小中校の歴史教科書・教師用指導書・学習参考書などの大半は、「国風文化」の発生・発達を遣唐使の停廃とリンクさせて叙述している。これはこんにちの歴史学界の水準から大きく乖離している。そこで、教科書等の分析とあわせて、遣唐使と「国風文化」に関する先学の研究成果を踏まえ、「国風文化」の授業における留意点を示したい。

本研究では、線虫が有する化学走性によるがん検出能力を用い、マイクロ流体チップ内にて高速、高精度でのがん検出を行うことを目的として研究を行った。その結果、マイクロ流体チップ内での化学物質の拡散速度を抑制し、100匹以上の線虫を一つのマイクロ流体チップ内に導入してがん検出検査を実施可能なマイクロ流体チップを設計、作製した。作製したマイクロ流体チップについては、チップ内に導入しがん検出を行う線虫の移動速度を向上させるために、波型の流路形状を採用し設計した。さらに、線虫が複数回がん検出の判定を行うことができるよう、流路分岐形状を設計した。これにより、実際のがん患者の尿サンプルを用いた実験を実現した。

Relationships between multidimensional self-oriented perfectionism, defense mechanisms and anxiety were investigated. Participants were university students (n = 169: 68 men and 101 women). They completed the following questionnaires: Multidimensional Self-oriented Perfectionism Scale (MSPS), Defense Style Questionnaire 42 (DSQ42) and State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). Path analysis indicated that Personal Standards positively affected mature defense mechanisms; and moreover, mature defense mechanisms had negative effect on trait anxiety. Moreover, Concern over Mistakes had a positive effect on immature defense mechanisms, and furthermore, immature defense mechanisms had positive effect on trait anxiety.

帯状疱疹の皮疹消褪後に3カ月以上痛みが持続している帯状疱疹後神経痛患者371例を対象に,プレガバリン150 mg/日,300 mg/日,600 mg/日(1日2回投与)を13週間投与したときの有効性および安全性を無作為化プラセボ対照二重盲検比較試験にて検討した.いずれのプレガバリン群においても疼痛は投与開始1週後から速やかに軽減し,最終評価時の疼痛スコアは300 mg/日群および600 mg/日群ではプラセボ群に比べ有意に低下した.プレガバリンは痛みに伴う睡眠障害を改善し,アロディニアや痛覚過敏にも有効であることが示された.主な有害事象は浮動性めまい,傾眠,便秘,末梢性浮腫,体重増加などであった.これらの有害事象は用量依存的に発現頻度が高くなる傾向があったが,ほとんどが軽度または中等度であった.以上の結果より,プレガバリンは帯状疱疹後神経痛に対して有用性の高い薬剤であることが示された.

動画・イラスト・音楽・小説などのコンテンツを投稿・閲覧するCGMサイト(Consumer GeneratedMedia)が人気である。CGMサイト内で人気を得たコンテンツが,ネットや実世界に広がるようになっている。例えば人気を得たオンライン小説が,漫画やアニメになり,多くの閲覧者を得ている。内容が多様で,かつ品質が均質でないオンライン小説群から,人気小説の傾向(流行の傾向)を抽出したり,将来人気となる小説を見つけることが出来れば,商機に繋がる。オンライン小説では,ある人気小説に触発された作家が,その人気小説のオマージュ小説を投稿することで,流行が始まることが有る。本研究では,ある人気小説に触発されて次々と生み出される小説群の繋がりを創作の連鎖と呼ぶ。本研究では,オンライン小説の将来流行予測や人気小説発見を行う前提として,小説の連鎖関係に基づくオンライン小説の傾向を分析する。

