<p>我が国では2006年の国連で採択された障害者の権利に関する条約を念頭に,障害児者に対する合理的配慮に基づく支援についての検討や国内法の整備が進められ,2014年に同条約の批准に至った。本稿では我が国の合理的配慮をめぐる状況を概観するとともに,限局性学習症をもつ人に対する合理的配慮の内容について,検討を行った。また限局性学習症を持つ人が合理的配慮を得るために,医療機関が果たすべき役割について,診断の際の留意事項,疾患教育や環境整備のための提言などについて,検討を行った。</p>

近年,電子商取引 (Electronic Commerce: EC) 市場の規模は拡大を続けている.EC サイトには,膨大な量のアイテムの情報に加え,アイテムに対するユーザの評価・口コミ (ユーザレビュー) などの情報が掲載されている.また,各ユーザの閲覧行動などのログも,大量に蓄積されている場合が多い.EC サイトは,それらの情報を用いて,各ユーザの嗜好を適切に抽出し,能動的にアイテムを推薦することにより,ユーザの購買活動を促進することを試みている.嗜好の抽出手法には,ユーザが直接的に与えた評点などの情報を用いる明示的手法と,アイテムへのアクセス履歴やその時間などを用いる暗黙的手法が存在するが,それらを同時に用いる研究については,これまであまり報告されていない.本稿では,アイテムの内容に関する評価情報であるユーザレビュー履歴に加え,明示的な情報であるアイテム評価履歴と,暗黙的な情報であるアイテム閲覧履歴の情報を用い,ユーザの購買行動を階層ベイズモデルによってモデル化することを試みる.また,オフラインのアイテム評価予測実験を行い,提案モデルの性能について検討を行う.The market of Electronic Commerce (EC) has been drastically growing in recent years. EC sites contain various types of evaluation information on items such as ratings and reviews by users in addition to the numerous information on items themselves. In addition, browsing history of each user is usually recorded. Recently, a lot of EC sites try to recommend items actively to each user to encourage him/her to purchase more items by abstracting his/her preference based on above information. To abstract preferences, there are the explicit method and the implicit method. The explicit method uses the information such as ratings directly given by users, and the implicit method uses the information such as access histories to items and browsing time. However, the study to combine the explicit information and implicit one is not found. This paper tries to construct a hierarchical Bayesian model to analyze purchasing behavior of a user based on reviews as the information of contents, rating histories as the explicit information, and browsing histories as the implicit information. An off-line experiment predicting the ratings of items is carried out and the performance of the proposed model is discussed.

Cases with postoperative infections following teeth extraction are experienced occasionally, however, there have been few reports about the problems following teeth extraction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of general and local background of cases with infections following teeth extraction. The results were as follows:1) The infections following teeth extraction occurred in 11 (2.1%) out of 517 cases.2) There was no relationship between age or underlying disease and the postoperative infection rate.3) The incidence of the infection was the highest after mandibular third molar surgery, however, the relationship between the surgical procedure such as incision or removal of the bone and the infection rate was not found.4) The infection rate of cases with acute inflammation before surgery was higher than that of the cases without any inflammatory signs.5) Prophylactic antibiotic administration was performed on 282 (54.5%) out of 517 cases. The incidence of the infections of the cases with prophylaxis was almost the same as the cases without prophylaxis.6) The postoperative pain in infection cases tends to last longer than the normal course. Therefore, it is important to observe carefully the course of pain to make a diagnosis of postoperative infection.

無電解Pd-P合金めっきプロセスにより表面処理したプリント配線板について, はんだ付け性および接点特性を検討した。無電解Pd-P合金めっきプロセスにより表面処理したプリント配線板は, 優れたはんだ付け性および接点特性を兼備し, 部品固定強度も大きい。本プロセスは, 現行の無電解ニッケルめっき, 置換金めっきプロセスと同等以上の特性を有していることがわかった。

Two indices, sleep age and sleep index by the human pulse wave and body movement measured non-invasively by the pneumatic method are presented. The sleep age shows the quality of a whole night sleep and the sleep index shows the sleep characteristics of each minute to estimate the sleep stage in the manner of R-K method. The average error between the estimated sleep ages by the R-K method and the proposed method was 7.8 years. The coincidence rate by direct comparisons of sleep stages for each minute estimated by the R-K method and the proposed was 36.4% and SQRM of errors was one sleep stage. The sleep stages estimated by the proposed method showed the essential human sleep characteristics in whole night sleep.

