<p>近年、大衆が問題を発見しそれが拡散されることで社会問題として新たに認識される「情報拡散型社会問題」が急増している。情報拡散型社会問題は、従来の情報公開型社会問題と異なり、問題による悪影響が急速に拡大するため早期に認知・対策することが重要である。しかし、情報拡散型社会問題の早期抽出には従来の社会問題抽出手法は適用できず、問題にまつわる単語の同定も困難である。そこで本研究では情報拡散型社会問題の早期抽出のためにTwitterからクレイム申し立て活動を抽出・分析する構築主義的アプローチを提案する。まずツイートがクレイム申し立て活動か否かの教師データを用意し、それらを判別するモデルを作成する。次に、クレイム申し立てを行ったユーザーの情報と通時的分散表現による単語とクレイム申し立て活動の距離を測ることで、社会問題に関連する単語を教師データ無しに抽出する手法を提案する。17億件に及ぶTwitterデータを用いた実験では、提案手法が2019年中に発生した10の情報拡散型社会問題の事例のうち6つの事例をテレビ放映より早く抽出し、NHKの初放映日に対しては平均20.5日前の早期抽出できることを確認した。</p>

動物細胞では主要な細胞骨格の一種である中間径フィラメント(Intermediate Filament: IF)は植物細胞では存在の有無が確定していない。本研究では、IFの構造を維持するために不可欠な長いαヘリックスとIFタンパク質モチーフを持つシロイヌナズナのタンパク質を植物細胞のIFを構成するタンパク質の候補として選別し、IF Motif Protein 1(IFMoP1)と名付けた。このIFMoP1をタバコの培養細胞で発現させて局在を調べると、間期にはIFMoP1は細胞骨格様の柔軟な線維構造を形成し、線維を形成しないときには微小管と共局在することが分かった。

本研究の目的は,心理統計担当教員間で共有できるテスト問題の項目データベースの開発を行うことであった。具体的な成果は,(1)これまでの研究成果(基盤研究(C)課題番号:17530478)を発展させ改良を加えた,心理統計テスト項目データベースの開発,(2)データベースのユーザビリティについて,全国の心理統計の講義を担当する大学教員を対象にした試験的運用,基礎データの収集を計画した,といったことをあげることができる。

腸管内バクテリオファージを効率的且つ簡便に回収する方法を考案し、新規バクテリオファージのゲノム配列を確定した。抗菌薬多剤併用療法を実施した潰瘍性大腸炎患者の治療前後の腸内細菌叢解析をメタゲノム解析により行い、抗菌薬多剤併用療法開始前の活動期に多く存在する細菌種、及び、治療後の寛解期で多く存在する細菌種が確認された。更に、phageome解析を行ったが、各患者で多様なパターンを示し、治療前後での共通性は認められなかった。しかし、個人の治療前後でのファージ組成は大きく変化していた。回収したファージを用いた細菌叢への感染実験を行ったが、供与したファージの増加は認められなかった

A transparent screen is demanded in various applications. Our proposition is to use a membrane of colloidal liquid. We developed an ultra-thin and flexible BRDF screen, which is soap film exposed to ultrasound. The transparency of the film is controlled by ultrasound so that it modifies projected images to be realistic, distinctive, and vivid. A multi-layered 3D screen is developed by placing the multiple films and changing their transparencies alternately and adequately. The film also can be deformed by higher-amplitude ultrasound. The proposed screen contributes to the real world as the first prototype of a new concept of programmable screen.

長崎県地域生活定着支援センターでは,主たる業務である矯正施設を退所する障がい者・高齢者への福祉的支援だけではなく,捜査・公判段階にある障がい者・高齢者に対する福祉的支援にも積極的に取り組んできた.その理由は,ひとえに矯正施設退所者を支えるシステムだけではなく,矯正施設に至る前のより早い段階,即ち刑事司法手続上の捜査・公判段階から福祉的介入がなされるシステムも同時並行的に構築していかなければ,社会的弱者を犯罪へ至らしめる負の連鎖は,真の意味で断ち切ることができないのではないかと実感したからである.こうした問題意識から,長崎県地域生活定着支援センターでは,社会福祉法人南高愛隣会等と協働し,平成23年度から調査研究事業に基づく様々な司法と福祉のモデル的実践を積み重ねてきた.また,その一環として,平成25年度には定着支援センター内に「司法福祉支援センター」をモデル的に開設し,被疑者・被告人に特化した支援も実践してきた.本稿では,これらの取り組みから見えてきた捜査・公判段階からの障がい者・高齢者支援における成果や課題について述べるとともに,司法と福祉の狭間を紡いでいくために,これまで交わることのなかった様々な機関が互いを知り,深めあうことでの「イノベーション」の必要性を説く.

