We construct a new technology study on artifacts. In this paper, artifacts as physical existence, designed objects, and products ordered by clients will be discussed in terms of living with objects produced by human craft. 技術論を、人工物を中心にまとめることがこの論文の目的である。理学と工学の相違から始めて、人工物を個物として取り上げる。そして、人工物は、科学技術を体現したものであるというだけでなく、発注者の意図を体現したものでもある。この観点から、責任を考えていく。そして、設計というポイントを取り出す。これらの自明の論点を展開することによって、新しい技術論を、人工物と共に暮らすという観点の下に立ち上げる。

本研究は独立行政法人学術振興協会の科研基盤研究(C)課題番号22500972の助成を得た。This article describes ethical issues in technology caused by the Fukushima nuclear accident based on reports of the Accident Investigation Committee and remarks by the party concerned. Multifaceted technological and social problems which are critical for professional engineers will be explored. The focus will be on a number of points: technological design, engineers' decision, social and legal regulation, scientific communication, and so on. 三つの事故調査委員会の報告書及び当事者の発言を基にして、福島原発事故においてどのような工学倫理の問題が存在しているかを記述してみる。もちろん、大きな事故があれば、当然多様で多面的な問題領域が出現する。その中で、技術者という専門家にとって重要となる、技術と社会の問題の発見を試みる。第1節では、設計に関して割り切りや技術の継承を扱う。第2節では、吉田所長という技術者の行動を中心に、海水注入と東電撤退の問題を扱う。第3節では、社会の要請としての規制が現場の技術から乖離する問題を取り上げた。第4節では、技術者が社会に発信する場合の問題を取り上げた。第5節では、セキュリティや専門家としての活動に関わる安全問題を取り上げた。

大石敏広『技術者倫理の現在』と比屋根均『技術の知と倫理』の二つの著書の批評を通じて,技術者倫理について考えていく. 3 つの方向で論じて行く. まず第一に,この 2 著の感想,もしくは概観を通じて,技術者倫理の研究の方向性について,そして各著作の論点の幾つかについて取り上げる. 第二に,新たな現代的事例に対して,新しい技術者倫理の著者たちは,どう応えるのだろうか.ここでは,東電の福島原発の吉田所長の事例を提示してみる. 第三に,補足的ではあるが,私自身このごろまた考えている技術論,技術の知識に関して,比屋根さんの論点から触発された論点や議論を提示してみたい.

In this paper I explain some aspects of reading maintenance. The points discussed are complexity,individualization, heritage of engineering knowledge, and dynamic maintenance. ここでは、メンテナンスに関わる資料を幾つか引用し、整理する。その上でできるだけ統一的な仕方で、社会科学的、哲学的な問題領域を提示することを試みる。 システムの一生のうちで生誕の問題に現代は注目されている。また、廃棄も問題にされている。人工物を使い続けるということは、実は中心的問題であるはずだが、日常的で特に注目されていない。この営みを取り上げる。

・私の町には,大江高山(808m)が雄大にそびえています。大代のシンボルであり,誇りとする山,豊富な水をもたらしてくれる大切な山です。・写真1の中央部に柿田地区の集会所があり,下の黄色の帯状は荒廃農地で,菜種を栽培し,満開の時期ですが,今はこの風景の再現ができません。その理由は後ほどお伝えします。山好きの方からは,自然がよく守られておる自然豊かなこと,山野草も多く,4月の始めには,ギフチョウの乱舞がみられる山です。・ギフチョウが生息するには,カンアオイという食草がたくさんあることです。大代小学校での飼育観察は,延べ5回実施しましたが,統合により廃校になり,今後は統合された高山小学校で実施していただく予定です。・写真3は,ギフチョウの卵で,写真4は幼虫です。写真5は雌のギフチョウです。

プログラミング教育では,アルゴリズムを作成する能力とプログラム言語で表現する能力を育成することが重要である.特に,アルゴリズムを作成する能力の育成は,問題解決能力の育成になり,重視すべきである.そこで,アルゴリズムを作成するまでのプロセスを重視した教育を行うために開発した学習支援システムを活用して,Cプログラミング入門教育を実践した.実践後,プログラミングに関する力と意識を調査した結果,プログラム作成プロセスに必要な知識と力が有意に向上することがわかった.

The Dryopteris varia complex (subg. Erythrovariae, sect. Variae Fraser-Jenk.) is an apogamous fern complex. Most species of the complex are apogamous triploids; Dryopteris saxifraga and D. varia, the only known diploid sexual cytotypes in the complex, are insufficient to account for the morphological and genetic variation within the complex. In this study, we describe a new diploid sexual species, Dryopteris protobissetiana K. Hori et N. Murak., from southern Yakushima, and discuss its morphological characteristics, reproductive mode, and chromosome number. Dryopteris protobissetiana is similar to D. bissetiana in having slightly bullate scales and a dark green lamina surface, but it differs in having flat, serrate margins at the apex of the upper pinnae. Dryopteris protobissetiana is a sexual diploid with 2n=82, and may be a source of the genetic variation in the apogamous complex.

