の改善は認めず,手術目的にて当科紹介となった.上部消化管造影検査,内視鏡検査において胸部上部食道から食道胃接合部までの著明な全周性狭窄と壁硬化像を認め,内視鏡の通過も不能であった.胸部MRI検査にても同様の所見であった.以上,食道の広範囲におよぶ全周性の瘢痕狭窄に対し,食道亜全摘術を施行し,再建臓器としては胃管を用いた.術後,嚥下困難は改善したが,晩期合併症としての残存食道の発癌の問題が残されており今後長期的な経過観察が必要と思われる.

This study focused on the awareness of guardians during participation in childcare and classroom visits at childcare centers. Through extraction and analysis of data on awareness, the characteristics of each activity were identified. Study 1 used a questionnaire prepared from the results of a pilot study to investigate if the guardian's awareness was affected by the child's gender, age, or presence/absence of siblings. Study 2 focused on awareness during participation in childcare at X kindergarten and classroom visits at Z kindergarten. Based on the characteristics identified from free descriptions, etc., the nature of awareness obtained from those activities was summarized.Study 1 indicated that both gender and the presence/absence of siblings influenced the awareness of guardians. Study 2 employed the KH Coder research method and key words were identified from the original descriptions. It showed that the awareness of guardians was highly comparable during both activities and a certain level of homogeneity was identified.

The mitogenic activity of TJ-48 in murine lymphoid cells was examined to get a clue for the augmentation of antibody production by TJ-48.Mitogenic activity of TJ-48 was detected in spleen cells, lymphonodus cells but not in thymocytes. The effect was abolished by pretreatment with anti-Ig antibody but not affected by pretreatment with anti-Thy 1.2 antibody. Coculture of spleen cells with TJ-48 resulted in increased number of sIgM-, sIgG- or sIgD-positive cells according to FAGS analysis. The increase in mitosis by TJ-48 was abolished by the elimination of adherent cells and the readdition of adherent cells recovered the effect of TJ-48. These data indicate that TJ-48 is a B cell mitogen and the activity is T cell-independent and adherent cell-dependent. The mitogenic activity of TJ-48 may account for the augmentation of the immune response.

熱性痙攣患児307例について,単純型と複合型に分類し,各々の臨床的および脳波学的検討を行なった.男188例,女119例で,男女比は約1.6:1であった.単純型は131例,複合型は176例でやや複合型が多かった.脳波所見では,単純型の10.6%,複合型の19.8%に異常を認めた・熱性痙攣の家族歴は35.8%に,てんかんの家族歴は4.8%に認められた.脳障害の原因となり得る疾患の既往歴は16.6%に,また精神発達遅延の症例は4.8%に認められた.発作再発率に関し初発年齢0~11ヵ月,12~35ヵ月,36ヵ月以上の3群で有意差を認めた.臨床的諸項と脳波所見の相関関係について次の結果を得た.

Stock exchanges are making many changes to become a more desirable market. One of these efforts is changing the tick size. This represents the unit of order price when an investor places an order. In this study, we estimated the change point for trading volume in the period before and after this change. As a result, it became clear that the change point exists before the actual tick size change date.

Beginning on April 15, 1973, at the Yao-Kenko-Kaikan (Director, Mitsuo Kouda) in Yao City, Osaka, at the wish of a myasthenia gravis patient, we applied to him the health-recovery- and-promoting method of eating ?gperfect raw vegetable food?h, taking cold-and-hot bath taken one minute alternately, a special kind of physical excercise, etc., and could ob tain a strikingly good result. About two weeks later the patient started practising the method, ocular symptoms such as blepharoptosis and double vision symptoms, bulbar symptoms such as the weakening of digestive power, and generalized symptoms such as the stiffness of the neck and shoulders and the feeling of general fatigue took a turn for the better daily, and in 40 days all the symptoms peculiar to mysthenia gravis disappeared. He kept taking ?g"perfect raw vegetable food?h for 75 days, and then he returned to nor mal sidedishes with unpolished rice as the staple food. He continued taking cold-and-hot bath taken one minute alternately, a special kind of physical exercise, etc., He is now engaged in his former job. As of August 30, 1973, he enjoys good health and has no symptoms peculiar to myasthenia gravis.

本稿では,音楽ゲームの譜面を自動生成する方法を提案する.音楽ゲームとは,リズムや音楽に合わせて画面に表示される指示に従って,プレイヤーがボタンを押したりすることで,得点を獲得するゲームである.音楽ゲームにはプレイヤーに指示するアクション等の情報(ノート)を記述した譜面が使用される.譜面を自動生成するプログラムはすでに開発されているが,生成された譜面に対するプレイヤーの評価は良いとは言えず,現状ではほとんど人間が作った譜面がプレイに使用されている.本研究では,人間が作った譜面と楽曲の波形をもとにニューラルネットワークの学習を行い,その結果を用いて譜面を生成する方法を提案し,有効性の検討を行う.

要旨:症例は初産の37 歳女性.妊娠の経過は良好であったが分娩時に頭痛・左上下肢麻痺の出現を認めたため転院搬送された.頭部CT で右基底核領域の脳出血を認め,降圧加療を行い全身麻酔下で緊急帝王切開術を施行した.第14 病日の頭部MRI で頭蓋内血管に多発狭窄が見られreversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome(RCVS)と診断した.Transcranial color flow imaging(TC-CFI)では狭窄部に一致した流速の上昇を認めた.神経症状は徐々に改善し,MRI とTC-CFI で狭窄部の改善度を経時的に評価しえた.MRI と同様に,TC-CFI はRCVS の血管病変の継時的な評価が可能である.