本邦でもcaffeine中毒を呈する例が増加しているが、caffeine中毒に対する治療は対症療法しか存在しない。そこで我々はcaffeine中毒の薬物治療法を確立するため、caffeineによる高体温及び行動量増加をcaffeine中毒の指標として選択し、これらを抗精神病薬であるrisperidoneが抑制することを報告した。さらにこの作用はrisperidoneの5-HT2A受容体拮抗作用によるものと報告した。Caffineは興奮性薬剤の一種であり、違法性興奮性薬剤のcocaineと意図的に併用されたり、cocaineの混合物として使用されることも多い。そこで今回我々はcaffeine毒性のさらなる研究として、caffeineとcocaineを併用した場合にcocaine毒性が増強されるか実験を行った。Wistar系雄性ラットの頸部皮下にNano Tagを埋め込み、体温及び行動量の測定を室温24度の条件下で行った。Caffeine10㎎/kg、30㎎/kgまたは生食とcocaine30mg/kgと併用したところ、caffeine投与群は用量依存的にcocaineによる行動量増加を増強する傾向にあった。またcocaineを投与すると体温は上昇するが、caffeineを併用するとcocaineによる最高体温には影響を与えないものの、cocaineによる体温上昇を遷延させる傾向であった。これらの結果からcaffeineはcocaineの中毒症状を増悪させると推測された。我々はcocaineによる高体温をrisperidoneが抑制することをすでに明らかにしている。そのためcaffeineとcocaine併用による高体温や活動量の増加に対してもrisperidoneが有効であることが示唆された。

In this article, I show the significance of Hans Jonas' ethics of responsibility in the situation wherein the ethical problems of technology extend from the present to the future generations. Jonas used his consideration of the problem of bioethics of experiments on a human body as his opportunity to begin his study of ethics in earnest. At the same time, he criticizes the re-definition of death as this enables and promotes the practice of organ transplants from an irreversibly comatose donor. Both human body experiments and the re-definition of death are considered from the viewpoint of the defenseless victim who is sacrificed in the name of medical progress to save lives and conquer disease. Jonas insists on the "-descending order of permissibility-" as a general principle to prevent sacrificing the defenseless victim. According to Jonas' philosophy of life, it is not appropriate to understand the human mind and body as separate entities. Life itself is not lost even if it is assumed that consciousness does not recover if the body lives. Extraction of organs from such a person who is incapable of putting up a defense constitutes a sacrifice of the defenseless victim. Jonas positions future generations as the ultimate victim in "the principle of responsibility" and advocates a new ethic to forbid the act that offers them in a one-sided sacrifice. He reforms ethics from a form that assumes the individual and autonomous subject to a form that considers the relationship between the subject and object of the responsibility. Jonas shows that the fundamental human character, that is, two paradigms of the responsible subject, "parent" and "politician" enables one to make a self-sacrifice through one's identification with his/her problem. The ethics of Hans Jonas is imbued with the idea of prevention of sacrifice of the victim.

An NRD guide pulse radar front-end was fabricated for level sensor applications at 60 GHz. Main emphasis was placed on circuit configuration. Typically, an oscillation power is divided by a junction circuit and is introduced into two parts. One is for transmitting wave, and the other is for LO wave to perform hetero-dyne detection. The frequency of the former is up-converted so as to be different from the frequency of the LO wave, and thus, a power amplifier is installed in the transmitting side due to low output power of the up-converted millimeter-wave. In this paper, we proposed a new circuit configuration, which consists of a Gunn oscillator with two output ports to eliminate a junction circuit, a direct pulse-modulator to obtain a high level transmitting power without an expensive millimeter-wave power amplifier, and a filter-based down-converter with an up-converter as a local oscillator.<br>Range finding was performed by using the NRD guide pulse radar, however multi-reflection occurred between a target and a planar antenna due to a pencil beam radiation of our developing planar antenna, so that precise distance estimation could not be performed for short range detection. With this in mind, an FPGA-based signal processor was developed in order to eliminate such multi-reflection. The sequential sampling method was employed to reduce experimental errors, which were investigated in terms of difference of periods between a modulated pulse train and a sequential sampling clock. The error of range finding was successfully reduced to be less than 2 % for the distance range from 2 m to 10 m under multi-reflection environment.

