本研究は、本邦における 「子どもの主体性」 の概念について明らかにし、病気をもつ子どもの看護に有用であるか検討することを目的とした。Rodgersの概念分析方法を用いて、看護学、教育学、心理学、発達学の和文献と書籍75件を対象として概念分析を行った。その結果、7つのカテゴリが抽出された。 「子どもの主体性」 は、子どもの【能動的な認知・情意・行動】であり【段階的に発達】するという属性で説明された。またそれは、【子どもの発達・情意・体験】と【周囲の大人の働きかけ】を先行要件とし、【子どもの健康的な自我・発達】、【子どもの前向きな情意】、【子ども自身が対処・周囲に適応する力】という帰結につながり、先行要件、属性、帰結が循環しながら発達していくことが示唆された。病気をもつ子どもへの看護には、先行要件の【周囲の大人の働きかけ】を参考にすることができ、属性と帰結は、個々の 「子どもの主体性」 をとらえ評価する際に活用できると考えられる。

長らく奨学金が社会問題化している.奨学金を批判する報道が繰り広げられ,学術的な文脈でも,奨学金が若年層の貧困化などの原因と論評されている.しかし,少数の事例に関する報道や政府統計に基づく簡易的な統計分析,さらには未返済の側面のみに集中して,脆弱なエビデンスに依拠して奨学金政策そのものを退ける論調には疑義を挟まざるを得ない.そこで,本研究では,生活時間に着目し,奨学金政策が大学生活に与える影響を傾向スコアマッチングで検証する.分析の結果,国公私立大学を問わず,奨学金によって学習活動時間が増加していること,偏差値45未満の私立大学の学部でも学習活動に正の影響を与えていることが明らかになり,奨学金の返還に関わる一部の事例をもって奨学金政策全体を非難する言説に対する反証が得られた.

In today’s society, involvement in matters affecting the public is required not only of the national government and local governments, but also of for-profit companies, non-profit organizations and local communities; so, non-profit organizations, in particular, are expected to play a role in seeking the opinions of local residents while negotiating with the various sectors. In Bundesliga, Germany, where non-profit corporations hold the voting rights in professional soccer clubs, there are cases where professional soccer clubs mediate between local governments, businesses, and local residents while playing a common sector role.In this study, we take the example of the Giravanz Kitakyushu Open Mind Program, which offers support for those suffering from social withdrawal, to show that Japanese professional soccer clubs run by for-profit companies also play a common sector role. We illustrate the special role played by non-profit organizations, formed in response to regional issues unconnected to economic matters, in which they negotiate with other sectors, and how there are legal and institutional issues that arise in the course of their performing this role.

スギ花粉症に対する舌下免疫療法薬が2014年に発売されてから4シーズンが経過したが, 実臨床における診療の実態は不明な点が多い. 2016年, 2017年にも同様の調査を行い報告してきたが, 今回2018年花粉飛散シーズン後に, スギ花粉症に対する舌下免疫療法を開始してから1~4シーズン経過した患者431例を対象として, 服薬状況, 自覚的治療効果, 副反応, 治療満足度, 治療に伴う負担などについて自記式質問紙を用いたアンケート調査を行った. 年齢分布は10歳代と40歳代に二峰性の分布を示した. 自覚的効果については1シーズン目と比較して2シーズン目以降で治療効果を自覚していると回答した患者割合が高い傾向にあり, 治療効果を自覚するためには少なくとも2シーズンの治療継続が望ましい可能性が示唆された. 副反応については, 1シーズン終了群では23.4%の回答で認めたが2シーズン目以降は5.6%, 5.0%, 1.2%と減少する傾向が見られ, 1シーズン継続することができればそれ以降の治療継続に大きな影響を及ぼす可能性は低いと考えられた. 4シーズン目になると積極的に治療継続を希望しない患者がおり, 今後は治療の終了時期に関する検討が望まれる.

国内では,年平均6 件ほどの粉じん爆発事故が起きていると推定されている.危険物施設でも年間に3 ~4 件の粉じん爆発事故が発生していることから,粉じん爆発のほぼ半数が危険物施設で発生していると考えられる.粉じん爆発では,高温の燃焼生成物が燃えながら飛来することから重度の火傷を負うことが多く,ほとんどの事例で死傷者が発生している.米国でも,多数の死傷者を伴う大規模な粉じん爆発事故が絶えない.粉じん爆発は,可燃性の粉体を取り扱うすべての場所で発生する可能性があるが,身近な潜在リスクとして認識されることが少ない.そこで,国内の危険物施設における粉じん爆発事例と米国の大規模粉じん爆発事例を紹介するとともに,その危険性と防止対策について述べた.

近年,創薬の基礎研究から医薬候補化合物の創出までの全研究段階をアカデミア研究者が行うアカデミア創薬が推進されている.その背景と現状について産学官各々の見地から実証的に検討した.日本のアカデミア創薬プロジェクトは2009年以降急速に増加したが,産からのニーズは小さく,社会貢献を求められる大学の自主的な動きに加え,創薬の国際競争力強化を狙う政府が国策的に主導したことが明らかとなった.しかし,2009年以降アカデミア創薬で創出された医薬候補化合物の多くが,製薬企業が重点入力する低分子化合物と癌領域のプロジェクトだったにも関わらず,企業導出を図れず中止・停滞していた.アカデミア創薬の課題と方向性について産学官の果たすべき役割を中心に議論する.

The purpose of this study was to identify the angles of the shoulder complex which consist of glenohumeral joint, scapulothracic joint, and thoracic joint at the maximum external rotation (MER) of the shoulder complex during throwing in baseball players, and to analyze the correlation of each angle.The subjects were 19 collegiate baseball players. Throwing motion data was collected by three high-speed cameras and the three-dimensional (3D) coordinates of the shoulder complex were established by direct leaner translation method for the MER calculation. A 3D analysis was performed to obtain the external rotation (ER) angle of the glenohumeral joint, the posterior tilt angle of the scapula, and the extension angles of thoracic at MER of shoulder complex. The mean (±SD) value of the MER was 145.5±10.3°. The mean (±SD) values of the glenohumeral ER, the scapula posterior tilt angle and the thoracic extension angle at MER were 105.3±16.0°, 24.3±15.0°, and 9.1±7.2°respectively. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to relate the MER angle to each joint angle. The final linear regression model included the posterior tilting angle of scapula ( r=0.56, p<0.05), and external rotation of the glenohumeral joint ( r=0.40, p<0.05). Significant negative correlation was observed between the posterior tilting angle of the scapula and external rotation of the glenohumeral joint ( r=-0.52, p<0.05). This finding suggested that scapula motion could be very important for the prevention of throwing injuries.