ゴミグモ属のクモ類は日本から15種が記録されていたが, 筆者は, 日本各地から得られた多数の標本を検討した結果, 22種の生息を確認した. 従来, 日本でシマゴミグモと呼ばれ, C. insulana (COSTA, 1834) に同定されてきたものには, 2種が混同されていたことが判明した. この2種をヨーロッパ産の C. insulana の標本と照合した結果, いずれも別種であった. 一方, 原記載以来採集記録がなかった C. confusa BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906のタイプ標本を検討した結果, いままでシマゴミグモとされてきた2種のうち1種はこれに同定できた. もう1種は新種として記載した. また, ハマゴミグモについては, 従来, C. camelodes (THORELL, 1878) に同定されてきたが, タイプ標本との照合により, 別種であることが判明し, 新種として記載した. さらに, C. atrata BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906カラスゴミグモ, C. argenteoalba BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906ギンメッキゴミグモ, C. ginnaga YAGINUMA, 1959ギンナガゴミグモのそれぞれに混同されていたと思われる近似の別種など8種を新種として記載した. 一方, S. SAITO (1939) によって青森県から記録された C. conica (PALLAS, 1772) コゴミグモについては, S. SAITO (1939) が同定した標本の保管場所が不明で検討できないことと, 今回検討した多くの標本の中にそれと同定できるものが全く見いだせなかったことから, 本論では扱わなかった.本論で扱った22種の種名は次のとおりである. C. octotuberculata KARSCH, 1878 ゴミグモ, C. laticauda BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906キジロゴミグモ, C. monticola BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906ヤマゴミグモ, C. angusta sp. nov. ヤセゴミグモ (新称), C. onoi sp. nov. オノゴミグモ (新称), C. omonaga sp. nov. シマゴミグモ, C. confusa BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906ミナミノシマゴミグモ (新称), C. japonica BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906ヤマトゴミグモ, C. norihisai sp. nov. オガサワラゴミグモ (新称), C. atrata BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906カラスゴミグモ, C. hamulata sp. nov. カギヅメカラスゴミグモ (新称), C. maritima sp. nov. ハマゴミグモ, C. psylla (THORELL, 1892) ヒメマルゴミグモ, C. mulmeinensis (THORELL, 1887) トゲゴミグモ, C. vallata KEYSERLING, 1886 マルゴミグモ, C. sachikoae sp. nov. ミツカドゴミグモ (新称), C. alba sp. nov. シロゴミグモ (新称), C. argenteoalba BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906 ギンメッキゴミグモ, C. okumae sp. nov. オオクマギンメッキゴミグモ (新称), C. ginnaga YAGINUMA, 1959ギンナガゴミグモ, C. kumadai sp. nov. クマダギンナガゴミグモ (新称), C. sedeculata BÖSENBERG et STRAND, 1906ヨツデゴミグモ.

1)系譜研究:農業分野では精糖技術の復元、窯業分野ではイスラム陶器の分析研究、薬学分野では医薬技術と社会意識との接点の研究を通して、前イスラムの時代から近代直前期まで幅広い時代のイスラム技術の系譜が紐解かれた。2)広域研究:中東イスラム、東南アジア、中央アジアの動向分析を通して、地域に育まれた豊かな経済が新たな資源の登場によって消滅していく過程や、イスラム圏の各地でITがさまざまな形で積極的に利用されている動向も明らかになった。

The Japan Atomic Energy Agency decontaminated schools, playgrounds, swimming pools, and houses in nonevacuated, less-contaminated areas in Fukushima for environmental restoration. A small, 150 m2 playground lot in the residential area was chosen for decontamination demonstration, which used routinely available tools and commodities to carry out the work. The surfaces of playground lot equipment, such as swings, slides, and horizontal iron bars, were completely decontaminated by brushing with water and/or detergent. Side gutters around the playground lot were cleaned by removing the mud and then brushed and washed with a high-pressure water jet (7 MPa). The air dose rate at the playground lot was dominated by radiation from the ground surface and adjacent surroundings, such as apartments and rice fields. Two or three centimeters of the surface soil contaminated with cesium was removed manually with shovels, hoes, and other gardening tools. This significantly reduced the average air dose rate of the entire playground lot from 1.5 μSv/h before decontamination to 0.6 μSv/h. These results showed that ground surface decontamination can contribute measurably to the reduction in air dose rate in relatively small areas in residential areas.

