<目的>消費行動をとる場合は,その過程で多くの意思決定を含んでいる。そこで本研究では,大学生と中学生を対象とし,筆箱の中身からニーズとウォンツの調査を実施し,その違いを明らかにすることを目的とした。<方法>調査対象は本学学生127人およびA中学校56人,調査時期は2016(平成28)年1月ならびに2017(平成29)年1月,調査方法は自記式質問紙法, 集計・分析方法はExcel2010を用いた。<結果>各文房具類の所有数ごとに「指定単価」をかけ,「授業中と授業以外でも使う」,「授業中に主に使用」,「授業以外で主に使用」および「入れているだけであまり使わない」で,所有数ごとに,その金額に頻度の割合「0.8」,「0.6」,「0.4」および「0.2」をそれぞれかけて小計を算出し,それらを合計して「使用頻度別に見る金額」を算出した。所有する文房具類の合計金額は,大学生は最高6,300円,最低310円であり,平均1,762円であった。一方中学生は,最高10,699円,最低1,140円,平均4,691円となり,すべてにおいて中学生が大学生を上回った。また,使用合計金額を所有合計金額で割った利用価値においては,利用率が大学生は20~60%が66.1%,61~80%が33.9%,一方中学生は,20~60%が57.1%,61~80%が42.9%となり,中学生の方が利用率は高い傾向にあった。所有文房具は,中学生の方がシャープペンシルなどにおいて,高額なもので数も豊富に有していたが,大学生は中学生よりも低額で精選されたものを所持する傾向にあることが分かった。

When killing notice videos of Japanese hostage by ISIL has been published in the January 20, 2015, a photomontage of Japanese Twitter user has processed the part of the video, relentlessly to Twitter account you think that the ISIL persons concerned was sending. Had been highly regarded abroad despite in Japan is a critical evaluation of this case. It was carried out re-examination of educational content related to information ethics in response to this case. And it is proposed to be added to educational content on SNS for convenience of anonymous communication. Specifically, the use of a SNS normally, some degree of anonymity is ensured. However, it is no longer anonymous to the moment the post content is may the manners violations and criminal acts, it is a learning content that could be personally identifiable.

The difference of the performance sounds of the electric guitar with a metal pick guard produced by the traditional craft, “Takaoka Doki”, in Toyama prefecture was investigated. Measured sounds of the open strings of the guitar with it showed that the damping times of them became shorter than those obtained with the plastic one commonly used. Further, it was also found that the sounds of 1st and 2nd strings slightly stood out and those of the other strings were slightly suppressed when the metal one was used. Therefore, the metal pick guard is effective to make a sharp, clear, and distinct sounds.

【緒言】我々は、アジサイの花色変異の現象に興味を持ち研究を行っている。一細胞分析により、アントシアニンのdelphinidin 3-O-glucoside (1)が、助色素(5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (neochlorogenic acid (2))、5-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid (3)、3-O-caffeoylquinic acid (chlorogenic acid (4))の組成比、液胞pH、及びAl3+量の違いによって多彩に赤から紫、青に発色をすることを明らかにした (Figure 1) 1-3。アジサイの青色は、pH 4の条件下、1、2または3及びAl3+を混合すると再現できることがわかった4,5。この青色色素は、水溶液中だけで安定に形成される金属錯体で、ツユクサなどに見いだされた自己組織化超分子金属錯体色素(メタロアントシアニン)とは全く異なる性質を持つ非化学量論量の分子会合錯体である。これまで、結晶化の成功例はなく、1H NMRスペクトルもブロードで複雑なため、構造は今も不明である。本研究では、5-O-アシル化キナ酸類の効率的合成方法を新たに開発した。次に、合成した助色素を用いて青色色素を再構築し、解析可能なNMRスペクトルを得ることに成功した。【5-O-アシル化キナ酸類の効率的合成法の開拓】従来の2と3の合成4-6では、1位のカルボン酸の保護基にメチル基を用い、アシル基のフェノールの保護基にアセチル基を使用しているために、最終ステップの脱保護反応で競争的脱アシル化反応とアシル転移が起こり、収率が著しく低かった。また、5位へのエステル化は酸クロリドを用いていた。そこで、合成経路を見直し、1位のカルボン酸の保護基としてPMB基を持つキナ酸誘導体5を新たに分子設計して、Scheme 1に示すように(–)-キナ酸 (4) から5段階79%で合成した。5の5位アキシアルヒドロキシ基へのアシル化反応は、遊離カルボン酸にTsClとN-メチルイミダゾール (NMI)を加えてアシルアンモニウム中間体を生成させて、そこへアルコールを反応させる田辺法7を検討した。i-Pr2NEtの添加によりアルコールとカルボン酸の求核性が上がり収率が向上した(Scheme 2)。また、アンモニウム中間体の生成と同時にアルコール5が本中間体をトラップすることを目指してNMIを最後に加えた。その結果、収率はさらに向上した(Scheme 2)。この改良法を用いてp-クマル酸やコーヒー酸などの種々の遊離カルボン酸のエステル化反応を行い、72–94%の高収率で6-12を得た (Scheme 3)。得られたアシル体6-11の脱保護反応を検討した(Table 1)。芳香環部分に酸素原子のない6-9では、いずれも高収率(79-87%)で目的のアシル化キナ酸を得た。しかし、フェノール性ヒドロキシ基をMOM保護した10と11では、収率は40%以下と低かった。種々検討した結果、BCl3/C6HMe5を作用させると高収率(69,73%)で脱保護体が得られた 8。これらにより、市販のキナ酸(4)から7段階、通算収率45–60%で種々の5-O-アシル化キナ酸類の合成を達成した9,10。【アジサイ青色金属錯体色素の化学構造】合成した助色素類を用いて、アジサイ萼片の青色再現実験と得られた溶液の可視吸収スペクトル、円二色性、およびNMR分析を行った。これまでの知見により1-5、(View PDFfor the rest of the abstract.)