平成20年度に広島県・市が主体となり黒い雨を含む原爆被爆体験による心身への健康影響や黒い雨の体験状況に関するアンケート調査が行われ,平成22年に「原子爆弾被爆地域の拡大に関する要望書」が厚生労働省に提出された.しかしながら,「黒い雨」そのものを危険因子として死亡危険度を評価した疫学的研究は未だない状況である. 一方で,黒い雨を含む放射性降下物などによる間接被爆あるいは内部被爆の影響を評価する試みとして,被爆時所在地の位置情報を用いた死亡危険度の評価が考えられる.

国際環境法や国際人権法の先住民族文化に関する条項を検討し、北欧のサーミ政策と日本のアイヌ政策との比較研究を行うことによって、「二風谷地域の伝統文化の再生と地域環境の保全にはアイヌ民族のエンパワーメントが不可欠であること」を原理的に明らかにした。具体的にいえば、生物多様性条約8条j項は、先住民族の伝統的知識(TEK)が生物多様性の持続性に寄与することから、その保護を求めるものであるが、日本の生物多様性基本法にはそれに対応する条項がなく、アイヌ・コミュニティの生物多様性の保全が危ぶまれていることを明らかにし、国際人権規約など国際人権法に照らして日本政府は直ちに対応すべきだとした。

On 6 types of Ni-Ti spreader (Roeko NiTi # 15; Roeko NiTi # 25; Roeko NiTi # 35; Roeko NiTi D11T; Brasseler Naviflex NT D11T; Brasseler Naviflex NT 4SP), dimensions were measured under digital microscope, and a load application test was performed in the axial direction of the spreader. The results were as follows: 1. In Roeko NiTi # 15, D₃ was 0.38 mm, D₁₆ was 0.61 mm, taper was 0.018, and tip angle was 28.9°. Similarly, the above values were 0.32 mm, 0.68 mm, 0.027, and 28.0° respectively in Roeko NiTi # 25. The values were 0.50 mm, 0.70 mm, 0.016, and 32.5° respectively in Roeko NiTi # 35, and the values were 0.37 mm, 0.88 mm, 0.039, and 10.6° respectively in Roeko NiTi D11T. The values were 0.27 mm, 0.77 mm, 0.038, and 29.9° respectively in Brasseler Naviflex NT D11T, and 0.30 mm, 1.06 mm, 0.059, and 35.9° respectively in Brasseler Naviflex NT 4SP. 2. When a load was applied in the axial direction of the spreader, the load was 0.56 kgf in case the portion of 16 mm in length from the tip in Roeko NiTi # 15 was bent at a stroke. When the portion of 5 mm in length from the tip was fixed and the portion of 11 mm in length from the tip was bent at a stroke, the load was 4.32 kgf. The above values were 1.13 kgf and 7.52 kgf respectively in Roeko NiTi # 25, 1.24 kgf and 8.58 kgf in Roeko NiTi # 35, 0.82 kgf and 10.28 kgf in Roeko NiTi D11T, 0.63 kgf and 7.27 kgf in Brasseler Naviflex NT D11t, and 1.02 kgf and 17.61 kgf in Brasseler Naviflex NT 4SP. 3. The Ni-Ti spreader has super-elasticity and is flexible. Thus, it is difficult to apply pressure on it in the axial direction, during lateral condensation. However, this study revealed that sudden bending may be avoided if at least the tip portion of 5 mm in length from the tip is inserted into the root canal.

This is a report of the development and results of a certain health method which was applied to the patients, 2 males and 2 females, diagnosed as "gallergic coryza". They stayed at the Health Recovery and Promoting Center at Yao from April 1, 1972, to the end of March, 1975, and practised the health-recovery-and promoting method of fasting, eating only unpolished rice and vegetable foods, and having a cold-and-hot-bath taken one minute alternatively, and so on. All four patients gradually began to take a turn for the better in such symptoms as nasal obstruction, Nasal discharges, sneeze and headache. That is, within 1 or 2 months after their accommodation, above symptoms of them were extinguished or remarkably improved.

症例は26歳,女性. 2年前より左方への頸部回旋時に失神様めまい発作が出現した.頸部血管超音波検査にて右椎骨動脈が左方への頸部回旋時に狭窄または閉塞を生じていることが明らかとなり,頭部MRAの検査結果と併せてbow hunter's syndromeと診断した.頸部血管超音波検査による脳循環病態のダイナミックな評価が,スクリーニングおよび補助診断として有用であったと考えられた.

渡島半島地域と厚沢部町の住民を対象として、それぞれヒグマに対する意識と行動に関するアンケートとインタビュー調査を行った。その結果、北海道のヒグマ保護管理計画の問題点を指摘するとともに、住民の間にヒグマに関する予防対策を行う余地があることを明らかにした。また、ヒグマの出没や捕獲のデータの分析と現地調査、農林業政策の検証などを通して、厚沢部町固有の予防対策の必要性と可能性を見出した。