Ayako Miura, the Christian novelist, once recalled that in her younger days, she was a militarist teacher. Indeed, the period of her youth spent as an elementary school teacher overlaps with Japan's wartime period. However, when Miura's autobiographical writings are analyzed in detail, it seems more accurate to say that she was not a militarist. This is because she did not consciously support militarism on the basis of sufficient knowledge or opinions about politics and the military during her days as a teacher; rather, she simply complied with and was swept along by the belligerent social atmosphere of the time. Miura's period as a "militarist" teacher can certainly be considered as a dark phase of her life. However, this does not mean that Miura's efforts within the education system of the wartime military state were either malicious or negligent. Conversely, at the time, she strove to accomplish her duties as a teacher in good faith, in the broad sense, with dedication, integrity, and sincerity. That in doing so she consequently became complicit to the evils of the war can only be termed as a lamentable paradox. Though Miura later became an outspoken opponent of war, this opposition was neither based on social scientific knowledge nor grounded in mere humanism; fundamentally, it developed as a result of her Christian faith. Through her wartime experience, Miura had become keenly aware of the fundamental weaknesses, miseries and follies of humanity as well as her own and, in her despair, turned to Christianity. In basing her opposition to war on her Christian faith, Miura failed to consider the classic quandary that religion may also be used to justify war. Nevertheless, her opposition to war is surely worthy of our attention even today.

Objective: Pharmaceutical documents such as the common technical document, package inserts (PIs), and interview forms (IFs) are available at the website of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency. However, because these documents were created with an emphasis on human readability in paper form, it is difficult to use the information included and interoperate these documents with computers. Using IFs, we will investigate how to structure pharmaceutical documents in the AI era to achieve both human and machine readability.Design/Methods: The IFs of arbitrary selected ten drugs were structured into Resource Description Framework (RDF) according to the Drug Interview Form Description Guidelines 2018 (updated version in 2019). The data were manually extracted from the IFs and entered into a spreadsheet before being converted to RDF by a written script. The PIs were converted to RDF in addition to the IFs. To examine the linkage with external databases, IDs in ChEMBL, which is a manually curated database of bioactive molecules with drug-like properties, were embedded in the RDF.Results: We demonstrated that the conversion of IFs and PIs into RDF makes it possible to easily retrieve the corresponding part of the PIs cited in the IFs. Furthermore, we quickly obtained the relevant data from ChEMBL, demonstrating the feasibility of linking IFs with an external database. Our attempt to RDFization of IFs is expected to encourage the development of web applications for healthcare professionals and the development of datasets for AI development.Conclusion: We could easily interoperate IFs with other pharmaceutical documents and an external database by converting IFs into RDF following the description guidelines. However, problems such as how to deal with items that were not described in the description guidelines were indicated. We hope that discussions will grow based on this effort and that related industries will move toward accomplishing effective use of these documents.

<p>高齢者の外出時のトイレの状況について明らかにし、課題や利用しやすいトイレについて検討することを目的とし、403名を対象とし街頭調査を行った。対象者の約6割が外出時のトイレに不安を抱いており、高齢になるにつれ、トイレの使用頻度が増え、トイレの心配が増える傾向であることが示された。また、女性高齢者のトイレの利用しやすい条件として、「待ち時間が少ない(混んでいない)」、「清潔である」、「手すりがある」、「流し方がわかりやすい」、「荷物掛けや荷物置きがある」であることが明らかとなった。これらの高齢者のニーズに応じたトイレの整備や環境を整えることは、高齢者の外出に向けた環境づくりに重要な要素である。</p>

During the Russo-Japan War, newspaper companies located in the urban areas such as Osaka and Tokyo tried to broaden their distribution by investing large capital to install telecommunication facilities and visual technologies. Taking advantage of these new technologies, large newspaper attempted to attract people's attention by distributing the news promptly. This article examines how the local newspaper competed with these newspapers during the war. It shed light on "Shinchoho," a small local newspaper, in Toyohashi at that time. Investigating the strategies by the paper to survive, this paper discusses how the local newspaper interacted with the local readers.