近年,インターネットの普及により電子商取引が増加しており,推薦システムが注目されている.この推薦システムの代表的な方法に協調フィルタリングがある.本稿では,データマイニングの一手法であるアソシエーション分析をアイテム推薦に用いる方法について検討する.アソシエーションルールを用いた協調フィルタリングについて,ユーザベースとアイテムベースの推薦システムに対する比較・検討を行う.

TOEFLやTOEICなどで用いられている等化という方法によって、異なった試験の成績を比較することができるようになる。こうした成績測定の分野はテスト理論として研究されている。本研究は、テスト理論の見地から、複数の法律学試験において等化を行い、その下でも成績測定が適切に行えるかを検証している。法律学試験は「資格試験」として実施されることが多いが、実質的には一回限りの競争試験となっている。この研究は、本来の意味での資格試験としての法律学試験の可能性を探る基礎研究である。

This paper is an attempt to investigate the motivational trajectories of the learners of English as a foreign language at senior high school, by listening to their messages. A set of surveys, including a questionnaire on motivation and their experience of L2 learning, and learners' needs, their protocol, and lesson self-evaluation were conducted on thirty-three students, along with a series of term tests in English II for evaluation. Quantitative data were processed to show how their basic abilities and willingness to study developed positively. Qualitative data, including their stimulated recall essays in the final test, were analyzed through the text mining approach, and classified within L2 Learning Motivation Framework. It revealed that they learned through PCPP-style lessons with structured educational support from their instructor, and regained L2 motivation, showing L2 Ideal Self and International Posture.

This paper presents the concept of fiscal effects of public investment, which explains an employment effect in public sector and fiscal flexibility, in the non-metropolitan area that consists of well-developed part and under-developed part. We point out that we must analyze two trade-off problems; one is regional equities versus total development of prefecture; the other is developments effects versus fiscal flexibility, which gives main perspective for the public debt management. For this analysis, an econometric model having hierarchical structure between prefectural government and sub-areas is presented. By case study in Shiga prefecture, the validity of the model is evidenced and some comments about investment allocation and public debt management are proposed.

〔目的〕ブリッジ運動評価の有用性について検討し,その基準値を得ること.〔対象〕片麻痺者56名とした.〔方法〕対象を起立,「している」移動,「できる」移動で能力別に群分けし両脚,麻痺側・非麻痺側ブリッジ運動時の荷重率と股屈曲角度(角度),膝伸展筋力,ブルンストロームステージについて群間比較し,有意差を認めた項目を独立変数,各動作能力を従属変数とするロジスティック回帰分析を行いROC曲線からcut-off値を算出した.〔結果〕起立が可能となる麻痺側ブリッジ角度は34°,「している」移動が歩行,「できる」移動が非補助具となる麻痺側ブリッジ荷重率は18%であった.〔結語〕麻痺側ブリッジ運動評価は,起立と移動能力を反映する片麻痺者の股関節伸展運動能力を定量評価しうる有用な評価法であることが示唆された.

A case of maxillofacial asymmetry involving (a) asymmerty of the mandibular bone, (b) lateral inclination of the occlusal plane of the maxilla, and (c) functional displacement of the mandible. The authors performed a sagittal splitting ramus osteotomy, to correct (a) and (c) and also the extrusion of maxillary buccal segments to correct (b).The fixation was six weeks after the surgery released, and the maxillary occlusal plane was leveled to extrude the right maxillary buccal segments.The treatment achievements were satisfactory.The case maintained a stable occlusion without relapse.