<p>ヒスチジン(His)含量の低いイワシ魚粉と His 含量の高いアジ魚粉を50%配合した飼料(FM1,FM2),FM2 の含量に合わせて FM1 に His を添加した飼料(FM1H),イワシ魚粉の配合を15%に削減して大豆タンパク質とコーングルテンに置き換えた低魚粉飼料(LFM)および FM1 と FM2 の含量に合わせて LFM に His を添加した飼料(LFMH1,LFMH2)を平均体重4.7 g のブリに45日間給餌した。最も成長の良かった FM2 区に比べ,FM1 区では若干劣り,低魚粉飼料の3 区の成長はいずれも FM1 より劣った。一方,His を FM2 のレベルに添加した FM1 と LFMH2 を与えたブリでは摂餌が増加し,成長が改善する傾向がみられた。肝臓の遊離アミノ酸組成には飼料の影響はほとんどなかったものの,普通筋では飼料中の含量を反映して His が蓄積する一方で,タウリンやほかのアミノ酸が減少した。以上の結果から,ブリ稚魚において飼料への His の添加効果は限定的であり,特に低魚粉飼料の栄養価を根本的に改善するものではないことが示された。</p>

The physico-chemical and kinetical properties of abnormal pseudocholinesterase (p-ChE) in two families (J. T. and K. K.) were studied and discussed. The p-ChE levels of the patient J. T. an d K. K. were 10% and 3% of the lower limit of normal ranges, respectively. The p-ChE of patient J.T . was classified as homozygote for atypical gene by the inhibition studies. However, the p-ChE of K. K. showed much larger Km values for several substrate s than normal controls and the Hill's number of the patient's p-ChE was 1. 10, though the v alues less than 1.0 were usually obtained from normal control. Therefore, the p-ChE of K. K. have not the allosteric property with negative cooperativity, as was the nature of normal one. Further studies by isoelectric focusing and slab PAG electrophoresis revealed the traces of the activity of p-ChE in the patient J.T ., but any activity band was not detected in the patient K. K. These results indicated that the patient J. T. was homozygote of atypical gene and that the patient K. K. was hom ozygote for silent gene. It was suggested that the analysis of Hill's number, additional to the c onventional inhibition studies, might be useful for the detection of the silent gene of p-ChE in deta ils.

本研究の目的は、旧学制下群馬県における小学校教員検定制度の形成過程を、詳細に明らかにすることである。資料として群馬県立文書館所蔵文書を主に用いた。分析に際して、1)出願・検定手続きの方法、2)試験の時期・実施回数および試験会場、3)検定の方法あるいは判定基準、4)手数料の有無および金額の4点に着目した。検討の結果、文書館所蔵文書から新たに4つの関係規則を見つけ出すことができ、群馬県では「教育令施行規程」および「公立小学教員学力試験法」、「小学校教員免許状授与規則」、「小学校教員学力験定試験細則」および「小学校授業生規則」、「小学校教員検定等ニ関スル細則」を経て、1894年の細則全部改正において1900年9月以前の最終形態に至ったことが明らかになった。その過程では、検定受験者の質低下が報告され、その後、検定施行回数が削減されたが、合格判定基準は隣接する栃木県より低く設定されていたこと、などが明らかになった。

It is possible to return livestock's urine to environment safely and to reuse it as resource through biological decomposition. Most of livestock's urine, however, is disposed of unsuitably, and it is regarded as one of prime causes of water pollution now. Since 1999,livestock farmers are obligated to dispose of livestock's urine suitably by law. In the other words, livestock farmers have to pay the cost of livestock's urine disposition. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects and problems of the recircular process of livestock's urine practiced in Kishima area Saga Prefecture. In Kishima area, livestock's urine is reused as liquid fertilizer with a kind of simple process, by which livestock's urine simply mixed with some phosphoric acid and silicone is used as one kind of liquid fertilizer in paddy fields. The merits of the disposition process to livestock farmers can be concluded as : firtly, the cost of livestock's urine disposition can be cut considerably, secondly, farmland can be reserved by recirclar use of livestock's urine, and thidly, the labor burdan bearing with livestock's urine disposition can be lightened greatly. As well the merits to cultivation farmers include : to lighten the labor burdan of fertilizer spreading, to cut the cost of the chemical fertilizer, to improve the quality of rice and to stabilize the yield of rice, to provide the high value-added agricultural products. The technique of recirclar use of the livestock's urine for the liquid fertilizer was developed from the viewpoint of intra-regional circular use. Therefore, it is hopeful to convert the social cost of environment conservation for the regional common benefits into farmer's individual cost economically by this way.

——参院選で、消費税増税の必要性を説いた菅直人政権は一方で、経済の成長戦略を訴えてきました。経営者の肌感覚として、どうご覧になってきましたか。 金丸 参院選に入る直前に、「新成長戦略」という名前で、国の成長戦略が示されました。じっくり読んでみたのですが、どうも腑に落ちない。恐らくそれは、戦略を作っていくプロセスに問題があるのではないかと思っています。