In the design study on sodium-cooled fast reactors, .it is important to investigate the gas entrainment (GE) phenomena in detail. In fact, a lot of analytical, experimental and numerical studies have been conducted to clarify the onset condition of GE and some GE onset models have been proposed. However, few studies on the modeling of entrained gas flow rate has been conducted due to the difficulty on modeling the gas bubble entrainment at a free surface, which is accompanied by complicated free surface deformation. In this paper, the authors propose a mechanistic model to predict the entrained gas flow rate by a free surface vortex. The model contains the theoretical equation of transient gas core elongation and the empirical equation of critical gas core length for gas bubble detachment. The mechanistic model is applied to predict the entrained gas flow rate in a simple GE experiment. As a result, the predicted results show qualitatively good agreement with the experimental results of the entrained gas flow rate. Therefore, it is confirmed that the proposed mechanistic model can predict the entrained gas flow rate by a free surface vortex.

This paper proposes countermeasures to reduce radiated AM radio frequency noise caused by the VVVF (variable-voltage/variable-frequency) inverter system incorporated with an electric railway car. First, the common-mode current flowing through a cooling fin earth line is studied, and the connection change of the line shows good attenuation of the 1.26MHz resonance component. Second, the common-mode current flowing though the motor earth line with a capacitor is focused upon, and the modified connections of the line to the outside of the input common-mode core achieves fine noise reduction in the range from 500kHz to 1.5MHz. In such cases, the existing input common-mode core is utilized to establish the impedance, which is efficient in both the noise reduction and the countermeasure cost reduction. Finally, a current simulation model which is paid attention to the AM radio frequency range is examined with the measured impedance data of the VVVF inverter system. The currents flowing thorough the cooling fin earth line and the motor earth line is simulated, and these simulated currents show good agreement with the measured one.

酒粕の有効活用のため,吟醸酒粕や普通酒粕より資化できる糖質の残存量が少ない液化酒粕を用い,その生理活性を高めたSLIPの製造方法を検討した。液化酒粕をプロテアーゼ剤と共に清酒酵母で再発酵させた結果,米由来の酸性グルテリン,グロブリン,塩基性グルテリンが減少し,TDFとRPの合計量が液化酒粕の1.7倍に高まったSLIPの製造に成功した。試験管レベルで油の吸着実験によりSLIPを評価した結果,メタボリックシンドローム対応素材として市販されている,キノコキトサンの脂質吸着量の約1.5倍となることが確認された。SLIPを摂取することにより,過剰な脂質の吸収を抑制することでコレステロール低下作用や肥満抑制作用が期待できる。

セイヨウナシ(Pyrus communis L.)の自家および交雑不和合性は結実率や種子数により判定されてきたが, それらの評価は明確ではない.本研究では交雑による不和合・和合の判定方法を確立するため, セイヨウナシ10品種を用いて1花そう1花の除雄無受粉, 自家受粉および他家受粉を行い, 各品種の単為結果性, 自家不和合性および品種間の交雑不和合性を調査した.ほぼすべての品種が単為結果性を有し, 結実率による不和合・和合の識別はできなかった.しかし, 新たに提案したself-incompatibility (SI) index((評価対象の交配における交配花数当たりの充実種子数)/(和合交配における交配花数当たりの充実種子数)×100)により不和合・和合の判定が可能になった.その結果, 'グランド・チャンピオン'は部分的自家和合性であり, 他の品種は自家不和合性であることが明らかになった.有種子果実の品質は単為結果果実よりも優れており, 単為結果性を有するセイヨウナシでも安定的な良質果実の生産には和合花粉の受粉が必要でることが明らかになった.'フレミッシュ・ビューティー'と'スタークリムソン'および'バートレット'と'セニョール・デスペラン'の二つの組み合わせが交雑不和合を示した.