損害保険ジャパンが1334件、三井住友海上火災保険が約1万7296件。いずれも当初の調査では支払い不要などとされながら、金融庁検査により発覚した損保分野の保険金不払い件数だ。両社はこれらの不祥事により、業務停止2週間という厳しい処分を受けた。 この2社の処分内容から鑑みて、金融庁の対応がにわかに注目されている損害保険会社がある。

平面格子上にある赤点の集合と青点の集合の分割について述べる.最初の定理は,ハム・サンドイッチの定理と類似する次の結果である.平面格子上にある2n個の赤点と2m個の青点に対して,これらを同時に2等分割する準直交分割が存在する.格子上の点集合において,各格子線上に高々1点しかその点がないとき,この点集合は一般の位置にあるという.また,各格子線との共通部分がひとつの直線分かまたは空集合となる連結領域を格子凸領域という.次に,一般の位置にある赤点集合と青点集合は凸領域によって3等分割できることも示す.つまり,平面格子上の一般の位置にある3n個の赤点と3m個の青点は,平面を3個の格子凸領域に分割して,各領域には赤点n個と青点m個が存在するようにできる.We consider balanced subdivision of red points and blue points in the plane lattice. We first show that if 2n red points and 2m blue points are given in the plane lattice, then there exists a semi-rectangular that bisects both red points and blue points. A set S of points in the plance lattices is said to be in general position if every lattice line contains at most one point of S. For a connected region of the lattice, if the intersection of every lattice line and the region is empty or consists of one line segment, then the region is called a lattice convex set. We next show that if 3n red points and 3m blue points are given in the plane lattice in general position, then the plance can be patitioned into three lattice convex regions so that each region contains exactly m red points and n blue points.

1998年台湾北部(台北および淡水地区)において, ネコ免疫不全ウイルス(FIV)に対する疫学調査を行った. 調査したネコ32匹の内, 7匹(21.9%)が抗FIV抗体陽性であった. このうち3匹からFIVの分離に成功した. エンベロープ遺伝子のV3-V5領域の塩基配列を決定し, 系統発生の解析を行ったところ, これらの分離株はすべてサブタイプCであることが判明した. 今回の結果と我々の以前の報告(稲田ら, 1997年, Arch. Virol. 142: 1459-1467)から, 台湾北部ではサブタイプCのFIVが流行していると考えられた.

The positive rate of dogs with Dirofilaria immitis microfilariae among house dogs was examined for 27 years from 1968 to 1994 in the southern and northern parts of Nagasaki City. Roles of the number of the main vector, Culex plpiens pallens and of RPSS (rate of population utilizing a sewage system) were analyzed statistically in relation to the annual changes in microfilarial prevalence. In the southern and northern parts, there was a clear correlation among three parameters of the positive rate in the dogs, the number of Cx. p. pallens and RPSS. The present study proved that the decrease in the positive rate of dogs in both the southern and northern parts is mainly attributable to a decrease in the number of Cx. p. pallens. which resulted from the decrease of the breeding places of this mosquito following the spread of the public sewage system and the improvements in the use of roads and open roadside ditches.

卵巣腫瘍の術前診断にはUS・CTあるいは血液データも含めた総合的な診断が要求されることは言うまでもありません。中でもその存在診断という点では被爆のないUSの有用性は高く評価されています。今回の検討からもスクリーニングにはUSを、次の検査の選択としてCTを行うことにより患者にとって有益であることが確認されました。今回まとめるにあたり、当院検査科の高橋智子さんをはじめとした検査技師の方々や、当院産婦人科の坂本先生、放射線科の伊藤先生・水尾先生には多くの助力・助言をいただきここに感謝の意を表して終わります。

Dans La correspondance des arts, Etienne Souriau a presente le schema circulaire dont le but etait considere comme la classification des arts. Mais je pense que Souriau ne l'ait pas eu pour premier but. Souriau, qui avait attache de l'importance a la methode du recherche comparative, a propose son theorie l'esthetique comparee. Comformement a lui, Souriau a fait correspondre deux especes d'arts mutuellement par leurs comparaison sous le point de vue de leurs structures. Au centre de schema, Souriau a pose "qualia sensible" qui fait une essence pure et une qualite absolue. Ce "qualia" est devise en sept regions (lignes, volumes, couleurs, luminosites, mouvements, sons articules, sons musicaux) quant a l'experience du cote du phenomene artistique et produit des arts. En plus Souriau a fait etat de "forme" et a institue deux degres, non-representatif ou representatif, sur des arts. Ainsi Souriau a constitue ce schema triplement et a fait diversifier l'art. Dans ce schema, Souriau a essaye de situer les arts ordonnement, en les disposant de facon a faire les correspondre mutullement.
